I am kavithanarayanan from porur, chennai.
Two months back, we have purchased vguard water heater (10l - pebble) in sathya - porur branch. Bill was in my husband's name - narayanan. Contact numbers-[protected], [protected].
Water smells very bad in the heater. We complained so many times and 4 times they send the service man for service but after that also same bad smell so they (From vguard) replaced with other heater, we went to sathya and got it replaced. But again now same problem (Water smells very bad). Again we are complaining daily but no proper response from sathya. After struggling with vguard, last week they come and collected the sample water from heater (Which smells bad). At that time they told as they will send the sample water (For proof) to lab to get the report and after analysing it, we will proceed. But no response till now we r making calls for sathya and vguard. Asusual they r convincing us by telling something but we r not satisfied with the service (Both from vguard and sathya). We don't want to use that heater further so we are ready to return it and asking them to refund our money so only no proper answer.

We brought a new Whirlpool fridge 3 doors product @ sathya porur.
New fridge having cooling, gas filling issues results all the food product gets impact.
Multiple times follow up, no one has taking action on product replacement.
we are totally dissatisfied.

I need a replacement right away.

      I purchased bajaj water heater on 12th nov 2017 from sathya agencies plot 42, 1st mainroad, ram nagar, peravallur, kolathur - ch-82, it was a damage product water drops out after install from bajaj person, i complaint to bajaj - they honestly given sticker to replace, but i went to sathya where i purchased - i wait hardly 15 minutes infront of manager - no response even no customer at that time - i met on 2dec 2017 - they promised will get the new one on 3rd i am follow up till date - i got worst response - i haven't get my product till now. They just pass my bill here and there. Bajaj given approval to collect new but sathya not ready to deliver.

        Hi mohana krishnan from chennai, i bought a new whirlpool washing machine in your kolathur sathya showroom on 1st dec 2017, they delivered the product on the same day like they committed but after the delivery to till now am following the demo process. No one has taken the responsibility for customer. They showing the wrost behaviour to the customer, in behalf it's reflecting sathya agencies how gave the responsibility to the customer. I felt very bad to buy the product in sathya agencies. Please resort the issuse asap.

          I bought lg smart led television from sathya agencies, kolathur before three years. On monday (13/11/2017) around 7pm we switched on our television and we noticed that there is problem in the display screen, since video was not clear. So we gave compliant to sathya agencies through email instantly with photograph of the screen and they have organized concern service engineer from lg to inspect the television by next day. That concern stated like we only made external damage in the screen. I don't know how he told like that? And no external mark present in our television but eventhough he told like we thrown the remote or some other material on the television. We are not satisfied with him and again we raised a complaint directly to lg service directly in email and they replied with my nearer to my locality area service manager number in email. Yesterday morning (15/11/2017) i had with conversation with service manager, but he is also told the same thing without inspect the television directly. More over he didn't ask single question about television (Like model, year of purchased etc). He stated like we only did physical damage and has to pay full amount for problem rectification. So again i written email to lg and sathya agencies regarding the my conversation with the service manager. But still now i didn't get any proper performance from lg as well as from sathya agencies. I dono to whom to i have to give complaint to address my complaint and find the proper solution. Hoping proper solution atleast now.

              I bought a ac (Navaratri offer) on sep 23rd, 2017. But i dint receive my product till today (09/11/17) 5pm. After i made payment, then only they checked that item is not available in stock. So they asked me to wait for 1week initially. And, later they requested 3 to 4 times and telling that my model stock is not available in blue star company itself. So finally they requested on nov 7th for confirm delivery. So i accepted it.
              When i make payment, they accepted for free delivery. But my product reached from warehouse to sathya store (West tambaram) branch on 08/11/2017. Now sales man called me and asking you have to pay 250rs for delivery. Then i shouted like nearly 45 days you are having my money and you have accepted free delivery when i make payment. Why should i pay for it?

              Finally they agree to deliver same day evening. But still i dint receive any update from the store. Then i have only called and asked about delivery.
              They telling me again, today evening 6pm (9/11) your product will be delivered.

              One of the worst store i have ever seen in my life time.

              When i logged complaint, within 15 mins i got a call from customer support team and responded my query.

              Air Conditioner received on 10/11/2017 without delivery charge. Thanks for the immediate attention from sathya agencies customer support team.

              Note: Before making invoice, check the available stocks whether its defective or its ready to delivery for customer. Do not deviate in committed words & date for the product deliveries. 1 or 2 time is acceptable. But 4 to 5 times its really annoying.

