Ordered was placed based on advertising of delivery within 3 weeks on their website.
Inspite of repeated follow ups and promise of delivery. They have not delivered nor processed the refund. We would like a full refund for the order.

    No support is being provided after intimating Saraf Furniture that Coffee Table received is damaged/ cracked. We have repeatedly asked them through calls and emails, to return the product and refund the money, or to let us speak to a senior person there. However, they only tell us that they will revert in 48 hours time, and that the supervisor will submit report with the company. However, nothing happens.

      Cancellation of order number NSF[protected] placed on 04 December 2020 to Insaraf Furnitures.
      I placed the order with Insaraf Furnitures for four products on 04 December 2020, after getting confirmation from them that they will be able to make customised products. For the past eight months I am continuesly writing to them and even gave them call also to enquire about my order. After eight months now I am being told that customised orders cannot be made and I can request for refund. When I requested for refund i was told that since its an online order they are unable to cancel the order and I have to do it online. When I tried to do so I got the reply since the order is in production hence it cannot be cancelled. Neither they are cancelling the order nor are they delivering the same. I would sincerly request for the refund at the earliest. I have made full payment of Rs 1, 38, 933/-

        Order ID: 1NSF[protected]

        I purchased a double bed and 2 bedside tables from the Insaraf team and within few days of the delivery, I started seeing holes due to termites in one of the bedside tables. I instantly raised a complaint and they agreed to a replacement of the bedside table. Soon the same happened to the other bedside table as well.

        I fear the same will happen to the bed and I was planning to ship the furniture to the Netherlands. I can't risk damaging my other furniture as the bed might also have termites as it was delivered together with the bedside tables. The company has been non-responsive and the call center reps (Shantanu and Abhinav) kept giving scripted responses that I will get the resolution the same evening over email but it's been thrice that I have got no email from them solving my issue.

        The email response from Mr. Vikas P has been the same for over a month and I still haven't got any replacement from them. My travel date is coming close and I need to ship the items as soon as possible but the Saraf team is not helping with the same.

          Hello,

          I have ordered a table from inSaraf.com (Order no. INSF[protected] which was delivered on 23rd June 2021, upon delivery there was defect in table top (gap between two wood planks). I reported this on delivery receipt (attached) and to customer care through email and I was reassured a carpenter would visit and will make it look as original.

          Carpenter visited on 30th June 2021, on checking the table he said that as the gap between two planks is more this would be fixed with nail and filler material in between planks which may not give original look. We had called support team on carpenter visit informing the same however support team member was very rude in their communication informing if we want we can get the fix else nothing can be done.

          I have paid the price for an original product hence I cannot accept a product with defect which cannot be restored as original. And I am sure no customer would like to buy a defected product at same price as original.

          Apart from the product quality as a customer we also look forward for good service so far the experience had been disappointing with inSaraf.com.

          Complaint is not resolved, local technician damaged the product further while trying to repair and after multiple followups with Insaraf team there is no resolution received yet.

            I ordered a computer table with ORDER NO. #INSF[protected] and after few days there are holes at multiple locations and white powdery substance coming out of that wholes
            I raised a query and called them many times but it's been months and they never responded
            That's the worst customer service ever

              Hi Team,

              I have received a damaged product after waiting for long 1 month. When I asked the staff to take it back, they are telling I have to send an email and call to Customer Care. After that when I called Customer Care, no one is answering. Then I managed to get Customer Care Email and sent and sent an email. Till now, I have not received any updates again. Worst experience with Saraf Furniture. I would never suggest this one going forward to anyone.

              I have called Customer Care for several times and asked for the refund. They have been not responding properly every time since day 1.

              They have sent a carpenter and he's telling he will put furniture powder and paint! I denied saying this is not a plastic or ready made item to do patch work! I have invested heavy amount on this product and they are trapping customers.

              It's been more than 16 Days since I have raised complaint. There's no response till date. Every time they send automated same response saying - "Provide Order ID. We will check with senior team".

              When I saw the review later on Google Maps, Instagram, etc, I was shocked. All they do is scamming to customers. Their process is simple : Take Money. Send a damaged product. Won't respond later. Close the issue.

              Please help me to get the refund. A humble request.

                I have booked double bed in Jan 21 and was promised the delivery in 40-45 days. Now it’s been 6 months (close to 180 days) the double bed is not delivered. We have sent many mails to which they send us the standard response that we send your order soon. Now they have stopped responding to mails since last 1.5 months. We called their customer care no also but they give the standard answer that your order is almost ready and will be dispatched in next 5-7 days. This story is going on since last 4-5 months. Every time we call up some different person picks up the call and will give same response. They never allow us to talk to their senior employee. There is no proper redressal and it seems they are a fraud company. Lot of reviews are coming about them of delivering late and then defective piece for which they don’t respond again.
                Pls help in getting our money back. Pls help in refund of our money.

                  I bought a Dining table set in Nov.2000 from Insaraf for ₹1.19 Lacs. The table was not made as per the images shown on their website. I sent several messages addressing my concern, there was no action taken.
                  Now within one year of very limited use, the surface of the table is cracking. I have been making multiple phone calls and send them multiple messages. There has been absolutely no action taken.

                    It's more than 50 Days since I raised a complaint against their company regarding the product. Still issue is not resolved.

                    They won't respond over Customer Care Number. I have sent 20+ emails so far. No response. They keep sending auto-generated replies every time.

                    Please escalate this issue to the next level.
                    It's more than 15 Days and no response. Worst experience. Customer Care won't pick up any calls. They are irresponsible.

