These guys are the best cheaters in the City. I ordered a Samsung TV on Jan 15th using my Bajaj finserv, then within 24hours, I told them to cancel the order as I had other ideas and I felt the pricing is too high compared to other vendors. I was told by the Sathya Agent that they've cancelled the order and they've returned the Initial amount I paid, so I though they were really nice. Here comes the worst part, they did return the initial amount I paid; however, they did not cancel the bill. They sent the bill to Bajaj Finserv. I found the same through the Bajaj online portal, so when I inquired Sathya's they told me that they have cancelled the amount and then they transferred the call to the Bajaj Finserv Agent sitting in their agency, the Bajaj Finserv person told me that they have cancelled the bill, the EMI amount which I am seeing in the online portal will be automatically cleared within 40days. On the due date, the EMI amount was deducted from my bank account. I called in Sathya's and they said that they are not responsible for this, and so the Bajaj Agent sitting in the Sathya's agency. I've been cheated by Sathya's.

Please help me with this issue!

My kind request to you all, please do not go to this Sathya Agencies, you will regret later.

    I bought an LG refrigerator Model no: GL-B201AMHP 5 months back on[protected].They are well approaching the customers to sell their defective product with unethical behaviour not even without user manual.My only mistake was, being friendly to the showroom employee i didnt returned back their product and now i am suffering after losing 14000rs.Well coming to the point, when i received the product, i found that :
    (1) the door was not closing properly
    (2) it doesnt have any manual.
    since i went out of station so i called and approached the showroom several times but no response for 4 months.once i shouted at them, they have responded and support from lg came and resolved the issue on[protected] .
    and now (3) from yesterday[protected] refrigerator begins to make a trouble again making huge rattling noise and water bubble noise several times a day.now again i need to search for the service people from them.Not even completed one year, making trouble again and again means how long the product be trusted one??
    I think they are selling customs product from tuticorin port with huge branding and sucking the blood of common people indirectly.i have read various same reports regarding this.i am not going to stop with this..its not a mistake of lg but a fraudulent services from the agency.

      My name is saravanan. Yesterday 7-feb-2017 I bought a videocon WM VS75Z11 model from sathya purasawalkam Chennai branch.

      Today I received the product 8-feb-2017) and its a defective product. I could see the product was opened already and lot of dust and pen marks are there in the product, and user manual as xerox paper, will this product come without user manual ? It’s a damn cheating.

      Did you guys send any demo piece or something was kept in the showroom? How come dusts come inside a packed product and how the user manual book in a xerox paper? how come numbers and lines written in pen inside the product? its a damn showcase piece product. not an original from the videocon.

      Please take right action soon.

      I got call from Sathya customer care and the showroom manager accepted their fault and sent me a new product immediately. Thank you so much for the quick process. you will be my first choice in future for any home appliances.

        Worst service. Bought tv before 2 days and still they didn't arrange service technician for installation. Sales person is not picking up my call. Waste management. Never seen such a worst service like sathya home appliances.

          Its been more than 4 days since i ordered a Samsung washing machine and my order has not been delivered yet. In my busy schedule at office I have managed to take work from home awaiting this delivery .But it is all in vain and every time I call customer care they say it will be delivered soon and they aren't giving any proper details as delivery time or delivery man's phone number or whatsoever .This is my first time ordering in Sathya and am Seriously pissed off at the service. Atleast specifying the apt date and time would have saved my time. Unnecessarily I had to take permission in office ! This is ain't the best way to welcome any customer to buy products in your store !

            Extended warrenty given by satya not being approved by Intex Technician

            I bought Intex 40FHD TV on 29/06/15 at Satya Agencies, Perungudi branch, Chennai

            On the date of purchase, I was informed that TV holds 1 year warranty and 1 year extended warranty and the Invoice bill that is given by satya would suffice for warranty.

            Recently i got an issue with TV and has raised complaint with Satya and the person who spoke with me has raised the complaint...

              I was a great believer that sony has the best quality in terms of led tv & other electrical items and therefore i purchased sony bravia model klv-32w562d and serial no.4014798 on[protected], purchase invoice receipt no. Cud1-16 /[protected] from sathya agencies pvt. Ltd., cuddalore.

              The warranty card is not placed in the pack with the tv when the shop people opened it. When we enquired about card, they said that sony company itself is not palced with the pack and told that we will get the card with in 3 days from the sony company. But after passing 6days we didnot receive it. Again we enquired from sathya agencies pvt. Ltd., cuddalore, it is said within 7 more days we will get the warranty card. I'm verymuch disappointed, this is the 1st time i've ever had an issue with a sony product. Please help me toget the warranty card at the earliest.

              Otherwise we planned to return the product to the seller.

