We have paid Rs 39, 999.00 for the Sofa Cum Bed -King size vide Invoice # SFN[protected], where as company bhas supllied the smaller size Sofa Cum Bed -Two person can not sleep comfortably.

Complant request (#206675) has been sent and reminders sent many times but without any Reply to my emails or phone calls,

Please take necessary action to rectify my order item or get the refund of hard earn money.

    I have ordered a dining set on 9th sept and next day they started extra discount on the same product which became more than Rs3000 less to my ordered price. when i enquired with them thru mail, they replied since the product is shipped so we cant do anything rather we can give you discount on next purchase. when i added 2 new products in cart and asked for hw much discount they can offer, the reply was we cant give you now but in future and we cant tell the % at that time also. so i dropped my plan. now coming to my current order, they simply rolling the dates. today when enquired for delivery update(since today was my delivery date confimed by them)got to know that it will take another week due to some truck issue.note: these are the same statements i always get for my past orders also.in my last order of a bed, they gave give a cracked headboard with 2 nails hammered to it. Now its expanded like anything.always got weired answers from their agents.They simply take huge amount for the product in advance after that they dont even care to update or help consumers/customers.

        THIS IS WITH REGARDS TO MY ORDER PLACE ON 20TH JULY -
        Order No. #INSF[protected]

        I was given delivery date of 15th-16th August and today is 7th September and i'm still being told it will get delivered between 10-12th Sept

        I have made some 5 phone calls to you'll and each time I'm given a later delivery date (15th to17thAug, 21st to 24thAug 25th to 27thAug, 5th to 7thAug and now 10th to 12th Sept) with 100 different excuses such as Quality Check/transport/ganpati etc.

        I'm tired of following up with you'll further so I would want you to cancel the entire order and refund the amount to me right away.

        Not once have you'll have sent me a single email/tracking details to know what the status of my order is and now I refuse to trust any more dates given to me as since a month I'm just being made a fool.

          I purchased the dining table last year. But in chairs termites are there.. Following up from the company from last 1 month but there is no response from them.

          They are big liers and no customer service they provide low quality product.

            Order no. #INSF[protected]. Received a damaged product on on 30th July 2022. Complaint filed through email on same day with complaint id #205272. till now nothing happened, they only say that technician will visit. i want to return the damaged product. it is just lying in my house, occupying significant space.

              Post my friend recommendation, I had booked King size cot - Solid wood Imperia Bed in May. Delivery was delayed too much for 3 months and finally after escalation received it around August 15th. Since it was heavy, was unable to assemble it quickly. Insaraf company didn’t send anyone for assemble.
              After I removed the package, observed it had one broken piece. Called customer care and registered complaint #206112.
              Somehow I was able to assemble it with some small assistance. I used it for a day and in night we heard a broken sound. After checking, found that the Center beam of it towards head has broken. What a damaged junk Insaraf has sent. I am asking them to take return and give back my money of 35k/- . They are just mentioning that they would send some technician to look in to it in next 5-6 days. But that day never comes. My money is also lost and the material also. Please assist here.

                INSF[protected], this is my order number ordered dinning table in June delivery by July but got delivered by Aug 17, glass broken n technician yet to come to fix the dinning and glass will not be replaced, they kill ur peace WORST SERVICE in any industry goes to this shop. BEWARE