                      I ordered a dressing table since almost one year, and they have delivered a defective product, I'm asking them to replace or refund my money. Customer service is very poor that they just keep saying unbelievable things. I have been calling them literally everyday to get an update and mailing them, there is seriously no response. Kindly help me to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                        This is regarding an order I placed with insaraf Furniture in early March this year and despite so much delay and follow ups, the company has not delivered the product yet nor they are refunding the money. The customer care support is useless and I really don't know if there is any senior management oversight to resolve customer grevience. Every time we call to follow up they keep changing the date. Please help to get my money back as I am not interested in the product anymore nor dealing with this company.

                          This is to officially raise complaint against Insaraf furniture for my order SFN[protected] ordered and delivered in October 2020.

                          Today in the month of April the product shows signs of termites infestation, two chairs have now been infested. I raised the complaint the Hyderabad store they said I need to raise a complaint by email and share images and provided me the email address. They said this would get rectified immediately. It has been more than a week and 3 follow up and not a single acknowledgement .

                          I called the customer care on Friday last week, 30th April and they said the team would call me back without fail on Monday.

                          Your Product was confirmed as a termite free and treated wood and with a lifetime warranty for wood termite resistance.

                          I need immediate action to be taken and have the items replaced immediately before it spreads to the rest of the table and my furniture in which case I will be forced to go for further and bigger damage claims.

                          They delivered replacements. But that too unfinished. No proper polish on top of which one was delivered with a broken seat. Immediately raised the complaint for replacement and they said a technician would fix it. Local hyderabad office sent a carpenter who confirmed wood was defective and should be replaced. But company now not responding to calls.

                          Another wonderful delivery for the Bar that I also purchased also had totally defective and bad workmanship not glued properly began to come apart.

                          All accepted and acknowledged by local hyderabad team and technical carpenter and agreed to be replaced. Now no longer any response and avoiding of calls and messages.

                              I have purchased a sofa set from Insaraf and paid Rs 1, 11, 297 thru internet banking.
                              The sofa set was delivered on 16 th April and it was pathetic..very poor quality and most of the parts in damaged condition.I have sent a mail to Insaraf with photos...no reply from them for the last four days.They have informed that they are using Sheesham wood(Rose wood) when I have booked at your showroom in Bangalore on 26th Jan and delivered sofa set made out of jungle wood.
                              Owner Raghunandan Saraf was also there when we have visited the showroom in Kalyannagar and discussed and made it very clear that we only need Sheesham wood. Before I take the next legal action, kindly return and refund the amount.

                                  I placed an order for one bed, two side tables, and one center table on 05 December 2020. I was given a delivery date of 20 January. Today is 17 April 2021. When asked about the delivery date they said it will be shipped by 05 March, later changed to 25 March and subsequently to 17 April 2021. I made full payment of Rs 1, 39, 999/-. Today that is on 17 April 2021 when I wrote to them I got the response " we have forwarded your query to the dispatch department and we'll get back to you". Every time they are delaying the delivery without any reason. If the products cannot be delivered on time why do they take orders? Poor response. It's better to order a product from amazon or get it made from the local market. Request for help in this matter. The company is cheating.

                                    Order dated 5th FEBRUARY with ESD of 24th MARCH . Here are the sequence of events eligible for fraud .
                                    1) customer called up on 1st March to check order status, to which she was ask to stay quite till 24th March ( Initial ESD )
                                    2) Order didn’t ship out on 24th as promised and no status details online . No follow up done from company either .
                                    3) called up insaraf on 25th, phone either doesn’t work, or the people simply bang the phone on face anticipating they have no answer for the customer .
                                    4) sent mail to which reply was with new ESD of 5th April 2021.
                                    5) checked status on chat ( as online doesn’t have ANY update ), was given third ESD of 9th April.
                                    6) checked status on 7th, ESD again changed to nothing earlier than 20 April .
                                    7) all mail logs and call logs have been saved for action .
                                    8) insaraf is eating up people’s hard earned money without knowing what they must be going through .
                                    9) for the very first failure fulfilment ESD of 24th March, cancellation request was raised . It’s not yet actioned .
                                    10) INSARAF should be shut down with all people begin the bars for taking away people’s livelihood .

                                      I had booked furniture online from Saraf worth Rs 2 lakhs in the month of Jul 20. The furniture was finally delivered in Oct 20. One chair of the dining table was defective and cube console box was cracked. After a lot of communication via mails and lodging a complaint On the web site of Saraf, a carpenter had come in Nov 20 to repair the dining table chair, however the chair was still shaking and was not in a condition to be used. Since Nov 20, I have been interacting with Saraf via email and on mobile to replace the defective items (dining table chair and the cube console table) however the replacements have not been provided. Everytime I call them, they keep saying that a replacement is being sent, but nothing has happened till date.

                                      I am serving in the Army and am posted in an operational area. Am unable to keep calling them and follow up the complaint. It is resulting in mental harassment for me, because I have purchased the furniture with my hard earned money. There has been no action from Saraf to replace the defective items.

                                      For the mental harassment caused to me because of incompetence of the company, I want that the entire amount or Rs 2 lakhs be reimbursed to me.

                                        I placed the the order in Dec’20 and the product is not yet delivered.Everytime i followup they give me new dates.I have been chasing them for refund, they are not refunding the money as well.This company is total fraud.
                                        Don’t buy from them, you will end up loosing your money INSF[protected]
