Dear team today evening we went to sathya showroom in marthandam to buy one sony tv. The tv department man he explained one sony tv and we planned to buy tht tv it's cost 62000 model 7500f suddenly he told there is no fresh piece we will give display piece we told tht man no we need fresh piece arrange from another showroom the man told k but it will get tomorrow 01/05/2019 we told k we will come to showroom to check. Tht staff told u have to pay full amount now we told no problem we will pay half amount now balance tomorrow suddenly thy start to shouting to pay full amount now. We are not happy who will pay full without items really its very very bad... No sathya again...

    I have purchased godrej 1 ton inverter ac before 4 days.. Ur sales person said the ac will be delivered in 2 days.. After 2 days i asked but they said the unit was in nagerkovil and it will take one day more to deliver. And today 4th day i went and asked the showroom person said the ac was came and will deliever in 1 hour.. But after a few hours they called and said the ac was still not arrived and will take one more day.. Iam asking why u people r telling lies and giving false commitment.. I[censored] had no stock or not possible to deliver in said time then why ur billing the product.. I will buy from another showroom none than satya they are ready to install in one hour... The service was worst ever i have seen.. Iwas so much dissappointed and thinking to raise a complaint in consumer court against satya.

      I bought Samsung smart 32 inch led tv M 5570 on 26 April 2019.instead of new tv they have installed demo tv which was displayed in the showroom.when I contacted branch manager he said usually we sell all products which was exhibited in showroom.FRAUD Company

        We bought a l. G refrigerate on 20th april 2019 sunday, while purchasing the vender promised to deliver it by tuesday morning. But today is wednesday and time now is 7.50. P. M. Till now refrigerate has not been delivered.           I bought a air conditioner from sathya electronics in salem in 2016. My air conditioner was under repair and i informed sathya electronics in salem. A service mechanic from the shop undertook the complaint and told me he will get back within 2 days. Almost 25 days are over and i haven't received any proper response. Please help me to find solution for this issue as soon as possible.

            Sathya agencies haver very poor knowledge employee. They are not knowing basic knowledge about the products. They are telling wrong information about the products. I am totally disappointed from them. They do not have any response from the product booking to delivery.

              I have ordered 2 haeir acs with boosters on apr 14 2019 to be delivered in next day (tuesday). We waited till wednesday then we reached them on status. Very disappointed to hear that billing was not processesed properly. Again completed everyghing and asked to deliver on friday. Friday morning postponed to eve, then to sat eve, finally argued and confirmed to deliver before 8pm sunday (21/4/19). Still we have not received.
              Will it take 1 week to deliver a product. Very poor service. I want to cancel my order. My bill num is 5993. Very worst service ever seen

                  I purchased vu tv 40" and v guard stabilizer from sathya, 100ft road, coimbatore, on 14/04/2019, saturday in the name of prabakaran pm, vadavalli, coimbatore 641041. At the time of purchase i paid the entire amount along with delivery charge also, but product delivery also not happen in smooth way. I followed plainty of times and finally they delivered the tv but missed the stabilizer and they ask me to come and collect the same. Still insulation not happen after continue followup and they dont have proper response.

                  Requesting your intervention and resolve this issue. I not getting good experience from sathya. I lost my hope to continue from you.

                    We purchased 2 lg ac in sathya agencies (Porur) on sunday. They mentioned product will be delivered by wednesday. Its been friday now, we still haven't received the product also tried contacting the sales person regarding delivery but not picking the call. Would like to know how to proceed with this issue.. We have already made full payment.. I am really disappointed with service provided. Requires immediate attention and delivery. Else will raise the complaint in consumer court.

                    Bad response from the porur showroom person. Worst customer care service, always runs with the automated voice. Immediately customer care person connect with you. Not sure how he will connect.

                      Dear sir,
                      This is in reference to the air conditioner i purchased from your store on (25/03/2017). The day the air-conditioner was installed it was in the working condition and your customer service person demonstrated well. After an hour it started giving trouble. The room was not at all cool even though we tried to increase the temperature. I thought maybe i was not pressing the right button and called my neighbor who uses it from the past three yrs. She also checked but it didn’t work.
                      So i called your service center and got it checked with the technician and he checked thoroughly and specified a defect in the product. He assured me that it will be repaired in two days time. Well, i am writing to complain that i am not interested in getting my product repaired rather since it is a defective piece i demand a new working piece in replacement. I have been your customer from past one year and have always purchased most of my electrical items from your store. I believe you will look into the matter and help me get another new piece. I am really disappointed with the way everything was handled. First, the technician doesn’t turn up on the specified date and when i call your repair center nobody seems to understand the problem. It’s been almost a month and i am not able to use the air conditioner,

                          I have brought samsung ac in kanchipuram branch sathya agency on 14th april but they delivered the product on 17th today 19th nobody come to install the product. I called the branch they are not proper response to me. And when i brought the product they said giving the single booster stabilizer but today i called the agency they said we are not tell you to give stabilizer. I really really disappointed to sathya agencies. Very very poor customer service very bad experience.

                            From sathya agencies - ambattur i booked a carrier 1.5 ton ac on 16th apr 2019. Sales lady promised that delivery will happen on 16th or 17th apr 2019 morning and on 17th apr 2019 installation will be completed.

