I was 15 mins late to the boarding pt but had informed that i'm coming as marathahalli was jammed. The bus passed without waiting & had travel to majestic with luggage n missed the meeting which i had to login online. I have waited more than an hour when seabird bus was late. Infact last time my boarding point was changed at end moment n had to spend extra money on auto. Is this your customer service?

The way is talking towards the customers has to be trained. From 20 years I'm travelling to and from Bangalore but the worst experience i ever had is with seabird tourists today. I have waited more than hour for sea bird buses irrespective of late night n when I'm 15 mins late due to traffic jam today they couldn't wait. Also 90% of the time they do not reach destination in time as mentioned in ticket but they want customers to be right. If you want others to be correct first try to be correct by yourself. Whoever is reading this, please think 100 times before booking sea bird unless u do not ve any option.

In bus number Bus No: KA-51-B-3091 ac is not working. Its suffocating and health at risk with no proper ventilation. Need immediate attention

    It's very fraudulent to travel with seabird. No one should go with seabird. It was like local bus picking passengers on the way and collecting money with out reservations. The government or any responsible organisation should take immediate action and ban this agency, or else at least warn them to improve their service and be loyal to the passenger.

      Me and my husband used the 11.00pm seabird service for our travel from coimbatore to bangalore on 7.02.2017. The bus was very unclean. The seats were shabby, bthe curtains were dusty and the window sills had chewed chewing gums stuck on it.. The blankets were stinking so much that we couldn't use it for the entire journey.. Please do some action on the above scenario for better customer service.

      Dont choose seabird for your travel ...in my case they cancelled the booking which i made and they gave alternative bus (srstravels) which is tottally different in timing from what i booked for ...and they are not giving refund in this case and i lost my money and the trip i planned for

        We went to the seabird office at panjim, goa and they told us to go to the bus stop assuring us that our booking was confirmed. When we reached the bus stop, the bus conductor said he did not have our booking. After minutes of arguing we went back to the office and the people who acted nice at first and assured us of our booking were now laughing because they had successfully fooled us. It was the worst customer service i have experienced. They were not helpful but instead they took advantage o[censored]s for their own entertainment as we were tourists.

          Charger not working center tv not working... I am in mumbai bus from banglore... The bus is late as always these seabird halts 20 stops at pune and collect seats because of this always the bus reaches late timing shows to reach andheri is 2:50pm and now we still are at pune at 3:15pm.. We ppls traveling from such long distance suffer lot because of this delay which is purposely done by seabird management

            Requesting for the immediate refund for my failure in generation of the seabird ticket... The details are:-

            *payumoney payment id no:[protected].
            *payment amount:-
            Of rs 585.00
            * seabird ticket (Merchant) transaction order no:- 4170145.
            * date & time :- 15th nov 17, 12:16.

            I flavia sequeira did a online booking on sea bird bus today 15th nov 2017 for goa (Margao)-kwr-bng - 07:30 pm - n (Non-a/c sleeper), for seat no 13u for 15th nov 2017.

            The payumoney payment of rs585/- got authorized by my hdfc a/c bank, and as well as successfully received by the payumoney
            Under payment (Id[protected] of rs 585.00 for seabird tourist center. Thereby i got the mobile message plus email for the same.
            My hdfc account too got debited.
            But due to some network issue ar that time after the payment transactions successful also my ticket didn't got generated & thereby i got the mobile message from seabird tourists centre stating that my ticket booking couldn't get complete successfully for the order no. 4170145 & thereby again i need to resume my booking now clicking on the mentioned linked. And i again went back to same process & payment & finally again my payumoney payment (Id[protected] of rs 585.0 for seabird tourist center got successful & generated
            Merchant transaction ticket order
            For 4170218 successfully.

            Thereby i my asking for the immediate refund for my previous failure of ticket generation... The details are:-

            *payumoney payment id no:[protected].
            *payment amount:-
            Of rs 585.00
            * seabird ticket (Merchant) transactionorder no:- 4170145.
            * date & time :- 15th nov 17, 12:16.

