Worst service by sathya agencies. I have booked my ac on the expo held by sathya at trade centre in chennai. When booking, they promised me that the unit will be delivered in 2 days after the expo but delivery to me after 4 days. Also the free installation they arranged totally sucks. Honestly i won't recommend someone to visit sathya agencies and buy.. They must learn how to retain the product

Past sunday booked LG-18 SUXD SPLIT A/C IN CHENNAI TRADE CENTRE, WHO CAN I CONTACT, NOBODY GIVE CONTACthey told within 4days installation will done but they'll delivered 22.04.17 evening @6.30p.m, installation also done.just 2hours run after that not working, okH & 5E blinked continuously,

I ordered Bajaj Air cooler last week 19-04-17, it could took 2-3 business days as mentioned by Sathya Agencies. Last two days back they said my product damaged during shipping and they said that would sent another one. Now raining here and I'm saying they will not deliver today and will say this reason.

      I have bought new godrge fridge on 9th april 2017 in sathya show room in tambaram by 12th april 2017 that came installation when the service person open the fridge it was damaged. So i said change the fridge he said i have to conduct sathya show room. I called them informed them the person on call said they will replace the fridge still now they didn't do no response from customer care

        Very sluggish and late delivery of onida ac..18 days from payment due to negligence of d staff.. While paying the advance they said the price includes stabiliser and installation fees.. While paying the advance at a stall in traid fair centre they gave me a slip mentioning it includes stabiliser.. Thn thy gave manual bill after getting the slip... Then i paid the whole amount thro check at the brach after few days.. Nw thy r claiming that stabiliser is not mentioned in the bill (Since thy told me it includes stabiliser i dint check the bill).. So i hav to buy on my own.. Thy r nt ready to clarify by checking the manual bill and slip thy gave and nt enquired the concered staff... Past one week i m calling the sales person yuvraj he is nt answering properly.. He wil tel tat i wil check and cal u.. He wil nt cal bac.. Thn i contacted the manager murugesan fr the past 2 days.. He is telling he is nt inchrge fr the sales persons words (Usually satya wil nt give stabiliser nu) very rude.. Manager asking me to contact the sales person again... Dono wat to do.. Bcos after 18 days i got ac.. Nw thy making me to round around fr stabiliser fr past one week... Pls help.. Atleat save other coustomers from irresponsible manger and staff.. Thank u..           I've bought Hitachi AC, symphony air cooler and Samsung washing machine on 14/4/17 in Salem branch. AC should be installed within 16/4/17. But still they didn't. I'm speaking with store manager, Hitachi dealer. Daily they wasting my time at least 2 hrs. Just now they promised that AC will be installed tomorrow 7.30am. If they didn't keep their promise, I'll return all the products I bought. Very worst response and worst service.

              Sir, we bought a Voltas aircooler(50l vm- w50mw) at Satya agencies, west masi Street, Madurai on 08.04.17 and it's not working from 14.4.17. we are seeking for technical assistance from Sathya agencies but they are not responding. They are not attending phone calls and if we call repeatedly they give very lethargic irresponsible reply. We bought air cooler because of the summer heat and we can't bear the heat and we are very much disappointed by the customer service of Satya agencies. The customer care number also unresponsive. We expect a proper response from Satya agencies.

                      I have purchased an ac yesterday 1.04.2017 by seeing the advertisement in the thanthi newspaper about the offer price and gift items mentioned.

                      The gift item mentioned in the paper letter is butterfly combo kitchen set of worth 6350 rs. But i was awarded with a kitchen set brand namely pearl lady which will not even worth around 1000 rs i think. Why are you giving adds and providing us other materials rather than mentioned in the newsletter. I have even procured higher version of ac of worth 5000 higher than the mentioned models. I need proper feedback on this that what went wrong in the gift providing process, weather the branch is doing this sort of misuse or in all the branches the same thing happens. Also proper gift to be replaced to me for the provided offer.

                        I ordered Sony LED TV in Chennai trade center on Sunday 26th of this month. They promised that it will be delivered on 28th but its still not delivered. The billing branch is in kumanachavadi. I called them many times and they are not even asking for order details simply saying that it will take 2 days. This is really frustrating. I don't know why they took my order if you can't deliver it on time. My delivery address is tiruvallur. I'll cancel this order if they don't deliver it today.

                          I purchase AC in Coimbatore 100 ft sathya agencies.The stabilizer has not worked properly. I called to the customer care and told about the issue. Today i directly went to the shop for the same issue. I told all the issue with the manger, but he never listen my words.I told this is my 2 nd time replacing the stabilizer and i am not satisfied with this so i will pay the extra amount apart from the sakthi stabilizer and i need of the V-Gaurd Double booster. He argued with me and he is telling like we will give the same brand and with same invoice include all the warranty. After 15 mins arguments he checked the invoice bill and telling like this is complementary offer(Sakthi stabilizer) RS.10 worth that too added in invoice and not able to replace with new one.The Manger is such a irrelevant person to this position and shouting with me and the executive.He put the warranty card in the table and telling to the executive like customer is make tension and repeating the same.After 20 mins i deiced that no use of talking with the manager and i brought the same new sakthi stabilizer.Choose the shop before getting the products.

                          Only thing to the manager is to selling the products.At the time of purchase telling false statement and only intention to achieve the targets.

                          No such response from the executive. Received call from customer care executive and told all the issue with them but no use at all. She told she will check and get back to you.so far not received call and the only thing is to close or i need to remove the issue from this site.[protected] DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM SATHYA AGENCIES -COIMBATORE.
                          Never seen such a worst and pathetic service. Ordered AC in chennai trade sale last Sunday..very poor and bad response. Last year ordered led TV in viveks warehouse sale which had prompt delivery. Satya treats customer badly and no response phone keeps ringing nobody answers the call.

