I have ordered and received an ifb washing machine on 9/3/16. Initially they took 3-4 days to install the machine. It wasn't working from the first use and even after multiple remainders to sathya the issue is not fixed. The ifb executives came after a month and informed we'll be sent a replacement in 1-2 weeks. So, to use a washing machine ordered from sathya agencies, kilkattalai you have to wait 2 months. This is crazy and i even wonder why did i purchased it from this company. This situation brought a lot of stress and i'm not sure whether i will be receiving a working machine this time. It seems they are selling the products which were wasted in the chennai flood.

No Rating. Not even worth for a single star rating and don't purchase anything from Sathya Agencies, Kilkattalai. They don't care about customers and they don't even pick up calls when you call them. You have to call some other branches and ask them to call kilkattalai branch.

    Sir,

    I have ordered the following items on 17.03.2016 evening as per the bill no: 1442, through your temporary outlet in the address "sathya agencies pvt. Ltd, marina mahal, old railway station road, thiruvarur-610 001; through your sales manager, mr kabil (Ph: [protected]), as he promised me that, the permanent shop will be open on april 1st. I paid rs 2000 as advance.

    1) panasonic ac, model: yc18rky3-1

    2) vguard stabilizer model: vwr400 (Additional amount is charged for this stabilizer in comparison with usually supplied model)

    3) mixer grinder: preethy eco-chef

    4) iron box, make: morphy richards, model: super glide (Steam + spray type)

    The sales manager told me that, all the items are in ready stock except item no:2; and all the 4 items can be delivered in the very next day. But the delivery van reported in the after noon on 19.03.2016 (Transportation charge is paid by me) and unloaded the following materials:

    1) ac model as required. But the front panel of the ac in-door unit was having a few scratches (The show-room display-piece is delivered to me, and it is confirmed by me by visiting the shop again)

    2) sakthi stabilizer

    3) mixer grinder model : eco-chef (Show-room display piece is supplied)

    4) super glide iron box (Show-room display piece is supplied)

    Mr goutham, sales person received rs 40000 from me (Paid after confirming with mr kabil) during the delivery of material. I kept the materials as they are unloaded as i was not occupied the house till 05.04.2016.

    After continuous perusal, panasonic service engineer reported on 21.03.2016 and un-packed the ac, and found that, the in-door unit is having scratches on the front panel. The issue is reported to the sales manager mr kabil immediately, and he promised me that, he will arrange a fresh in-door unit and vwr-400 stabilizer afrer three days. As i want to go out of the station by 22nd (Till the time, a complete 5 days were available for m/s sathya to complete my order), i informed the manager to keep post-pond the replacement of the in-door unit and stabilizer to 09.00 am on 05.04.2016, and he has agreed to it.

    On 4th april, by 01.05pm, i have reminted mr kabil regarding the replacement and installation of ac for the next day morning and he promised me that, it will be done.

    I have reached the place by 07.30am on 05.04.2016, and till the time today (03.35pm, 06.04.2016) i'm waiting for the response. By this time, i have communicated with the customer care numbers of m/s sathya as well as m/s panasonic.

    It is quite sad that, such a large organization, having branches all over the state is offering this type of irresponsible service.

      I have bought blue star ac during sale at trade center held by Sathya Agency and they promoted the gift along with ac but they mentioned it will be delivered during delivery time of ac but during delivery time they told no stock for the gift...finally I called customer care but most of the time the no is busy, even if I get call they simply telling we will check and get back to you...but no call from them afterwards...this is new way of cheating the customer

        I ordered a Media Washing Machine Semi Automatic through an expo conducted by Dhinakaran and Sathya Agencies. They got the advance and they are not delivering the product.

        Inspite of making continous calls, they said West mambalam Division is taking care of it and No one is properly responding. They say they will deliver it today tomorrow... but nothing happened.

          Self purchased a brand new 24 inch sony tv whose worth is inr 14, 300 at m/s satya agencies, aruppukottai, virudhunagar district. On 10.11.15 (On diwali).

          Invoice details are as follows:

          Purchased items :

          1 sony led klv24p412c-7164580 rs.12489 invoice by mr.Mathan babu, who is sales employee of apk1 has written like 8gb sony pendrive will be given to you.
          Tax – 14.5% rs.1810.92

          Sony offered a 8 gb pendrive (Sony make) free as a gift as pasted on the tv display by sony. During purchasing, agreed and the same is written on my bill saying that once the stock came, the gift will be hand over to you. But not done. After reaching lot of times to their shops and making lot of phone calls to their office and their customer care office, replied gift stock nil and will be issued soon. But more than a month gone still no response from them. Decided and do not recommended to entertain this agency for any of the items.
          Planned to purchase washing machine and fridge too but surely not from satya due to their nuisance kind of response from the working staffs especially mr. Mathan babu – sales employee of apk1.
          I want the 8gb sony pendrive gift or else i am ready to register a fir against satya as i’m not satisfied with their response inaddition to their cheating.

