The colony under reference is VIKRANT ENCLAVE, MAYAPURI, Also known as Retd govt servants flats, Rajouri garden Extension, NewDelhi 110027/110064.
Drainage system has become horrible as there is no cleaning of sewage lines. Specially during rainy season the sewage water enters the toilets at home and the streets are choked. It becomes a breeding ground for filth and mosquitoes.
Needs immediate attention.

I have done a payment of Rs.3291 from my card no-[protected]-kotak credit card dated:29.06.2017, amount has been debited but the payment got failed, please look into the matter and refund the same on priority basis.
and its been very difficult to get in touch with sdmc department as called manier times on no-[protected], 43506598 but they are not picking up the phone.

Hi, myself sudhir kumar resident of 1/446, dakshin puri, near dr. Ambedkar nagar police station, new delhi-110062. Would like to inform you that from the last one month the sewer is overflowing in our lane and latrine/dirty water is spread all over the lane and for the same we have logged so many complaints in our local regional office the mcd person’s comes and told the sewer need to be clean from machine only but no action taken. Request you to please look into this and do the needful asap.

The mcd dug up a sewer near house no 50, j block lajpat nagar 3 to clean the malba blocking the sewer.

The malba and garbage is lying on the road for the past 2 months and the sewer is also left open as is.

This is a danger to health of people residing in the area due to the ever increasing threat of dengue and chickunguniya in rainy season.

The malba is also a hindrance to cards and other vehicles on the road.

There is water logging on the road between tarapore enclave & vasant kunj enclave, a block, new delhi - 110070, which falls between nangal dewat & sultan ghauri tomb in south west delhi. The mcd officials come and challan people but do not maintain the road under its jurisdiction. The road has remained the same since 3 years and was earlier destroyed while the construction of tarapore enclave, mod. Mes & its contractors have also absolved from their responsibility of repairing the road.

There is an unidentified vehicle parked at the following location for more than 2 months now. The no is dl 3c j 2653. The address is d-30, lajpat nagar - i, new delhi 110024 on the sidewall of indian overseas bank. It is neither moving nor identified. There is a potential risk of theft. People also indulge into drinking beside this car at night. It should be removed immediately pls

Led street light of pole no. Snz/a054 opposite house no. I-117. Lajpat nagar-1, has not been working for the last two weeks but the same has not been repaired as yet. Complaint bearing no.349 has also been lodged with sdmc control room at its central zone office in lajpat nagar. The area is prone to thefts. Two thefts have recently taken place in the area at night. Non - functioning of street light has plunged area into darkness which has increased the risk of thefts and threat perception from the criminal elements.

I registered online complaints for roads, sewer, garbage etc.. On your website ad the complaint id if 87363. I got the email revert from your end on 16th may with the details of the official. I called them and they told me that they are not looking to the area i have mentioned in my complaint. They told me that they have forwarded my complaint to the concern and they will email me.

I received another email form the concern on 18th may. Today i got the response form them that my complaint is not under pwd. Its under mcd.

I dont understand one thing how a common man can recognize the complaint department as i entered my complaint on google task bar and they open pwd website. So i registered my complaints and concerns their. Instead of throwing work on another desk. Kindly look into the matters with all your due respect.

As i have hopes from you and your department. I am raising my complaint to pwd and mcd this time. So that this time you guys can look and work on it instead of throw on each other.

I have marked to all of you as i was not aware of the zone, area or other things. So who so ever is the concern kindly look into the matter and do the needful. As the area is very pathetic and need lot many changes.

Roads are full of muds, garbage, holes. Also the sewer going through the road is hell. It creates flies and other dangerous disease. Due to sewer the road is jam packed with the traffic all time.

During election time we heard and even saw the water pipe and sewer pipes were coming to our area. But after the elections happened the labor didn't complete their jobs and left the place in more hell situation.

I am attaching some of pictures of my area just have a look and take the measures accordingly.

Building malva / rubbish lying at chhatri wala marg, palam colony rajnagar-1, new delhi.110045, since 2 months. Chatri wala marg completely closed due to this malva.
So please remove the same immediately for public convenient.
The cement concrete laying work was done on chatri wala marg about before one month ago, from that time this road is lying closed.

