Sir, ma rishi nagar carbide wali gali near kailash palace shuklaganj unnao ka nivasi hu hamare ghar pe aane k lie 1 gali apki sarkar be banwa rakhi hai lekin road damage hone or kuch gharo mei car hone ki wajah se pichhle kuch saalo se permanently road develop nhi hone diya jaa rha hai, jinke pass car hai wo log apne car slope ki wajah se road kaafi choti kar rkhi hai wo log apni cars ki parking ki jagah kahate hai ham logo me unse ladne ki himmat nai inki iss wajah se hamari galli k kafi log bhot dukhi hai ghar bechke jaane ko majbur ho chukke hai kafi sare ghar aaj ham saare milke unn tin char ghar wale se request karne gaye the ki aisa mat karo ham sabko bhot problem hoti, road develop kare wale ko ye log janbuj k aane nai dete, hamari hath jod k request hai please iss mamle me jald se jald koi action lia jaye jinki gaadia hai unka makan number hai gali k start mehai gray tiles lgi hai or shutter laga rakha hai or likha hua hai private parking but ghar k andar car nai lagate janbuj k road block kar rakhi hai kahate hai agar andar lagayenge to kabja khatam ho jayega hai unme se ek jo bhot jaada ladne ko teyar rahte hai or unki wajah se dusre log b gaadi lagate hai galli block karne k lie or kabja karne k lie please kuch jald se action lia jaye, meri email id [protected]@gmail.com hai ma apna naam or number islie nai like ra kyuki agar complain kisne kari hai usko pata chala to ham kaam pe chale jaate hai wo pichhe se sake ghar ki ladies se lad sakta hai, plz inki car hatwayi jaye or road shi karwaye bhot anyaye ho ra hai yaha pe

There is garbage lying in front of my window for many days. Nobody comes to pick it. I complaines many times but it happens every now and then. The sweeper does not turn up regularly. People throw garbage when they saw its already lying there. You are requested to take strong step and challan them who are putting it there. It is also thrown by the regular ragpickers.

Dear sir, i am employee of sdmc as a safai karamchari. I request to you my asi mr. Dilip s/o nuri his attending ward no. 174s, chatterpur delhi his not good with us. I have regular attended in my work but his absent me and give some money for percent. So we are not happy with his me and my department other workers. So please give some suggestion for us.

Road side unauthorized parking (From dda park to sukkar bazar)
In “bhagat singh marg”, raj nagar-2, palam colony, delhi-77
“bhagat singh marg” is very important & main road for communicating to raj nagar-2, but from few days it has becomes to very dangerous and accident area due to unauthorized parking on road, building construction. Despite of this someone has occupied road area for building material.
It’s very dangerous for kids who going to school every day on same road. I am one of them feared parents who facing lot of problems.
I had tried to talk with vehicle / car owner but did not settled, i don’t like violence, please do something for this.

The trees of mcd buddhan singh park located at siddartha nagar, p. O. Jungpura, new delhi-110014 are needs to be trimmed. It was almost 2.-3 years back the same was trimmed but after that no trimming was done despite many verbal communication done with present in charge of park.
Subsequently, the trees blocking sunlight causing major health issues to old age residents who face vitamin d3 deficiency. As well as this lack of sunlight is leading to accumulation of water and leads to breeding of mosquitoes into winter season.

So, i would like to request you to kindly issue necessary instruction to the officials in this regard.

An early response will be highly appreciated.

At the outset we welcome and thanks dc central zone action taken against removal of encroachment by hawker, shopkeepers and other rehriwalas in lajpat nagar i new delhi on 4 dec 2017. I request dc central zone to continue this action. I request dc to remove all commercial activities on the road under his jurisdiction specially in lajpat nagar i and remove the encroachment by the shopkeepers by constructing cemented structure i. E thada, small wall, counter and iron grill/stairs. Again thanks to dc central zone for his drive against encroachment.

A clothes manufacturing company which address is a19 okhla phase 1 new delhi 110020. It has a open seever pipe infront of my house. Daily i have tolerate that's dirty smell. Our daily life has become hell. I feel ashamed to bring my friends at home because that dirtyness. I have complaint several (At least 4-5) times in sdmc. But they all looks lazy & bribed. I'm not getting it's solution.

Sir, i arun garg founder of sabal india ngo dwarka, we found so much dust pollution due to not clean the dust on mid as well as footpath in sector-7, ramphal chowk, sector 8 and so many other places like palam village,
We registerd comaplaint to pwd compalint no 106730 dated[protected], but he says this area is under mcd.
Now please help me to insure that,

Respected sir/madam,
I am shakshi neha, a resident of house number - 125, gali number 12, vipin garden extension, dwarka mor. I have recently shifted here from rk puram. The condition here is very disturbing. It is like people don't have much knowledge or interest for that matter to keep their surroundings clean. They just dump all the garbage of their home in any vacant plot they can find, not giving it a second thought. Moreover, since there is not a proper drainage system as of now so rather than disposing of all the wastewater in their septic tank they just casually drain all the wastewater on the road and the vacant plots, because of which water has been accumulating at many places.

The garbage collection car comes here but 2-3 times a week, so people just feel it better to throw the garbage. The situation here is very grave. It has become a home of many diseases, because of the enormous amount of mosquitos and flies which are here due to the garbage. The visits of a group of pigs is not a new sight. All these things are quite disturbing for the health of the native people.

