I ordered a bed on 20/12/2020, initially i was asked to wait for six weeks, now it has been THREE MONTHS and the order isn't delivered yet. they did not deliver the product yet.

    INSARAF or Saraf Funitures. They were so quick to take the order and payment. 7 January, 2021 we placed the order for a dinning table. Based on the tracking number shipped date was 23rd Feb but they never shipped anything. After checking from customer care, they said 9th March they would ship as there were some delays. They kept changing the date from 9th to 12th to 15 Marc. Till now there is no shipping done.
    When we asked to show pictures of the table there was response. We are asking to cancel the order since we sold old table based on the shipping information from Saraf website. We have been managing without any dinning table for 1 month, We requested them to cancel since we can’t wait more without the table but INSARAF/ Saraf furniture would it even cancel or refund our money. Highly unprofessional and non responsive. Their customer bhk care doesn’t give any response. Even to reply on email they take 4-5 days.

    They should be banned from selling anything. After calling multiple times and not being able to connect and sending emails. Their response is just to be understanding as they were affected by COVID. If I look at the complaints that other people have posted it looks like they have done this to several people. Promising to deliver and then customers are left on the mercy of these cheats.

      I had placed a bed side table #INSF[protected] around 3 months ago which I received a month ago, surprisingly the product delivered was the wrong product, different model and shade. An email was written to Saraf
      requesting replacement was placed on the date when the wrong product was received.

      Since then i had made numerous calls to your service desk other than writing emails dozens of emails.

      Surprisingly Saraf has not even had the courtesy to respond to any of my emails and when contacting their service centre the standard response is that we have forwarded the matter to superiors and no further information can be provided

      Over the months I have been made to believe that Saraf is an unprofessionally managed organisaton duping customers

        The order was placed on 5th Jan'21 and today on 15th Mar;21 even after speaking to the executive they do not have any resolution to this. The order id is INSF[protected]. Its been 3 months that we are chasing this order and no one is helping at all. The customer reps put calls on hold and never come back. this is really pathetic, a company who is claiming to be 40 years old is taking 3 months or more time to manufacture one small piece of furniture. I think we made a mistake in placing our order from Insaraf.
        Don't know what quality they will even deliver, if in case they will ever deliver. Every time a new date is given to customer for delivery and when that date pass, there is again a new date...
        What is the point of taking money/ orders when you can't provide the product to consumer. I am now more skeptical with their quality and post delivery issues.

        These guys donot take customer's seriously, all they care is about their advertising and getting orders that's it...

        Not sure how they are claiming to be a 40 year old brand considering this kind of goodwill and reputation among its customers. There seems to be 233 complaints prior to mine and only 9 were resolved in the past.

        Pathetic, disappointing, vulnerable service by this brand!!!

          Hi,

          It's been 4 months only since I bought Kuber Sheesham Wood bed from Insaraf and to my surprise already CRACKS appearing in the wood.

          Sheesham, being the hardest wood can't break this easily that also in such a small period of time. I highly doubt now this being a sheesham wood at all. As wood looks all white in texture inside crack, sheesham never have this color!!!. Also wood is hollow inside, clearly visible from the crack!!

          I have lodged a complaint (#158039) with insaraf on 6th feb 2021, they didn't even responded for 25 days and since then I am calling them, mailing them and only getting false commitments but no resolutions.

          To proof my claim refer another complaint number #40535 from other customer, exactly same issue reported here also, refer screenshot please.

          It's an extreme disappointment and kind of mantel harrasment for me. Please take immediate action against insaraf.

            The excellent service of yours has left us no choice other than to visit all the mandirs so that only GOD help himself to get his accommodation fast. It seems that search of best quality wood is still on across the globe and may be now in another planets too. If the Co. has little concern of Co's pride, consumerism then act and react like professionals...which too seems distant with your approach and intentions.

              I placed an order for one bed, two side tables and one center table on 05 December 2020.i was given delivery date 20 January. Today is 04 March 2021. When asked about the delivery date they said it will be shipped by 05 March. On 93 March when I called to ask about the status of the product I am told it will be delivered by 25th March. Every time they are delaying the delivery without any reason. If product cannot be delivered I request for the cancelation of the order and refund of my money. Request for help in this matter. The company is cheating.

                I have placed this order on the 5 th of Nov, after many calls and written emails, I got a reply that the product I ordered, will be ready by the 30th of Jan02021 and will be dispatched for delivery.

                Today is the 1st of March, I havent heard anything from their customer service and neither have i received the product.