                   Came to know about Insaraf.com through a friend who said that they are good and deliver the furniture at reasonable rates
                   Visited the site (https://www.insaraf.com/) and checked for the furniture.
                   Placed the order for Solid Wood Turner Dining Set 6 Seater Set (1 Table + 6 Chairs) on 19th December 2021 with Transaction ID: [protected]
                   Received a mail on 19th December 2021 from Insaraf that order has been confirmed
                   Received a mail on 20th December 2021 from Insaraf that order has been production
                   Received a mail on 23rd December 2021 from Insaraf containing the invoice of the order
                   Received a mail on 23rd December 2021 from Insaraf that order has been shipped
                   Received a mail on 24th December 2021 from Insaraf that Order is in transit and will be delivered by 30th December 2021
                   Received a mail on 25th December 2021 from Insaraf that order has been confirmed (Refer Annexure 7) which was a bit confusing as I had received a mail mentioning shipment already on 19th December 2021
                   Received a mail on 25th December 2021 from Insaraf that order has been shipped (Refer Annexure 8) which was a bit confusing as I had received a mail mentioning shipment already on 23rd December 2021
                   I took it be an IT issue which may have occurred at Insaraf and hence the mails have been sent again and ignored the same
                   Received another mail on 25th December 2021 from Insaraf that Order is in transit and will be delivered by 30th December 2021
                   Received a mail on 31st December 2021 from Insaraf that Order is out for delivery
                   The product was not delivered on 31st December 2021 and received another mail on 1st January 2022 from Insaraf that Order is out for delivery
                   I got a mail from Insaraf on 1st January 2022 that product has been delivered at 10:54PM even though the product was not delivered
                   The product was delivered on 2nd January 2022 but there was no response for installation from Insaraf. I called up the Customer Support and I was informed that I will get a call from Installation Team. I got a call from Installation team and was informed that ₹ 950 will be chargeable for the installation.
                   I sought a clarification from Insaraf and was informed that payment needs to be done after the installation is done
                   The installation person visited the location on 4th January 2022 and which opening the package found that the Table and 2 chairs were damaged and informed that it will be replaced
                   The undersigned sent a mail to Insaraf complaining the same on 05th January 2022. A mail in this regard was also sent by the installation team
                   Received a mail from Insaraf that complain has been logged with Request no #197621 and will be resolved soon
                   There has been a number of mail that has been sent to Insaraf and many calls made to Insaraf
                   The damaged Table and Two chairs have been picked up by Insaraf on 11th February 2022.
                   The chairs were finally replaced on 12th February 2022 and the same is still lying-in packed state as no one has come to open it.
                   I have been following up for the replacement of table but am getting the same reply that will be done soon but has not been done till date
                   Its now more than six months and the table is yet to be delivered. I would like to get the refund as the table has still not been delivered

                    I ordered a bookshelf (Order No. 1NSF[protected] on May 29, 2022, for INR 26, 099.10.

                    I received the product on June 18th 2022. I have the following issues.

                    (i) The website and the invoice mentions that the product is made of Sheesham wood. but actually on the frame is of wood (the technician sent by them says it is not Sheesham) and the rest of the item is made of MDF.

                    (ii) The bookshelf was received in broken condition. Both the back as well as, the front are broken.

                    (iii) The door is misaligned and the gap is uneven.

                    They send a technician to evaluate. The technician ( i have the recording) says that he knows that the product can not be repaired properly, (though it can be repaired), if he recommends the same to the company, the company will remove him from the job and also they will infer that he cannot do the job and therefore he is recommending replacement.

                    The company is banking on his words. I have not paid 27, 000/- to get a damaged item that is repaired.

                    If they try to repair it they will have to make more holes in the door which will result in the loosening of the doors,

                    I either want a replacement or a refund which they are refusing.

                      The order for a bedside table was placed on 3rd May with a full payment made on line. Even after the timeline the product was not delivered. After repeated follow ups, emails, telephone calls there is no response. customer care number is managed by one person with a standard response that they will look into this. Never buy any product from them. Saraf furniture are fraudsters.

                              Order no-INSF[protected], booked on 10thdec2021 from bangalore insaraf showroom, after so much follow up we got items on 22ndmarch22, we recieved following damaged items :-
                              1)Centre table(fitting and leg damaged)
                              2)Bed(thorough damaged)
                              3)Dining table and chair(2nos chair damaged)
                              raised the complain on 24th march, after that daily calling to customer care and sending the email but no respond from customer care, sometimes they people pick up the call and tell us about some technician will come but as usual noone comes. So we are just waiting for refund as our house looks like a big mess.

                              Still problem of chairs and bed are not rectified by insaraf, after so many follow up their representative visited two times but not rectified the items, worst part everytime I call their customer care they don't have any answer I have to give all details then they will tell our senior is not giving any solution and if I asked their number they will not give. No one buy any product from insaraf
                              Still rectification not done of chair and bed, their persons two times after so many follow up but still problem not rectified, don't purchase from insarf

                                I placed cancellation request right after placing an order INSF[protected]. Post that I made 6 calls and sent 5 mails. But of no use. I don't want their product and want my money back

                                    I ordered a jaipur dining set amd it got delivered .However the table top had cracks.I called the customer support guys they told me someone will come to verify this.Since then no one has come neither have i received any follow up calls/mails.

                                    I have been sending mails from past one year and everytime I receive the same response "The same will now be put in production and we shall ship it as soon as the product/part is ready to be shipped."

                                    I would like a refund of this product and dont need the replacement anymore ASAP.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        Ordered Solid Wood Jaipur Bed - Queen product on 20th Jan, during the payment page was showing that ordered will be shipped / delivered by 25th Feb.

                                        When checked on 15Feb they said product will be shipped by Mar 1st and then March 7th and March 12th, Now they are saying it will shipped by 18th March.

                                        I lost confidence on them, i need my money back as i paid around 25000 for this product.
