Recently we have purchased 1.5t ac & stablizer (Vdi 400, v-guard). On installation & operation, we found the stablizer is not suitable for our home. My parents unaware about the equipment, after a week from purchase tried to return & replace it with higher model in 7 days as per my recommendation. The stablizer is in good condition as in package.

Yet, while inquiring your stores at ambattur, there way of response and service is in worst manner. Though we want to replace it with higher model because o[censored]nsuitability of the product, we felt cheated, unconvinced.

Really a worst response & not-at-all helpful to customer. Hereafter i would never buy anything and would definitely not suggest your store to anybody. Kindly don't take it in other way. It's because of the distress & trouble we faced with your service.

We have calling about fixing the from last two their is no response from thiruvanmiyur branch and people disconnecting the calls we feel worst the customer response.we have been calling all the numbers but no response disconnect ing the calls.

      I have booked a 42" led smart tv in chennai trade center on 15th april 2018, with stahya agencies along with bajaj finance. Tv price is rs 34, 000.
      I gave all the details the bajaj person asked me that day for processing. He just asked me aadhar card, credit card details, and took a photo and said bajaj fiance successfully processed after paying rs.900.

      Next day i even received call from bajaj finance person stating for your new card we are providing various offers like that.

      After 2 days waiting for delivery, upon calling the sathya checking the status they said waiting for do from bajaj and they would process it tomorrow.

      Repeated the same next day and got the same response. No action taken.

      Then again called today, they told documents pending like bank statement, id proof and they told me to bring them and submit in store.
      When i went to store they told the concerned bajaj finance person is out and told to wait for 15 mins.
      After that again waited for 15 mins. After 30+ mins of waiting they told my bajaj fianance process is rejected, which is a worst behavior from a showroom sathya agencies.

      And then i asked for the refund of my initial amount 900 which i paid for bajaj finance and i got back. I had similar experience waiting for 1 &1/2 month for booking a owen in sathya through bajaja finance. Am a regular consumer who had bough 2 ac and 1 owen. Worst experience. Worst behavior.

        Dear sir,
        Greetings. I bought a onida 32inches tv through sathya agency rajapalayam at 7 months ago. Only 2 months the tv is running good after a small horizontal line came the centre of the display. Now the display came in black colour not to see a picture. I complainted your customer care service twice. One time your service person come and check and say the display is falt i inform my superiors then rectified that falt. But still now this problem not rectified. Kindly give help to rectify this problem...

          We have bought samsung 3 star invertor ac 1.5 ton, they have delayed in delivering the product and when we asked why they are delaying the delivery they have told us no autos for delivery.. After the delivery they have delivered the ac but packing was not in good condition. When we went to check in showroom demo piece wasnot there.. When we asked where is the demo piece they told like as they dont have stock they have delivered tge demo piece and the response was not gud..

            I brought one philips iron box in your purasawakkam branch last year end. It was not working and it is in warranty period. So, i approached your purasawakkam branch on 05/03/2018 and i gave my iron box in concern section. They also gave service job card on same day. She said after solving problem within two days you get confirmation call from sathya purasawakkam. So, i waited for the call from sathya. I did not receive any call from their side. After forty days i approached sathya purasaiwakkam branch personally and i asked my iron box, but nobody responding and not taking any action and i spoke sathya purasaiwakkam branch
            Manager sekar. He said immediately i will handover your iron box to your house directly. Still date, i did not receive my iron box.

            Your take serious action in this matter, otherwise i will approach consumer grievance cell for further action for keeping my iron box unnecessarily and very very bad customer service.