Also i would like to slip this into your notice, that in all the colonies of dwarka mor i haven't seen a public garbage bin which should be placed at some points everywhere in the city, so that even if the garbage collection process is delayed people can dump the garbage over there and not litter the entire place.

And just one suggestion, if some sort of public hygiene and sanitation programs can be run at places like these it will be very useful.

I request the concerned authorities to take some serious action on these issues, cause it is like playing with the health of people. This place is a far cry from the dream on our pm of swatch bharat abhiyan. Please look into this matter.

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that my house may collapse due to the negligence of my neighbor mr goswami house number a-39, dr ambedkar colony, andheria modh, chattarpur n d 74

My neighbor has dug unauthorized /un-cemented septic tank adjoining my house which has now started to weaken my house walls (Photos attached are attached for your consideration).

In spite of several verbal requests made to my neighbor complaining about the seepage already seen on my house walls coming from his illegally constructed septic tank, my requests to him has been ignored and fallen into deaf ears with no action so far

Due to his negligence and no action tank so far, my house collapse in future.

I, hereby request your immediate intervention to this matter and take action accordingly

1. National green tribunal declare in ncr no construction.
2. Air pollution from this construction.
3.. Sound pollution from this construction
4. Because this construction no any approved map.
5. No any permission
So please stop this construction on immediately.

Mosquitoes & flies happend due to water logging in service line behind house. No. A-6 east of kailash, new delhi-65 for the past 3-4 years many complaints also made to concerned sdmcd deptt. But no use,
Today i again reminded this complaint to area inspector mr. Vijay at his mob. No.[protected] & to smcd helpline vide complaint no, 2244 at phone no. [protected]. Please do the same at your earliest.

Garbage van never come in our area vijay enclave kids valley school gali. Where in other colony its coming daily on time. Please arrange one for our colony as soon as possible to clean my delhi and street as well. And send a man with broom to clean the road as well to prevent pollution of air from other vehicles and breath a clean air for our children

Hi, i would like to highlight the high parking rates at kailash colony market. The parking rates are 80 rupees per hour. I dont understand how come such high parking rates are being taken from the people. What sdmc doing? Is it justified. Even on the week days the parking rates are same. I visited the kailash colony markwt today n was shocked to see such rates. This is totally unacceptable. No one is saying no for parking rates. But it has to be normal rates.

Dear sdmc whenever i go to toilet a lady outside a toilet take 2 or 5 rs every times. I pay in entire day 10 to 12 rs for toilet only. Problem is toilet sink condition is very poor and lady sit outside toilet ask shoutly for rs 2 every time while i do not get any receipt. Please resolve my problem. Maintain the toilet under operated sdmc gk1 m block market. Mostly people are using problematicly it's left hand side toilet which is totally destroyed.

In village Bharthal, dhulsiras and bamnoli there are ware house which are completely illegal .due which a large number of heavy vehicle entre in residential areas which increases the pollution in the village ...which is very harmful for elder citizens and general public...the people use there residential plot for commercial use which is completely illegal ...I kindly want u too look into the matter ...sir other wise we have too file a case against sdmc which knows about such activities but don't take any step to seal these properties ... Sir I attached a photo from Google which is more valid proof of my complaint.

Being a resident of c2c pocket 2 janakpuri. We request several times for the cutting of grass in our blocks park nd also cutting of small zig zag plants in our blocks park to mr krishan chaudhary but this man is very arrogant nd rude, whenever we request him he always have excuses.
This department have no system of working their behavior with the residents is very pathetic, they don't have any interest in to attend the complaints of residents
We request you to plz take care of this nd take action against these kind of horticulture dept staff

Tree pruning of mcd park situated in chittaranjan park between plot nos. G-1274 to g - 1308 has been done 15 days back though some of the garbage was removed but a lot of garbage covering a quarter of the park is still left and no action has been initiated to clear the park. These dumps of garbage are fast becoming a grooming place for dengue and other diseases.

Requesting an immediate action for removing the garbage from the park situated between plot no g-1274 to g-1308 at chittaranjan park, new delhi -110019

Sdmc — unlicensed and unhygienic chicken meat shop in residential aya nagar, new delhi -110047


The capital may go on high alert if there is many flu threats, but little action has been taken till date against the large number of illegal meat shops in basti hazrat nizamuddin aulia.
I would like to raise a concern for numbers of illegal chicken meat shop in residential area. These shops are in running on the road without having license and it causes nuisance to people residing in the nearby area. This shop is in running on the road without having license. The owner of the chicken shop kills chicken openly. Which create a very homible environment, and it has become almost impossible for people to go the subzi mandi to by vegetable. Dogs gather near these shops feasting on chicken shop wastes dumped in drains or even roadside daily.
In every walking lane of basti hazrat nizamuddin aulia.

Kindly look into this matter and take an action asap.
Please guide and do needful.

The manhole cover of sever (Gutter) right on the road between police headquarters and agcr building in i p estate area is broken for many days and may become cause of some grave incident. Lot of people pass through this point and face danger of getring trapped in this. Since it is on the main road lot of vehicle also pass through it so it need immediate replacement. You are requested to kindly get irt replaced immediately to avoid any accident
