Issue: Product is delivered on 14.04.2019 but nobody come for installation.Contacted many times in customer care. They told that person will come for installation by yesterday (15.04.2019) but nobody came. Today also they told person will come today(16.04.2019) but nobody came till now. I took leave for work and waiting for the person for installation.

I am very very disappointed for your service

    We visited Sathya agency T-Nagar branch last year (Feb 2018) to enquire about Haier refrigerator. Bt we were told that samsung was better and also there is an offer going on with a particular model (5 in 1 convertible) with attractive discounts.As soon as we heard about the discount price we enquired whether its any damage/ defective product? But the sales person assured that its a genuine one. So we opted for EMI and purchased the product on that day.

    Last Feb on 27.2.19, there was a sudden noise from our refrigerator and we could smell some pungent gas leak. Since my mother was alone, She switched off the fridge. The next morning we registered a complaint in Samsung and the engineer came immediately. As soon as we showed him our purchase bill, he told that the Product's part number in bill and physical were different and hence the problem cannot be rectified under warranty.

    We were told that some welding joint was cut in the rear and it would charge around 3000/-. But we were afraid about the part number issue. So my mother (aged 55) went directly to T-Nagar sathya agency to enquire about the same. The very first reply from them was that our fridge was out of warranty by 10days! But they never bothered about part number variation and stated that its a normal happening!

    After several stages of argument, they agreed to change it under warranty and a samsung person attended the issue. But to our surprise, as soon as he switched on the fridge, The compressor failed. He immediately apologised and assured to change the compressor. The next day he came with a compressor but it was found by my cousin that it actually doesnt suit my product and it was of another model. So he left stating there is no availability of part and he will return after it arrives.

    The next 15 days we didnot had any call from them and even our calls were un answered. Weagain logged a complaint in samsung and they replied us immediately stating that they will chnge the product if again problem repats after changing compressor. To our shock, The freezer didnot work after fitting new compessor. This time we got furious and asked to take away the product. Now the engineers from samsung stated that our product is out of wwarranty by 2 months and that they could not correct the issue. Now we started fighting that it was they who made such delay. later they changed the cooling pad. even then there was no improvement. Finally they diognised that they didnot fill nitrogen the whole time.

    at last after speaking with regional manager, he accepted to change the fridge. But sathya agency employee (Mr.Sekar and Mr.Tamilarasan) refuse to give the same product stating that if again some problem arraises, they will not consider it under warranty? Am surprised how can they tell that?

    We even accepted that and bought LG fridge (GL-I472QDSY) with 2700/- extra payment!! Now they again make a new problem that they couldnot give us bill as there is server problem with sathya due to tamil new year sale. My fridge was delievered on 6th April! And how could there be a server problem for such long time?? Its been 10 days and now they tell a new story to open fridge on our own without LG person installation!!

    Now i seriously have a doubt that whether the new fridge is also a faulty one so that they donot want to give us a bill and make us violate LG warranty rules!! So that if there is a problem in future, we can be easily blamed?

    It was my mother who handled these problems lonely these months as am out of country on a small trip? this is how You treat a elder person??

    I need my bill for LG withing 2 days or I am surely going to take legal action.

      I booked (Lg led smart suhd tv) on january 1st, 2017, but i received some other model instead of what i booked. So i requested them to exchange, but they took almost six months to change the product. Then finally i received lg led uh850t on 15th june 2017, but in this case i didnt received my compliment worth rs.20, 000 sound bar yet. There is no proper response from sales person and also from sales manager (Tambaram mudichur branch) and i never expected this kind of cheap act from sathya india. I ordered this product in tambaram mudichur branch but i received the product from medavakkam sathya branch i really don't know what is happening? I went to tambaram mudichur branch regarding this issue but they are like, they don't have any proof that i booked here, they are also not responding properly. Sales manager doesn't know how to handle this issue. I use to purchase all my household things here, but now lost all my trust on your store. Kindly help me out regarding this issue.         Last week we are the customer in side ur showroom. The manager there he is shouting at worker at front o[censored]s, by shouting in front o[censored]s do you think ur doing right thing. U can say they are our workers. I[censored]r saying this u should know some mannerisom or u should know how to respect ur workers.
        As per rule of government and human rights commission
        No one has right to insult others. If there no workers there will be know growth.

