I purchased a solid wood table online for Rs 6999/-(Prepaid) vide Order #1NSF48522133 on 06 Mar 2016. The table was received at Raipur on 15 Mar in damaged condition. I registered complaint on phone and even mailed the photos of damaged table to their customer service rep but there was no response. They even stopped receiving my calls thereafter. I tried their chatting line almost everyday also but there has been no response.

I have been a regular customer and a fan of insaraf.com I recommended the site to hundreds of my acquaintances but the extremely poor customer service of the company is forcing me to change my opinion.

I have ordered aspaki centre table . N got damaged product delivered to me. N i have mailed complain same day with photographs ... its been weeks no response of my complain they r not picking up calls. Not replaying mails n msges ..

    My order no. is #1NSF45992133. I asked for a replacement for 1 unit of Solid Wood Jodhpur Sofa Set a month back i.e. on 11th of feb 2016 (as I received a damage piece). Till date I haven't received my replacement. Though the damage piece is collected by them but the replacement is still not received. I am in regular contact with Mr. Rahul and Mr. Shankar, who every time I call clarifies that your product is ready for dispatch. On 14th march, Mr. Shankar gave me a track id no.[protected] stating that product has been dispatched. But this track no. is invalid. I had a talk with GATI express, they confirmed that no product has been booked by this number.

    I have given many attempts by calling at +91 [protected], +91 [protected] but in vain. Either they don't take a call or if by god grace saraf guys receive it- they put the call on hold. Heights of negligence.

    Now, the only way left is to take a LEGAL ACTION against saraf furniture. Either replace my product asap or refund the money for that unit of Sofa.

      I ordered a king size poster bed with trolley storage on 1st of January 2016. I received the furniture on 20th of January 2016. while the guys installed the furniture i noticed that there is a huge gap of 6 cm from the foot board to the mattress and the connecting pieces of the poster didnt have good finish. Also, the bed length was 6 cm more than wt is shown in their website, becoz of which i cannot open my wardrobe door. I informed the company on phone, sent wtsup images to the concerned. even the trolley storage had no handles to open, so that i can store anything in it. the delivery guy tried to reach their company for 1/2 hr. the guys whom i wts up never took our calls. the delivery guy said i'm just delivering just sign the recieved doc. i did that huge mistake. post which they asked me to send the pics on email, i did. they said they'll send a carpenter, who came after so many follow ups. and finally turned up after a month, to tell us that its a design or a manufacturing defect. he gave mr. raghunandan, company owners number. i've wtsup him, sms him, spoke to him. no response, nobody picks uptheir service center calls. nothing. its been now two months i've recieved the product. i'm totally cheated. i want to sue these guys.

        My recommendation is never buy from Saraf funitures.

        They are highly unprofessional and do not fulfill orders. I placed order for 6 seater dining table on Oct 10th. They delivered only 4 chairs after 4 weeks. As per Saraf furniture 2 chairs were damaged during shipment.

        After this I didn't receive any communication from them on pending chairs. after 2 weeks I called their customer care and that never works. I mailed them and they didn't respond. So I called their owner who arranged callback from customer care and they mentioned that they have shipped the chairs and will be available in 2 weeks. That didn't happen. I again called their customer care and as usual there was no one to answer my calls. So I called owner Raghunath, he again mentioned that 2 chairs are being shipped today and last time they gave me wrong info. So this continued till 2.5 months and they promised me shipping of chairs at least 4 times and once they gave me tracking number also which was never delivered. So at the end of december I blasted Raghunath and asked him to provide replacement chairs, he sent 2 chairs which are of completely different design and nothing to do with my dining set. Frustrated for 3 months I tried reaching Raghunath in first week of Jan and he was not taking my call and whenever he picked my call( I called atleast 20 times in a day) there will be complete silence and he will promise me through SMS that he will call me from landline as there is problem with network.But he never called back.

        So finally I asked them to refund my full amount with interest since they have failed to fulfill my order(remember they take full money in advance) and there is no response to that. After all this they have sent me picture of chairs which are supposed to have been damaged and are in their bangalore depot.

