Website: India consumer complaint.

Sea bird tourist bus is not sea bird it's sea cockroach, you will find cockroaches moving around the bus. One of worst journey that i'm experiencing, the window is broken and it's raining heavily as well, water is all pilling over the seat. I'm not even not able to sit on the seat and sleeping is next to impossible in this bus. And soon the passenger can expect bed bugs as well.
Worst bus do not travel in this bus, severe action needs to be taken.

    On 16/09/18 9.15pm i traveled from belgaum to bangalore in ac multi axel volvo. Bus condition was worst.ac was in leakage condition, continuesly water droplets on seat. And bus battery suddenly sparked in between journey midnight. Horrible experience. There was no safety precautions maintained. No prior check of bus is in good condition or not.
    There was no alternative arrangements for bus nor there was solutions for leakage of ac. Worst service i have seen till now.

    On 23rd September 2018 I booked a ticket from Bhavani to Bangalore. The actual pickup timing is 4:30 PM but I received a message by 4:30 PM saying that the bus is delay for 45 minutes. I tried to contact the bus operator but the number is switched off. I got a call by 5:20 PM saying that the bus will come by 5:40 PM. Finally the bus came by 6:30 PM. It was two hours late. I planned to reach Bangalore by 9 PM but I reached by 11:15 PM.
    1.not on time picup and drop
    2.driver behaviour is not acceptable
    3.do not follow dress code we do not know who is driver playing with our life
    4.even though ac bus no water given
    5.drop us where driver wishes not traveller where he booked

    Completely dissoppointed in future no booking will be done

      I travelled by sea bird tourists ac semi sleeper bus from belgaum to bangalore on 9th september vide operator pnr no. Ts[protected]ffvl/4733334.
      As per the dropping points showed during booking as also the ticket, it was devegowda petrol bunk at bangalore. However the driver and cleaner got me down at anandrao circle without giving an explanation.
      Really agonised with the service and the way some orher customer was treated while he was to be dropped at jalahalli cross and he was not.

        My self naresh killari,

        I booked ticket on 5th august, 2018 (Pnr[protected] to belgaum from chennai through seabird travels which is unsuccessful.

        I paid the money using pay u money as a payment option, money deducted from my account but ticket not booked.

        The same i informed to your seabird travels, they have told me that it will get credited to my account within 7 working days. (Please count the days).

        I am calling to the number[protected], every time they are telling some story to me and i had given sufficient time to respond. But it is not acceptable. I think your staff are untrained and uneducated.

        Today morning i called to this number [protected] and whatapp by details to this number on 21st, aug, 2018.

        He is telling that i[censored]rgent please come and collect from our office or wait for 10 to 15 days.

        I am frustrated by following you from the day i booked the ticket.

        I hope that the issue will be solved by tomorrow or else i will approach and file a case in consumer court.

        Please do the needful.

          Hello seabird,

          I have cancelled my ticket 1hr less than to 24 hr, my departure time is 9.30pm 11/08/2018. But i have cancelled my ticket on 10/08/2018 8.45pm, in this case my full amount has been deducted as cancellation fee.
          Kindly please refund my amount as per cancellation rules or else i will rise this issue in consumer court.

            cancellation amount refund

            I have cancelled my ticket 30min less than to 24 hr, my departure time is 9.30pm 11/08/2018. But i have cancelled my ticket on 10/08/2018 90:00pm, in this case my full amount has been deducted as cancellation fee.
            Kindly please refund my amount as per cancellation rules or else i will rise this issue in consumer court.
            No travels are charging this huge amount for cancellation other than searbird,

            21st july 2018 i booked seabird seats, money got deducted from my axis bank account but ticket not booked.
            Seabird travels told it will reverse within 7 days but still not reversed. Transaction description inb/[protected]/payu.in/seabird. Account number mahadevi adarsha ([protected]). Still not got reversal of rs.2100. Kindly do the needful as the earliest

              I had taken the below booked bus and at 11.20pm the bus broke down ~20km before kolhapur with the most stupid reason that any driver for long distance bus can give – no diesel.

              They managed to get the required diesel by around 12.30am. Once the diesel was filled, they realised that nothing further happened and that they needed a mechanic. By around 1.30am, a mechanic managed to come empty handed assuming that any bus would have the basic tools required for such scenario, especially when this was a long distance bus (Shirdi to bengaluru).
              The cleaner was running behind each and every lorry that came that way begging for tools to help mechanic investigate the issue. Finally at around 2.30, mechanic confirmed that the bus needs further repair and based on his confirmation drivers called for back up. Already 3hrs gone.

              There were very few ladies and amongst us was a pregnant lady waiting in the middle of nowhere during rainy season in midnight for 7hrs bearing all the wind, coldness and ofcourse the strangers.

              There was 0safety. We tried to call the seabird servicedesk and escalation point of contact as well. None of them were ready to take any ownership and acted with 0 responsibility. Each and every escalation point was asking us to call another number and so on. Ironically we landed calling the first guy.
              The bus was already 1hr late to my stop in pune.
              This is not the first instance that i had with seabird to prove that your inefficiency. Back in april 2016 i had a similar service provided that put my family’s safety at risk.               After 2years, i again booked seabird and the similar thing again happens. No improvement over the years at all. Infact things have worsened from service, safety and accountability perspective. Extremely disappointed.

