I bought lg led tv on sunday stil they did not come for installation very very worst service which i have faced wid them. No concerns about customers. Customer service is bad. And also thy said tat along wit tv u ll get airtel dtch setupbox tat too we did not recieve. Its about 3 days. And my emi statement also i dint receive yet. Totally fraud dnt buy any product from them.

    I bought sony tv last year january at sathya agencies, kelambakam. Offer product for this is power bank worth rs.3500. They said that there is no stock at that time and deliver it as soon as the product is available but i didn't receive it yet. There is no proper response from sathya. I called the sales person many times but not giving proper information. I also registered complaint before but no use. One sales person from sathya called me after i registered the complaint and said that there is no pending offer product noted in the bill. Trying to fool customers?? Take proper action

      Problem not yet rectified, your service person came and done the service but not problem not rectify open the TV but they didn't close properly, only my mom was there at home she does no anything abt the tv, I think TV was manafautre defects products you sold, we are not at all satisfied your products, it's cost 85k not 1000, 2000 Rs we can't leave that I want TV replacement of the TV it's under warranty.

        Tcl led 55p65us was ordered by g. Jeyaram cell no [protected] and delivered from sathya agencies 145/5b/1 ettayapuram road tuticorin pin 628003 sales admin s. Priyatharsini and gst invoice no is [protected]and internal doc no is [protected] and ordered no is [protected]. The problem is after delivered no one to come installation and remote missing, connection cable missing and tv stand missing and warranty card missing only tv inside the box. We called so many times to fix but no one giving proper reply. It's very disappointed for me and i am regular customer as well. Can give me explanation please and do the needful assistant. This kind of customer satisfaction spoling sathya agencies reputation. Thank you.

          We bought a faber chimney on january 1st 2019 at madippakam sathya branch that came with gas stove and gold coin for 15990. The salesman showed us 3 burner stove and told this is the one you will get for this offer. But they sent a 2 burner instead 3. When asked he is not accepting that he mentioned. I also bought 1 fridge which has come as mentioned. I see this kind of sales as cheating the customers. I also referred my friend who bought ac and fridge the next day. You gave me a very pleasant experience. Hereafter wont recommend your shop for any one. Also going to write bad review as this s a true experience for me. There s no need for me to tell lie n also i bought both for cash no emi.. Balaji bill number is 9043.

          We have purchased voltas 1.5 ton 3 star AC at ARCOT Branch on 31/12/2018.During the time of purchase they have promised that they will deliver 2018 make but they have delivered compressor of Split 2017 make and compressor of JAN 2018.We went to the shop and asked to replace the split with 2018 model but they have refused to replace.

            I have bought ac in sathyas on april 7th 2018 and made emi option with capital first. At that time, sathya published advertisement in newspaper in patnership with capital first for waive off of last emi when we complete the loan. But last emi is not waived off and it is debited from my account. I have enquired with capital first and sathyas t. Nagar branch manager. They both said "we will check and revert and gave phone number". But no one is responding and clearing the issue. Please take this issue and resolve for us.               I had ordered a samsung 55 inches uhd led tv on 30/12/2018 and was promised it will be delivered in a days time on 2/1/2019 by sathya agencies koluthur branch (Mr. Jegan and mr. Kamalesh) but it was not delivered.
              When i enquired on 3/1/2019 still the same answer that it will reach you by today. Today is 4/1/2019... Neither they have taken the pains to call us to tell it was not delivered nor had made any other arrangements to meet out the non delivery of product. One of the worst service ever faced... Now i am planning to cancel the product... Neither product delivered nor am i getting a call regarding this... Contemplating to cancel the product delivery as they have not kept their word.

Tv is working fine but remote not working properly made complaint several time no response from ur end. Kindly resolve this issue asap. Either change the remote are tack back ur tv we won't wait until remote gets.

                          Hi sir/madam,
                          I bought butterfly stove from your reputed firm this year january. Now stove has problem. Glass on the stove are broken. We made complaint directly to the tenkasi office. They informed to butterfly company. Representative from butterfly he saw the things and issue a replacement order. After that i had a phone conversation with sathya tenkasi. They told me reg this issue we sent the mail to ho. I waited one week but still i didn't get proper response from sathya tenkasi. Now they told me we need a sticker from butterfly on the stove. Am totally unhappy in this issue. Since i bought all my home appliances from sathya tenkasi. And also i referred my friends also to sathya. With this incident am totally unhappy.

                              Nature of complaints.
                              1. Tvs picture quality is very poor.
                              2. Not worth for our purchased cost.
                              3. Not good color quality of picture.
                              4. Not readable flash news
                              5. Over head pain and eye pain for one hour continuous monitor the screw
                              6. Same quality tv, i will get only rs 30000-/-

                              We are not interested your product for this kinds issue initial..

                                I bought samsung smart tv from sathya store mayiladuthurai. I have been told that airtel dth will be installed free of cost as part of my tv purchase.

                                I was waiting nearly 10 days for this dth installation but no luck. Extremely disappointed with your service.

                                When buying the tv, i have clearly metioned that i will be going back to uk in a week time and they have promised me that dth will be installed within a week.

                                Finally they made me to followup from my side many time and there is no use with that. I got frustrated and applied for new dth connection. I have already registered the complaints with airtel dth as well.

                                I hope some action will be taken on this case as my days are wasted with you people. If i have time, i would like to return the tv and get it from some other store. But unfortunately i don't have time as i am flying to uk in 2 days. Sorry to say this, i don't like to suggest my neighbours and friends for any future purchases from sathya.

                                I have attached the copy of my bill for your reference. I am looking forward to hear from you.

                                  This is the second time i am complaining the matter please don't purchase any product in sathya agencies. I already wrote complaint below about washing machine not getting repaired more than 2 months. They didn't took even a single responsibility about our problem. My money 24000 rupees gone. I don't care i will meet in the court that is not at all matter. But please friends in my own opinion please don't purchase any product in sathya agencies. Today 11.11.18 three weeks before they took my washing machine and said they will replace the new one. But on our 9.11.18 i went to sathya agencies arakkonam. They said that we don't have haier product we will give you lg or other product it will cost more than your bill. I said ok. One of the representative promise that sir i will intimate you tomorrow. But on 11.11.18 i called sathya agencies one of the lady in responsibly said sir we are not responsible only haier will responsible. Then they put con call to one of the haier representative they didn't pick the call. They did not called still now. Guys please don't purchase from sathya agencies

                                        We bought tcl 55' smart tv from your nagercoil branch its got problem they agreed to replace after too much followup. Today they bring the replacement tv but that was the other model and but it in our home and left. Our old model was tcl 55p2us, they bring tcl 55p6us. Please be note there was price different in this two models and lots of different in futures please take the action immediately. We are struggling to contact sathya. If required we ll go with legal through consumer court.
