[Resolved]  Sansui India — sansui tv screen display error

Hi,

I got my complain tha[protected] logged on 28july2017 at 12:24pm. I got a message from sansui that technician dilip singh will be visiting my house on 29july2017 at 3 pm. Since i did not get any call or nobody visited my house yesterday till 3pm, i called to dilip on the given number by sansui message. He told me that he has not got any info/message about my log. I waited yesterday for whole day with the hope of somebody visiting us but sorry nobody came or called me giving updates on it. Today again i called to dilip to enquire if he is coming today but he told me that he is not going to come as today is sunday and even he does not have any info on my call log. Once he goes to office on monday then only he will get to know about my call log.

I thought of informing cc about dilip's response so i tried calling customer care also since yesterday even i tried calling the cc number 25 times continuously but everytime it was coming busy so i could not speak to them.

I am waiting for the whole day and nobody is visiting us evenafter 48 hours of logging my complain. And even nobody is bothering to keep me informed about technician visiting update. Sansui has completed his formality by just sending a message to customer but did they confirm if technician has visited customer within stipulated time period 48 hours. No.

With this i understand there is big zero customer care at sansui.

I am not interested in this tv anymore please take it back and refund me its cost.

I have recently purchased full hd 4k sansui Tv from Kings electronics Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
Within 15 days the Tv stopped functioning . When Technician from sansui team came down he said the motherboard of Tv is not working . I have forged complaint for replacement of Tv . But still no response.