                            17th apr - i tried to call them more than 20 times but no proper response. Eventually i visited their show room again, they said that delivery will happen on 18th or 19th apr and installation will happen on 19th apr only.
                            Weird fact is that my house is just 2 km away from sathya agencies (Think if your house/office is quite far away).

                            18th apr - since i did not get any call i visited them but shop was closed. They well known that 18th apr would be holiday on account of lok sabha election. Again they gave false commitment.

                            They have given false commitment at the time of booking. Just to achieve the target they will lie you. Worst customer service ever. Think before you buy there.

                                Sir,

                                I submit that i have purchased a 1.5 tonne split ac from sathya agencies on 07.09.2018 and within a period of 6-7 months, lots of problems are undergone, with no cooling effect at all.

                                Inspite of me calling the service center and the shop of purchase there seems to be no proper response. The technician had visited my place late night by 8.45 pm on 16.4.19 and informed that there is gas leakage. Being a new unit, i do not understand how such defects occur.

                                Sir, as i do not intend to experience further difficulties with the same unit, i request that the unit be replaced immediately, failing which i shall be forced to proceed legally.

                                  We purchased samsung ac in sathya agencies tambaram on sunday. They mentioned product will be delivered by monday or tuesday. Its been wednesday we still haven't received the product also tried contacting the sales person regarding delivery but not picking the call. Would like to know how to proceed with this issue.. We have already made full payment.. Is it possible to cancel the purchase and get amount refunded as i am really disappointed with them.?

                                    Issue: Product is delivered on 14.04.2019 but nobody come for installation.Contacted many times in customer care. They told that person will come for installation by yesterday (15.04.2019) but nobody came. Today also they told person will come today(16.04.2019) but nobody came till now. I took leave for work and waiting for the person for installation.

                                      We visited Sathya agency T-Nagar branch last year (Feb 2018) to enquire about Haier refrigerator. Bt we were told that samsung was better and also there is an offer going on with a particular model (5 in 1 convertible) with attractive discounts.As soon as we heard about the discount price we enquired whether its any damage/ defective product? But the sales person assured that its a genuine one. So we opted for EMI and purchased the product on that day.

                                      Last Feb on 27.2.19, there was a sudden noise from our refrigerator and we could smell some pungent gas leak. Since my mother was alone, She switched off the fridge. The next morning we registered a complaint in Samsung and the engineer came immediately. As soon as we showed him our purchase bill, he told that the Product's part number in bill and physical were different and hence the problem cannot be rectified under warranty.

                                      We were told that some welding joint was cut in the rear and it would charge around 3000/-. But we were afraid about the part number issue. So my mother (aged 55) went directly to T-Nagar sathya agency to enquire about the same. The very first reply from them was that our fridge was out of warranty by 10days! But they never bothered about part number variation and stated that its a normal happening!

                                      After several stages of argument, they agreed to change it under warranty and a samsung person attended the issue. But to our surprise, as soon as he switched on the fridge, The compressor failed. He immediately apologised and assured to change the compressor. The next day he came with a compressor but it was found by my cousin that it actually doesnt suit my product and it was of another model. So he left stating there is no availability of part and he will return after it arrives.

                                      The next 15 days we didnot had any call from them and even our calls were un answered. Weagain logged a complaint in samsung and they replied us immediately stating that they will chnge the product if again problem repats after changing compressor. To our shock, The freezer didnot work after fitting new compessor. This time we got furious and asked to take away the product. Now the engineers from samsung stated that our product is out of wwarranty by 2 months and that they could not correct the issue. Now we started fighting that it was they who made such delay. later they changed the cooling pad. even then there was no improvement. Finally they diognised that they didnot fill nitrogen the whole time.

                                      at last after speaking with regional manager, he accepted to change the fridge. But sathya agency employee (Mr.Sekar and Mr.Tamilarasan) refuse to give the same product stating that if again some problem arraises, they will not consider it under warranty? Am surprised how can they tell that?

                                      We even accepted that and bought LG fridge (GL-I472QDSY) with 2700/- extra payment!! Now they again make a new problem that they couldnot give us bill as there is server problem with sathya due to tamil new year sale. My fridge was delievered on 6th April! And how could there be a server problem for such long time?? Its been 10 days and now they tell a new story to open fridge on our own without LG person installation!!

                                      Now i seriously have a doubt that whether the new fridge is also a faulty one so that they donot want to give us a bill and make us violate LG warranty rules!! So that if there is a problem in future, we can be easily blamed?

                                      It was my mother who handled these problems lonely these months as am out of country on a small trip? this is how You treat a elder person??

                                      I need my bill for LG withing 2 days or I am surely going to take legal action.

                                        I booked (Lg led smart suhd tv) on january 1st, 2017, but i received some other model instead of what i booked. So i requested them to exchange, but they took almost six months to change the product. Then finally i received lg led uh850t on 15th june 2017, but in this case i didnt received my compliment worth rs.20, 000 sound bar yet. There is no proper response from sales person and also from sales manager (Tambaram mudichur branch) and i never expected this kind of cheap act from sathya india. I ordered this product in tambaram mudichur branch but i received the product from medavakkam sathya branch i really don't know what is happening? I went to tambaram mudichur branch regarding this issue but they are like, they don't have any proof that i booked here, they are also not responding properly. Sales manager doesn't know how to handle this issue. I use to purchase all my household things here, but now lost all my trust on your store. Kindly help me out regarding this issue.
