They have not refunded my amount .. I had booked the tickets in march.. and they assured me to refund the amount as I had not travelled in ac sleeper bus which I had booked from Goa to bangaloreu
No one is picking up the call...pathetic service whatever they have committed didn't provide those facilities.. Ac was off and we have booked ac sleeper but they forced us to go in to seater bus.
And we faced a lot of issues and no one is ready to listen there staff have no manners how to talk even.
Please close this issue asap as I have not received my money yet

    I had booked an bus and it got cancelled, they asked me for a refund, but as I was interested emergency I couldn't help. This is the 3 rd time I am facing this problem. The actual bus number was KA 01 D 173, they reported the bus had some problems, but I could find the bus was functioning and had gone to another trip. My bus was replaced with a seater bus. and they called me just before 60 mins of boarding

      Iam very sorry to say that this is the worst bus Iam travelling with. Ac is there but still driver is not willing to increase the ac.

        As per the departure time of SeaBird Tourist from Kengeri is 22:00, but i received a message on the day of travel around 20:00 from Seabird tourist that they will be on my location at 20:30, and i missed the bus, later i took taxi to reach Anand Rao circle to board the bus. Even bus number provided by Seabird is different from the initial message. I am totally unsatisfied by the service of Seabird tourist.

          The worst journey ever. Seabird people are very careless. They have wasted 2 hours for dinner and later on again 2 hours for swapping our seats with another buses saying that this bus has some problem. I have started my journey at 7.40 pm yesterday frm pune and I have reached bangalore the next day afternoon 2pm. Which should have reached at 9.40 am
          . Take care o[censored]r customers else no one would come. Because of you careless we had to put a leave. Dint expect such worst service

          Hi sir, bus no kar 51 b 410, driver smoking on driving time, please take action on this one. This very ridiculous.
          Hello it's abeer I have came from mumbai and I have done the ticket in Volvo by paying 1800 change but I'm not satiesfied with ur bus staff as I said there is no cooling and I said him to reduce the Ac temperature but he is not responding with good response so I feel sick in this traveling

            Misleading the customer and no refund

            I booked a ticket in Seabird bus to travel from Shimoga to Bangalore via Paytm. The travel date was on 12th Feb at 11.50 PM, pick up place-Seabird office-Shimoga. PNR - 3677587.

            On the date of travel, I saw all the private buses being sent back for permit check and the trips were cancelled. When I reached Seabird office at 11.30 PM, the office attendant said the bus will come to pick us up in a while and he went out. He came...

            Hi,

            We (15 members) travelled on 12th of Feb from Bangalore to Belgaum in multi Axle Volvo departed on 11.50. There were few seats available and driver was asking for the people to fill those seats. He was stopping the bus at all locations in Bangalore and he managed to fill 3 seats and he took 600 Rs each. He was requesting me to give one seat as few of my friends didn't turned up.
            When bus reached Hubli, again he started filling people in the place of guys who got down in Hubli. He managed to gather 23 seats and took 100 Rs from each one of them. The passengers who boarded the bus in Hubli were so disturbing and created unhealthy atmosphere.
            When bus reached Belgaum around 8am (actual arrival is @ 6.30am) driver started arguing with passengers not to drop them to the main bus stand. After so many discussions, he agreed and dropped the passengers to bus stand. The driver behaviour was very bad and his way of talking to the passengers was very rash.
            If this type of service continues with Sea Bird, then we have to think whether to book the tickets with you guys or not. This is not the only first instant happened, there were some happened in past also with me and my friends.

            Hope you will take some serious actions on this to keep your reputation up as you always deserved.

              I travelled from hubli to blore on 29/1/2016 11:45 bus .I felt driving was rash and they didn't give stop at jalhalli cross but u provide the option in booking that there is stop for jalhalli .I got late to my office due to this .staff in bus were just like they don't know any language to communicate they did not response to passengers plz take care of this

                Please screw all your drivers and change them. I am travelling from Hubli to Bangalore and for my bad luck got last seat. It's hell sitting last seat in your bus.
                First the bus condition is worst it gives jerk and the driver is least bothered about customer care. Bkudy he is having his ear phones in ears and driving the bus. If you go try to open the door, there are guys sleeping on some stupid sleepers back of driver and we cannot even open the door. Screw you guys.

                Hi I am travelling in seabird seater from Hubli to Bangalore. It's really such worst bus I have ever seen. It's th3 third time I m traveling with this seabird l, ohh ! It's my stupidity to book such bloody freaking bus. The driver is wearing a earphones, listening to music and driving the bus. There is no standard and safety of passengers. I would recommend everyone to avoid and try not to book and use such a worst bus service.