                            I purchased Preethi mixie steel supreme on 04/03/2017 from sathya agencies pondicherry, but the new item didnt work well as some damaged piece they given us. I took it to sathya agencies pondicherry. While asking about the information the people who are in that branch told me that they cant do anything if the mixie is not functioning. Am very much disheartened as they used filthy languages and scolded me in public for asking justice to what i need a proper response at that moment. Am very much saddened by the way they treated a customer . Sathya agencies in Pondicherry is very worse.

                            I purchase AC in Coimbatore 100 ft sathya agencies.The stabilizer has not worked properly. I called to the customer care and told about the issue. Today i directly went to the shop for the same issue. I told all the issue with the manger, but he never listen my words.I told this is my 2 nd time replacing the stabilizer and i am not satisfied with this so i will pay the extra amount apart from the sakthi stabilizer and i need of the V-Gaurd Double booster. He argued with me and he is telling like we will give the same brand and with same invoice include all the warranty. After 15 mins arguments he checked the invoice bill and telling like this is complementary offer(Sakthi stabilizer) RS.10 worth that too added in invoice and not able to replace with new one.The Manger is such a irrelevant person to this position and shouting with me and the executive.He put the warranty card in the table and telling to the executive like customer is make tension and repeating the same.After 20 mins i deiced that no use of talking with the manager and i brought the same new sakthi stabilizer.Choose the shop before getting the products.

                            Only thing to the manager is to selling the products.At the time of purchase telling false statement and only intention to achieve the targets.

                              These guys are the best cheaters in the City. I ordered a Samsung TV on Jan 15th using my Bajaj finserv, then within 24hours, I told them to cancel the order as I had other ideas and I felt the pricing is too high compared to other vendors. I was told by the Sathya Agent that they've cancelled the order and they've returned the Initial amount I paid, so I though they were really nice. Here comes the worst part, they did return the initial amount I paid; however, they did not cancel the bill. They sent the bill to Bajaj Finserv. I found the same through the Bajaj online portal, so when I inquired Sathya's they told me that they have cancelled the amount and then they transferred the call to the Bajaj Finserv Agent sitting in their agency, the Bajaj Finserv person told me that they have cancelled the bill, the EMI amount which I am seeing in the online portal will be automatically cleared within 40days. On the due date, the EMI amount was deducted from my bank account. I called in Sathya's and they said that they are not responsible for this, and so the Bajaj Agent sitting in the Sathya's agency. I've been cheated by Sathya's.

                              Please help me with this issue!

                                I bought an LG refrigerator Model no: GL-B201AMHP 5 months back on[protected].They are well approaching the customers to sell their defective product with unethical behaviour not even without user manual.My only mistake was, being friendly to the showroom employee i didnt returned back their product and now i am suffering after losing 14000rs.Well coming to the point, when i received the product, i found that :
                                (1) the door was not closing properly
                                (2) it doesnt have any manual.
                                since i went out of station so i called and approached the showroom several times but no response for 4 months.once i shouted at them, they have responded and support from lg came and resolved the issue on[protected] .
                                and now (3) from yesterday[protected] refrigerator begins to make a trouble again making huge rattling noise and water bubble noise several times a day.now again i need to search for the service people from them.Not even completed one year, making trouble again and again means how long the product be trusted one??
                                I think they are selling customs product from tuticorin port with huge branding and sucking the blood of common people indirectly.i have read various same reports regarding this.i am not going to stop with this..its not a mistake of lg but a fraudulent services from the agency.

                                  My name is saravanan. Yesterday 7-feb-2017 I bought a videocon WM VS75Z11 model from sathya purasawalkam Chennai branch.

                                  Today I received the product 8-feb-2017) and its a defective product. I could see the product was opened already and lot of dust and pen marks are there in the product, and user manual as xerox paper, will this product come without user manual ? It’s a damn cheating.

                                  Did you guys send any demo piece or something was kept in the showroom? How come dusts come inside a packed product and how the user manual book in a xerox paper? how come numbers and lines written in pen inside the product? its a damn showcase piece product. not an original from the videocon.

                                  Please take right action soon.

                                  I got call from Sathya customer care and the showroom manager accepted their fault and sent me a new product immediately. Thank you so much for the quick process. you will be my first choice in future for any home appliances.

                                    I bought a Samsung curved v (49inc) in sathya showroom in tanjore .i did'nt ask for any of the offer but they told me that they will provide free airtel dish tv as a complement for buying the tv in their showroom but its being one month the did not provide any of the complement to me. why they are tell us these fake news and make us to buy in the sathya showroom . please take necessary action on the show room manager in thanjavur .

                                    Worst service. Bought tv before 2 days and still they didn't arrange service technician for installation. Sales person is not picking up my call. Waste management. Never seen such a worst service like sathya home appliances.

                                      Its been more than 4 days since i ordered a Samsung washing machine and my order has not been delivered yet. In my busy schedule at office I have managed to take work from home awaiting this delivery .But it is all in vain and every time I call customer care they say it will be delivered soon and they aren't giving any proper details as delivery time or delivery man's phone number or whatsoever .This is my first time ordering in Sathya and am Seriously pissed off at the service. Atleast specifying the apt date and time would have saved my time. Unnecessarily I had to take permission in office ! This is ain't the best way to welcome any customer to buy products in your store !

                                        On the date of purchase, I was informed that TV holds 1 year warranty and 1 year extended warranty and the Invoice bill that is given by satya would suffice for warranty.

                                        Recently i got an issue with TV and has raised complaint with Satya and the person who spoke with me has raised the complaint...
