Purchased solid wood kuber dining table + 6 chairs on 01 Sep 2020. Vide invoice number INSF[protected]. After a few weeks the chair joints started loosening and now started broking. The complain was lodged along with photographs vide complain number (#152553)

Since this is problem of poor workmanship it should be rectified but the company is denying for this.

    The order was placed on 24.12.2020 with a advance deposit of Rs 10, 000/- . The order was booked and a confirmation mail was set to me saying that the expected date of dispatch is 23.01.2021. When I asked about the order status on 11.01.2021, they replied that the product is under production house and will be delivered soon. Again I enquired on 22.01.2021and they replied with a date of 26.01.2021.
    When I requested for order status of different platforms I.e. what's app, customer support no. and email. Someone said that the order is in final stage and same time other gives a new date. Till the date they have provided me many dates of dispatches I.e. 26jan, 30th Jan, 3rd Feb, 5th Feb, 8th Feb, 14th feb, 17th Feb and 18th Feb. Sometimes they say that order will be dispatches in 3-4 days. I asked if they are unable to deliver the consignment refund the money. But they never answered with fruitful answer. They are a bunch of liers. Plz help me

      I ordered foe three furniture item paying full amount in advance Rs 65000 through credit card towards suggested company account. This order was placed in the Month of Nov 2020 and was confirmed to be dispatched by 26th Dec 2020. Till day I have not received ordered furniture neither any satisfactory reply on my mail, only standard reply ‘ Order in progress “

        I have ordered a bed from Saraf furniture(www.insaraf.com) on 3rd Dec 2020 and this order was supposed to be on priority. Since then they had given me 5 dIfferent dispatch date and all have been passed. Every time I ask them they keep on extending the dispatch date. I had ordered this bed for my marriage and now i am not able to fix my marriage date.
        They have a very long list o[censored]nsatisfied customer. If they can't deliver on time why they are accepting new orders.

        Kindly help me get my refund and compensation for delaying this order. I don't trust them anymore.

        Every time I ask them they keep on lying my product id in polishing stage. Kindly help me to get refund
        They were not able to deliver this order on time, so I want to cancel this order. I have emailed them so many times but they are not cancelling my order.
        I need to cancel my order and want a refund asap.

          I have ordered a bed twoand half months back from this insaraf online store and have been constantly contacting customer care as it was not delivered it was supposed to be delivered within 10 to 15 days maximum. Me and my wife have backache issues which became more because of the non-delivery of the product which is causing us both physical and psychological trauma

            Your Order #1NSF[protected] dated 7 feb 2020 is now damaged from box mica sheet.. the quality of mica is pathethic. Attached photograph for your reference.

            The mica bends with in 6 month but since lockdown was there so did not update the complaint.

            Would request you to please updatewhat needs to be done on this??

            Expect positive response at the earliest

              I booked one dining set and one coffee table on 23 Nov 2020, During booking they told that it would deliver within 21 days ie 14 December 2020. But after completing of 2 months Sharaf furniture is not responding, even phone call is not attending n not replying my email also, you are requested to solve the issue and refund the amount at the earliest

                Hi, i have placed an order on Nov 13 and done full payments on same day. further to following up multiple times, by email, phone calls and raising complaints, there is always an excuse on some reason for delay and no specific reasons. Calling to specific phone number grievances never give actual facts for delay and a date commitment for shipping.
                I am looking for a full amount refund.

                  This is regarding insaraf Order #1NSF[protected] which was placed on 4th Dec 2020. I was supposed to recieve the product on 26th December. Each time I call the customer service, I am being given a different date for delivery.
                  On 15th Jan, again they said it will be shipped on 20th Jan. I am fed up and have requested for a refund. They again said they will address the issues today. I don't trust them anymore. I need a refund and damages for the torture.

                  After the complaint was sent to them by you, they have further moved the dispatch date from 20th Jan 21, to 25th Jan 21.
                  Bunch of cheats these guys are. Never order from insaraf.

                      I have been trying to contact and following Saraf's team from 2months, and the estimated delivery dates have just been postponing from 10th November - 20th November - 30th Nov - 10th Dec - 30th December - 20th Jan
                      Everytime you chat on Saraf's in-chat, they will just postpone these dates(~10-15 days from that day), and you get no reply on emails.
                      Talked specifically with zendesk chat user Vihan a couple of times. They just assure that this is final date, and makes excuses for the delay. If you try to talk further, will ask you to send an email or talk on customer phone. Where, they will again either not respond or procastinate and assure delivery after few days.
                      This is going on forever.

                      I hope whoever from Saraf is reading this should either actually deliver it by 20th Jan, or process refund by then.

                        Atrocious service. They don't answer any of their customer service numbers after sending me a secondhand, stained and smelly upholstered headboard for the bed. It has cotton spilling everywhere. they've been sending me the same autogenerated email for over two months. My first email to them was an hour after recieving the product.

