Dear Sir/Madam,
The furniture purchased vide order ID INSF[protected] was delivered on 16/12/2021. Today the assembly team was finally reported after intervention of Mr. Sandip Pareek, Sr. Sales Manager and his prompt action towards sending the technician. However during unpacking and assembly it was found that the Furniture item “Solid Wood Kuber Dresser Almirah” was damaged and broken for upper part of the furniture. A photograph of the damaged item is attached.
Product Details : Solid Wood Kuber Dresser Almirah, L 63 x D 46 x H 183 cm / Honey SCK-45-H

Beside above another issue was also found during assembly of item “Solid Wood Essential Bed with Storage” with center vertical wood support as the technician found the length is more which was not allowing horizontal main support to seat on its groove. Your authorized assembly team then cut the wood resulting short of height and then remove the attachment clip from it’s original fitting. Not it is hanging in center. Both the main horizontal and vertical wood along with it’s joining clip needs replacement as the parts were not prepared properly in factory, resulting inability to fit the bed.
A photograph of the damaged item is also attached.
After an absolute delay in product delivery and thereafter in assembly, now it was found that a defective and damaged products were delivered by Saraf resulting facing of serious difficulties in my wedding days.
It was repeatedly conveyed to Saraf since order placement that the furniture purchased are for Wedding purpose and with the receipt of the damaged furniture, it has tarnished our image in front to my in-laws as if an inferior quality product was given by my parents in their daughter’s wedding. Truly speaking my experience with Saraf w.r.t customer service, after sales service and product quality was extremely poor and mentally we all was harassed a lot.
I have never faced such a poor customer service like it happened with you. As I conveyed in my previous communication also that I was having a plan to place subsequent orders for other furnitures also but seeing such poor after sales service and product quality of Saraf, it is decided not to go for it with you in future and will definitely not suggest anybody to buy from Saraf.
You are requested to kindly arrange for immediate replacement of the damaged furniture in whole and on priority basis latest by 30.12.2021 or arrange for immediate refund of Rs.52898/- in my Google pay @ [protected] and take back the damaged item.

    I ordered a bed from insaraf.com on 12th of October but it has still not been delivered. Mails sent directly to Raghunandan saraf, business owner were not acknowledged. The order was supposed to be delivered before Diwali but repeated follow-ups led only to new dates, on & on. Apparently, this is not an isolated case as there are quite a few burbs online about failure to deliver. In my case, it is more than 2 months.

    There seems to be a problem, which management has not been able to address and all those thinking of ordering, well think twice or be ready for follow-ups which lead nowhere !!

        I received side Board in damaged condition and carpenter send for rectification.
        After 06 months, cracking observed in side Board door and also metal handle corrosion observed.
        They sent technician for inspection of side Board.
        After raising complaint (Complain no: 186802), they have responded with the replacement of order before Diwali 2021, but now mailing several times no response received from Saraf team.
        I have purchased near to 200, 000 rupees items from Saraf and i am disappointed with customer care service.

        Now I am going for legal action against Saraf team. Will logged official police complaint and notice to company if issue not resolved.

        Frustrating with Saraf team, this will happen in India only.

          I placed order 1 Center table on 31st oct 2021. They commit me to delivered by 25th Nov, Then they give 29th then 2nd, then 8th then 10th, then 13th and now they give me 18th Nov for shipment. I email for complain and cancel my order still no reply I get from them. They are not cancel my product not giving refund and also not delivered my ordered.

            My order number is INSF[protected]. I placed order on 15 sep. But after 3 months also, it is not yet delivered and it yas been constantly getting postponed (till now 10th time) I have been chasing several "so called solid wood specialist" like Randeep, Anoop, vinod etc. Their same old repetative statements and no action is being taken. I dropped email for cancellation and refund on "[protected]@ insaraf.com and [protected]@insaraf.com" but still they don't even bother to reply. This needs to be checked else they keep on forging customers.

              I have purchased coffee table. Its been more than 2 months, They have not delivered it, nether they are refunding money. Its a fraud company looting money from people.

                Order a queen bed with storage. Storage doors are smaller than the opening having big gaps which let's dust, insects and lizards to walk in.

                I don't understand how some one 45 year old in business can dispatch an unfinished damaged product without Quality check passed.

                Service is another worst level, they were supposed to send a technician a week ago and this weekend, but no one shows up.

                  I ordered a dining table set plus one dressing table mirror-the mirror came broken, dining chairs were defective, planks of chairs coming apart, and the dining table planks are now coming apart after a month. I have made 30 or more calls, chatted with customer support, only to be told that somebody will get back but so far there has been no fixing of the items. A representative from Goa got in touch just for formality, and all my attempts of following up with her has been an humiliating experience- she is rude and obnoxious. The company is a scam-people are trained to be rude, unhelpful, so that we can stop following up. I had my carpenter take a look at the items to fix it and he said it is not real wood-it is some cheap wood that won't handle nailing either. The company is a SCAM. We should let more people know about the fraud that the company and its founder Raghunandan is. #fraud Insaraf.com

                    1. Product was purchased vide Purchase Order No INSF[protected] dt 20 Mar 2021 with a lead time of 4 weeks for delivery
                    2. Even after repeated reminders through mail and tele call, the product is yet to be delivered even after lapse of almost 08 months, as on today i.e. 22 Nov 2021.

                      I had ordered Dining Set, Side board, 3stool set, Double bed, Stidy table and Jali lamp vide my order id[protected] in last week of February 2021.

