His this side dipesh from delhi actually i am using the credit card of sbi for the last 6 months card ending 2627 and the statement generation date is 19 th of every month but the statement i 've got and i found some of the fraud and untold charges (Fin charge on retail (Excl tax 26.63), or other debit charges of rs 117, 177 like that which they never told me earlier. So please waive off my charges and i 'll never pay that amount.

    I blocked my previous atm card of account no.[protected] in the name of ajay mohan bhatnagar 2 months ago and issued a new one the same day, but i have not received any card till date.. There is no response either from branch or from customer care. I visited the local branch recently but they do not have atm card in my name and told to talk to customer care and when i talked to customer care they told to contact local branch but neither of them listens. It is my salary account and i am having troubles because of this.
    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    DD is no issued in due time, bank clerk say that it will be issued on 4:00 pm. I want to ensure you that is this is the criteria of issuance of Demand draft.and I request the concerned bank to solve my promlem and inform me what is the actual time for issance of Demand draft.

      Good morning i am a new account member for sbi for a branch of warasiguda branch code is 12916.
      Today i went to branch for submission of documents in bank but there employees are useless people they never care about the customer i stayed there for around 2 hours but there are not responding properly to my questions mostly there are not caring.
      I went to bank manager cabin to verify my documents but even though he is also useless person whom i a have seen in my carrier, when i went to his cabin i asked him very politely sir i would like to show whether this documents are enough to open account in the bank? Then he replied that i don't know about this process you can ask to employee in the bank. Then i laughed like anything.
      I have lot of respect on a bank sbi because it is making us and india proud & i respect them.
      But when i went sbi branch (12916) seriously i am telling no one is eligible to work there they crack a joke to them self even customer is standing in front of them.
      They come late to office, they wont give respect to customer, not only me the person who comes there to withdraw or deposit they never care they come to office as they are coming to park or pick nick.
      They always see how to waste time and they chat about they personal matters in working hours we should wait until they discussion have completed.
      I have account in yes bank and state bank of hyderabad but they never disrespect the customer they are very nice to us & clarifies all our douts and most importantly they respect customer.
      I never seen disrespect like this in my life
      So i finally come to conclude that i should not open a account in sbi in my life because after opening a account there they wont respond to us properly, if any one ask me to open a account in sbi account in (12916) branch i would suggest other bank but not sbi (12916).

      My suggestion to sbi is take action on sbi branch (12916) other wise you may loose many accounts (Or) change the staff, change the bank manager.

          Dear sir/madam
          I am a saving account holder in sbi iit roorkee branch uttarakhand. I have found a broken note of amount 500 at the time of withdrawn of 10, 000/- from iit roorkee sbi atm machine on 15 july 2016. While i am going to exchange this broken note from bank along with application, the cash officer mr. Rakesh ranjan asked to submit the slip so that i showed the mini statement slip but he forced me to slip and shouted rudely. Actually i have not put the slip at the time of withdrawla so thai i was showing the ministatement slip infront of cash officer. He is talk rudely and finely he did not exchange the note. Therefore i request you please see this matter and help to exchange this broken note. For more detail i have attached the application form, mini statement slip and photo of note.

            I have sbi credit card no. [protected] which i am not using for the last one year.In april 2016 i received statement from sbi demanding rs. 452 and in may rs.575 and in july 1051. Request you to please reverse the charges as i have never used this card actively. Apart from that i am not interested to use sbi credit card as i am already using two other cards. Please suggest me the procedure for surrender the card.

              Have my Savings Bank Account with
              SBI, Kaladarshan Char Rasta Branch, Waghodia Road,
              Vadodara. My A/C #[protected] Bank CIF #[protected].

              1st of all I would like to inform you that I opened this Account with Rs.1000/-
              where they told me there will be an insurance free for one year.

              On 14th July 2016 I went to branch to add my wife's name to operate the above account jointly. One officer gave me 3 forms to fill up. I filled up these forms with photographs & other required documents. They told me that the new passbook will be issued in a day or two. Thereafter I visited very next day for collecting the passbook..

              Surprisingly, I received the same passbook without changing my new res.address and even without changing my wife's name.. When I talked to the Manager Mr. Kaushal Kishore, he responded that it is better to open a new account. I said why ? He told me it is very difficult to change the address or any other changes. There after I decided to close this account and I went to Bank on 18th July 2016 with all the chequebook, ATM card and other docs which I received at the time of opening the account.

              However, when I checked the balance of this account, it shows now only Rs.49/-. They deducted Rs.200/- for 2nd year premium and other charges which are unjustifiable. Under the circumstances, I just want to stop all the services which I have never availed till date. I want to stop the following services which they are denying.
              1. Insurance facility.
              2. ATM facility
              3 Online Banking facility
              4 SMS facility

              I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful in this matter so as I am not punished more for further period.

                I have an saving account (a/c-[protected]) in sbi main branch jharsuguda (odisha). after some time of opening this account i opend ppf account in the same branch of sbi. now my problem is that when i want to see detail of my ppf account using sbi net banking, i could not see it as my ppf account has not linked with my saving account. i have tried to solve this problem but bank manager does not co oprate me

                  I submitted a cheque (cheque no. 044240/dated 13/07/2016 amt.inr 4137) of bank of india, ballygunge circular road branch, in state bank of india, ghasira branch (ifsc code:- sbin0017565) on 13/07/2017. my name is saurabh chakraverty. i have an saving account (a/c no.[protected]) with state bank of india, ghasiara branch. the said amount is not deposited in my saving bank account till today i. e. 18/07/2016. i am the trp (tax return preparer)[id:t[protected]] in cbdt (central board of direct taxes). this kind of act is not tolerable in a financial process. please take necessary action for this event.

