It’s been more than month I placed the order and already paid the amount. The company promised to deliver the product within a month and here despite several follow ups I have been intimated each time with a new dispatch date.

Highly disappointed. My money is blocked and the company is not providing any true status.

    Hi
    My product id is INSF[protected], Bar unit delivered to me at vadodara on 13 mar 23,
    The product has faulty door and the alignment of wood is improper,
    I immediately raised complaint with customer support of company, however till now after 3 visits by their technician the issue is still not resolved,
    Also the company is not responding and giving any updates on matter,

      We have purchased a book shelf from insaraf.com last year in June 2022. We got a damaged product. After so many calls they picked the damaged product from our house. Since then we are waiting for our new book shelf. Till today we have not received our new book shelf. It's been a year and still they are saying that with in few days we will deliver your order.
      We have gone through such a bad experience that we will not recommend anyone to buy anything from this site.

        Saraf Furniture has supplied defective 2-seater Solid Wood Brass Royal Sofa. After vigorous follow-ups, they have accepted their fault however they have not replaced the sofa despite 40 written reminder emails and more than 50 phone calls and WhatsApp messages. They continuously provide new dates to replace the sofa and make excuses for not fulfilling their commitment. Their last written commitment was to replace the sofa by 3rd April 2023 but they again made excuses and did not deliver, due to which I had no other option but to appoint a lawyer to send a formal notice to them to raise my complaint asking Saraf to replace the defective sofa latest by 12nd April 2023. But neither did Saraf replied to my lawyer nor have they replaced the sofa till now, which shows their real intent. Evidently, it is an extreme case of mental harassment that has been continuously causing me undue stress and is an absolute deficiency in delivery of their service. And since they took 100 percent money in advance, their act is a clear case of fraudulence and cheating. As a reasonable outcome, I'm expecting immediate replacement of the defective sofa along with compensation for the mental harassment, agony and anxiety that I have gone through following-up with them for past several months. Saraf Furniture must also be heavily penalised under the appropriate law so they do not make fraud with other customers.

          I had ordered a mirror through your website with phone number [protected].
          Firstly, it was delivered in bad and pathetic shape and was never taken back and after thousands of mails and calls it was collected by your unsupportive team and since then it's been a month and i have not got my product back.
          Everytime the call is made to the customer care they just add 10 days to delivery date last quoted and nothing else.
          I need my refund back at the earliest before i put a plea in consumer court and ask legally with the compensation amount.

            Yet another setback. Now I strongly believe that this company Saraf Furniture is run by a bunch of Thieves. The pair of Damaged Wing Chairs worth Rs. 32, 033/- supplied by Saraf Furniture was taken back under the assurance that replacement will be positively made within a period of 4 weeks. The damaged furniture was taken back on the 29th of November 2022 and It is been more than Four months since they have been holding back my money which was paid in advance. Since the last Four months they have been given various delivery dates but none of their commitments are met. Their Staff blocked me from their online chat room and they refuse to reply to my mails requesting information on delivery. The bunch of well trained thieves sitting at the Customer Service confirm various delivery dates and when the date arrives, they make various excuses stating that the furniture is under polishing, Quality Control rejected, product is under packaging and so on. They confirmed delivery date on the 6th of February 2023 and when the date arrived, they postponed to March 31st 2023, and now after such a long wait they ignore my requests. I wonder why the Indian Authority do not take any action on such fraudulent companies operating in India. There are 100's of 1000's of complaints registered against Saraf Furniture and no action is taken by any of the Authority. I request all those genuine buyers out there in India and elsewhere. Please do not spend your hard earned money purchasing furniture from Saraf Furniture. You will be cheated. The worst p[art is that they just do not care for you once your money is in their clutches. This is a 100% fraudulent company. No company in India will treat their Customers like the way Saraf Furniture does. They claim to be an ISO certified company and keep advertising big sales. Trust me all these advertisements are a trap laid. I request the honorable Authorities of India to kindly make note of the fraudulent activities carried our by Saraf Furniture and bring them in front of the LAW. Justice needs to be served to the Customers who are cheated in broad day light. Dear Commercial court of India, Police Force of India, Please make note of this complaint and take action.               Placed my order on 29th July 2022 For 2 Nos. of Europea October Wing Chairs, 1 No. Jodhpur Writing Table and Solid Wood Bedside Table. The ordered furniture was delivered vide Invoice Invoice No. SFN[protected] on 11th August 2022. However, the 2 Wing Chairs and the Study table was delivered completely damaged. To my surprise the frame work of the Wing Chairs which was supposed to be made completely out of solid wood was made out of packing wood. While placing my order I had requested Saraf Furniture team to provide good packaging and was rest assured but they took my request for granted and shipped out the furniture simply wrapped in corrugated paper. My nightmare started then. After following up with Saraf Furniture for more than a month they made me pack the damaged furniture at my own expense and finally took back the damaged furniture on 29th of November 2022 under the assurance that the replacement will be made within a time frame of maximum 4 weeks. Weeks after Weeks after Months after Months passed by and it is more than 4 months since the damaged furniture was taken back. The 2 Wing Chairs are still not replaced. They kept providing me various delivery dates every month starting December, January, February and now March 2023. Till date the replacement is not shipped and every time I follow up, it is utter lies and excuses made. They blocked me from contacting them vide their online chat room and also stopped replying to my mail requests.
              Their CEO does not respond nor do their management team. Learning that they are incapable of delivering the order, I requested them to cancel my order and refund my money but they refuse to do so. I informed them that I will go legally and also file a criminal case under cheating but they do not seem to care. Saraf Furniture is holding my money and they do not have any intention of supplying my order. Neither would they refund my money nor would they deliver my order. I hope and pray that the authority finds this complaint and take immediate action. This is a clear case of cheating. It has been 8 months since I am running behind Saraf Furniture and it has been 7 months since I have been spending thousands calling them and chasing them. Whatever...Safar Furniture does not seem to care for their Client/Customer.