                I am writing this as i have been cheated by this company by charging online amount before the delivery of the product.

                request your help and intervention in resolving this delay or returning of the full amount paid in advance for the product.

                also request that the govt, ensure that this company isnt allowed to transact online and fraud people like us

                  H had placed an order on 24th Nov 2020 for Wooden Cube Office Table (Order Id - INSF[protected] and made online payment. I had als requested for certain modifications which was confirmed by their customer care. However, after I received the product after 50 days (their website had mentioned delivery timeline of 11-14 days). I found that table was not as per dimension mentioned in the website. I had raised the complaint to the company and it has been more than 45 days but I have not received any resolution Would suggest people to avoid order any product through Insaraf or you will end up losing money like me and many others.

                    I have placed an order INSF[protected] on 27th Feb 2021, 2 days back and within 45 mins I raised cancellation request. Online cancellation was not working, it was throwing an alert that "order can no longer be edited or cancelled". So I sent cancellation request on mail. I haven't received a single positive response neither on mail nor over calls. Have called customer representatives atleast 10 times till now, but everyone is just saying that they have forwarded my request to team and cancellation will be done ASAP.

                      Ordered a dining table from insaraf in Oct 2020.
                      Insaraf delivered wrong product, that too of extremely poor quality.
                      They have not delivered the cushions till today
                      I have made over 100 calls and emails...Every time they say it will be delivered in 5 days but do not deliver the correct product

                        I placed an Order #INSF[protected] for a king size kuber bed with SARAF FURNITURE on their website insaraf.com on 3rd January 2021. I was informed that the order would be shipped with in 6 weeks, i.e. before 14th February 2021, which i thought is ok and so placed the order. But they didn't meet the timeline. I contacted them on their Whatsapp and on call support in which they promised me to ship by 24th February 2021 due to incomplete finish job. On 24th, again they postponed to 27th February 2021. Again when contacted, they are saying 7 or 10th march 2021. Prashanth, Prerana, Vihan etc are giving different reasons and different dates. I asked team to cancel the order on 24th February 2021 through their emails [protected]@insaraf.com and [protected]@insaraf.com for which there is no reply from them. So, i am cheated by them which led me to have sleepless nights. Please look into the issue and make them refund the entire amount including interest charged by bank as i took it on EMI.

                          We still havent received the bed we ordered.. On multiple follow-ups the standard feedback is that it is being worked on upon. Out of frustration, we have decided to cancel the order and ask for refund. Not a single request for refund of ours has been acknowledged till date. This is really a fraud company . My wife has sent multiple emails ( booking was done on her name ) asking for cancellation and refund, but to no avail.

                            My order was supposed to arrive onFeb 6, 2021. Today is the 24th. I have being given updates almost everyday— apparently those are false assurances. Yesterday I got an email again assuring that the item had finally arrived at Kolkata hub. They have my phone number, and got couple phone calls from VExpress. Now they are claiming that the contact number is invalid! —I am considering to launch a complaint against Saraf Furniture in Consumer Forum

                              My following orders are pending with insaraf since December first week:

                              1. #INSF[protected] dated 2nd December 2020
                              2. #INSF[protected] dated 6th December 2020

                              I have been following up since the placement of order and they have extended the dates every time.
                              I have paid a total of Rs. 63, 908/- for the orders and the product is yet to be delivered.
                              Today also you extended the dates to 22nd Feb from the earlier promised delivery date 15th Feb 2021
                              Kindly advise them to refund my hard earned money and cancel the order
                              Also ban them from taking orders until all pending customer ssues are resolved by the company

                                  Ordered and received the chair...look wise it’s good as advertised.
                                  Complaints are:-
                                  1. The Back rest held by screws bends backwards when back rests on it on sitting...needs to be stable and sturdy!
                                  2. The cushion is hard and is made up of foam cover stuffed mostly with foam scrap inside...cannot be ascertained as it will mean tearing it to see inside...what I mean is it isn’t a single piece of foam cushion.
                                  3. The cushion cover is synthetic and cheap.

                                  Hope Saraf notes the above and rectifies.

                                    We placed an order with them on 8th Oct 2020 through their website with an advance payment of Rs 10, 000 (Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, my husband). Order copy is attached.

                                    After waiting patiently for 4 months, we asked for a refund on 14th Feb 2021. We have no confirmation of the refund from them (contacted them on email, helpline, online chat) Attaching the email and chat images.

                                    Please close their website before others also get duped like us and if possible, help us to get the advance of Rs10, 000 back.

                                      We had purchased a dining table in november and in january 12 one of the chairs broke into half.
                                      Inspite of calling customer care who said it will be replaced in 8 working days no one has even bothered to give any any timeframe
                                      It is disappointing and i have no other option left but to seek help from consumer forum
                                      I will wait for a couple of days bwfore i proceed to guve u to look intobthe matter

                                        I had placed an order, #insf[protected] on 29th December. And it was supposed to be delivered by 28th January. But product not yet been dispatched. Every time when I contact them, they respond that they need ten more days to dispatch the product. They have been doing this for a couple of weeks. I have requested refund a while back and they assure refund in call but I am yet to receive any refund or response after that
