We have ordered a new whirlpool fridge samsung tv samsung ac and also a new samsung washing machine 20th june 2016. They have promised us to deliver the product on 21st morning before afternoon 3pm. But still they have not delivered the product to us. Also, when we tried to call the concerned sales person the response is very poor. When we asked for the delivery time possible by them. He couldn't even tell the approximately delivery time properly. Am totally dissatisfied by this shop. I kindly request you to consider my complaint.

    I am maduma, i bought panasonic 40 inch tv on june 11th from sathya which is in avadi. This tv cost 40k. The tv was delivered on 13th june without proper accessories (Like the wall mount). I was shifted to hyderabad from chennai for which i asked sathya to instal the tv in hyderabad. They promised to do the same with the airtel dish tv connection on or before june 17th. But there is no response from either panasonic or sathya or airtel. I am very frustrated with the service of sathya. I have called and calling sathya for my issues to fix almost 30 times till now. But till now all that i got is no proper response and fake excuses.

    The executive from the showroom in sathya, avadi shouts back to me over the phone saying, you are wasting my time talking and arguing over the phone. Is this the service of sathya?! As a customer, i did my part well by paying the entire amount at one go believing the service which was my mistake. Am affected mentally and financially because of their service. The response of sathya when i told all this was, "what to do now!"

    And for people who read the same in sathya customer complaints, please don't believe sathya watching the advertisements. Worst customer service that i ever seen.

        I paid the amount for Pure it water purifier in your Coimbatore 100 feet road shop by two weeks ago.But they not delivered the product at present. I think this is not a kind of good customer service. If they do like this for so many customers, then definitely the shop will face trouble in nearby future. I wants to know when my ordered items got? Take care this matter as serious one.

            PLZ DONT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM SATHYA SHOWROOM. I am Suganya, Bought a Voltas AC from Sathya, Madurai Showroom by 11 months ago. From the date of purchase getting issues with Voltas AC. While selling the product Shop Keeper Promised us installation will be done in next itself but they took one week time that to we have to keep follow with sathya cust care & Voltas Cust care . Also within a week we found that Cooling is not perfect . When we have escalated this issue AC mechanic came and resolved it. (Note that we have to do many follow ups) . Within a month again the same Cooling issue raised then got rectified(Usual follow up) . After 3 months "E2" error came in the LED display and issue logged . Again AC mech came n fixed with many follow ups. Whenever we asked why always issue coming with this AC means then they have explained that "ALL these issues coming due to maintenance" Within 3 months of period how come Customer can maintain the AC ...that too AC is under warranty period. After 3 months the same "E2" error message is came and coooling it not proper . This time i have searched in Google and identified that it is because of "Coil need to be changed" . Again AC came n changed the coil. In Another 1 month of period Again the same "E2" message with not cooling issue raised. As usual AC mech and changed the coil. Now 3 days back getting another issue with AC. water is leaking from my indoor unit . Issue raised and got fixed by AC mech. Now today again the same water leakage is raised . Overall SATHYA & VOLTAS are doing very very poor service to the customer . PLZ DONT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM SATHYA SHOWROOM ONCE they SOLD products they wont consider about the customer. If SATHYA not able support the customer after the purchase BRANDED items why they are selling those BRANDED items to the customer . DONT CHEAT the customer . My request to all the customers . Plz dont go with brand name like SATHYA & VOLTAS . They are not bothering about the customer after they sold the product .

              We have bought voltas ac on 2may2016 in kovilpatti sathya.Initially they told first will install ac with in 2 days they will install stabilizer. Last 1 week we are calling sathya agencies but no response till now. Very worst experience with sathya. Very poor customer serivice. Sathya employers in kovilpatti are irresponsible people. Please dont go and buy any product with sathya.

                Sir I am from anakarai near Kumbakonam v had purchased an o general AC on Tuesday 3rd may 2016 at SATHYA Agencies Pvt.Ltd., no 21/879, Nageswaran north street, Kumbakonam -612 001... From the day v purchased they are saying that they will send a service man to fit an Ac but still they did not send any person for fiting also there is no proper response from them ..So kindly send soon some person for fiting sir v hope that u will do an better service for US ...

                  I was purchased the Carrier AC on Dec' 2015 at Kolathur Branch, but still it never works also I logged the Complaint against this issue for multiple times, but no action has been taken care yet now. So kindly repay my money that will be appreciated.

