Hi sir,

On 14th july 2016 around 2 pm i got a call from a sbi agent (phone number : [protected]). he asked the my debit card details also the cvv number saying that my atm card is going to be expired. i have provided the number and after that i got a message from the bank rs. 4986 is being deducted two times and added to the paytm wallet with pos :[protected] and with paytm mobile solution txn code : 416247.

I want your help to guide me and help me in getting my money back.

    Sir/madam,
    I mr. pradip kumar sarkar holding a pmsp a/c no. [protected] in your bank also i have issued 02 nos of atm card on feburary 2011 (01 in sbi cash plus card valied from feburary 2011 and another have sbi gold international debit card valid upto march 2016). on 14/04/2016 i was received 1 more new atm card (sb debit card gold) whose numner is [protected] valid from 01/16 valid thru 01/21) to my native home town through postal. within 1 week after receive the new atm card i am not follow the validity date of old golden atm card, i blocked the new issue atm card through customer care call center by toll free number. after 1 month from receiving the new atm card when i used my old atm gold card in atm machine for transaction same is not functioned and then i follow the details of validity date also receipt a sms in my registered mobile no. [protected] showing that your card has already expired.
    Now, i have faced of my transaction problems as i servicing in capf (border security force). maximum time i have deployed in remote area duty around in india due to transferable job. only 1 atm card is not sufficient as 1 is required to my home and another for self.
    It is therefore requested to you that kindly may be activated of my new issued atm card i. e state bank debit card gold whose number is [protected] valid from 01/16 valid thru 01/21 and issue otp number so that i can prepare of pin number immediately.

    I shall be highly obliged for your act of kindness.

      While depositing the subscription of ppf account on 11/07/2016, sbi infocity branch, gandhinagar, gujarat, has refused to accept the remittance challan form, since cheque (at par) enclosed were of icici bank and hdfc bank. and asked to open a saving account with sbi bank to transfer fund in ppf account.

      Is it compulsory to open a saving account at sbi to maintain ppf account at sbi?

          Hi,

          I have a loan account with sbi pimpri branch with ac no [protected]. Regular emi is going for this loan from my account on 10th of every month. Every month i am getting a message from sbi saying that your emi is due on 7th (Of every month) and late payment for emi + penal interest will be deducted. I have given a complaint in the branch but there is no progress. Kindly check and correct this issue asap and make sure that it will not have any impact on my cibil score.

            Dear sir/madam,

            Iam an account holder in sbi, south city branch, lucknow.
            A/c no.[protected].
            I have applied for cheque book through sbi application form available at the branch on 11th jan 2016 & till now has not received it. i also complainted for the same to the branch from then, till now i have filled around 20 application form for the same but response is the same "there is some error, in 15 you will recieve your checkbook" but there was no outcome from their end.
            Therefore it is kindly requested to inquire into the matter & revert on the same asap.
            I need check book now else my a/c will be useless withhout it.

            I have visited SBI bank for account opening but there are not ready to provide form and i took online form and went to bank, but they are not ready to provide me bank account.
            Bank Manager is not cooperative with their customer. She is showing more attitude. Kindly provide her customer handling training.

                Hello, sbi customer representative gave sold sbi credit card by saying that there will be no hidden charges lifetime. except first time of 500 rs.

                I paid 500 initially but now they also charged 500 by saying this is annual fee, every year. i need the resolution. why they sold the credit card by saying there will be no hidden charges ever. i talked to customer care but they are very rude.

I paid an amount of 45511 using sbi collect mops service but at last page after i entered otp it shows transaction failure but the i received a sms which is like: thank you for using your sbi debit card 606xx9913 for a purchase worth rs45511 on pos[protected] at mops-sbc-our-card-dr txn#[protected]. The transaction is between 20:00 and 21:00 on 13-july-2016. Now i don't know what to do as i have to submit my semester fee. Please credit my money into my account asap.                     Dear sir, i am trying to pay my college mess fee through sbi collect but during the payment i select the payment methood as sbi atm cum debit card and pay using my rupay debit card. I am successfully submitted otp on rupay page. When redirect the sbi collect page i get a error massage. Now my sbi account is debited with the amount but fee not paid.

