Sir I had taken sbi housing loan and the project is named alpine greenage Bhopal, I had booked a flat in July 2013 and the builder had committed to had over the possession by June 2014. Based on this entered into tri party agreement. The time when I had booked the flat it was free hold as also confirmed in the search report done at that time. But later when I wanted to get the registry done the builder was every time telling some or the other problem. Recently I came to know that the flat was again mortgaged by the builder to DHFL. For this I had complained with sbi to look into the matter as builder is not cooperating and the work at site is also stand still since 2014. I am regularly paying my installments but don't know by when the registry will be done and by when I will get possession. Bank had done separate search again and the came to know about this but still no action has been taken. I am staying in rented accommodation since and am under financial stress for paying both rent and Emi. Kindly advice what action can be taken against builder's fraud done and sbi also not taking action.

        I have applied for A HOUSING LOAN IN 2014 FROM BANK (MOHBEWALA, DEHRADUN BRANCH).
        bank officials have taken my signature on an insurance policy request without even talking with me. they have kept papers in between the bnunch of housing loan papers.
        now after 3 years i came to know that i have an insurance policy for which payment of Rs 150000/- is due towards me.
        this is highly objectionable by selling an insurance policy to someone by fraudent practice.
        i want strict action against officials involved and return of my hard earned money.

          Today (1st July 2016) at 11:57 AM (IST) i paid the Airtel mobile postpaid bill of amount 5739/- through Airtel portal from my SBI Net banking. The amount was debited from my account and i got a message that the transaction was declined and failed by the bank and asked me to contact the bank. I went to bank they told that it will be credit to my account in one hour. Still i didnt receive the amount. Please help me on it.

A message has come that your transactlion initiated but did not come your transaction is successful. Where my money gone from SBI AC. Again I transacted Rs.100/- my SBI net banking on date[protected] vide reference no.[protected], it was successful. What happened to my previous amount i.e., Rs.100/- Whether it will be refunded or not. Pl clarify

            Dear sir,
            I have an account in sbi makroniya sagar, m. p. that is [protected] and also using internet banking facility of your corporation. matter is that i have create a virtual card on[protected] of 50, 000 rs and after an hour i cancelled it, and according to your policy and terms and condition as i read on virtual (e-card) page that amount should be refunded to main account with in 24 to 48 hour, and as you can check in my account a hold is showing yet of 50, 000 rs and where as 15 days completed from cancellation. and i have also do a complaint for in helpline that sr no. is ov[protected] that is showing pending in inquiry on your site of inb. and i already talk to my branch manager for this issue so he said me we cant do anything for this.

              On 01/07/2016 at 8:12 a.m. i received a message of withdrawl of rs 35000 from my account at atm s1nf[protected]. txn#1639.
              But my atm card is with me and i don, t know how this transaction was done from my account.
              Then i contacted customer care sbi and they told me to check the balance from nearby atm machine. but only rs 179 was left in my account.
              Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. i want my transacted amount back

                My SB account No. is [protected]. I tried to withdraw ₹.3000/- from the ATM attached to the SBI, Selaiyur branch, Chennai 600073. I did not know that the machine was under repair.I entered my card No., amount, and the phone No. The phone No. entered is wrong appeared on the screen, and no amount was disbursed. There was a mechanic who told me that all the machines are being repaired and I can transact in half an hour. I returned home. To my surprise, I received a SMS informing of my having withdrawn the amount and the balance available. I tried to contact [protected] and [protected].None attended the call. Again and again I tried and explained the matter. He asked my name, the last four digits of my Debit Card, and told me that he would attend to it. I therefore request you to add back the amount said to have been withdrawn but actually no amount was disbursed.

                  Today i tried to make payment throgh state bank collect for my son school fees (samskaara academy, pattanam itteri road, trichy road, ondipudur, coimbatore-641016). i have used my credit card (kasikorn bank-thailand) but i could not make payment. state bank collect message as "transaction status : failure". i tried many times and i have checked with my bank here in

                    My atm card was lost and i have given first application on[protected] after that i have given second application on[protected] online complain ticket no. cs[protected], till date i have no reply from sbi bank and when we ask to manager mr. ianger he is telling that go where you want to go and do anything you want do if the manager is tell and talking like that what we can do so i am telling to consumer complain form.
                    Manager is speaking in this language that tare se jo ho sakta hai wo karle mera koi kuch begad sakta.