                I bought ac onida from sathya agency tuticorin branch. i felt like it consumes more electricity bcz last month i paid 3200 wher i paid 250 b4 buying ac. so i booked a complaint .but, booked complaint is ac "consuming more electricity" but they sent a techinician for ac service which is not matching. anyway, i let him to do service . they mean service is "open the indoor door and remove filter then remove dust from filter which i have already done 5 times since i bought ac. " only for this two minute work, why they should send technician from 65 km away. when i asked him to clean inside surrounding that green colour coil that techinician refused beacause it is payable not free service.
                i request sathya better not to send techinician for this kind of work and dont spend ur time and money . this u can solve through phone if only filter cleaning is what u mean as free service. this filter cleaning work small 1st standard school going kids can do . but according to u this is free service . u r making people laugh. communicated with this number about this issue[protected]sathya agency office)

                  the led light in the TV which receive the signal form remote is not working properly i.e the combination of red and blue light is not glow some times.so the TV some time not activate by the remote.according to this we have compliant to the sathya's show room they don't care about this .that said that they give the wireless speaker when we by the TV. but they didn't give that.

                    I have purchased sony led from your branch at rajapalayam on 28th oct 2016 and invoice no is RPMI-16/[protected].Along with tv sony offered 8gb pendrive.you have no stock on same day and you were commited me to get pendrive within three days from the date of purchase but still you are saying that we have stock come on next week also you were collected Rs.14700/- but bill was 14691/- only then remain Rs.9/-where gone.
                    Kindly look into the matter and do the necessary action to correct the same and get pendrive ASAP.

                      The way of delivery the goods was unsafe condition & still service person from samsung for installation not been deputed.
                      I think sathiya is sales oriented agency, not taking care customer requirement.
                      They want sale the goods only. hereafter i am not interested any purchasing from sathiya...

                        Thanks for support from sathya... recently i bought a led tv from sathya agencies at perungudi, chennai. today they called and informed me that a free offer is available for the tv we bought. they informed me that they are going to give home theater for lg tv (model lg 32lh604t).

                        I enquired them about the details via phone about the offer and they confirmed that the offer is for us and they asked to bring the bill along with me.

                        So i went home and took the bill and went to the shop (i. e., 30kms). after reaching there the same staff who spoke to me through phone told me that the offer is not for us and given a wrong information.

                        I didn't expect any offer but giving a wrong information and making me to travel so long makes me frustrated. after confirming twice then why should they say that it's a wrong information. please don't try to fool any customer's like this.

                        Please don't repeat this for anyone. unsatisfied today from your service.

                          This complain is regarding Sathya agency RS Puram branch Coimbatore. This company is very non responsive. They are delaying delivery due to lack of proper arrangements from their side. After receiving payment they are behaving with this.
                          Expecting delivery, one person has to wait taking leave from work, but the company is so inconsiderate. I will not recommend anyone to buy from this store again

                          I bought a water purifier a week ago in kaatuppakam Sathya agencies however the unit was not installed by the hu representatives as the water has high ph limit than normal.                               Brought whirlpool fridge and philips led tv total bill of 40000. At chennai trade centre. Assured in 2 days delivery after long chase 9days i got my both products and almost 1month gone still no response for free gift products. You should not cheat customers if you not able to provide. So that we could brought from many stores. And no respect when i keep on calling your executive.

                              Finally I got my gifts. Thanks for it. Kindly don't promise unless you have proper stock available. Have a stock report with you Bcoz you getting bulk orders over there its my opinion. It's happening only in Trade centre. Recently I brought Panasonic43" Led and Videocon 32"led total worth 66, 000rs @villivakkam Satya service was good especially the person name Venkat. Reached before they promised date as well as gifts too.

                                I ordered Two product at 6th Aug 2016 in Sathya Agencies Chennai, Number of times Followed up with Sathya agencies Tambaram store contact

                                and Right now loosing patience and mental agony.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  A Hitachi AC with model no RAC318HWDD has been purchased in your Kanchipuram branch addressed (Sathya Agencies No:523B, Gandhi road, Kanchipuram-631501) on[protected] with the bill number kpm1-16/[protected] .
                                  It was clearly informed that there won’t be any fitting charges during our purchase and was promised to be fitted within 26th of this month.
                                  Till now there is no response from the dealer and are adding additional charges for fitting.
                                  Purchasing a product of such a huge amount and being irresponsible is making a bad impression on your agency.
                                  Make sure it is fitted within a day with any cost as promised or else I’m forced to return the product being so irresponsible.

                                  Kindly make sure no other customer faces such a problem.

                                    Fraud showroom and selling demo piece to the customer. Worst service and cheating shop. All the employees are very worst in service and misbehaving with customer. I want cancel the product which I bought and want my money back.

                                    First time they provided damaged TV, it cost 41, 500. When we are raising this issue very irresponsible staff.

                                      2 weeks back i have purchased 24 inch led tv from madipakkam branch and this is the first time i have purchased from sathya as it is an emerging organization and expected best services. But faced worst services from the sales as they were shown interest for big customers only.
                                      Moreover, sales people talk in different languages with themselves and they don’t even care about the customers. It happens not only...
