We visited sathya agency madipakkam branch on 31 october 2018 around 9pm. We purchased samsung 55inc tv. They promised to deliver tv and soundbar product within 10days. But till now i received my tv only not sound bar, but they tell me again 5days to take soundbar (8th nov 2018.) when we called your madipakkam branch no can answer proper delivery date. After a long conversation they promised me to deliver the product on 15th november before 11am... But i need 10th november, if you can't arrange at the time kindly please tell me how to cancel my tv...

      We visited sathya agency t. Nagar branch on 5th nov 2018 around 12 am. We purchased samsung 43 inc tv. They promised to deliver the product on 6th november. But till now we didn't receive our product (7th nov 2018.) when we called your t. Nagar branch ([protected]) no can answer properly. (We almost called 30times) we spoke to mr. Palani, he said the product delivered from warehouse... And again we called around 6pm they told that product is not delivered from warehouse... And we spoke to ms. Deepa, after a long conversation she promised me to deliver the product on 7th november before 11am... Till now waiting (12.26pm).. When tired calling your t. Nager branch... Number switched off.
      The highlight is we tried to speak to the manager but your manager refused to talk.

      I bought a 55" Smart TV on last year at your nagercoil branch. Now it's not working.your technician checked n told they will replace.now almost 35 days .still now no action we are following every day no response.please take necessary action.

        I got a samsung tv 49n5370 from satya showroom yesterday and after installing i am shocked to see that some unrelated different colors appears in tv as soon we switch on the tv for few seconds.
        When asked to technical guy, he was blank and told may be it will be fine after reset it.
        But still i am facing the same issue.
        Worst response of technician guy.

        Technician came to check it, and it was suggested to use HD dth. They told it might happened due to delay in reaching signal to TV from dish. I was using Tata sky, they told same issue other customers also have faced. They asked me to check with Airtle dth, I checked it. Now the clarity is good, but still I face the low performance in TV. Sometimes TV takes few moments to act, whenever we change the channels.

          I have purchased the mentioned tv on 17.10.18 at rs puram, coimbatore showroom. But they delivered the products on next day that too we asked why the delivery was not happened on the same day.
          Even after three days, installation was not done. When we call the agency they said tech guy will come. But the person didn't come. While we contact lg customer care, they replied that call installation didn't receive at the centre. If the showroom asked us to book the call we would have done it. Complete irresponsible showroom.

          We paid before 4 days one whirlpool washing machine one failed machine delivered.whirlpool service centre employees says we replaced that one but till they don't give we thought online is better

            Hi sathya team,

            I have purchased ‘LG 55UK6360’ in Sathya agencies on[protected]. The product was delivered on[protected] and demo & installation was done on[protected]. Same day night I have noticed that their problem in a backlight, I see lost of light bleeding in the TV. The same day I have sent the video and screenshot to the LG technical Person and said that I’m seeing the problem, he said a tech will come and fix that. After 3 days I have called Sathya agencies guduvanchery and asked for a TV model change because I’m unsatisfied with the huge amount of tv. And I have visited Sathya and met the branch manager and explained my problem and the next day the person came to my home who sell this TV and he saw the problem. That on[protected].

            After some days I got a call from LG tech person and he visited and said yes there is the problem and I’ll update and let you know like that ... after a week he called and said that he will change the panel but I said no. I don’t want my new tv get repaired instead I want a new tv replacement.

            I contacted the Sathya guduvanchery and they said ‘sure sir we will push from our side to get you a replacement, I believed them. After one-week, same tech guy called and he said ‘sorry sir replacement not possible ‘ I said no. I spoke with the service manager mr.antony about my problem he tried to convince me but I said that I don’t want to get repaired. Then asked one week for a new tv replacement.

            After one week the manager said ‘ we can’t give you a replacement if you want we change panel which is the best solution otherwise we simply cancel the call’. I said ok .. let’s check.

            Last Saturday two tech guys came and changed the display. During the testing of the new display the problem remains and its irritating eyes. So I asked them to recharge it with my old panel and talk with the agencies like that.

            Sunday I have visited Sathya and explained the situation and the asked two daytime to solve.. till today I haven’t received any call so that I have packed my tv and return to the same Sathya.

            Now the manager saying that why you delayed three months ?? What is the meaning of the question..??? I thought you guys gonna give me a new tv last week then saying only display ?? Why you guys fooling people.. tell me where I have to go for this problem.. I have tried to return my tv today.