                    I received a sms which is like: thank you for using your sbi debit card 606xx5009 for a purchase worth rs12011 on pos[protected] at mops-sbc-our-card-dr txn#[protected]. Transaction was done on 12/07/2016 between 5:30 and 6:00 pm.

                    The transaction neration is (Pos[protected] mops-sbc-our-card-dr mumbai) please refund my money to my account.

                      An amount of rupees 2, 67, 526 has been debited to my credit card for the transaction p42391 on 3rd july 2016 which was declined since it is over and above my credit limit. Though it is declined the amount was credited to merchant account that is air india without my knowledge. Action may be initiated to get the refund of the amount debited to my sbi credit card account

                      Worst people in SBI Perambur branch. Bank work on Saturday is just an eyewash. They prefer to do all sort of work only on weekdays. Every customer need to take off on weekday and approach bank. Even then no proper response for any sort of request

                          I use my debit card from sbi - atm for get rs.10000/- from my account on 04/05/2016 at 1.33 pm. but, unfortunately, cash not delivered but debited in my account for rs.10000/- at 1.32 pm itself. i had complained immediately at sbi, thiruppapuliyur branch (0755) & also lodged 2 complaints on 19/05/16 & 05/06/16, vide complaints no. at[protected] &[protected] respectively, but, status for both received by msg. "atm branch has confirmed this transaction as successful". i had also again written complaint in bank, but no response.. hence, recently i had complaint it into ambudsmon at rbi.

                            I ordered something on amazon.in on 7 July 2016, worth rupees 19999. But due to some reasons amazon refunded that amount on my debit card since I paid through my debit (maestro card) I received email from amazon.in regarding this successful refund with 'authorisation sale ID for return as 117763' but till date sbi debit card has not been credited with refund of rupees 19999.00.

                              अमिलिहापाल के आसपास स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया के सिवा और कोई अच्छी सुविधा वाली बैंक नहीं है जिसकी वजह से इस ब्रांच में हद से ज्यादा भीड़ रहती है. इस ब्रांच में अधिकतर गाँव के लोग, किसान, स्टूडेंट्स, व्यापारी या सरकारी कर्मचारी का अकाउंट होता है जिसमे ज्यादातर गाँव के बूढ़े लोग और किसान आते है पेंशन या खाते से पैसे निकालने. ज्यादातर लोगो को बैंकिंग के बारे में ज्यादा जानकारी ना होने की वजह से इस ब्रांच के स्टाफ और सिक्यूरिटी गार्ड लोगो को बेवक़ूफ़ बनाकर पैसे ले लेते है काम करने के एवेज में. जैसे पैसे निकालने के लिए फॉर्म भरने के लिए पैसे, फॉर्म देने के लिए पैसे, एटीएम से पैसे निकालने के लिए पैसे, काम जल्दी करवाने के लिए पैसे, एक तरह से देखा जाए तो लगभग हर काम के लिए पैसे मांगने की आदत हो गयी है. समस्या यहाँ आती है जब कोई बैंकिंग जानने वाला शख्स जाता है तो उसे कहते है लाइन से आईये, फॉर्म लाइन से लीजिये, फॉर्म गलत भरा है, साइन नही मिल रहे है, स्टाफ से फॉर्म भरवाओ, तरह तरह की बाते करते है कोई अगर ऊँची आवाज़ में बात कर ले तो उसको गाली या बेज्जत कर बाहर कर देते है मानो जैसे लग रहा है बैंक इन्ही का है. वहा जाने वाला हर शख्स नौकर है इनका. अगर कोई किसान कहे हमें एटीएम कार्ड चाहिए तो उसको ये कह के मना कर देते है पहले जाओ इंग्लिश सीख के आओ फॉर्म भरना आता नही है चले है एटीएम चलाने. अगर आप को कोई काम है इस ब्रांच में तो आप पूरा दिन का समय लेके आईये क्योंकि एक दिन में आप का काम नही होगा यहाँ. अगर आप प्रेमभाव चाहते है तो पहले सिक्यूरिटी गार्ड को सलाम ठोकिये अगर हो सके तो पैरो में गिर के कहिये साब हमार काम करवा दो. मुझे ही ले लीजिये एटीएम कार्ड चाहिए था २ हफ्ते लगे फॉर्म भरके देने में. ये मेरा २ हफ्ते का देखा और महसूस किया हुआ एक्स्पेरिंस है. कुछ स्टाफ तो ऐसे लगते है जैसे एसबीआई के मालिक यही है बस आप एक गुटखा खिला दो बस आपका काम हो जायेगा. अगर मेरी बातो विश्वास नही आप खुद एक दिन बस ऐसे ही चले जाईये और खड़े होके तमाशा देखिये लाइव.
                              मेरा सुझाव है की अगर हो सके तो आप स्टाफ को बात करने का सलीका सिखा दीजिये क्योंकि एक गरीब बड़ी मुस्किल से बैंक आता है और यहाँ भी गाली सुनता है घर में तो सुनता ही है. स्टाफ अगर काम न करे ठीक है लेकिन तहजीब से बात तो करले कस्टमर से.