                    Dear sir i booked tv in sathya agencies coimbatore (100 ft rd branch) on 16/10/2017.. But till now i'm not received product... Today (22/10/2017).
                    While we follow the delivery section number.
                    Different types of answers only i got while call
                    1. One person said billing not approved tats only reason for late delivery.
                    2. Again i call and asked.. Another person said we r not having stock on such a model tats only late delivery
                    3. Then next day i called they said ur product ready for delivery but till now not got product
                    4. Again i follow up.. Another person said i'm manager we r trying to give u on tommorw. What's nonsense is this
                    Don't know which answer correct in 4..
                    I really plan to buy washing machine and air conditioning. But your poor response. Ur company loose the customers

                    Yesterday (22/10/2017)i called to sathya agencies coimbatore (100ft branch) sathya delivery section mobile number [protected]
                    They said we r not having stock now. we request to our corporate office.sure tommorw (23/10/2017) we delivery ur product.
                    Today (23/10/2017) i called to sathya agencies coimbatore.. They said tomorrow (24/10/2017)we will give.

                    If I call tomorrow (25/10/2017) same answer means what's use in this to complaints??.No customer service response.. ..Plan to post on social medias.if no response from sathya agencies coimbatore . i have all record calls and videos, screen shots.

Today morning I called to sathya agencies customer care[protected] and asked when my product will be delivered..She told i asking to our sathya agencies coimbatore and i call u sir..But till now no calls from tat sathya agencies customer care.. (this what's ur response)

                    Then now around 5.30pm i called to sathya agencies coimbatore delivery section number ([protected]) i asked same question when I'll delivery my product.he said we have loading in auto around (8.00pm -8.30pm)we delivery ur product...I'm waiting till now

                    But sathya agencies customer care till now[protected] not calling and saying about products status.

                      We purchased ifb front load washing machine (Model: elena aqua sx 6kg 1000rpm) on 13.10.2017 & ifb technician came for installation on 17.10.2017 by 3.30pm.
                      But before purchased the machine sathya agencies (Arakkonam) sales person has explained about machine future like hot water facility available. But technical person asked us to install hot water facility instrument which is rs.1800 cost.

                      On next day on wards we are complaining to sathya agencies regarding the wrong commitment of the machine but till date no response from them.

                      Sathya agencies from Medavakkam Chennai has no clue about my order although I visited the store in person and paid the amount in full and was promised that the product will be delivered the very next day. but I have been chasing them for delivery and not getting proper response from the store colleagues

                      I bought an Sony 32inches led TV for 30000 at Sathya stores Pudukkottai. They didn't provided any gift for me.But in the receipt they gave the gift item costing 10rs . They even kept gift issued seal and told that the TV price is reduced since you avoid the gift.

                        I have purchased one new tv vu brand 32 inch smart tv from southmasi street sathya due to trust of sathya and your owner was our prestige customer because i was working volkswagen madurai.
                        At the time of sale one of your staff mr. Solai convencing all realted things after billed even not bother about transit also. After purchasing till this time not installing the tv. Frequently called not bother about to take the call also.
                        And also he said it is not brand i. E they are delayed. Why you are sold with out branded tv in your store why you are convencing thisbrand.

                          On saturday 14th october 2017 i 've ordered for a whirlpool washing machine white magic classic in [protected]@gmail.com agencies posit branch. I paid ready cash of 14750 in the spot and they said they 'll deliver it on monday as sunday is holiday. But i did not receive the product on that day, waited for tuesday called a specific man to his mobile no which he shared me who works there in the particular day. No proper response from his side he said today they 'll deliver within night but did nt receive called up next day said today is holiday.. Again tried calling him on thursday did not pick the call for nearly 5 times. Again tried calling i received an improper response from his side telling that has to come from go down and don't have grey colour which will take next 3 more days to deliver. So i said that's k come colour is preferable so send as soon as possible. He called me up and said will deliver within half and hour. I waited the whole day but is of no use. I started to call him up but he did not picked the call for times. Today thursday i waited till 11.30 am and called for [protected]@gmail.com agencies land line no several times no one picked up the call.. Again i called that part man and raised my voice reg delivery and very coollie he answers today we 'll try to send... I've ever seen a nastic agencies like this.. Frauds not at all a proper response from their side.. No care for customers.. No work response nothing.. Total fraudship. I can see their adds in different channels but it's a rubbish store.. Im fed up with them. Chiiiiii

