I have purchased one new tv vu brand 32 inch smart tv from southmasi street sathya due to trust of sathya and your owner was our prestige customer because i was working volkswagen madurai.
At the time of sale one of your staff mr. Solai convencing all realted things after billed even not bother about transit also. After purchasing till this time not installing the tv. Frequently called not bother about to take the call also.
And also he said it is not brand i. E they are delayed. Why you are sold with out branded tv in your store why you are convencing thisbrand.
High disappointed about sathya purchased.

    On saturday 14th october 2017 i 've ordered for a whirlpool washing machine white magic classic in [protected]@gmail.com agencies posit branch. I paid ready cash of 14750 in the spot and they said they 'll deliver it on monday as sunday is holiday. But i did not receive the product on that day, waited for tuesday called a specific man to his mobile no which he shared me who works there in the particular day. No proper response from his side he said today they 'll deliver within night but did nt receive called up next day said today is holiday.. Again tried calling him on thursday did not pick the call for nearly 5 times. Again tried calling i received an improper response from his side telling that has to come from go down and don't have grey colour which will take next 3 more days to deliver. So i said that's k come colour is preferable so send as soon as possible. He called me up and said will deliver within half and hour. I waited the whole day but is of no use. I started to call him up but he did not picked the call for times. Today thursday i waited till 11.30 am and called for [protected]@gmail.com agencies land line no several times no one picked up the call.. Again i called that part man and raised my voice reg delivery and very coollie he answers today we 'll try to send... I've ever seen a nastic agencies like this.. Frauds not at all a proper response from their side.. No care for customers.. No work response nothing.. Total fraudship. I can see their adds in different channels but it's a rubbish store.. Im fed up with them. Chiiiiii

    Received call from CRM telling that this happened due to their server prblm..They sent my product only after escalating and also sent men for installation on 21st October Thursday..And received msg and calls from CRM from HO and requested me to mark the issue as received and felt sorry for their inconvenience.. Where she promised this won't happen again

    Hello,

    Yesterday i went to sathya store @ singaperumal koil to book whirlpool purifier. They said dealer charges is Rs. 500/- after billing they given Rs. 600/- as a bill. while swiping the card i forgot to see the amount. Once i received the bill i was shocked and asking the same. They said this amount only i was communicated. We are not satisfied with that staff and his cheap behavior. And i don't want to fight for them for this less amount. But they cheat me. that i cant accept. And in the billing time they said there is delivery charges for the product. This thing they wont communicate with me. basically i won't like to fight with cheating people.

    We need a reply and solution for the same.

      Sowbaghya wet grinder bought @Sathya Agencies medavakkam stopped working on 09-Oct. Same problem 1 month back took 15 days, more than 30 times of calling and 2 times visiting showroom to send technician and resolve. This time complaint registered on 10-Oct and no support inspite of daily calling. Returned the product today- no escalation structure.

        I got an ifb washing machine on 7/10/2017 from sathya agencies, omr. Its one week and no one came for installation. I have made 15-20 calls requesting them to send person for installation but they only say we are checking, we will send... And nothing till now.

        1. My first question, why did your salesperson tell that they are going to get it installed next day, when they can't keep their commitment.

        2. Do you guys expect that after purchasing washing machine, i am going to keep it boxed before using?

        It's pretty frustrating on the part of the customer and personally speaking i am going to advise my friends and colleagues to buy from sathya omr, because after purchase service is pathetic.

        Final advice, if customer can make you king, they can kick you out as well. There are lot of your other competitors in market who get better service than you.

        What do you guys think that we will keep the washing machine boxed for weeks and weeks Waiting for your installation guy to come?

        Or you guys think that we don't have work and keep waiting for your people to come who eventually keep us Waiting and don't eventually turn up after repeated calls.

        I don't need you guys to help me now, do you hear that? Because of you guys I had to install the washing machine myself, can't keep the clothes pile up just waiting for your installation guy.

            Dear sir/madam,

            My name is smith charles s from chennai. Recently i have ordered a refrigerator (Whrilpool - sp 278 premier 3s saphire mengholia - blue color) in the exhibition which has been conducted on 23.09.17 in trade centre chennai.

            While making order, the concerned person checked the availability of blue color and said its ready in stock and you can get it in 5-7 days. So i have ordered. But, the response which your employees are giving is worst. They are cheating daily. Some of them telling that it is out for delivery and you will receive it today. Others telling that its out of stock and cant get it.

            Am really fed up. I have tried my maximum level and this the last response am expecting. If not, i will take necessary actions on your false commitments and cheating.

            Note: i need best response and i need the product which i have ordered within this week. Or else am ready to go take legal actions.

            Thank you so much. I made complaint both here and to their HO. As soon as they received my mail, They sent a ticket number also mentioned that they will resolve the issue within 24 hrs. Then, After 24 hrs, they made call and checked the issue which i have faced. Also told that they will rectify the problem as soon as possible. Then they delivered the refrigerator on the same day itself. I was really shocked the response of the mail. So am happy now and thank you. Regards, Smith Charles.

