Hi,
This side sarthak khanna, i am a customer of sbi and hold an account with sbi branch raipur, dehradun. today i have contacted the toll free number[protected] &[protected], there is a automated voice mail ivr. once i get connected to an representative, neither they give response to my query nor none of they speak anything. i thing these sbi representative so called brand are spoiling the image of the brand. they speak in low voice as if they thing that we are robots or any creators like bat. they thing that our listening frequency is so high, that we can listen them even they speak lowly. are you guys kidding with me!!! this not done and an action should be taken.
Please do not spoil the image of the sbi, and take an action these things so that in future such stupid things doesn't happen.