                  Rash driving of the driver which lead to diesel leakage and inappropriate behavior with the passenger and cleaner of the bus. Bus number ka 01 c 7473 route to Bangalore. He was in so hurry that he was driving to race with other bus drivers. Even though with diesel leakage he was driving so rash and arguing with the passenger. Better be taken a action on the driver.

                    I was traveling on 24th Jan-17 and dept. Time from Anand Rao was 10.00pm but arrived at 10.30pm. Should reach Belgaum by 7.30-8.00am but reached 10.15am.
                    Passenger bus was converted as goods, on top it was full of goods that to delivered in Hubli and then Dharwad.
                    Non of officer responded properly I have called [protected]/2/3/4/5, these all numbers belongs to goods dept. They provided [protected]/3 even they also not responded the calls.

                    Hopeless service and third grade buses.

                      We took an AC Sleeper bus to Goa on 12th January from Bangalore.After covering half distance, the bus broke down and then after waiting for 3 hours another bus was provided which was non ac and Seater bus.Then again that bus was not having permit to enter to Goa, So then after waiting on the road in the sun for another 3 hours, we took lift to Goa.Really very poor service from Seabird.Kindly refund my money ASAP.

                        I booked the bus from Pune to Bangalore and the selected dropping point was Madiwala in Bangalore but at the last moment they dropped me at Anand Rao Circle. Same they did in the return journey too. The boarding point was Madiwala but they called me an hour ago to reach Anand Rao Circle to catch the bus.
                        The second thing is that they didn't provided me blanket for half of the journey.

                          I have noticed that there is no policy of not allowing drunk passengers on seabird. Private buses should bring up this rule. The problems faced by co traveler's are many. According to Times of India post, they ask us to complain immediately to police if there is some problem. But if these private companies does not allow this to happen in the first place, the travel will be more comfortable. Once the people are drunk, its quit scary with their behavior. They tend to be unpleasant. Its definitely scary for single lady passengers. There have been many misbehaving and harassment cases, still private companies are not considering this as a big problem.

                            The Seabird tourists advertise that their sleeper buses have individual LEDs. But in reality passengers can never use their service becuase the LEDs are always not working. This is my third trip with Seabird tourists and each time they have the same excuse. It's a facility they promise to provide in all the booking sites but they never actually do. In case we complain, the attendants impolitely tell to either board the bus or leave which is extremely frustrating for the customers/passengers. I have been a victim of this thrice now and I have no other way to express my disappointment and register my complaint. Seabird travel's customer care are equally irresponsible, impolite and pay no heed to customer complaints or passenger satisfaction. Kindly do the needful to stop this kind of malpractices.

                                  Bus no 5217(Mumbai to Bangalore) had an accident near kolhapur and the front side of bus got totally crashed, one passengers was death on the spot, many of others had fractures and blooding. We have approached the travel's team but did not get any emergency help till now. Some o[censored]s are waiting at belgaum office(5 am, 9th November 2016).

                                  Our luggage are still there in the bus.

                                  Please help us out.

                                    Iam travelling in seabird bus 9701 from bangalore to sagar at 11.30pm..
                                    Both driver and conductor has escaped before nelamangala at 3.30am
                                    Due to heavy traffic (Navratri holiday season) we were still at nelamangala at 3.34am. Both driver and conductor no show till for 35 to 40 mins. When passengers contacted seabird ofc they told that both guys went for getting diesel oh god these guys are running bus without filling fuel in tank what a irresponsible people. Everyone in bus were waiting so long first of all bus was late then this incident who is held responsible for this?

                                      Me along with my friend was traveling from goa to bangalore on 03/10/2016.

                                      Complaints:

                                      1. A/c was turned off in the mid way, and was turned on in a very low speed when we raised the issue
                                      2. While booking the ticket over redbus it was mentioned that madivala is a dropping point but the bus was only up to anandrao circle, which made us to get down there.

                                      3. And the most pathetic thing is, in between the journey we got a police checking against the liquor from goa, which is absolutely right but the most defame thing was that before the bus leaves after the police raid, 2 bottles which were caught by the police from our own bus was given to our bus driver. Which made us think that the bus workers and seabird was betraying us.

                                      We have booked the bus from hubli to Shirdi from redBus .com the time given to board a bus was at 9:30 pm but the did not arrive till 12 am n the agent at the office was not responding for what we have asked .!!!