        So in short their customer care never works, they will take full money in advance and there is no guarantee that they will fulfill the order. I am not even talking about the quality of their products.
        If you are in similar situation call their 3rd class owner/BDM

        chances are he will not pick your call but keep bugging these

        I've just had a very bad experience with them too. I feel your pain
        I purchased a solid wood smart cube TV unit. It arrived broken. I called more than 20 times on the day it was delivered and finally was authorised a replacement. I spoke to Bharat Sharma, Vikas Sharma, Kuldip, Sagar and more. I advised I was leaving on 6th Feb and they guaranteed the replacement before then. I called and called them as advisors were giving me conflicting information. For example saying they will email me a tracking number which I never received or then saying there's no tracking as they have sent it with their personal driver. After dozens of promises of a call back from senior staff, I received nothing. Today, 6th Feb 2018, I've been calling since their lines opened at 10am. I've called over 30 times. During one call Kuldip gave me a tracking number. I checked it on Safe Express online straightaway and told him it doesn't exist. He was trying to fob me off! Eventually after numerous calls someone put me through to the manager Raghav. Raghav was rude and was giving bad words to me saying I rushed the shipment and that's why it broke. I explained that I am fully aware that it was sent by standard shipping. He lied to act like the item was damaged due to rushing. It got to 1pm and he said he will look into it and call me back. At 4pm I called back. He said I'm inpatient. I asked him why is it taking so long? They've sent an item 5 days ago, they dont know who with (safe express or a personal driver). They dont have tracking details but they should have that information in front of them.
        Raghav promised me a call back by 6:30pm. No call was received and their lines close at 6:30pm! I did call at 6:15pm and was told he will call me in 5 minutes. He didn’t. I called back at 6:28pm and a guy was just saying "hello hello"...In a sarcastic voice pretending he couldn't hear me. After that they shut the lines. I'm left with a broken unit...no replacement or refund. I hate this company but I will not stop until I get my money back! Avoid guys!!! Disgusting company!!!

        Now it's Friday 8th Feb. They have told me the driver is in Goa today and will call my friend (as I'm no longer there). It's been 5 hours...I've called back and they have now said they will give me the drivers number, but in 1 hour! What a joke. I asked "if you don't have the drivers number, then how did you pass my friends number to him?"... Guess what, the poor guy on the phone had nothing to say. Now he's arranging a call back from RAGHAV that so called "Manager". What a Joke!

          i have highlighted my problem for the damaged center table, but there is no response at all from the support team, its been really frustrating dealing with the lethargic after sale support service, no one is replying the mail which i am sending and no one is answering on the support contact number which is provided on the insaraf site.

            One of the most horrible ecommerce company. Waiting for replacement of dining table from past 8 months. Had tried reaching customer care so many times. Dropped so many emails.even got a call from Safex Logistic for pickup but no one from Saraf furniture bothered to call. No communication from them for pickup of furniture for replacement. Raghunandan ([protected]) who is the owner of the company spoke to me in March 2015 when I bought the furniture but now he doesn't pick my call. Dont waste money on InSaraf. Quality of wood used by them is bad. It has cracks all over the furniture for which excuse is natural grains. Natural grains and cracks are big difference. Better to buy from eretailers such as Fab Furnish, Urban Ladder and Pepperfry. You might have to shell extra money but atleast quality of product will be good. We bought Sheesham wood furniture so that it can last long but Insaraf furniture is worst than particle board furniture. Dont buy anything from this company. Order no #1NSF22952133