            Why they said that they gonna give replacement then they changed plan.. I have attached some screenshots for your reference below. Hope you do needful for me.

            I have visited Sathya by referral by my college. I’m sure I won’t recommend to anyone.

              I bought a samsung microwave, godrej refrigerator and a daikin ac unit.

              The samsung technician came to install the microwave next day. He assembled the unit and tried to test. He was unable to start the oven. He kept on trying pressing the start button and nothing happened. The technician filed a complaint with samsung and spoke to sathya rep. It was agreed that sathya would take the faulty unit and replace it with a new one.

              It had been 5 days since the problem happened. I kept calling every day sathya and they would say we will come and deliver the new one. But no show. Samsung would call and ask what is the problem every day. We have to go through the same explanation everyday.

              Very frustrating. When i searched the web i found many more unsatisfied customers like me. Public should refrain from doing business with such agencies and stop buying bad items by believing the brand name. Hope you can help the public

              I am happy to inform that problem was resolved within a week. The Samsung representatives and SATHYA agency were on top of the problem after I filed then complaint. The followed up with phone calls and kept me updated. The problem (piece of packing material was stuck in the start/stop switch) was simple and the SAMSUNG repaired it quickly and the microwave started working, Though I was frustrated in the beginning, I am completely satisfied with the service.

              Samsung technician came and fixed the problem.
              The problem was very minor, a piece of packing material caught got inside the locking mechanism.
              Very much appreciate the customer support constant follow up calls and for handling the issue as quickly as possible.
              Though I was frustrated in the beginning, I am happy with their support.
              Philips home theater is very very poor and problems.This home theater is bought of 2week program not use full

                  I bought haier washing machine on 14/6/2017. It got repaired on 13/9/2018. I gave a complaint to sathya agencies arakkonam on 13.9.2018. But one of the technician came to home on 16.9.2018 and he called another person and through phone he opened the back of the washing machine and said motor repaired. We will contact you tomorrow. But he didn't contacted me. I called haier service centre as well as sathya agencies. Both didn't took any responsible. On 8.10.18 i called the service centre they didn't pick my call. Then i tried several times they picked my call and said sir please wait two more days. Whenever i called them they are saying the same dialogue. I really frustrated. Guys sathya is just like online. They didn't take any responsible for any product. Please don't prefer sathya agencies

                    Hi,

                    We have bought Ponmani and Vidiem products on[protected] from your showroom. Within one month Ponmani grinder problem and vidiem mixie pulling more power and both are not grinding well. When I contact to coimbatore showroom they have told not to replace these products. But within one month we have faced more problems in these products. Please replace these products.

                      We purchased Haier washing machine on 20th August. The salesman (Mr. Dheena) told us that they will take the old washing machine for Rs. 800 when they come for delivery of the new machine. On 21st August, they delivered the new machine but that person refused to take the old one saying that he didn't get the order from Sathya agencies. We called Dheena and he was not polite and told that they will come and take the machine. I told him very clearly that we live in an apartment and we don't have space. He didn't attend our call after that. We even called sathya agencies (Thiruvotriyur) and informed the case, and yet no proper response from them. A good customer care should not be only untill we purchase the product, but it should be even after that. Very much disappointed. Kindly take action. We purchased from Thiruvotriyur branch.

                        I had so much belief in this agency because it is best in tuticorin but the ruined... My parents are becoming old for their convenience i want to buy a washing machine for their comfort... We chose this agency and bought a washing machine on 19th of this month and asked for the demo of washing machine.. They asked us to fix the pipeline for supply of water and we completed the work with 2days and asked for the demo... They said they will send on 23th of this month but no one gave any call and no show... Then on 24th nite around 9pm the call came from sathya agency and asked whether they come for demo... And i said no one came after that she said that she will sort out and call me after that... Still she did not call me... And today around 4pm i called the sathya agency shop and no one picked the call... Seriously i felt irritated... And my parents were lost the trust in your agency because of this unresponsible behavior of your people.

