I was a great believer that sony has the best quality in terms of led tv & other electrical items and therefore i purchased sony bravia model klv-32w562d and serial no.4014798 on[protected], purchase invoice receipt no. Cud1-16 /[protected] from sathya agencies pvt. Ltd., cuddalore.
The warranty card is not placed in the pack with the tv when the shop people opened it. When we enquired about card, they said that sony company itself is not palced with the pack and told that we will get the card with in 3 days from the sony company. But after passing 6days we didnot receive it. Again we enquired from sathya agencies pvt. Ltd., cuddalore, it is said within 7 more days we will get the warranty card. I'm verymuch disappointed, this is the 1st time i've ever had an issue with a sony product. Please help me toget the warranty card at the earliest.
Otherwise we planned to return the product to the seller.