              I bought hitachi ac on march 18th in chennai trade center. We saw the advertise in magazines that is we use hdfc bank we have 5% cash back offer.
              I asked the sales person regarding the cash back offer. They said yes. After we choose the hitachi inverter ac 1.5 ton. Then i gave the hdfcbank credit card for payment of 39000 inr.
              They debited my money. Then when i inquire about my cash back they told me they swiped my credit card in wrong machine that i am not eligible for cash back.
              Then i spoke to mr. Santhoh kumar his moblie number-[protected]. He told me that come to porur branch to swipe my card one more time for payment of inr 39000. Then they will give me cash of inr 39000.
              The i went to porur branch on 31st march. And they said it's year ending it is not possible to proceed on that day and told me to call on apr4th.
              Then called to mr. Balamurugan to porur branch number[protected]. Hope he the person incharge, don't know how to handle the consumer complaint properly he told me to come to porur branch and to swipe my card again and they will transfer the money to my account through rtgs after 4 working days.
              I send my detail complaint to [protected]@sathyaindia.com. There is no response from them. This is the worst part. They only know to sell their product with false promises and false advertisement in websites and daily magazines.
              I called this customer care numbers

              The voice mail says one of our staff will call. But i did n't receive any call.
              Then i made the complaint in customer support my reference number is
              192-2257bebb-006c. Already 2 working days no response.
              . The sales staffs don't know what's going on, sales manager is blaming the sales staff giving the wrong promises.

              Cash back of 2000 deposited in my account. Since it took almost a month to get that.I bought the hitachi ac on 18 th Mar in chennai trade centre expo.there is big AD for expo stating that if we use hdfc bank credit card.we will get cash back of 5 %..But they didn't bring the offer machine to swipe the card.so much negligence in work Because of the sales person mistake. We customers got affected unnecessary. Last Saturday also in AD I saw expo in trade centre in Chennai by satya. Kindly make necessary arrangements and all the sales person are aware of proper knowledge of what is provided by satya than blaming hitachi sales person daikin sales person and Samsung sales person etc. The branch manager .Balamurugan and sales head Santhosh kumar don't know how to deal with customer complaints. They are just blaming hitachi sales person. I didn't buy product from hitachi I bought the hitachi product thru Satya agencies So They are responsible for that. If I get this kind of service. How can I recommend your agency to my family and friends

                I’m karvannan and this is my first purchase experience with sathya agencies kolathur chennai. I have purchased a air conditioner and wet grinder 4 days ago and still i didn’t received wet grinder yet and the air conditioner was delivered and not installed. We contacted the store about this and they neglect our urgency and giving fake answers when i visit the store. Im really upset with issues and i feel to skip this store for future purchases..                       I did a transaction of amount 2900 using debit card at sathya electronics, purasaiwalakam branch on 25 feb 2018.

                      But i canceled the purchase as sales person quoted wrong price for wrong model.

                        I recently purchased the lg 65 inch television in satya at velachery, chennai, it took 5days to process the load and hand over the products. The products just came yesterday as below

                        1. Tv came in the afternoon after a couple of reminders, the package was not looking like original package, they have removed in between and taped again, when i called the store manager he still claims it is new
                        2. Secondly they have not provided me the invoice for the tv while delivery
                        3. They suppose to deliver the stabilizer along with tv, they missed, again i did followup, they delivered the stabilizer at 8.30pm in the night, i opened it and saw the stabilizer is broken and it is full of cracks all over the body, the box itself looking like very old and tored

                        I called the store manager in the night 10pm and explained him when they are sending all in one and why they shipping damaged items

                        Now i am waiting for damaged things to be replaced, poor customer service post sales

                        Store Manager and Sales engineer were responsive, they just replaced the item

                        We are went to buy a ac in Daikin brand but they are more convenienced and saled the disliked model for profit purpose. but after fittment this model not worthable for buying

                        Not satisfied in this product also they are told 2 years of warranty but 1 year only came

                        Totally waste of money...

                            We bought A/C from Sathya west tambaram branch in last may month .At the time of buying they said that 4 free service are there.Every month we had been called for that agency but they did not give any proper response for service.And they didn't provide any service still now.If we called them, they didn't response.All workers speaks irrespective .They are not considers about customers feedback.very worst shop in India.If you continue this customer service you will lose your business soon.

