Complaint marked as Resolved At last, my complaint is resolved. Finally technician reached my home tomorrow and refilled gas in outdoor unit, now Air conditioner is working fine.
My doubt is how Sathya is selling faulty products to customers. If the product is not meeting the customer requirements why they are referring the product to customers.
I personally feel very bad about the service sathya has providing to the customers. I request them to change their approach towards customers. People buying the products because of some emergency needs and supplying faulty one will directly affects customers and indirectly affects the Sathya agencies name.

I have already contacted your customer support team yesterday. Today morning technician arrived and informed that Haier Air conditioner performance will be low compare to all other Air conditioners if that is the case why you people are selling and your sales persons giving false commitment that haier is No.1 selling Air conditioners.
I will take it up the same with Haier regarding the complaint raised by your technician regarding the poor performance of Air conditioner in their customer service through e-mail.
As your technician informed Haier performance will be poor, I don't want that brand anymore request you to kindly replace with LG. I will pay the extra money whatever is applicable.

Adding one more suggestion to sathya agencies, pls ask your sales persons to understand the customer needs and give their suggestions accordingly on products.
you people are only looking to sale the products which gives you good margin not keeping customers satisfaction in mind.I have experienced this in my life from sathya agencies giving false commitments to customers and advertising for products which are not sold for so many days.
I understand all the sales persons from sathya are not loyal to their customers and working only for the incentives and target.One simple example I have experienced is while purchasing the haier A/c they informed that service is available at the local and people will knock your door within 3hrs but the reality is haiker doesn't have any local service centres all over tamilnadu except Chennai city range all other region they are having services centres only at the district head office (Vellore, Thiruvallur, kanchipuram).
I suggested my relatives, friends and colleagues not to step into sathya for any kind of purchase in electronics.Sathya agencies doesn't bother about customers and their requirements.
Am Anbu am last December one LG led purchased in the shop but that's a led last 2month's not working in still now but the branch no response for me