                  Brief:

                  Day 1 - While installation there is no Power Cable & Copper Wire in inside the kit, so I purchased the same in nearest electric Shop and then it has been installed.

                  1st Week - I logged a Complaint in Kolathur Sathya, that there is having Water Leakage, so some technician Came and resolved

                  3rd Week - I logged a Complaint in Kolathur Sathya, that my Machine not get Cool, so some technician Came and resolved

                  1st Month - I logged a Complaint in Kolathur Sathya, that my Machine was automatically Shut Down with some unknown error, so some of technician has told there is having Gas Leakage issue and it was been resolved

                  2nd Month - I Logged the Complaint in Customer Care & Sathya Kolathur, that again my Machine was getting Shut Down automatically, So Some technician came and take my Machine to their office and they kept for 3 days. After they installed it works for 1 Hours only

                  So again I logged the Complaint on the same day, some technician visited my place and he as us to change the Mother Board & Motor in the Indoor Unit as both parts has got damaged.

                  But after that I requested for encash my money or the units has to be replace. That discussion has been held with below peoples

                  But still my problem was not resolved.

                    Not willing to deliver the product even after online payment after one week period
                    The government has to cancel the license of sathya agencies online. They are really cheating the customers. I have paid amount of rs. 6850/- for kenstar air cooler (Double cool) purchased on[protected]:06:12 pm. Still now even after one week the product has not yet delivered. No one from customer care is responsible.

                    There is one ridiculous person with mobile number from sathya agency [protected] named j prabu j raj will simply compromise the customers but i am doubting that whether he is really working there or not.

                    The owner of the sathya agency has to be very ashamed for this activity. I am planning to appeal for consumer court soon for their activities and for my mental stress. Whenever i call to rajapalayam branch of sathya, they will reply that pls contact main head office in tuticorin and will say that you have not registered online so he could not help me. I am very disappointed of their activity by keeping my money and playing.

                    I am very much happy if they return the amount because this not only the company selling home appliances in south india.
                    I am a professor, and well educated, even i am fighting with this company means what about the normal customers.
                    So, please don't buy any goods from sathya agencies.

                    After i about the voltas Ac . I am waiting for last 4 day for the installation . i am getting proper response from Sathya Agencies arcot, vellore . that when will installation people will come and install the AC .

                      I bought new LLOYD 1.5ton Split AC on 21/04/2016. i called to installation purpose they are respond sathya and LLOYD engineers also.

                      Very very worst in the field in sathya and LLOYD service also.

                      I bought AC in kanchipuram district my place in vellore district. but my nearest place in kanchipuram, they are argument this is not my place.


                      what can i do ..my suggestin i return my AC to same store.

                      Salesman giving false commitments on AC installation. I have purchased AC on may 4th the in Salem branch.
                      They committed the installation on Friday 5th may only then I purchased. Now they turned and saying different date.. They are providing false commitments to sell products.

                          I have ordered and received an ifb washing machine on 9/3/16. Initially they took 3-4 days to install the machine. It wasn't working from the first use and even after multiple remainders to sathya the issue is not fixed. The ifb executives came after a month and informed we'll be sent a replacement in 1-2 weeks. So, to use a washing machine ordered from sathya agencies, kilkattalai you have to wait 2 months. This is crazy and i even wonder why did i purchased it from this company. This situation brought a lot of stress and i'm not sure whether i will be receiving a working machine this time. It seems they are selling the products which were wasted in the chennai flood.

                          No Rating. Not even worth for a single star rating and don't purchase anything from Sathya Agencies, Kilkattalai. They don't care about customers and they don't even pick up calls when you call them. You have to call some other branches and ask them to call kilkattalai branch.

                            I have ordered the following items on 17.03.2016 evening as per the bill no: 1442, through your temporary outlet in the address "sathya agencies pvt. Ltd, marina mahal, old railway station road, thiruvarur-610 001; through your sales manager, mr kabil (Ph: [protected]), as he promised me that, the permanent shop will be open on april 1st. I paid rs 2000 as advance.