              I have purchased Samsung 42 LED Tv, Cost is 48000/-, .they have informed that they need initial payment. then i have gave 20000/-.they made documents charges for 48000/-, that is 3360, plus for five month installment they asked me pay 7213/-per month. but they informed only zero percent interest. This information are given only at installment time. But they showing in advertisement as zero percent interest but ask as pay rs 8064 as interest with document charges.

                Self purchased Sony led tv at M/s Satya Agencies - Porur Branch on[protected]. Sales person comiited 8GB pen drive will be offered as a gift will be free for the purchase of sony tv. During purchasing, agreed the gift will be delivered during tv delivery. But not done. After making lot of phone calls to the branch manager, branch office land line nos and Head office at Thoothukudi, replied gift stock nil and will be issued soon. But more than 15 days gone still no response from both offices. Decided and do not recommended to entertain this agency for any of the items...

                  I have purchases Kent water purifier and the installation person came from kent and informed this product not able to install it here and please return to Sathya but irresponsible sathya agency customer care and Manager Mahendran also not ready to give money back. Worst service what they are thinking after purchasing the product we are begging money from them. My humble suggestion please dont go and buy any product from Sathya Agencies worst people.

                    I have purchased a samsung LED tv through Sathya Agency. A very poor service they said there will be 0% interest on credit card payment. But the bank has charged 13 % interest.when I asked this with the manager.But his responce is very rude since I paid the money. Also they have not given the free gifts which was given the the samsung manufacturer. Also they said they will deliver the product with in 1 day. But I have called them many times after several calls, they sent the product after 2 days. Still they have not send the people for demo and wall mouting. Never go for this agency. while comparing this BEA is best show room to get electricals and home appliances.

                      I have purchased 1led TV from sathya Agencies /AVADI Franchisee M/s Mani Electronics Wide Bill noAVDF_4/[protected] On[protected] Through BAJAJ FIANCE LTD CUSTOMER ID 18284386.At the time of purchase they have promised Airtel DTH free along with led, that is not given as on date, and also charged Rs 7, 319-00 For medical insurance from my a/c .for that they are not sent policy certificate . I have visited and telphond so many times for this to their AVADI br.Executive Mr Sasi kumar and stores in charge each day they are telling one another reason for delay in issuing policy. There is any details for contacting BAJAJ FIANCE their call center executives are not responding to this problem properly. Sathya AVADI and BAJAJ FIANCE is not bothered about customer and their problem's after selling .I have hand over all papers to ADV for legal action against them in consumer court for their inaction. This is my advise to all customers please don't go to this people's any products and you only get offers and services that they forgot.

                        I am living in keelapavoor. I have purchased one tv and fridge on 13/04/2015. After 15 days the tv was not functioning due to the board failure. I informed to the sathya agencies rectified it after some days . Then after 2 month again the tv was not working. When I requested to the sathya agencies manager Mr.mugesh they replied me that they are speaking with the company and he promised me I collect the refund purchase amount or new tv .but still the problem not solved. So you to intervene and get me one new tv.then they only I will satisfied with your rapport company .

                          I paid amt 26066/- for Bosch washing machine on 15/09/2016 but they delivered the machine only on 20/09/2015.the next day morning one person come for installation but the machine was not good for installation because they delivered the dent machine that person told me, a new machine will come for replacement till now they didn't deliver the new machine .

                            Hi, I bought 40 inch LED Samsung TV with 2.1 speaker + Dth. but they have delivered first TV and after that next two days they have not responsded. then have tired tor each customer care number, they have not pickuped my phone. I have made around 50 calls made from morning to evening. Then I tried to reach our respective show room at porur. they said Speaker will be delivered on 45 days. they did not informed me while purchase the TV and tried to speak with representive on call regarding delivery. I asked him to deliver the DTC as well as Speaker. he told that it will be delivered before 12 PM on next day. then Next day, i have tried to reach them then they said above stories. Do not go Sathya Agencies. Every one saying that I am the manger. very stupid customer care. I never seen the manger like that. if goes like that, this will be closed soon.