                              I have bought lg 43 inch smart led tv from sathya agency, west tambaram on[protected] for full payment. They have delivered and installed on[protected]. During purchase the salesman mr. Vasanth and lg rep mr. Ummer basha has told that the warranty period for the tv is 2 years from the date of purchase. But during installation, the lg technicians have told that on production of sales bill, the warranty will be 1year only and on production of extended warranty from the supplier it will be 2 years. But so far tambaram branch has not released extended warranty. All my contacts to the branch are in vain. Please arrange for extended warranty or please replace the product for any other branded tv.                                 Myself muthukaruppan bought a sony led 24 inch tv on sekkalai road, karaikudi branch on jan through bajaj finserv emi. Sales person michael hadn't explained us about extended warranty. He said you need to pay 1556*9 months. But they have debited 1676 per month. I asked the sales person why 120 rs had been taken more than emi amount, he said it is for extended warranty. Whether i had asked you extended warranty or whether you ask us you need it or not. So i asked to reverse the amount. He said i will do my better but it hadn't been reversed. Kindly do the needful and punish this kind of cheating sales person. Kindly contact me through [protected].

                                Without our knowledge you have provided extended warranty and charged me more than the monthly emi. Then I complained. Now 120 rs has been refunded to me. If bajaj debit 1676 rs again for the upcoming months I will raise a claim and will file a FIR. So please make sure they won't charge anymore than 1556rs. Here after kindly explain the customer about extended warranty and the charges by bajaj. In other electronic shops this kind of problems are not arising, but happy to see you as you resolved the complaint very quickly. Hats off to Sathya...

                                  I have purchased ac (Rs. 34600) and mixer grinder (Rs. 5000) on 22nd dec 2017 from sathya agency, cuddalore. I paid the full value of 5000 for mixer grinder and went for bajaj finserve emi for ac.

                                  I paid through my card about 12300 rs.

                                  But now i was deducted emi for both ac and mixer from my bank and the bajaj finserve people have mentioned that sathya documented so.

                                  So sathya agency cuddalore has cheated me by getting double payment for my mixer grinder. This is worst and irresponsible treatment of their loyal customers. And simply not interested to solve my issue. Will appreciate if anyone can look into this.

                                  Appreciate the effort taken by SATHYA Agency in this regard. But still the excess amount was not refunded. In the end of Feb 2018, they have promised to refund the excess amount to my Bank Account in a couple of days. I am worried that still this was not processed. And there were no communication in this regard.

                                    We bought onida tv at the end of june 2017... During november 2017, we found that 3 lines appearing in tv screen.. We are really surprised, because within 4-5 months, we are facing this issue... Really disappointed with this onida product.. We raised complaint in sathya agencies (Pursaiwakam), still issue is not resolved.. Its been more than 45 days, still we are seeing tv with 3 lines in screen... Whoever comes in our home, they are really disappointed with this type of service from sathya agencies and onida product.. We really dont need this onida tv... Pls do refund... Within 5 months, this tv is giving this much issue.
                                    We really don't need this... Please refund the amount... We cannot often follow up with sathya agencies and in return no response...in june month itself we bought ac, water purifier, fridge and washing machine along with tv... Now we got issue with tv and really we are scared of the other 4 products... Don't know when other products will give issue... Kindly refund the amount for onida tv... Pls understand and help on priority...

                                    Yesterday I went and changed the picture tube of TV...
                                    But still I'm not satisfied, because this Onida TV is giving issue within 4 months...I mean in 4 months, picture tubei issue has come, which is major one...

                                    I'm not at all comfortable with this product...within warranty period, we got this big issue and it is changed now...but if I get a issue after warranty period what I will do...I'm seriously disappointed with this TV...Kindly do EXCHANGE or Please REFUND the amount, I will some other good product...I'm not at all satisfied...I can't afford for new TV after warranty...Pls understand and help on priority...

                                        I paid the amount for refrigerator on jan13th 2018 at earel, (Tuticorin dt) sathya agencies. After paid amount they informed this product is available in tuticorin head quarter so we are arrange and delivered in tomorrow evening. They given receipt for this amount. But still i didnt received refrigerator. Also i will call eral showroom and manager line calling many more times but they are not attend my phone calls beacause their work was finished (Cash collection only)... As well as very worst customer service also not working swipping machines...

Linux os preinstalled in this laptop.But Linux os booting issue occurred & I cannot also install windows os.Issue informed to sales team.They recommended technosoft team to rectify this issue.I spoke with technosoft team.Worst response from them & they mainly expecting service charge.
