We bought a fridge in purasaiwalkam branch last week 26/05/2018. Before billing we were informed to the sales person person as it's exchange process, however he couldn't mentioned in the bill. It leads to the old fridge has not been taken from home and he increased transportation cost also included in the bill. Before purchasing they giving false commitment for the sales. This is really unacceptable from the showroom....