                          It's Jan 8th they are not sending the product no reply no mail
                          I am getting humaliates and torchered by there as I paid 55000 rs
                          Looks like a fraud Company insent a mail to ceo all sales etc butnof no use
                          I am planning to go for police complaint in kalayn nagar bangalore
                          Anyother who faced same issue we can meet on kalyan nagar bangalore police station

                            Product ordered and paid for online insaraf.com on 30th November. At time of order the dispatch date was 11 days. On 10th Dec, when i called i was told 22nd December, on 22nd I was told 24th dec, on 24th i was told 29th dec, on 29th i was told 31st Dec. On asking for a refund, i was told 6th Jan. On 6th jan i was told 15th Jan. They are avoiding all requests to return my money.

                            This is fraud.

                              I had placed an order worth Rs 92239 vide order no. 1NSF[protected] by paying an advance booking amount of Rs. 20000 INR to Saraf furniture on 12 November 2020. I have asked them to deliver my product for last 30 days by writing e-mails, calling on their customer support numbers and on their official whatsapp number. Every time they throw a typed answer that 'your order is in finishing' but neither they ask for rest of the payments nor they are supplying me my ordered items since last two months.
                              They are not even refunding my advance money of Rs 20000 paid to them. This company is so shameless that they are bluntly holding customer's money in their account without bothering to respond to its customers.
                              I have never seen such a cheap and low level business house.
                              I am planning to lodge a complaint with consumer forum for forcibly keeping customer's money in the name of advance and not delivering them the product.
                              You should be ashamed of such ugly business attitude.
                              Shame on you.

                                Hi Team,

                                I have ordered wooden cot with insaraf on 27th Nov and i was informed that cot will be shipped within 11 days from the payment; however in the email I have received that the cot will be shipped by 27th Dec 2020;

                                But now I dont see any update on shipment and there is no appropriate response from insaraf customer service as well.

                                Received the furniture today after 4 weeks of continuous struggle and followup..

                                However their delivery team was so poor by not installing the wooden cot and they left the cot abruptly in car parking..

                                Spent additional 1500 to fix this cot..

                                Calling to insaraf ppl.. But they disconnect

                                  #INSF[protected], Ordered on 2nd Dec. suppose to get the furniture in 7 days, after 10 days, they told me that I will get my order by 29th Dec., as there was defect in polish of the table (generic excuse for every customer). Calls after calls to customer care, new date every day.
                                  I want my money back and also penalty from Saraf.

                                    I ordered the tea table and bed via the order INSF[protected]. The order is delivered in Feb. But within 5months the edges of the tea table started gettng bend. I complained this issue to insaraf and they sent a carpenter to rectify it. Carpenter just applied was to edges and said it will be ok. But again within 4 months the edges are opening up wide. Again complained to insaraf and closed the compliant 147025 without even sending someone to rectify the issue. I started following up with them via their land line. Now to my surprise they have blocked my number in their ivr system.

                                    Request to help me in getting this issue resolved.

                                      There is no update on the delivery for the past 2 months the standard reply has been product would be shipped in 4 days.

                                      I got my shipping address changed and also the product changed ( reason the product I ordered was to be sent to my parents place and wanted to gift them before Diwali but since they could not deliver it on time there is no one at that place until March end) so I believed them as he told me to order another product of same value to my Bangalore address.

                                      Original Order - Chest of Drawer
                                      Shipping Address - Kangra Himachal Pradesh

                                      Updated order of same value - Teffe Easy Chair with extra cushion cover
                                      Updated shipping address - Bangalore

                                      Now when I check with the customer care team - neither the product is updated nor the shipping address.

                                      They have stopped picking my number now and if I call from another number they say that our senior team will get in touch with you and will resolve your problem but that never happens. I have sent them 25+ emails but they send a standard reply.

                                      In the chat they keep on changing the dates, from 30 Oct/4-Nov/6Nov/10-Nov/15-Nov/19-Nov/25-Nov/10-Dec/15-Dec/20-Dec/25-Dec/31-Dec

                                      Last update that was told to me was 31 Dec the product would be dispatched but they are simply liars.

                                      I checked their Facebook portal and see a long list of customers facing similar issues.

                                      Refund as a first option

                                      Deliver the updated product "Teffe Easy Chair" to my Bangalore address

                                        Order 1NSF[protected], Nov 25th, 2 itmes, with shipping date mentioned as 9 and 12 days. Now shipping date moved from a month to 40 days, couple of week back got update the product under inspection will be shipped with in a week. Now after chasing up multiple times they mention it is in final stage of production will complete it in 7 days but ship it by Jan 5th 2021. Here also pathetic liars, so no inspection was done at all, and they mention 7 days to complete so should get complete by Dec 31 considering holidays in between but no answer why shipment on Jan 5th . Not sure will get it shipped by mentioned date.