            Purchased a fridge Samsung RR19M1412S8 on 16/09/2017from your tuticorin shop. Samsung representative after installation found that the fridge door is damaged and he replaced the veeding . But still the problem exist. Energy loss is happening through that door . Kindly replace the product asap .

              I have visited the trade fare on 23/09/17 and in that i have purchased a godrej 240 liter refrigerator, payment by 100% upfront. Today is 30/09/17 and i am yet to receive the fridge. I have been calling there store number [protected] from monday (25/09/17) and all i hear from them is that they will check with the dispatch team and will get back. They have a customer care toll free no, with ivr message stating will call back. You will get a callback after a day and asking just your details they will sign off saying will get back. Oh! A pathetic after sales service!! Can someone help me to here in handling such dealers who are totally have no sense of customer satisfaction. Please assist me in getting the product or my money back!!

                I bought lg washing machine in sathya agencies madipakkam branch on 15th september. Till now they didn't give me a computerized bill and their customer service is worst. They didn't come for washing machine installation after 10 days of purchase. We complain directly in lg customer care and they filed after that lg customer service man came for installation. Sathya agencies didn't intimate to lg company for our installation. Very worst in service and very costly compared to other shops.

                  Dear service provider,

                  I bought a whirlpool friedge on 28th may 2015 with bajaj extended 2 years warranty (Rs 1050) and a washing machine purchased date 16th feb, 2016 with bajaj 3 years extended warranty (Rs. 2948). Now on 14th september, 2017 i was facing trouble with my refrigerator.
                  Then i tried to contact your store with all your customer care number where your numbers are saying that you will give me call back. Till today i did not received any call back.

                  I called to your whirlpool customer service with service request number (Sr number: mr[protected]). They came to my place for inspection inspection and rectified problem. For that they charged rs 350 as per record they found the item is out of warranty. And they informed to claim this amount with invoice to bajaj for paid 2 years extended warranty service.

                  I reached at your coimbatore rs puram office and spoke to your staff members and manager, they told me this warranty service is not under sathya coverage, i have to go to bajaj main office racecourse road, coimbatore. As per guideline i went there and spoke to them. But they did not found any warranty record in their database.

                  They updated me that they can not do anything as warranty not generated. They can only tell to the sathya for refund me the warranty amount.

                  Then i went to your sathya office rs puram for the refund amount and service charge. They made me to wait and tried to communicate with your internal staff for the resolution. Still i am not received any solution in it. I am kicked like football from one place to another place and many phone calls but all of your members are just playing game with me.

                  Now please resolve this issue as soon as possible before taking any further action. Otherwise total matter will go to consumer court.

                  Please refund my money rs 1050+2948+350= total rs 4348
                  Or
                  Give me bajaj policy number agreement for both products plus paid rs 350 for service.

                  I hope you are not doing same thing with all your customers.

Ltd ltm - 002/024 for rs.. 401/- let me know for what purpose it has been taken

                      Last year deepavli combo offer displayed at ambattur showroom.in combo offer lg tv, home theatre, dvd. So i purchased the tv, home theatre they delivered dvd no stock.                           I am supplied a hitachi a. C by your nagercoil branch without a remote control for bill receipt no.143 dated 18/08/2016 to my residence at 19/103a balamore road, thittuvilai in kanyakumari district. Till today i have not received the remote and could not use a. C. Several calls made to nagercoil branch to nithia and jegan but not addressed till now.
                          There were three a. C bought from them. One o general and two hitachi air conditioner. Out of two hitachi airconditioner one had the remote inside the box. The other didn't have.
                          One of the hitachi a. C was fitted in upstairs which is meant for renting out. I could not rent out the portion now as remote to use a. C not there

                            I am buying all electronic products from sathya only. This time i bought blue starg ac along with sakthi stabilizer. The stabilizer is defect product. It is not working after installation. I want this product should be replaced by new one or exchange of some good stabilizers. If this issue is not resolved, i can buy new one but not from sathya agencies.

                              I have made an online payment through sathya.in website on 10.07.2017 for the purchase of godrej single door refrigerator model : 240 liters rd edge pro ct 3.2 (Under exchange) and one v-gard stabilizer for the fridge under order no sbso-13515 which amounted rs. 18250. Even though they said within 2 days the above products will get delivered up on my continues request and complaints it got delivered to my address only on 17.07.2017. The product got delivered with out any bills in original or duplicate. So i found lot of difficulties for arranging the company demo because the technician came for the same insisted to produce the bill for the demo. Also you are well aware the importance of having the bills to claim warranty if required.

                              Also would like to inform you that, while interacting with their customer care staff (Ms. Guru lakshmi on ph no. [protected]) she confirmed before and after making the payment that they will take back the exchange product (Old fridge) on the same transport which comes for the delivery. But the courier personal said they won't do so. That day onwards i am keep calling their staff to arrange quick collection of old refrigerator, but till this time nobody tuned up or not given any proper information about the same.