                      Hello team,

                      I have been chasing for sbi credit card account closer which is not in use and even i don't have credit card since more than an year.
                      I am getting every month new statement which says amount is due. I have followed up on closer of account and waive of amount. I have communicate with sbi credit card support team and also with nodal officer. Every time they says the amount is credited to your account and will be in effect while next statement is generated. Since 4 months i have statement says every time new amount.

                      I don't have credit card since an year and still statement says amount is due. Don't understand in what way i need to follow for account to be nil and closed. This is annoying now and frustrating me to just for closing credit card account. I have entire email chain which clearly says it will be closed next statement but every time it says amount is due.

                      Below are the details:
                      1) statements are coming since april 2016 says amount is due where i don't have even credit card since an year.
                      2) description as mentioned above
                      3) please help me to close my credit card account.

                              My father walimohmamad gilani, shaheed colony, yavatmal, maharashtra was receiving the central govt. Freedom fighter pension since 2003, pension was deposited in his a/c at state bank of india main branch, yavatmal. He passed away in nov. 2014. We submitted a letter to that effect along with death certificate to the sbi on 22/12/2014.& also submitted details of family pensioner mrs. Meherbanu gilani (Wife). S bi received letter from cppc, belapur on 9/2/2015 saying that the applicant needs to attach annexure iv, vi, etc. To enable them to open family original pensioner a/c. W e submitted all documents namely —
                              A) forwarding letter of sbi yavatmal
                              B) application for grant of family pension on death of pensioner. A annexure xxiv
                              C) life certificate annexure a
                              D) non employment certigicate
                              E) certificate of non re marriage
                              F) death certificate of original pensioner
                              G) application for transfer of pension to widow annexure iv
                              H) certificate regarding marital status annexure vi
                              I) declaration on employment/independent income annexure vii
                              J) letter o[censored]ndertaking, annexure xii
                              K) copy of ppo
                              L) nomination registration of the family pensioner at sbi, cppc
                              M) i. D. Card issued by collector to the family pensioner
                              N) self attested phone numbers of the family pensioner
                              O) aadhar card of family pensioner
                              P) copy of pass-book of original pensioner
                              Q) copy of pass-book, sbi of the family pensioner
                              The bank sbi sent all documents after verification to cppc on 10/4/2015
                              Again cppc sent a letter to sbi yavatmal on 13/5/2015 saying that as per decision it is decided to open all central govt freedom fighter a/c with bank of baroda cppc. They returned all documents of the pensioner to sbi & sbi received it on 21/5/2015. T he family pensioner had no knowledge of the same & there was no intimation from the sbi bank nor the cppc to the pensioner. She is an old lady 79yrs. Old, how can she keep visiting banks so often. It become es the responsibility of the bank or cppc to inform.
                              Then the family pensioner approached the bank of baroda for a/c opening, they too had no knowledge of what the procedure was & what documents needed to be submitted, & therefore it took a long time for them to gather & send the documents to bank of baroda cppc.
                              Again bank of baroda cppc returned all the documents on 2/4/2016 saying that they have not received the ppo of pension from sbi & requested to apply through proper channel. T his was inspite of the fact that we had submitted all documents to sbi & cppc belapur mumbai on time i. E immediately on death of the original pensioner.
                              Then i called up the cppc, sbi belapur, to tell them the facts, but they say now it is time barred & u need to approach the ministry of home affairs for sanction. Also now they say & accept that they have received the ppo also.
                              So please, request the cppc sbi & also the pension dept. Of home ministry to pl. Look into the matter & do the needful at the earliest, because it has already been two years since the pension has been stopped for no fault of ours. The procedure was delayed due to the confusion created by the ministry of home affairs, pension dept letter transferring the a/c to other banks, & the bank's not knowing g the procedures for doing so, & ultimately the cppc not informing the pensioners of the same. There seems to be huge lack of communication between the bank's & govt. Depts. & cppc & the pensioners.


                              Pl. Note that the family pensioner is eligible for the pension right from the death of the original pensioner nov 2014. Because the delay is from the side of the bank's, cppc & pension dept. Ministry of home affairs.
                              State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              With respect to the above complaint SBI CPPC, the complaint also needs to be forwarded to the CPPC I.e central pension processing centre of State Bank Of India at C B D Belapur, New mumbai, which is solely responsible for the same.

                                    I got the call from sbi representative for sbi simply click credit card and i applied for it. She said that if i already have credit card then i am eligible for it. I submitted all required documents. Few days ago got call from sbi for confirmation, after two days i got call that my card is approved and i it will be delivered in 7days. After 7 days when i contacted customer care they said its under process. After 15 min i got rejection email without any reason.

                                    Why are you not transparent?

                                    I am using 3 credit cards (Icici, rbl and standard charted) with limit of above 1 lac. No one treated me like that

                                      We regret to launch a complaint against the following branch of sbi for demanding money rs.200/- to stamp and sign on the joint account id photos on the customers account pass book of the same bank from my college studying son whom i have sent today. He is having joint account with his mother in the same bank.
                                      Please let us know if there is any custom or rules made by the bank or rbis direction or any order to collect such money which may not be known to us. When i try to enquire this matter with phone no. They had given in their web by mobile, some one took the phone and asked what for; i asked whether this is sbi, kilkattalai, on 200 ft road pallavaram to turaipakkam road? He replied immediately no sir and cut the line and afterwards i have been trying since for long time from 11-00 am to 14-00 pm, ther is no one attending the phone. This is how the customers are treated or served. What shall we do regarding this.