                          We bought a air conditioner, refrigerator and water heater on 12th august 2018 ac installation is pending also water heater does not work. We raise a complaint about this issue on 15th august 2018. But no one is come to resolve the issue. Also ac installation require a extra copper pipe they require 1200 per meter. Even in metro cities they costs 700 per meter

                          Thank you sathya issue resolved. And important think I want to say is provide a customer obsessive service in tenkasi branch. Very poor customer service in tenkasi branch

                          But as of now the installation not done, we follow up with concern dealer ( tiruvalur sathya store), but there is no proper feedback .

                            We bought a goodrej ac from sathya in madurai.. We have our car to take it home.. But they are sayin it’s compulsory that they only will deliver it and we should pay 250rs.. What’s this new process that we don’t have in chennai... It like you are cheating the customers.. What is called a document charge that happens only in madurai. Why is that?? I need a verification on this..

                              I’ve bought whirlpool washing at satya agencies, udumalpet. It was an exchange with our old whirlpool washing machine. Satya agency delivered the new washing machine and took the old machine on 18/8/2018. It’s been more than 3 days still they haven’t refunded the money of the old washing machine.in the bill they have charged 100% for the new machine. There is no detail on the exhanged machine in bill. But the bill has “under exchange” seal on it. Branch manager assured that the money will be refunded in 1 day but it’s not happening. Sathya agency please dont cheat customer in the name of exchange.

                                We brought refrigerator on 11th aug 2018 in medavakkam, whirpool refrigerator the next day it was delivered on 12th aug 2018, executive visited on 13rd aug 2018 for installation while opening the cover we were shocked the front lane is damaged.
                                We requested for replaced they said it take one week to get new refrigerator not yet received.
                                They have taken our old refrigerator also, we have visited 14, and 15 th aug to sathya agencies for inquiry they have said use the damage one until the new one arrival.
                                But the whirpool representative cleared saying if we are using the damage one the new whirpool you ill not get it???
                                We are suffering for one view, in my home 1.5 year kid is also there,

                                We need compensation of amount of rs.10000 for not usage of refrigeator

                                Now they have resolved the complaint and Received new refrigerator after 20 days.
                                Who will bare this one week struggle. if we got money back, then we could have purchased new one in some other shop and used it without having all these problems. Nearly one week, dont know still how much time it will take.
                                why wrong commitment given by sathya, today they told to deliver but why not??
                                They didnt give any single call throughout this week. very very poor customer service, consumer dont offer sathya agencies.
                                I have ordered 2 ceiling fans from sathya online and I have got the assurance that the product will be delivered within maximum of 2 days . But I didn't receive the product yet.

                                  Invoice no: [protected] on wednesday 15/08/18 i have purchased samsung nu7470 smart led tv, the staffs from sathya promised me that they will deliver the product on the next day 16/08/18 but due to some technical issue they didn’t do it. But today i received a message from sathya agency regarding my product, it was out for delivery at 12:26pm. I called the delivery person he didn’t atten the call and after many calls he told that he is near my house and product will be delivered at 5:00pm and after 5 pm again i called him and after many calls he answered me he told between 6-6:30 he will deliver my product and he told he is alwarpet which very near to my house. And i waited for him the whole day and they didn’t come has promised. And 8:00pm he told he’s in mylapore and asked for address i told him the address and mylapore is just some meters from mandaveli. And 2 hours later he told he is in my street and i waited for him from 9:30 - 10:10 and again he didn’t come and called him and he said he’s in my place, he played well with me and my emotions.. From 12:26pm to till now i waited for my product but still i didn’t received. For sure i will file case on sathya agency and i will sue guys..,

                                    I purchased a volats ac at march'2016 in sathya agencies, salem. When i bought it was seasonal offer such as 5 years extended warranty will cover both ac and compressor. For that i need to send one message to volatas specific number with format. Sathya didn't guided properly for sending messages, anyhow i sent the message and didn't get any reply back. So i approached the manager within a single day, they given false promise as "don't worry sir, we will take care". But,

                                    Now i am trying to claim the warranty for some problem in my product with voltas cc. They said me that your product was not covers the 5 yrs extended warranty. I really shocked and approached sathya agencies, salem. I didn't get any proper feedback and telling some rubbish things. Moreover i compared with my product serial number and bill copy serial number, it is entirely different. So i confirmed that something forgerry happened and approached sathya again. The manager told me that we will sell all the product like this only with different serial number.
                                    Really i didn't understand how this much big organization replied like that. If my problem not get resolved, i will do the necessary action against sathya agencies, salem.