                      The delivery was done in 02 consignments, first consignment was received after 02 months and other one after 05 months. Jali table has yet not been delivered (08 months have passed).

                      Dining Table, 01 chair, Side table, double bed board and all 03 stools were broken. infact the the wood had cracked. I had promptly uploaded photographs and complaint with Saraf furniture customer care. Till date i.e. even after 08 months I have received only false promises that too after chasing them for number of times. Already, Saraf team had confirmed that dining table and chair and double bed board will be replaced ( committed on April 03 rd week), however no further communication has been received from saraf. they have been shifting timelines till August and now they do not respond even.

                      Subsequently. i received side tabel and stools. All of them were broken. Side table wood had cracked from multiple location and all 03 stools are broken. Saraf customer care had committed of sending a expert to assess the damage, however no one has contacted me till date.

                      My request to Saraf furniture is to immediately take back your damaged furniture and issue full refund as you have failed to do, 1) Timely delivery, 2) replacement of broken furniture, 3) send expert for assessing damaged side board and stools 4) Every furniture they send is damaged.

                      Saraf furniture has failed on all accounts and I as customer do not deserve their service any more, just issue refund.

                        Do not buy from this company. ordered tv unit. delivered after 2 months. when opened it was completely damaged. no after sales service, no replacement/ refund till date. i have been mailing them since 4 months but no action taken.

                          I have received 6 seater dining table delivery from Insaraf (Order # INSF[protected] on the month of Jun 2021; Product was well varnished & received in good condition in general; When i closely observed Dining table legs, Insaraf merchant used defective, cracked wood piece;

                          Immediately, i called Insaraf customer support & complaint ticket # 174404 was raised on 25th Jun 2021 with pictures of 2 legs with cracks attached for their reference. Customer support guys told they will arrange technicians to look into it but they never come to my place & assessed so far till date; In this 4 months period, i would have called Customer support 30 plus times but pathetic customer support service have not taken any tangible action yet by them. I am distressed by their approach & wasted all my time. I have email records of all these communication between me & support team.

                          I kindly request you to intervene on this issue, do the necessary remedy, advice them to replace manufacturing defect 2 legs wood pieces (attached in pictures) & monetary compensation for causing mental agony to me.

                            I had ordered a kitchen storage cabinet from www.insaraf.com worth INR 45000 on 13 July, 2021. The order was confirmed and while no date of dispatch or delivery was mentioned on the order, I assumed it will be delivered within a month (which is the usual TAT for any order inclusive of delays). When I did not hear from them for almost three weeks, I started following up with them via email, customer care phone numbers as well as a WhatsApp channel that they have. Each time I was told that the product is in production and will be dispatched soon.
                            After 2 months on non receipt of my order they finally started apologising for the delay and said that it will be dispatched in a weeks time and reach me within 10 days. Now it is over one month since that conversation too, but there’s absolutely no clue if they will dispatch the said order at all.
                            I have paid the entire order amount to them in advance in July and failed to get them to cancel the order and return my money too.
                            I must mention that this is not the first time I ordered something from their website and I have received furniture for my living and bedroom from them in the past, but that was 5-7 years ago. The experience wasn’t the smoothest even then, but atleast they delivered the stuff in time. However, my bedside table which came broken was never replaced or repaired by them even then.

                            I feel cheated and let down.

                                We bought bar cabinet and it’s flap lid had bent, and joined edges have opened up .
                                You have sent some display piece I think . When I bought it came fully assembled As soon as I bought I asked my friend Harish shanti Kumar to buy he got it dissemble. He got Carpenteter to fix it .
                                As I am not able to upload photos here but ll mail u . If you can do the needful I promise to get u more business.

                                  Complaint:
                                  Order delivered on[protected].
                                  The 2 chairs delivered had the following issues:
                                  1. Alignment and height issues, dissimilar wooden planks used.
                                  2. Ordinary flat cushions provided. (The shape of the cushions were completely different than what was displayed in the website.)

                                  It's been more than 32 Days since I have raised complaint. Even after repeated chats/calls/emails to the saraf support team, there has been no proper response to resolve the issue. Every time they promise to check with the senior team.

                                  When I saw the review later on Google, consumercomplaints.in, quora.com, etc, I was shocked. All they do is scam the customers.
                                  Take Money, Send a defectives product and won't respond any complaints raised. Finally, the issue gets closed as the customer is frustrated of waiting for response.

                                  Expectation:
                                  Please fix the issues mentioned ASAP or please provide refund and collect back your chairs along with extra set of cushion covers.

                                    I paid around 6, 000/- to get additional storage in my bed. They sent a bed without handles/grooves to access the storage.
                                    I had first complained in August 2021 and my issue hasnt still been resolved.

                                      Ordered a center table on 21st sept, on website they mentioned that it will be shipped after 21 days. i have been following up with their team since a month now. every time their support team gives a new date with a templated reply that says

                                      "Under the information your order is in the finishing stage it will be ship in our next vehicle schedule by evening, By evening our dispatch team will share the tracking details with you on your Mobile number and Email"

                                      The date keeps changing, my product is in finishing stage since over a month now. they don't tell the right reason for delays, no updates from their end and a new date always. it sets the wrong expectations. i dont even know when i will actually receive the product.

                                        They are neither delivering furniture nor returning money back for past 6 months. This is fraud, cyber fraud. Customer service gives same status for past 6 months. They don't give managers no. This is cyber fraud.