              I ordered a durban bar for my brother in law from insaraf.com The product delivered to me had the following issues. 1. Bar legs damaged 2. Drawer ply is swollen up 3. Bar top not in level 4. Bar manufacturing not up to the mark The bar finish is of poor quality. The product was delivered by gati express. They refused to stay till the time product was opened and delivered saying that its not the part of contract. The product manufacturing itself is of poor quality. The legs of bar are actually broken . Swollen and old ply is being used for the drawer. The wood finish is also not good. The bar looks shabby. From the time of delivery I have been calling the company but there has been no response from them. I want the company to refund me the money and would not bear any charges for the product being taken back.The call centre number is not being picked up by anyone and neither they have called back.                 Have ordered a TV stand with the order #1NSF36132133 and when I received the product and unpacked the leg of the TV stand was broken and I immediately raised the complaint and it just took 1 month for them to deliver the replacement. They claim that they use Sheesham wood but it feels like very cheap quality wood. First thing is they do not have the proper customer support and turn around time and communication for the mails or chat support is so irritating. It was a transit damage and they say that we can fix the TV stand broken leg with the carpenter. We order the product and pay full amount and in turn they are trying to convince use to use that broken products. I would prefer to share this feedback/review on the insaraf website itself, but there is no option provided in the website to share the same.

                  We purchased insaraf Maharaja Sofa via order #1NSF16602133 thr insaraf.com website in Oct 2015.

                  Immediately we saw that insaraf coffee table they sent was made up of rotten wood. we immediately complained within 24 hours of receiving the courier but it was not accepted as they asked us to bear with it as rotten wood was under the table and not visible.

                  We also found that insaraf maharaja sofa was good 5 inch lesser in width than other normal sofa and there was nothing Maharaja about it. We again complaint but they mentioned that you should have checked the dimensions before ordering. How can anyone check comfortability of the insaraf sofa online?

                  After 10 days, we started seeing cracks in all insaraf maharaja sofa which was immediately informed but again after 2 months of followup Insaraf team started to NOT RESPONDIng our calls, mails, sms or support tickets.

                  I have spent 50, 000 on Insaraf maharaj sofa and they were of substandard design, Bad quality, non existent customer service.

                  Pls help me get the furniture replaced or my money refunded
                  Its strange to see that this review was put in September, but it talks about the purchase of October ! ;)

                    After delayed delivery of my bed, with a broken part, I spoke to Mr Rahul and Mr Deepak about sending a carpenter to repair the broken part on 14th September and 16th September. Photo of the broken bed has been sent to Mr Deepak on whatsapp. I was assured that the carpenter would come in a day or two and repair it along with some other fitments like a kadi and hinges for the bed storage box. As usual, not only has the carpenter not come yet but nobody has bothered to inform me on the matter too. E-mails sent to them are met with an automated response and then nothing happens. My wife and I both hurt ourselves in the leg because of the broken bed part. Despite repeated attempts to contact them through their so-called helpline[protected] and emails has yielded no results. Still waiting for the repair of the bed.

                      I bought a King size Cot with side tables from this furniture store in the month of July 2015. I went to the store to check the quality of the product and everything looked good. Once you enter your name in the book that is available in their store, their owner Mr. Raghunandhan calls you and asks for feedback and will bug you till you order the product. I was kind of Ok till this time, bugging was not too much, but a call in the mornings is a normal routine. Then atlast I made up my mind and ordered it. The product was received on time, the customer service was great till the product was delivered - frequent calls and updates on the status of the shipping. I thought wow, they are equivalent to other big stores and wondered why they have not become popular. The troubles started from then. I had some minor issue on the side table like it was not flat on the floor, there were some scratches on the head portion of the cot which happened while delivering. I tried calling the shop, no response and then try visiting the store, the person gives another number of the store to check the status and promises that he will update Raghunandhan. So waited for 4 hours, no response whatsoever, called Raghunandhan - he promises that a carpenter will be sent immediately but before that as a process I have to register a complaint online and send them the picture through mail. I did that, then waited for couple of days - no response. Again called Raghu - he picks the call and says carpenter will be sent immediately, again 2 days the wait was still there from my end. I call back Raghu again, he does not pick my calls. Ok he bugged me before ordering, I will bug him back, try calling every 1 hour, he picks up may be after 10 calls and promises that carpenter will be sent at a specified time. The person did not come, so bug him again after the said time, he puts my number in block list, but sends the person. After 20 days of minimal usage, there is noise coming from the board which is below the matresses, I call up again to the store and he asks me to send the complaint through mail and also promises that he will update the same to Raghu. After raising a complaint, I get a call from their store in Rajasthan and they ask for the problem, I explain them and then they say that they will send a carpenter and check what that problem was and also assured that some ply boards will have problems and after the carpenter works on it, it will be rectified and no future instances of these. It has been 20 days now since that call, but no one has called till now and no response for the complaint as well. This was the first time I ordered from an unreputed store and I paid for it and this would be a great lesson for me and I will be sticking on to popular stores because their customer services is good and in the past as well I have made requests for 5 year old products and they have sent the person for rectifying within a day or 2. So please do not buy from this store and loose your peace of mind.