                        Since so many days am getting SMS alerts for accounts which are not mine. I have repeatedly tried complaining in the branch but no one hears to my complaints and no action is taken. Messages of 3 accounts are coming to me on my mobile [protected]. Account numbers are XXxXX789885, xxxxx389778 and xxxxx150763. Kindly stop sending the alerts for these accounts on my number. I dont want any kind of alerts. Please request you to do the needful. Why am escalating here is because the branch guys are not taking this compalint seriously at all.

                          i have account in sbi sundernagar himachal account no is [protected], with registered mobile no. [protected]. i forgot my netbanking password. my date of birth is[protected], while filling the mandatory field for retrieving password, server is showing error of wrong date of birth.
                          kindly solve this problem or suggest as i am posted away from the sundernagar and facing problem in operating my account.

                            Sanctioned loan was blocked from sbi account while we are asking him he is giving us the rod answer .Sumath Agri manager and chief manager Very Cheap unqualified employ in agriculture section team, Chief manager is not suitable table for that position.Kindly change the team members Loan are farmers are giving good business to bank this is aslo called as businees not sbi giving free for farmers

                              I have paid my credit card bill for November 2015 and the payment was deducted from my account in December. I paid some payment by NEFT and some by Cheque. SBI has received the NEFT but Cheque payment not received by them. But both payments are deducted from my account.
                              I have given Cheque number, Bank Statement, Payment debit letter from my Bank on their Letter Head. They said ask your bank and get the account number in which payment is credited but as per my bank they do not have access to get any such account number. I have got the cheque copy from my HDFC Bank and the same is also given to SBI and that cheque has the stamp of SBI. But SBI denies to accept that they have got the payment. If they have the cheque copy with SBI stamp then they can easily find out the payment but they are not ready to do.They says you pay again once we get the payment we will give you refund.
                              And they are calling me everyday and made my life hell.
                              I have given all proofs about payment on E-mail.

                                I am sankaliya pravin bhai laxmanbahi from village :totaliyala, taluka: vallabhipur, district: bhavnagar. Sir i have applied a loan for shop in obc quota of rupees 50000/- but the manager of that bank not sanctioned all the amount and give only 20000/- rupees. And when i ask the reason then he did not give me sufficient answer... And disconnect the phone. And give the that i have not time for this and use abuse language with me... So please help me...

                                    Our institute (Public library) have saving account in sbi having saving account number [protected] since last 5 years.In the month of june 2016 without informing us bank directly deducted rs 1697 from our account by narration intt recovery.
                                    Uch deduction of amount without any notice is illegal and for such act the bank authority should punished as per the provision of law. The deducted amount should be return in our account with penalty

                                      Sub: Grievance for replacing the old ATM card with a new one with international debit card facilities.

                                      I am a bonafide customer of your esteemed Bank with two separate Savings Accounts one, with Garden Reach Branch Kolkata and the other with Kalibabu Bazar Branch, Howrah (details given below). I have several termed deposit and recurring deposits accounts in these two branches.

                                      I am using an ATM card of Garden Reach Branch since 2003. The card is now in a depreciated start due to extensive use through all these years. It needs immediate replacement. Another reason for changing the card is that it is very old one and cannot be used for Internet payment purposes as it has no CVV Number and is not an international debit card.

                                      Recently I request my branch manager to change the card and issue a new one. I was told that I have to apply stating that the card has become damaged and deposit Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred) for issuance of a new card.

                                      Now my point is why should I write so and pay for a new card when the card has become old and should be replaced by the bank with a new type with inter international debit card facilities (microchips inserted). Should it not be the policy of the bank to change the ATM card which is a perishable item and requiring change within a stipulated period? I may point out here that this type of cards have been replaced to some of your other customers free of charge.

                                      In these circumstances I have to request you to change both my ATM/Debit Card free of any payment.