                                  Since last 9 years i am bearing an account with sbi. after so much of hard work i have started my own business. and thought to open an current account for my business with sbi bonda chariali branch, guwahati (a/c.[protected]). for last 1 year i got very good service from the bank and i applied for a pos terminal too. and on march the previous bank manager was transfered to other branch and replaced with other. but now the new manager is so hopeless that he is ignoring every service. due to some unavoidable circumstance i don't want to use my pos terminal so i wanted to withdraw the service but since march i am requesting the branch manager for withdrawal but he is ignoring my case. i had given my withdrawal application 3 times. but till now the product has not withdrawed and from my account every month they are deductimg 500 for the terminal. and now i want to close my account. this is so disappointing that a bank like sbi is ignoring their customer.

                                  And today i went to sbi barbari branch guwahati to update my saving accounts passbook. i was going on line according to the token numbers. after waiting almost 1 and half hour when i finally reached to the counter the lady who is sitting in the counter said intensionally that the passbook can't updated because its a non home branch and ask me to open a new account or transfer my account to that branch and i left the branch. but i have updated my passbook so many times in other non home branch.

                                  Is the way that the country's biggest bank is behaving like this to their customers. are the employees of the bank got employed through bribe? they don't even know how to behave to their customersn neither they know the service and products they have. this is really very very disgusting.

                                  Sbi is having all the govt employees salary account that's why they are taking their customers for granted. i have been experiencing the worst service of the biggest bank. don't want to continue with this bank.

                                  Worst service.. worst bank.. but wonderful techniques to play with customers mind and looting their money in terms of non branch deposit.

                                    I have paid my college fees through sbi collect, and i got the message of successful transaction on my mobile. But when i checked on payment history and reprint remittance form of sbi collect, there is no details of my transaction.
                                    My money has been deducted from my account but has not reached to the college authority.

                                      I did pos transaction for ukpmt application form on 26/03/2016.
                                      ₹ 4034 got deducted from my account but the transaction was unsucessful.

                                      I contacted the home branch and the sbi customer care several times but no one has resolved the issue.

                                      Its been 4 months therefore i request the forumr to provide a permanent solution as soon as possible.

                                        I also found 2 messages on my registered mobile that i somehow missed. These are dated 6/7/2016 (5.15 pm). The first one states "otp for your sbi card no. Xx8872 to update contact info is 435734. This otp... And the usual wordings". The second one with no separate time states "as per your request, we have updated your registered mobile no. You will start receiving otp for online transactions on your new mobile no. Within 28 hrs. If you have not made..."