                          Received call from CRM telling that this happened due to their server prblm..They sent my product only after escalating and also sent men for installation on 21st October Thursday..And received msg and calls from CRM from HO and requested me to mark the issue as received and felt sorry for their inconvenience.. Where she promised this won't happen again

                          Yesterday i went to sathya store @ singaperumal koil to book whirlpool purifier. They said dealer charges is Rs. 500/- after billing they given Rs. 600/- as a bill. while swiping the card i forgot to see the amount. Once i received the bill i was shocked and asking the same. They said this amount only i was communicated. We are not satisfied with that staff and his cheap behavior. And i don't want to fight for them for this less amount. But they cheat me. that i cant accept. And in the billing time they said there is delivery charges for the product. This thing they wont communicate with me. basically i won't like to fight with cheating people.

                          We need a reply and solution for the same.

                            Sowbaghya wet grinder bought @Sathya Agencies medavakkam stopped working on 09-Oct. Same problem 1 month back took 15 days, more than 30 times of calling and 2 times visiting showroom to send technician and resolve. This time complaint registered on 10-Oct and no support inspite of daily calling. Returned the product today- no escalation structure.

                              I got an ifb washing machine on 7/10/2017 from sathya agencies, omr. Its one week and no one came for installation. I have made 15-20 calls requesting them to send person for installation but they only say we are checking, we will send... And nothing till now.

                              1. My first question, why did your salesperson tell that they are going to get it installed next day, when they can't keep their commitment.

                              2. Do you guys expect that after purchasing washing machine, i am going to keep it boxed before using?

                              It's pretty frustrating on the part of the customer and personally speaking i am going to advise my friends and colleagues to buy from sathya omr, because after purchase service is pathetic.

                              Final advice, if customer can make you king, they can kick you out as well. There are lot of your other competitors in market who get better service than you.

                              What do you guys think that we will keep the washing machine boxed for weeks and weeks Waiting for your installation guy to come?

                              Or you guys think that we don't have work and keep waiting for your people to come who eventually keep us Waiting and don't eventually turn up after repeated calls.

                              I don't need you guys to help me now, do you hear that? Because of you guys I had to install the washing machine myself, can't keep the clothes pile up just waiting for your installation guy.

                                  My name is smith charles s from chennai. Recently i have ordered a refrigerator (Whrilpool - sp 278 premier 3s saphire mengholia - blue color) in the exhibition which has been conducted on 23.09.17 in trade centre chennai.

                                  While making order, the concerned person checked the availability of blue color and said its ready in stock and you can get it in 5-7 days. So i have ordered. But, the response which your employees are giving is worst. They are cheating daily. Some of them telling that it is out for delivery and you will receive it today. Others telling that its out of stock and cant get it.

                                  Am really fed up. I have tried my maximum level and this the last response am expecting. If not, i will take necessary actions on your false commitments and cheating.

                                  Note: i need best response and i need the product which i have ordered within this week. Or else am ready to go take legal actions.

As soon as they received my mail, They sent a ticket number also mentioned that they will resolve the issue within 24 hrs. Then, After 24 hrs, they made call and checked the issue which i have faced. Also told that they will rectify the problem as soon as possible. Then they delivered the refrigerator on the same day itself. I was really shocked the response of the mail.                                   Purchased a fridge Samsung RR19M1412S8 on 16/09/2017from your tuticorin shop. Samsung representative after installation found that the fridge door is damaged and he replaced the veeding . But still the problem exist. Energy loss is happening through that door . Kindly replace the product asap .

                                    I have visited the trade fare on 23/09/17 and in that i have purchased a godrej 240 liter refrigerator, payment by 100% upfront. Today is 30/09/17 and i am yet to receive the fridge. I have been calling there store number [protected] from monday (25/09/17) and all i hear from them is that they will check with the dispatch team and will get back. They have a customer care toll free no, with ivr message stating will call back. You will get a callback after a day and asking just your details they will sign off saying will get back. Oh! A pathetic after sales service!! Can someone help me to here in handling such dealers who are totally have no sense of customer satisfaction. Please assist me in getting the product or my money back!!

                                      I bought lg washing machine in sathya agencies madipakkam branch on 15th september. Till now they didn't give me a computerized bill and their customer service is worst. They didn't come for washing machine installation after 10 days of purchase. We complain directly in lg customer care and they filed after that lg customer service man came for installation. Sathya agencies didn't intimate to lg company for our installation. Very worst in service and very costly compared to other shops.