                      The company has provided the necessary rectification. Hence closing this complaint. They sent a carpenter and he had to nail all over the board so that it does not make noise. I still do not deny that the noise is completely gone, but its a lot lot better than what it was.

                      Insaraf furniture, such a big cheaters, called them hundreds of times, for the replacement of the damaged capital dinning set and TV unit, almost 7 mnth passed. the people sitting in their call center are trained to lie n assure customer it will b delivered immediately n so mnths n mnths passes by their false assurance.
                      Very bad customer service... We purchased a kuber bed in december and some disturbing sounds are coming from tge bed..we are contacting to customer service n delhi showroom from a mnth and half but the problem is not sorted yet...Daily they use to give ap0intment but person will not come..
                      Very pathetic service...

                        I received wooden sofa set from you for online order #1NSF30582133 on 9th July 2015. On the same day, i sent them an email stating about the damaged part and non-alignment of the received sofa with photographs as mentioned in your complaint disclosure. The furniture i got today is damaged as; 1. Front panel of 2 seater is broken. 2. None of the big bolts in the bottom are fitting. All the back panels are fitted only with black color bolts. 3. 3 seater is not aligned. Middle support seems to be bigger, making 3 seater in a hanging position. Currently a plywood support has been put to allign it properly. From 9th July till date 3 times different carpenters visited my place and examined the sofa and noted down all the repairs to be done. However, actual repair has not been done yet. Even with several communications via email with them, they have not taken any serious actions rather than just calling me to get details of repairs all the times and the issue still persist. It is more than 60 days now the repair has not done.

                          I have purchased a queen sized bed from Saraf Furnitures on July 24, 2015. I have received the same on August 02, 2015. The packaging was very poor and the plywood was all wet and also of poor quality; further not fixing on the bed properly. I brought these matter to them via mail on the same day with the photographs of the damaged packaging and product and a Ticket/Request ID was generated for me stating resolution within 48 working hours (Ref.Request ID: 27118). Thereafter they were supposed to send someone for installation; but no one turned up yet. And on calling customer care, again no response from their end and another ticket ID was generated. (#27208 & 27209). Later I decided to get in touch with them via online Chat;but my efforts were again in vain. and more ticket nos.were added to my basket (#27483). As on today, I dint receive any call from them despite of lot many complaints( through phone, mails, chat and even FB posts on their page). They assure LIFETIME WARRANTY for their products; however their sold new product isitself of very poor quality and to add to customer'sfury, they don't at all pay any heed to our grievances. There are many such complaints for them on their FB page, which they delete and turn a deaf ear to the grievances. Request you to take some action on this and help the helpless consumers. For Ref.                               My order no.2870 placed from PUNE regarding solid wood queen size kuber bed delieverd on 17 June 2015 in PUNE, noticed a considerable defect/ crack measuring more than 8 x 0.3 cms near the head end of t bed noticed within 4- 5 days of delivery, although on repeated complaints & calls to insaraf, they are not bothered to acknowledge/ ready t interact/ rectify t complaint or t damages foreseen on our furniture.they boast of high quality solid wood but nothing is been seen close to it!                               I too wanted to purchase the Kuber Bed and talked to a person from SARAF, It was good that your review helped me to avoid this purchase, However during my conversation I mentioned about the Bad Reviews of their Products.
                              To which he responded that all the Reviews in in Saraf are the real reviews and can be traced thru face book account.