            I have send the emails to all your consern person mails [protected]@paymoney.com,
            [protected]@seabirdtourists.com,
            [protected]@seabirdtourists.com,
            [protected]@seabirdtourists.com,.
            But still no any reply.. It's going to be a month now, but still no action taken of refund me back the money.
            Payumoney replied me to deal with seabird because their already forward the money in your seabird account.
            Even i call seabird customer care regading this issues they said that my money will get refund within two days.. But still no refund.
            Can you take this matter seriously???

            Please kindly do the needful of refunding my transaction
            Money in my debited hdfc account at earliest as possible. Waiting for your immediately response for my email.

              I am traveling right now from bangalore to ankli in seabird bus ka 51 b 3089 paying 1200/- (For non ac) and it is filled with bed bugs.. I paid for travel and not for blood donation. If proper actions are not taken i won't hesitate to take action. Bus is in worst condition too. I can't sleep my bed is also not proper all inside parts stinging out.

              Bus get accident and injured people not get any help from sea bird, I want all the expenses in the medicine and treatments.

                I have booked a ticket for my travel from bangalore on 28th sept 2017. I opted sea bird travels only because i will get a pickup from near by location.
                Seabird travel canceled the pickup and asked me to come to anandrao circle. When i asked them to bare my expense from my pickup location to anandrao circle, they spoke rudely by telling if you want you come to anandrao circle. And they started cutting the call and switched of the number.
                This is not the way i expected sea bird travel people will speak to their customer.

                It has no time sence..time given to reach dharwad was 6 am . but we have reached at 10am. unhappy with this i will never opt this company for my future travels .departure time from bangalore was 11.35

                  Dear seabird good morning i have seen to in your sea bird office govardhan main raod bangalore fist time am send box to karwar ok his given the bill for
                  60 rs, ok second time also 60 rs, third time 80, 4th time his getting 100rs travelling charge what is this every day u changing corior charges haa who the # agency stupid you can take the action other wise i give the news paper and media thats it

                  SeaBird travels cancelled my journey from Bangalore to Pune on 1st Sep. They notified me to refund the amount within 2 days. This is 20th day since i received the message, no refund is creditedin my account. Customer support is not taking any actions. They just disconnect the phone. I would suggest people not to travel by seabird.

                    Seabird is the worst travel agency i have come across. They don't have replacement for simple tire puncture which happened near tumkur. The responsible people in bus say "take any private bus and go". Will they say same thing if it had happened in night time. We choose travel agencies to travel because they are safe, with a hope that they will drop you at your destination with utter safety. But seabird provides zero safety. If a person is traveling for the first time how will he know how to go from tumkur to bangalore. That private bus took me to yashwantpur. I took metro from there and reached my destination place. If the person is traveling for first time or an uneducated person who has not come across metro in his lifetime, will seabird take the responsibilities of harm that might have caused to these people? Upon all these, they didn't even do tickets for me to take that private bus. The driver says "now you go with your money, then get the ticket to seabird office at anan d rao circle and get your refund", is this a joke? Most of the people who were traveling in that bus had to reach their office at certain time, even i should had to. According to him i have to go to yashwantpur from there i should go to anand rao circle fight in their office for money then from majestic i have to again go to my place. What they think customers are? They didn't show even basic human responsibility. First of all we pay more than required still they cant provide service, they are at my boarding point 40 mint ahead of scheduled time, they didn't even reach tukur at 7.30, upon that they behave like this with utter irresponsibility with all the faults on their side. This was the first time traveled with seabird and yu would happy to know this will be the last time. Do hell with your service and do hell with you

                      I tried to book a ticket from banglore yo sagara on 30th july. Ticket was not booked but amount got :deducted. When i called customrer care first they said refund will happen by one week. But till today i did not get the amount. Please resolve this at the earliest

