This is to bring in your notice that their is a nala digd by pwd at main road opp sunil hospital, basant kaur marg, malviya nagar, new delhi-110017., which is in open condition till date since last 2 months. As this is an open and wide drainage people use to dump garbage in it and as water is also their their is breeding of mosquitoes also going their so chances of getting dengu and chingunia to the locality attached. Please help us to get it cover as this drainage is that much wide in which a car can easily submerge. This open hole on the main road is calling an accident to be happen. Please do the needfull. Today dated 11/09/2017, pwd workers picked the mulbe from the road but this drainage is still in open condition and as per pwd it is the work of sdmc to be taken care of. Please see into this matter asap.

The other major provblems arise from encroachment of streetpaths and walkway by street side vendors

Location - sidepath on the left and right side of the road from nehru apartments on the ring road to deshbandhu college new delhi - 19.
The walkway or footpath has recently been renewed by pwd.

However, the roads on either side is encroached by street side vendors thereby preventing pedestrians to use the footpath. We are forced to walk on the road sometimes through fast moving traffic and this is dangerous.
Further, the vendors by placing their furniture etc are damaging the newly done footpath.
Several persons have been hit by fast moving traffic as they can only walk on the road since the sidewalk is encroached.

Mcd needs to clear the encroachment as well as relocate the vendors appropriately...

Damanged road broken manhole covers and no street lights is the situation in gulmohar avenue tikona park, jamia nagar new delhi 110025. Due to above there are chances of accidents, dog bite in the dark and theft due to no lights for months. Bad road accounts for water logging and also a hassle for vehicles and resident. Please take urgent action on above.

It is submitted that i am resident of j-7/121 (Ground floor) rajouri garden, new delhi, and the gutter out of my house is uncovered. More so, there is so much mud/garbage is accumulated there, which is more unhygienic and dangerous to our families. Kindly take necessary action immediately to save our lives, as dengue and swine flu is in full swing.

My residential flat c-406, is located at sarita vihar, new delhi. It is in the second floor. The occupants of first floor bearing no. C-405, have accumulated all the filth and dirt on their terrace thus causing a great health and dengue hazard for me and my family. It needs to be removed immediately before dengue casualties occur. The capital may go on high alert if there is many flu threats, but little action has been taken till date against the large number of illegal meat shops in AYA NAGAR.
I would like to raise a concern for numbers of illegal chicken meat shop in residential area. These shops are in running on the road without having license and it causes nuisance to people residing in the nearby area. This shop is in running on the road without having license. the owner of the chicken shop kills chicken openly. Which create a very homible environment, and it has become almost impossible for people to go the subzi mandi to by vegetable. Dogs gather near these shops feasting on chicken shop wastes dumped in drains or even roadside often resulting in road accidents.

Despite repeated requests on the sdmc website to have defogging done in our colony, there has been no action taken. There are mosquitoes all over the park in front of our house.

There is no point advertising on fm radio about how the citizens are supposed to fight against mosquito borne diseases when the civic bodies are not interested in doing their duty.

I am a resident of west sagar pur, parking of cars on roads is the biggest issue in our area due to this blocking traffic, difficult to walk specially after afternoon, people putting personal convenience and shopkeepers putting there standees and boards on that road too. If someone say to them they start arguments and fighting with them. (Shyam boutique i. E mr. Sonu tayal, goyal gas agency, tayal hardware and many more shopkeeper) they doest not have any fear about govt. They always say do what ever you want. Govt do nothing with us. Due to this the side of the roads where cars are parked are never cleaned. They are filled with sand, sewage, liter, etc. Causing mass health issues and inconvenience to all the people. Specially kids, senior citizens and girls (Bcz in evening street boys r gathering that parking area).

There is more than 6 street dogs bite all the people who are walking on street, today 22.08.2017 they bite around 4 ladies, children's are very scared from them. Kindly do something for them, from last two weeks they bite bikers also and the accident occurred.

I usha walia paid a property tax for the year 2016-17 on 30th july 2017 online via hdfc bank. But due to heavy load in the morning it show transaction unsuccessful but the amount of rs.2796 was deducted from my account. But the site was showing tax not paid so i paid the amount again in night and transaction was successful this time.
But still till date i haven't received the amount back in my account in which the transaction was unsuccessful.
So pls guide what to do.

This is to inform you that i am tax payer and i am not getting due facilities of basic amenities and infrastructure from mcd. I live in krishna park khanpur area. Every day i spend 30-35 minutes to cover mere 1.5 km distance because of alot of vehicle and human traffic. Pls. Come and have a visit at our area and see half of the road is encroached by shopkeepers, vishal mega mart for parking vehicles, hardware shops etc. It is very difficult to walk on the road and drive the vehicle. I am surprised to see nobody comes to seal or pick up their stuff laying at road from mcd side. Due to heavy traffic local people disobey the traffic rules and change their lane and drive to opposite wrong side. This part of delhi is completely neglected by the mcd authorities as around 30-50 three wheeler which are unfit and drive by minors from devli modh to devli dead end. They park their vehicle any where they want because they are free and nobody cares to supervise them. On top of that two main garbage center located at tigri and opposite to rps colony near to khanpur bus depot are flooded with garbage which is coming out from garbage house and spreaded over to the road. It is become such an undesirable and stinking place that i regret of being tax payer.

Can anybody take action against this or i should write it to pm modi about it?

I am resident of f block, vishwakarma colony, near pul prahlad pur, m. B. Road, new delhi 110044. I am attaching some photographs of garbage laying on our street corner. I am noticing it from last few weeks that this garbage lying here most of the times and spreads on the way due to wind. Cows are regularly eating polythenes and waste from it. This garbage collects from different houses by mcd emoloyees and then throw here.

It is not only a matter of cleanliness even it causes our health hazard. As we all are aware from last year's situation of dengue and chikungunya. We don't want to come back that worst situation once again.

I am with our honourable pm's clean india campaign and want to clean our area first.
Therefore i humbly request you to instruct your mcd worker clean this site instead to throw this garbage here.

I am resident of raghuvir enclave najafgarh 43. I complain about gathering of garbage on front of my house but no action was taken. Insp. Jaipal says that we are unable to do anything for this. Sir, from past three days, after repeated request sweeper donot throw waste.
Rather he accumulate all the waste in front of my room. Also the other sweeper who are assigned duty near to my room, sweeps and dispose all his area waste in front of my room... Sir whom shall i request to throw it.

I had done payment of house tax in june 2017 which did not generate a receipt 1st but amount got deducted. Since, tax showed as unpaid i paid it again which generated a receipt. I am trying to follow up putting multiple complaints on portal on refund but there is absolutely no reverts. Tried all below numbers in last 3 weeks, no one picks call.

Tax payer should first lodge the complaint on our "grievances" link, for any payment gateway & receipt generation issues & contact bank officials if the problem is not resolved with in a week

Ncert is having 62 acres land at sri aurbindo marg wherein office complex, buildings, banks and residential quarters are situated. As you may aware that more than 500 families are presently residing in the campus. Students often come to participate in the programme, workshop, seminars etc. It has been reported by the employees of the council including residents that day by day population of the stray dogs is being spreading very fast and some of them have been become very dangerous and biting to the passerby which is very risky. The council authority has viewed very seriously that is why the corporation is being approached to invite special attention to catch the stray dogs from the campus of the ncert and also do sterilisation as well as vaccination at the earliest.