                Today the 28th of March 2023. The worst experience I have ever had. I placed my order with Insaraf.com on 11th August 2022 and while placing my order I had requested that good packaging be provided to protect the furniture from damage. However, Insaraf simply packed the furniture in normal corrugated sheet and shipped them out. The furniture arrived my door step completely damaged and after a month of regular follow up and crying Insaraf took back the damaged Wing Chairs under the assurance that the replacement will be made within 4 weeks. They made us pack the damaged material at our cost and they took back the damaged furniture on the 29th of November 2022 but till date (Today the 28th of March 2022) the replacement has not been made. I spend thousands following up with their Customer Service team and every time I do, I am only given false promises and broken commitments. Various shipment dates are provided but all of them broken or postponed. I tried to reach out to their CEO but in vain, None of their senior staff accept calls. They blocked me from their company chat room and they refuse to reply to mails requesting information. Understanding their lack of capability, I requested them to cancel my order and refund my money but they refuse to do so. I informed them that I will take up the matter with the Court of Law but they don't seem to care. I told them that what they are doing is a Criminal Offence but they don't care. I was provided shipment dates in December, January, February, March 6th and now a new date of March 31st which I doubt they will meet. I want to bring to your notice that I am totally disappointed placing my order with insaraf. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. Looks like I will have to give up on my follow up and let insaraf and their team eat on my hard earned money. Please be careful while placing your order.

                  We bought this kuber bed in 2015 and have been noticing termites. Other day we noticed wood powder and on opening we observed that significant part of bed was eaten by termites. We wiped the area to see it clearly. We wrote to the customer care along with the video. Customer care did not arrange for an inspection and basis the video shared now claims that it is damaged. The wholes in the wood are very evident that it is eaten by a termite. If the company believes it is damaged then definitely they sold us a damaged product because woods neither develop holes on their own nor will a human sit and make whole in a bed. The team has been sitting on this complaint from past 10 days. They are also deleting our comments on Instagram. Such am irresponsible company.

                    Ordered dinning table set in 2022 November second week, and still unable to use the product because once you pay the money, you are literately on the mercy of Saraf Furniture. They don't bother when the product will be delivered, if you are lucky enough then may be 2-3 months, after multiple follow ups.
                    High chances that you will receive a defective product, they will arrange the technical but again after multiple follow up. Technician will fill everything with some wax which eventually comes out. And these shameless people will say they have fixed the product, nothing more or less that same problem appeared in 15 days.
                    For replacement, I'm still struggling to get the replacement. Word like ETA or customer services are from alien dictionary for them.

                      I ordered furniture order number INSF[protected] on 20/11/22 I was asked to pay 20000 as advance I paid accordingly, it was mentioned that I Will received my order within 30 days however today is 12/02/23 still no update of my order in between they mentioned that two of my products around 3K is shipped online status it’s mentioning it’s delivered I didn’t received any thing I contacted them for same however same no response so disappointed i was supposed to move to new house it delayed for one month I am asking for refund they are not willing to refund my money as well I’m calling messaging them almost everyday I feel it’s like mental torture .

                        Product shown online has 4 latches on the sides of bed top ply board for opening the bed storage.
                        The product supplied has 2 holes at the bottom side (leg side) of the bed ply.
                        Side latches were my criteria of choosing the product as my mattress is heavy and I cannot use the bed with bottom side lifting method.

                        Also, 2 plyboards are damaged

                          I am Colonel Shubhodoy Mukherjee
                          My son ordered online, a 3 seater and 2 seater Eva sofa and a centre table from Insaraf.com / Saraf Furniture. The entire invoice amount was paid in advance.

                          We recieved only part of the product, but were shocked to see the sofas, as they were totally different from what they had shown on the website.