                        Dear seabird management,

                        What kind of service you provide and what pre-checks you do before starting the journey for long distance like pune - bangalore.
                        I am facing worst ever experience with you currently. I am stuck in between hubli - dharwad with your bus because of disruption in technical functioning. And there is no proper information that what alternative arrangement has been done. Since 4o'clock morning driver is saying alternate bus will arrive in 1 hour but it is 9 o'clock and we have not moved from our stucked state. Moreover, customer care is not responding properly.
                        In this scenario what is your suggestion that what onboard passenger should do??
                        Who will take the responsibility of my workloss and money loss??
                        I am experiencing worst ever journey of my lifetime and with this experience i will never travel again. Neither i would recommend anyone to travel.
                        Thanks for wasting my time and affecting planned activity without any regret!
                        Please have some shame and stop your bus services i[censored] can't manage.

                            Bus service is worst than local buses, they just board anyone on the road. Passengers with reservation are disturbed and nobody from travels care about it. Driver and cleaner wants to make money and officials are least bothered about it.

                            Last time i got call for feedback, i told them the bed spreads were not clean still there is no changes/devrlopment.

                            I[censored] people cannot maintain the service for which we pay money then better stop your bus service for long journey and start local travrels.

                            I travelled in bus number 3089 twice and it happened each time.

                              I was travelling in your company bus yesterday from ankola to bangalore, and my wallet was stolen while i was sleeping, when asked upon to the cleaner and driver they spoke very irresponsibly
                              Thefts in night buses is increasing day by day so please take some effective safety measures and even help me find my wallet which contained very important documents

                                The bus No. 5302 departed from Bangalore at 11.40, however it was supposed to depart by 11. And then, these these insane people started loading luggage and it went on til 12.30. Then stuck in Nelamangala toll and traffic. No thoughtful time sense to none of them working here. I had to attend a conference at 8 in Belgaum and bus is still here in Hubli unloading luggage and the time now is 8.14am.
                                Absolutely no idea how long is this still gonna take to reach Belgaum. Totally frustrated and irritated to the core by these hopeless Sea bird travels.
                                Will never book a bus in Sea bird hereafter.

                                  I boarded from belgaum to Bangalore and my drop location was madivala but the bus staff refused to drop at madivala which is about 15kms from majestic they said catch some govt bus, they behaved like hooligans, I then went to complain at the seabird office about the act the guy there was found to be their leader the worst interaction I said him that I will complain to ur senior he then replied I am the senior and I am everything... my question is why do you make bookings when you can't drop

                                    Ihad booked my bus wit sea bird tourists
                                    To journey from Bangalore to belgaum on 14 May .

                                    The hole point of someone booking a sleeper bus is to get sum sleep will traveling wats d use of it has
                                    "BED BUGS" in it..

                                    Issues wit d bus
                                    1. Bedsheet were nt changed someone had put cheweghum dem, when asked to change dey changed it with a dirty bedsheet .

                                    2. BED BUGS in my bed I had rashes all over my body because of it wen I told d staff they did nt do anything about it ..

                                      Today dated 8th may 2017 i booked ticket frm bengaluru to pune (Pick up point : rajajinagar - mb travels) i reached thr before 1/2 n hour. But driver called me n told to come to next stop (I. E., govardhan~yashwantpur). He told he ll wait fr me & after i reaching (Bit late as huge traffic as he is aware of that road) he is acting like i made him to wait. Bloody fellow. On behalf of his request only i agreed to come to next stop otherwise i don't think anybody will agree to come by spending his personal money and time. Instead he shuld thankful to me... Seabird ppl shud think of this type attitude. I am really upset with his behavior... Rascal...

                                        They have not refunded my amount .. I had booked the tickets in march.. and they assured me to refund the amount as I had not travelled in ac sleeper bus which I had booked from Goa to bangaloreu
                                        No one is picking up the call...pathetic service whatever they have committed didn't provide those facilities.. Ac was off and we have booked ac sleeper but they forced us to go in to seater bus.
                                        And we faced a lot of issues and no one is ready to listen there staff have no manners how to talk even.
                                        Please close this issue asap as I have not received my money yet