            We have purchased carrier air-conditioned on 2nd april 2019 at sathya agencies, 100 feet road, coimbatore. Invoice no :[protected]. A. C mechanic came on 5 th april and asked to do the wiring. We did it next day itself and asked him to come. There is no proper response from him or even from customer care. Is this your customer service? Whom i have to contact regarding this issue? I purchase a. C to use it in this summer not to keep it idly. Really furstrated. Actually we thought to buy another a. C but we have to definitely change out thought it seems.

              Dear sir, i purchased samsung air conditioner, led tv and whirlpool freeze in sathya agencies at kancheepuram on 2nd april 2019 through a dd mode. Those items are delivered on 4th april without invoice while delivering things i am asking them to issue invoice they said that due technical problems we can't issue invoice today we will send you to email tomorrow. But still i'm not received any mail from them. Due to busy schedule of my job work every day i'm contacting them through phone call to send invoice. Now, i have to submit invoice immediately in bank because i availed furniture loan and also still no technician come to installation of air conditioner. This issue also i'm intimating them through call daily. Thoso persons who i'm contacting mr. Mukesh ([protected]) and mr. Ramkumar ([protected]). Kindly go through our compliant immediately and resolve it soon. I promise you that i will never purchase any item anyware in your sathya agencies in future. I'm regretting for your very very worst service.

                I bought onida ac from t. Nagar outlet on thursday. He showed many features and he claimed it's a new edition with alexa and smart connect features during demo. But the item delivered was wrong with no smart features. And this ac was manufactured on 03/2018. When i asked for the explanation he said 2019 will be printed only in 2020. I checked pricing for the current model which comes around 32k. If that the case how can you bill that for 37000. I need a proper solution for this. If not what is the procedure this further. During the call he said ac has been sent form the show room. If that the case you ppl pushed me the demo model to me. Is it?

                  Bought samsung ac for 41000.00 and they (Sathya electronics) gave commitment to give gas stove as complimentary. But they delivered plastic containers worth (Rs.9.99) as gift and even the gift item has tag with customer name rajeshkumar (Not mine). I returned the gift to sathya they simply take it even without replacing the plastic item. While asking for gas stove they said stove is costly we can't afford it. They didnt even acknowledge the product return. The worst customer service by medavakkam sathya electronics. Better peoples can go for online shopping to prevent these types of headaches.

                        We purchased Samsung Refrigerator (RR24N287YU8) on jan 26th 2019, from Tambaram branch, but right from the day on installation we can hearing a loud abnormal noise from airflow, the service person who visited just tried to convince me and could not do anything about the sound.
                        Sathya showroom sales persons are saying they are not response for this, then why they convinced me for 30min while purchasing.
                        we feel unsatisfied with this new product and request to eradicate the problem or suggest an alternative.
                        Hoping for a good resolution at the earliest.

                        Last two months, lot of arguments with samsung service center persons (Thirumala Electricals) and samsung customer care, finally samsung company agreed to replace the product. Not Sathya agencies. Fyi.

                          This is gokul from erode. Before 5 months i purchased a sony tv 55inch in sathya agencies erode. At that time of purchase they assured that you have a cash back offer for hdfc credit card. I paid a full amount and purchased the tv nearly 90, 000. They told that with in 90 days you receive the cash back offer to your account. But now more than 150 days completed there is no update. If i ask to sathya agencies they ask me to contact hdfc bank. During the time of purchase they didn't convey that you need to contact bank only regarding cash back offer. Now only they told like this. So kindly clear this issue as soon as possible.

                          We received LG washing machine from sathya agencies on 09.03.2019 itself, but nobody came for fixing /installation.I have tried all contact numbers but nobody is picking, customer service is too worst.My name is Devaraj, Mobile :[protected]