At house no. 139 sant nagar east of kailash n. D. - 65, there is a shop at g. Floor named klimatic services which deals in repair of ac, motors, coolers, transformers, refrigerator, etc. The shop is creating so much of noise pollution day & night. Also there is a wastage of water while servicing ac's / refrigerators etc. Due to wastage of water there are so much mosquitoes in the area. There is also a staff of 5 people who are always sitting out of the shop creating bad image of the colony. This shop is opens till 12 at midnight also. Please help in closing these types of commercial activities in residential areas.

Garbage & hump of malba/matti lying by the boundary wall of Triangular Park in H -Block, Lajpat Nagar-1 has not been cleared despite repeated requests to the local sanitary workers. The whole area by the side of boundary wall of the above park towards Shaheed Sukhdev Marg is in bad shape & require thorough cleaning.Besides that the cleaning of leaves & garbage is also not being done properly by the boundary wall of Shaheed Sukhdev Park towards Shaheed Sukhdev Marg opposite Ayurvedic Dispensary in H-Block Lajpat Nagar-1, New Delhi-110024

The intersection of Sri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu Marg and Outer Ring Road under the flyover at Haus Khas, has become a public toilet for men. The wall stinks o[censored]rine and invites more and more people to use it daily.
There is a toilet in the metro station at Haus Khas but nobody tries to go down the metro station to use the facility.
There is no one to stop people from urinating and even the police officers don't seem to care.

With due respect, it is to bring into your notice that some illegal, encroached upon the road side Meat/chicken shops growing on the single going road to Jagdamba Camp, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-17, all shops are illegally growing on road and spreads there vests on the road. Due to this reason too much smell and rotten meat spreading diseases in residence area and we are unable to live here due to these illegal shops. I also complaint to police in last month then police has removed all the illegal encroached shops. Jagdamba camp (a slam) residence welfare association have complaint many time but not any serious action taken from MCD Office yet. So kindly please seal or remove such unauthorized occupied / encroached butcher shops.

Hi,

We are residents of Krishna Nagar, Safdarjung Enclave. For the past one month the dustbin opp to the Sarvodaya School boundary wall (between gali no. 4 & 5) has been closed abruptly. Due to this some people have started throwing their garbage on the boundary wall of the school (where usually people park their cars). A huge pile of grabage has got accumulated behind the cars parked infront of house no. 93-B. Request you to pls. start the dustbin again as people have started throwing their garbage anywhere leading to a great discomfort for the people living nearby.

I am Secretary of RWA, K Block, Saket, New Delhi 17. We are suffering from Monkey menace very badly. Monkeys breaks our water pipes, our water tanks cover, enter into house and take away food items, breaking flower pots, saplings, breaking antenna, CCTVs, injuring children and senior citizens. We are getting complaints from residents regularly. Some photos are attached for your consideration

Please do the needful to save us from this problem.

We are residents of A Block Indira Enclave Neb Sarai. The drain in our block is Blocked, Overflowing through out the year. Half of the road is always covered by the drain water. This water is always stinking & breeding ground for mosquitoes.
Kindly look in to this matter immediately as monsoons will be arriving soon and the conditions will worsen.

We are residents of Matiala Extension street no. 5 Uttam nth. DELHI 59 writing this letter due to songs much trouble due to water logging on the road. It.wait is been a while that not drainage (Nali) cleaning was done in my street since past long time. Now this breeding ground for Mosquitoes in thw area. There is possibility of spreading Dengue and Malaria. Really it is shocking that concerns authority have not taken anyone steps for improving the system so far.
Matiala we hope now that I would immediately looking into the matter and take urgent steps to improve it.

I am residing at 23/71, west panjabi bagh, new delhi-110026, my khoti situated at the corner of the road no 82 and 71, the entair colony drain system is covered except the corner of my house and daily the spewer of both the road through all garbage in to it and the insecticide grew and spread from hear, therefor my complain is that to cover it immediately .

My complaint is regarding the illegal construction going on 4th floor of my building which is a major risk for the building to collapse.
I request you to take immediate action against the illegal construction going on.