                              I bought Carrier 1 ton DURAEDGE 3K+ at Sathya on 1st August at West tambaram branch. After installation the air throw was not hitting the face at all. It was then confirmed by carrier service person that the model works the same way. If the sales person would have explained this point clearly then a different model could have been selected. When the same was explained over call to salthya people the response was not good. Still the sales person could not understand the model works in such a way. Totally upset on investing more than 30000. Till now they had never given a call themselves on this subject.

                              Sathya West Tambaram Manager Mr.Karthick called to resolve the issue,. On listening to my complaint cleary, he asked me to come to showroom for checking out New AC of my choice as a replacement. Today i went to the showroom, to my surprise every person belonging to Sathya who i met the other day came to me and enquired on the issue with concern. The manager Mr.Karthick came and discussed with me and assigned a sales execvutive Mr.Sudha. He explained me again with more clarity this time regarding AC's. Finally i ended up in a different brand with my expectation of airflow design. The Manager gave a discount in the new model as well (That was really great). He did all billing procedures and completed the process. Finally they replaced with a new brand AC. Thanks to Mr.Karthick again for arriving at a smooth solution. Sathya can hold their customers with this approach of customer care.

                                I purchased carrier ac 1.5 ton, samsung led tv, sa, sung fridge and ifb washing machine from sathya agencies at fair in chennai trade centre on 19 july 2015. At the time of purchase, it was mentioned that the invoice will be sent through courier but it has not yet come till now and the sales persons don't pick the call now. Can you please escalate and get me the invoice couriered to the address in the invoice? They also mentioned free gifts while purchasing which is also not delivered.                                   I bought IFB washing machine with HAIER MICROWAVE OVEN as complimentary gift and VEDIEM GRIENDER from T NAGER branch TN.. I bought those product on 2nd august. They delivered me on 4th august on that day when I opened the GRIENDER the item pressure nut with spring was missing, that's a new product in that 1 item was missing and we can't use that GRIENDER without that item and next we opened MICROWAVE OVEN, and I connected to power and I kept water to check whether it's working r not, when I switch on the power, there was a fire came at back side of oven. I was so disappointed by seeing these 2 product in worst condition .i called several times to them for main branch tuticorin and t nagar branch, these guys informing me we will come and come but as of now no one had been came and I'm tied of calling that guys ... Total Satya they are selling worst product and cheating the customer . And they are not ready to solve the customer issues .. So., I said that both the products which i bought it from your end is not working properly.. I need replacement for MICRO OVEN AND For GRIENDER either provide me that parts or replace me the product ...I need explanation.. either replace me or i will file a complain in consumer court... I will see you guys there.. You have to pay for me for all those things... I called you guys several times .. I spent lot of money by calling you guys and also waste of time and energy for me...                                     On 26.07.2013 I bought new LG Washing machine(T72CMG22P) at that time INDUCTION RICE COOKER was applicable as a complimentary gift. They requested me that INDUCTION RICE COOKER was out of stock, So they ask 10 days time to deliver my gift. But yet now (its around 2 years completed) I did not received any gift from sathya agencies. I went directly for more than 20 times to collect my gift but every time they are replying as out of stock. I am frustrated in this issue. I want my gift immediately. Please help me.                                       Hi, I have purchased LG 32LB5820 TV from your Sathya Agency, Purasawakkam, chennai on 7/6/2015 with Invoice no: CH03-15 /[protected]. The item was delivered not on time. Only after repeated enquiry the box got delivered yesterday (9/6/2015) evening. The box comes with Special Offer "Magic Remote inside the box" FREE, which is pasted on top of the box. But we found Magic Remote was missing. When we enquired your agency, they were not telling prompt answer and even the customer care no was un-attented for so long. It has been really frustrating to me after purchasing a product from your esteemed agency. I have never underwent such a bad experience from Sathya Agency though we are a regular customer in Kovilpatti & Tirunelveli (Sathya Agencies). The guys in Purasawakkam Agency was not taking any responsibility towards customer satisfaction. Tilak-[protected]

                                        Dear Sir, I Bought refrigerator SAMSUNG on 17.4.14.Now it's not worked properly.not cooled .My purchase Bill no:[protected].( It's bought @SATHYA AGENCIES, 100FEET ROAD, COIMBATORE) .at the time of purchase 10years warranty and lifelong service promised from agencies.Last Saturday regards this i complaint via phone .Still now no response . complaint no:12140255. complaint date:9.5.15 I call the customer care no:[protected]times on this last 7 days)Their side no response.