                            I have bought philips led tv (With 5 years warranty) on 9/11/15 in satya agencies t-nagar and at the time i didn't had any idea to buy the philips tv. But the marketing people working in the showroom suggested to buy the philips tv and informed me that sathya agencies will provide service to the philips tv for 5 years which i bought, even if the services are not provided at the philips service center. I have reported issue with the tv to the sathya agencies via phone since 7 days. They have been saying that the people from sathya agencies will come to provide the service. But today they are saying that i need to contact the philips service center directly to get the issue fixed. I am contacting sathya agencies to fix the issue because the philips service center has been closed long time back. We bought this tv as per the suggestions and recommendations provided by the marketing people working in the showroom. But the response provided by the team is not upto the expectations. Is this the way you treat the customers. I have been buying all the household items in sathya agencies since 5 years. And now the team is not providing proper services. Please consider this feedback and provide proper services which i have requested. People buy products based on the trust they keep on you and your words. So, try to keep up the promises.                               This is gokul from erode. Before 4 months i purchased a sony tv 55inch in sathya agencies erode. Nearly i paid 1lakh rs. We are connected with stabilizer also. But from last week onwards tv is not working properly. I called to sathya agencies and informed clearly about my problem. They told that we send the technical support to your home. They will clear your problem. Technical persons come and check the tv and they told we need to take your tv to our service center and check what kind of problem is. Last two days i called to service center and asked when you will clear the problem and return the tv. They convey that it takes two days time, monday we cleared it[protected]. But today they told that i takes another 25 days time to clear the problem. Because spare parts is not available. It will come from abroad. Again i called to sathya agencies regarding this problem but i didn't receive a proper response. My question is that at the time of purchase you gave a assurance that what kind of problem arises we will take care. We spend 1lakh rupees. Now you didn't give a proper response. Whether this is the proper service from your side. Really it's very worst. If this continues surely we don't suggest your agencies to other. Kindly consider the customer request and take proper action to clear my problem.

                                My lg washing machine reparse. 10/1/2019 informed your dealer (Products purchase stores) sathya agency tuticorin. 11/1/2019 sathya agency service man see the machine repair estimate 4400/-said. I advance 2000/pay. But not give me receipt.
                                25/1/2019 i call sathya agency his say order lg spare parts please wait repair soon.1/2/2019 sathya service man come repair washing machine. Total amount pay 5450/- not give bill he say bill sent to sathya office. 2/2/2019 repair the machine extra sound and water legage problem machine not running. Immediate i call sathya agency say the problem. But not respect. He invoice not sending me.

                                I call 5/2/2019 lg customer care. Say the problem. Check the machine.
                                6/2/2019 lg service man come see the machine. He say the spare parts is duplicate so great problem.

                                One again i call sathya agency please repair and ratify.
                                He not respect

                                My machine running up to 31/1/2019
                                But last 7 days my machine not running

                                This matter creative problem me and my wife
                                Fighting me and my wife

                                Last 3 day i not sleeping, not eating

                                Please solve the problem

                                  I have purchased carrier ac from sathya electronics, nagercoil last year 1-4-2018. Now i am facing with the cooling issue as of now. It is comes under warranty for 1 year. So what should be done in the period of time. I have asked service people to regarding this last time but no proper response from them.                                       Here's bringing to your notice, customer care was worst and the behaviour of a staff was too annoying.
                                      We had looked for a whirlpool 215l refrigerator and booked it on 27/01/2019. We were attend by your saleswomen (Ms. Girija). On 28/01/2019 we paid the entire amount and confirmed the order, only after paying the amount they say that the particular model ran out of stock and it cannot be delivered. We arugued that why didn't she inform it before paying the amount for which she did not have an answer.
                                      But another person from the same store promised us to deliver it within 3days. Later we enquired about the delivery but they did not have the patience to respond properly.
                                      That saleswomen was too arrogant like as if we are asking her own refrigerator. We pay the money for it what is wrong in enquiring about it.
                                      Due to her behaviour we had to cancel the order and ask for a refund. She told it will take 1wks to reflect in our account which is okay, but the way she told it was annoying.
                                      She is questioning us that "why did you pay" the amount for a stock out model but how will we know that it has ran out of stock?? It's her duty to inform that before taking the amount from us.
                                      Customer service is the key for a good sales. Your purasaiwalkam branch is not up to the mark and that particular saleswoman she shouts in front of other customers as if it was our fault.
                                      Our only mistake was to making your agencies as our choice?!!

                                        I have place the order 4/11/2018 just three month back, 49 inch tv now display 5mm image from the bottom side blud image, i have made a complaint 3 weeks back now they are telling some tv picture tube parts issue, i have requested to replace the tv because its under warranty 1 year, now they are telling we should inform with in three days only they will replace the tv, otherwise not possible then y are telling one year warranty, now am going to for consumer court, going to make complaint against sathya showroom t.                                         Last month I bought a voltas AC for 41500. But it is decreased to 38999. Could you please let me know why this difference. Why I paid extra 2500 rupees?