                            1) panasonic ac, model: yc18rky3-1

                            2) vguard stabilizer model: vwr400 (Additional amount is charged for this stabilizer in comparison with usually supplied model)

                            3) mixer grinder: preethy eco-chef

                            4) iron box, make: morphy richards, model: super glide (Steam + spray type)

                            The sales manager told me that, all the items are in ready stock except item no:2; and all the 4 items can be delivered in the very next day. But the delivery van reported in the after noon on 19.03.2016 (Transportation charge is paid by me) and unloaded the following materials:

                            1) ac model as required. But the front panel of the ac in-door unit was having a few scratches (The show-room display-piece is delivered to me, and it is confirmed by me by visiting the shop again)

                            2) sakthi stabilizer

                            3) mixer grinder model : eco-chef (Show-room display piece is supplied)

                            4) super glide iron box (Show-room display piece is supplied)

                            Mr goutham, sales person received rs 40000 from me (Paid after confirming with mr kabil) during the delivery of material. I kept the materials as they are unloaded as i was not occupied the house till 05.04.2016.

                            After continuous perusal, panasonic service engineer reported on 21.03.2016 and un-packed the ac, and found that, the in-door unit is having scratches on the front panel. The issue is reported to the sales manager mr kabil immediately, and he promised me that, he will arrange a fresh in-door unit and vwr-400 stabilizer afrer three days. As i want to go out of the station by 22nd (Till the time, a complete 5 days were available for m/s sathya to complete my order), i informed the manager to keep post-pond the replacement of the in-door unit and stabilizer to 09.00 am on 05.04.2016, and he has agreed to it.

                            On 4th april, by 01.05pm, i have reminted mr kabil regarding the replacement and installation of ac for the next day morning and he promised me that, it will be done.

                            I have reached the place by 07.30am on 05.04.2016, and till the time today (03.35pm, 06.04.2016) i'm waiting for the response. By this time, i have communicated with the customer care numbers of m/s sathya as well as m/s panasonic.

                            It is quite sad that, such a large organization, having branches all over the state is offering this type of irresponsible service.

                              I have bought blue star ac during sale at trade center held by Sathya Agency and they promoted the gift along with ac but they mentioned it will be delivered during delivery time of ac but during delivery time they told no stock for the gift...finally I called customer care but most of the time the no is busy, even if I get call they simply telling we will check and get back to you...but no call from them afterwards...this is new way of cheating the customer

                                I ordered a Media Washing Machine Semi Automatic through an expo conducted by Dhinakaran and Sathya Agencies. They got the advance and they are not delivering the product.

                                Inspite of making continous calls, they said West mambalam Division is taking care of it and No one is properly responding. They say they will deliver it today tomorrow... but nothing happened.

                                  Self purchased a brand new 24 inch sony tv whose worth is inr 14, 300 at m/s satya agencies, aruppukottai, virudhunagar district. On 10.11.15 (On diwali).

                                  Sony offered a 8 gb pendrive (Sony make) free as a gift as pasted on the tv display by sony. During purchasing, agreed and the same is written on my bill saying that once the stock came, the gift will be hand over to you. But not done. After reaching lot of times to their shops and making lot of phone calls to their office and their customer care office, replied gift stock nil and will be issued soon. But more than a month gone still no response from them. Decided and do not recommended to entertain this agency for any of the items.
                                  Planned to purchase washing machine and fridge too but surely not from satya due to their nuisance kind of response from the working staffs especially mr. Mathan babu – sales employee of apk1.
                                  I want the 8gb sony pendrive gift or else i am ready to register a fir against satya as i’m not satisfied with their response inaddition to their cheating.

                                      I have purchased Samsung 42 LED Tv, Cost is 48000/-, .they have informed that they need initial payment. then i have gave 20000/-.they made documents charges for 48000/-, that is 3360, plus for five month installment they asked me pay 7213/-per month. but they informed only zero percent interest. This information are given only at installment time. But they showing in advertisement as zero percent interest but ask as pay rs 8064 as interest with document charges.

                                        Self purchased Sony led tv at M/s Satya Agencies - Porur Branch on[protected]. Sales person comiited 8GB pen drive will be offered as a gift will be free for the purchase of sony tv. During purchasing, agreed the gift will be delivered during tv delivery. But not done. After making lot of phone calls to the branch manager, branch office land line nos and Head office at Thoothukudi, replied gift stock nil and will be issued soon. But more than 15 days gone still no response from both offices. Decided and do not recommended to entertain this agency for any of the items...