                          The woodwork was atrocious, the wood is definitely not sheesham but...

                          1. My order ID was INSF[protected] of Big bowley bar with walnut finish.
                          2. The bar delivered has however lot of issues as enumerated below :
                          (a) There is a prominent hole in the door back. The front side has been filled with wooden powder however the hole exists in back.
                          (b) There are places where the walnut colour is not there.
                          (c) The iron brackets on both sides of base is absent as was visible in the photo shown in site.
                          3. The urgency shown by the sales team to dispatch this bar had ringed bells in my mind regarding its quality and the same shows on ground.
                          4. They told that the same is checked by inspection team, however it doesn't looks the same.
                          5. Despite emails and calls to their support team since last 10 days no response has come from them.
                          6. Pathetic service and response from support Team till now.

                            The order was placed with Saraf.com on 13th November for a king size bed costing INR 36, 000.

                            The product was suppose to be delivered by 4th December however even now there is no update on the same. They refuse to cancel and refund the amount also.

                              I ordered "Solid Wood Poster Bed Cube/King ( 6ft
                              Wide x 6.5 ft Long - Inner Size ) / Honey
                              SKU : SC-PST-06-H" on 26th October '22. Despite repeated request and reminders to customer support, the bed is still not delivered.

                              Every time I have called to the customer centre, they have promised that the product will be shipped within next 8-10 days. But every time, they have not honoured their deadline. From the past 2 months they are just postponing the date of shipping

                              Also, during the past 2.5 months, they have not updated even once about the status of the product. They have kept me in the dark about my product status.

                              It has been highly inconvenient since a bed in home is a necessity and we are suffering from the last 2 months due to their failure to deliver the bed. I had already purchased a mattress which is kept idle due to non availability of bed.

                              I request you to please take action against them and please facilitate immediate shipping of the bed

                                I placed this order on 24th October 2022. After that I placed 2 other orders. . From the day I ordered through sales representative Mr gagan, I have been saying that the king size bed I have ordered is most urgent for me

                                Except Bed I have got all the items. Since last 1 month after 2-3 days I have been calling support team of insaraf. Every time they give me a new date. When I call on that date they give me another date.

                                This is so much frustrating. Its very cold in Gurgaon and my parents are also with me. My wife and son dont have a. bed and they are forced to sleep on a mattress on a floor . My son has already fallen sick twice

                                I need definite answer. If insaraf is not going to deliver the bed then I will buy something else but I cannot keep on waiting and be given a next date. Either please refund my money so that I can purchase bed. I have patiently waited for 2 months but I cant wait any longer.

                                I am hoping you please provide me some help in this regard

                                  Our experience with Saraf Furniture is really painful (ordered 06 seater dining table on 21st October 22 & waited till yesterday)

                                  I have ordered via online from www.insaraf.com (Saraf Furniture) and paid full payment in Advance on 21st Day of October 2022 shipping date is 11th of November 2022 after making the payment and till yesterday they not delivered my product.

                                  I have been following with customer support several times and every time they give me a new shipping date till yesterday. They give a new date every time and say that they will do it this time.

                                  Then I said now we don't want this stuff from you and you give me my money back and then they are not responding nor my payment back...

                                  There is no one to rein against these fake/fraud companies

                                  Do not trust Saraf furniture, they just robbed my money.

                                    1. The coffee table was delivered very late, they took around 2 months for a coffee table which was advertised to be delivered within 20 days.
                                    2. Inspite of taking so long, the table was delivered without prior checking. One of the legs of the table is not cut at proper angle making the entire table unusable.
                                    3. The complainant via email and call was registered as soon as i got delivery and i have been following up with them for a month now. No technician has visited as of now. Every time i get a reply saying it will be resolved within 48 hours. No action its been so many emails can calls witch such false assurances. I just want them to take their piece of art back and refund my money.

                                      I ordered two cots with Saraf furniture last month and after few calls they delivered one cot last week, The cot was defective, i immediatley called the showroom and told them and then he asked me to send a mail.i sent a mail with the pictures
                                      1. There was a piece missing below the headboard, sent the pictures of the missing piece and the picture on the website to the store person as well as the customer care mail id
                                      2. The plywood sheet on top was broken, they promised a replacement but haven't received it till now.
                                      3. The drawer was chipped
                                      4. The alignment of the drawers was not correct.

                                      I keep calling the store everyday and also send mails but haven't received a proper response.
                                      For the missing piece, the person in the store first told me that the picture on the website was an old picture( if that is true, why is there now when the bed is sold now) and then he changes it saying that piece is not available cause i ordered a cot with storage, so i told him to check the website the picture clearly shows storage in the next picture..
                                      They are just lying and not accepting their fault..We buy things trusting what is shown to us but never expect them to cheat later.
                                      Im tired of writing mails and waiting for their response.