                                Described below is the worst experience i had regarding my purchase with Insaraf. I insist everyone who are thinking about buying anything from them to read completely so that you are duly aware of this fraudulent company. Order#1NSF20392133 Ordered Date – Dec 05, 2014 Price – Rs. 21, 999.00 Product – Cot Type/Model – Solid Wood Durban Bed – King ( 6ft Wide x 6.5 ft Long – Inner Size ) / 4 Days First when I went through their website I should say, I was really impressed but still wanted to get a confirmation about the commitment’s they provide so called up the customer care on [protected] as mentioned in the website. A person addressed himself as Ragunanthan spoke to me with all the honey words and promised for a quality product. I was still skeptical and asked him what if the product is not of good quality since we cannot actually see the product directly before buying. He had all his sweetly coated words to say they provide 100% quality assurance, lifetime warranty, etc. I went ahead and bought a cot through their website http://www.insaraf.com/, the delivery did not happen as per their commitment even though personally calling them and insisting my requirement. I had to call them several times before it was delivered to me. It was a shock when I unpacked the cot which was delivered, the wood was very shabby looking, the plywoods provided to hold the bed was all broken on the edges/rotten. Immediately i tried calling the same customer care and report it but there was no response. I then wrote the below mail. Hi, Thanks for the update, but i am not very happy with the condition of the product delivered. I can see literally rotten wood and rotten plywood being used for the cot which doesn’t speak good about the quality of the furniture, also there are several damages seen on the cot, probably these must have occured during shipping them. Bottom line is, I had great expectations based on your website and Mr.Ragunanthan’s telephonic conversation but they have not been fulfilled. Can you please arrange a technician who could rectify the damages probably by raming it wherever necessary or by applying some varnish.? Late in the month of March 2015 (3 months from purchase) i was really shocked to see the cot cracking everywhere. I noticed this only when i started getting creeky noise from the cot. For almost more than a month i am calling the same customer care and talking to Mr.Ragunanthan for some resolution but he tries all possible tacktics to ignore my call. Sometimes he would say he is busy, sometime his health is not good and he would speak in a low voice, sometimes he is away from work for some personal reason, sometime he has asked his team to look into it. I have sent them more than 20 mails and several time the photographs which i have posted here. I am planning for legal action against these people, i have approached Akosha and they are happy to take up my case. Meantime i thought i should share my experience on the internet so that no one else goes through same agaony.

                                I had earlier sent them a leagal notice informing that I would need refund or I will go for a consumer case. They have provided complete refund, so I am withdrawing my complaint.

                                You can google to fine Akosha, they have charges for various services. You need to pay them upfront and move up the case. Checkout their website, i would suggest to fight your own battle.

                                    Hi, I bought a tv cabinet from Insaraf Furniture. I placed an order in January however, as promised it was not delivered on time. I called them up to put the order on priority, I was told that yes I will receive the order on time but it was delayed. We did not receive any email or message from them that there will be delay in the order. I called them again to know the status of the shipment. Again, they mentioned that it will be there in next two-three days. This time I asked them to share a mail confirming that I will receive the product in two-three days. Again no mail and no product received. All of a sudden after some days, I get a call from some courier agency that some product is with them and I need to pay for it as it is not a pre paid order !!! When asked, I was told the product is from Insaraf Furniture. I mentioned to the courier girl that it’s a pre-paid order and I do not have to make any payment for it. She said information she received from Insaraf says I need to make some payment! She said she will get back to me once status is cleared, again no call from the furniture company and the courier company. Finally the day comes when they decided to deliver the product to us. But without making any call that they will be coming to deliver the product, they simply come and knock the door. Since we both husband wife are working, we were in our office. So we had to get the product delivered at our friends’ place who stays in the same society. Now these people ask for money to be paid. I wonder why they wanted money as they simply used the elevator to reach second floor and put the product at my friends place ! When we reached home and opened the product, it was broken. That day was March 2 or 3rd. since that day we have been writing to them to replace the product but they have not got back to us. I request you to take strict action against them. They have been creating bad experience since day one by not delivering product on time, hiring a bad courier company and now bad post purchase service. I have all the documents, request numbers, mails and call details with me, will share them when required.
