A Hitachi AC with model no RAC318HWDD has been purchased in your Kanchipuram branch addressed (Sathya Agencies No:523B, Gandhi road, Kanchipuram-631501) on[protected] with the bill number kpm1-16/[protected] .
It was clearly informed that there won’t be any fitting charges during our purchase and was promised to be fitted within 26th of this month.
Till now there is no response from the dealer and are adding...

Fraud showroom and selling demo piece to the customer. Worst service and cheating shop. All the employees are very worst in service and misbehaving with customer. I want cancel the product which I bought and want my money back.

I paid the amount for Pure it water purifier in your Coimbatore 100 feet road shop by two weeks ago.But they not delivered the product at present. I think this is not a kind of good customer service. Not willing to deliver the product even after online payment after one week period
The government has to cancel the license of sathya agencies online. They are really cheating the customers. I have paid amount of rs. 6850/- for kenstar air cooler (Double cool) purchased on[protected]:06:12 pm. Still now even after one week the product has not yet delivered. No one from customer care is responsible.

I bought new LLOYD 1.5ton Split AC on 21/04/2016. i called to installation purpose they are respond sathya and LLOYD engineers also.

Very very worst in the field in sathya and LLOYD service also.

I bought AC in kanchipuram district my place in vellore district. but my nearest place in kanchipuram, they are argument this is not my place.
