SBI — money is debited automatically from my account

I tried to withdraw 500 rs from atm but could not get but debited for my account then i got atm withdrawal credited to my account 500 but again csh wdl debited 500. Where is my 500 rupees, plz tell me that what is csh wdl. The bank is not listening, i also tried customer care call but nothing helped. I gone to bank but they are not listening, i don't know what to do know?

Amazon already refund the money to me but bank will not added the refund money to my account. The refund amount is 1380 Indian rupees. All the information given below in the screen shot of amazon refund in my gamil

I have received the signature change message at 10:08 PM. I haven't made any such request please secure my account immediately

My SBI account se deduct rs1500
Date 02-07_2019 deposited RS 5000
And balance only rs3517
I want to be refund my 1500 rupees

I have paid Rs 32000 from SBI using PhonePe but the transaction failed and the money is deducted from the account. Now both PhonePe and SBI customer care are juggling me to each other saying the the problem is not from their end.

Who give permission for dabited money?

As I want to say that, I purchase a product from Amazon and I return it, the Amazon customer service says that they initiate the amount to bank but bank has to refund. So kindly refund my money as soon as possible