                              Past one week i am interacting with their customer care staff ms. Gayathri on ph no. [protected] and told my difficulties to keep both (Old and new) refrigerators at home due to space constrains and arrange immediate collection of old refrigerator but all my efforts are in vain. Today on my enquiry ms. Gayathri told me that the bills are already couriered but she failed to give courier details like name of the courier company, date of despatch or tracking number.

                              In view of the above i am making this written complaint and request you to take necessary actions against the responsible people for the above lapses.

                                Recently i have purchased 1 ton inverter haier air conditioner in sathya agencies arakkonam branch. But after the installation i found that air conditioner is not working fine. I have informed to the technician who has installed but later i got a shock news that he is not a authorized technician they have hired him from outside for day basis.

                                He asked to complaint the same to branch, i have contacted sathya arakkonam branch and informed the non working of air conditioners but they are very lethargic and giving silly reasons and not responding properly.

                                He is telling technician is on the way to my home from morning and from evening he is not picking the call. Am very much frustrated about the service sathya agencies giving to the customers.

                                Am also wondering how come they are selling a faulty products to customers? And not responding to the customer complaints properly

                                At last, my complaint is resolved. Finally technician reached my home tomorrow and refilled gas in outdoor unit, now Air conditioner is working fine. My doubt is how Sathya is selling faulty products to customers. If the product is not meeting the customer requirements why they are referring the product to customers. I personally feel very bad about the service sathya has providing to the customers. I request them to change their approach towards customers. People buying the products because of some emergency needs and supplying faulty one will directly affects customers and indirectly affects the Sathya agencies name.

Today morning technician arrived and informed that Haier Air conditioner performance will be low compare to all other Air conditioners if that is the case why you people are selling and your sales persons giving false commitment that haier is No.1 selling Air conditioners.

                                I will take it up the same with Haier regarding the complaint raised by your technician regarding the poor performance of Air conditioner in their customer service through e-mail.

                                As your technician informed Haier performance will be poor, I don't want that brand anymore request you to kindly replace with LG. I will pay the extra money whatever is applicable.

                                Adding one more suggestion to sathya agencies, pls ask your sales persons to understand the customer needs and give their suggestions accordingly on products.

                                you people are only looking to sale the products which gives you good margin not keeping customers satisfaction in mind.I have experienced this in my life from sathya agencies giving false commitments to customers and advertising for products which are not sold for so many days.

                                I understand all the sales persons from sathya are not loyal to their customers and working only for the incentives and target.One simple example I have experienced is while purchasing the haier A/c they informed that service is available at the local and people will knock your door within 3hrs but the reality is haiker doesn't have any local service centres all over tamilnadu except Chennai city range all other region they are having services centres only at the district head office (Vellore, Thiruvallur, kanchipuram).

                                I suggested my relatives, friends and colleagues not to step into sathya for any kind of purchase in electronics.Sathya agencies doesn't bother about customers and their requirements.

                                  I booked a washing machine sathya agencies in avadi.
                                  Next day they sent me the showroom piece telling that was brand new. V rejected it knowing it was not brand new.
                                  V went to cancel the order. But owner ravi gave polite reply... And assured us new product if booked again..
                                  So v booked a 6.5kg machine.. Having told one price during invoice/bill they have increased it... No response from them

                                    I was purchased tv (Sony led klv32r422e) through online, problem is i m not received tv which i seen from internet (Sathya portal) i revived different tv, regarding this i spoke with sales & store in charge they said its like that only.                                       Bought a 49inch tv from satya kelambakkam on last sunday of june. Since it was gst transmission time original bill was not guven. But the item was delvered three days later even then bill was not sent. Yesterday i called the outlet and requested to send it àcross by post. Only to be answered very rudely that i have to come and collect it. I asked for the executive who attended and she so rudely asked for the name which i did not remember. Never again will i step into satya. A piece worth 1.5 lakhs sold no respect bad experience. Horrible to think i bought something there

                                        Am writing this email with regards to an ac which i bought it few days back from you. I paid it in full cash and bought it but i was not explained by anyone about the product in detail hence i had to return it the next day. When i met sathya ageny manager, he was pretty rude and did not even listen to what i was saying. Being a customer and i bought a product from them which i had to return but they did not even have a courtesy to listen or see to what i was asking. Worst customer service ever seen in my life. I would recommend not to buy any products from them. They would just sell it, get your money and close it. They are running # business. The product is brand new and we have not even opened yet. The reason why am returning the product is because i did not know what i was buying and i was not fully explained but then i just went for it knowing that product would be good. But you guys showed your business tactics to your own customers, then how the hell would customers come and buy product from you all in future. I want to return it or else i will have this message posted in all social network to make sure that your # business is going down. I would expect a reply by tonight for this email