              Totally i have wasted 8hrs of my time wasting on waiting, had to apply 1day leave and hence loss of pay at work and spend on you stupid bus. What is it that your company going to do about this.
              I have all the required proofs – pics, phone records and email ids of co-passengers who were extremely angry and disappointed.
              I so badly want to give my feedback and share my experience as your service review in all possible website so that no other female's safety or anybody’s safety for that matter

                I’m am pooja mamadapur from belgaum
                I had booked a bus from belgaum to pune that was reporting at 6.45 and the bus will be leavng by 7.00am
                But it’s alredy 8.00 am
                Land the bus hasn’t arrived i have my flight reporting time in pune at 1.30 and this. Ya people after asking wer are you people they switched of the cell and sent an official message saying the bus will get delayed by 1 hour that is by 8.50 this is incorrect

                  Then he asked a bad words and argue with his negligence,,,

                  Totally i hate the bus facility, people and response, so, i can’t travel in your travel and inform to my friends also...

                    I traveled with seabird from hubli to bangalore 2 times. My first travel was sunday night from hubli, according to there arrival time in redbus application was 6 am. But the bus reached bangalore at 8 am. I thought it might be because o[censored]nexpected traffic. I again booked a journey from hubli to bangalore on 26th june 2018 which was a weekday. It was again delayed by 1 and half hour. The reason is bus driver stops the bus where ever people shows hand in order to take them for less money unofficially as the bus was not completely full.

                      We have booked materials on 7th from mysore to chennai value rs3lakhs

                      When asked they told material got lost

                      We booked material from mysore to chennai on 7th june 2018 docket number 2346665.

                      Value of the material is rs3lakhs, we have followed lot of time to reach mysore they told material is in bangalore when reached bangalore office they told they not received any parcel.

                      All are playing drama it is our customer material due to not delivered on time our payments with customer is on hold.

                      We are facing mental tourtre and unable to concentrate on other business.

                      Request you to kindly do the needful which will be very much helpful for us.

                        I booked 3 seat tickets from Abhibus from Mumbai to Bangalore for 12th may.
                        Travel bus operator was Sea bird tourist . My boarding point was Borivali . Seabird operator called me and tols then cannot pick up from Borivali and then I need to go to Kharghar for boarding the bus (Kharghar is 60 kms away from Borivali). I was told too reach at 4pm. Unfortunately the bus got delayed for 7 hours and I was waiting with my old mom and wife in highway road. When I called abhibus they were gently saying bus is coming and the same respond was by seabird tourist guy . Any how the bus arrived and the left 2 window glass was broken of the bus and there was a salotape and cardboard on the side of the window to repair it . I found it risky . After 2 Minutes of boarding the bus breakdown and some liquid was leaking from down of the bus . When the contacted abhibus and told that the bus is not getting repaired I am in middle of the road with my family they said you have started journeu we wont redund and actually I travelled for 2 minutes and was in Kharghar . The whole people travelling in the bus were yelling . some of them who booked from goibibo got refund and they travelled in the next bus . But I was still there waiting and chasing for my refund . But since my family was important to me I took a bus in middle of highway and travelled to bangalore . Now this Abhibus and Seabird guy is asking me for ticket for which I travelled . What would I have done 1 pm at night in middle of the road with my old mom and my wife .
                        I am expecting refund of original ticket which cost is 4100 and 800 for uber charges for source point change . Also I need 3400 more as I paid 7500 cash to other bus to travel to bangalore .
                        In total I need refund of 8300 Rs

                            Try to booking the ticket on 6th of may 18,
                            First time book the tickets nd its not confirm.. Later i book the tickets.. Immediately next day by mistake ticket got cancelled due to technical problem and the same minute i contacted respective customers service for re-book the tickets for same cost and also seat.
                            They are not ready to book for same amount.

                            I wanted to notify you that i am extremely disatisfied with your way of handling customers. As per the reason you have provided.

                            Please help us to reverse my booking cost to respective account as earlist.

                              Issues

                              1. Bus number did not received before boarding.
                              2. Delay in pic up, for asking about it bus operator given irresponsible answer.
                              3. Changed bus at dharwad at midnight. We can't assure womens safety with your bus service. We book single women for safe and direct journey and you peoples are changing bus at midnight.
                              4. The changed bus was very worst quality bus. Full of bad smell and noise.
                              5. Cockroaches were there in bed. I have attahced cockroach pics also for your reference.
                              6. Dropping point we selected is silk board and morning that driver telling bus wont go to silk board again here safety matters because my famly member who was coming to bangalore was new to this city and your driver telling bus wont go to selected dropping point.

                              I have called your one of costomer care he is giving useless reason like bus was damaged we shifted.
                              Dharwad they shifted only half of passengers. And that shifted bus was totally worst. Bas noise not compartable at all.

                                Never in my life m gonna book ticket in seabird buses.. This is my last..
                                They having more than worst service.. I booked a ticket from b'lore to chennai but the ac got broke down after one hour of travel but the bus staffs dint even bother to do alternative arrangement. Its a shame to seabird management and also shame to volvo buses where nothing work perfectly..
                                Its my humble request to all tourist, never ever book tickets in seabird until u want an uncomfortable journey...

                                  Seabird tourists Bangalore city agent are so ridiculous .. did not sent boarding point location neither message nor email... I booked ticket through online using paytm application Dated as on 14 February 2017 from Bangalore to Mangalore . Booked timings is 7.15 pm... boarding location jayanagar 4th block But they shifted to 9.30 pm..., Without any prior confirmation. I called to travel agent on time but they are not responded properly .. it will be so pathetic situation for me. People don't trust this Seabird tourists Bangalore location. Cheap minded tourist agent are working in this office and also travel agent ... They are such a disgusting people in this earth.. this will clearly shows blody Indian cheap rated and third class people are working their office and also their passenger service person. Beware of this kind of third class rated agency are doing cheap business... Blody indians are working in this Seabird tourist office..

                                      I have was traveling from pune to hubli last week, so booked seabird travels. The departure time was 11.55pm and i got message before 1 hour that bus is delay due for one hour due to traffic. This is acceptable for the delay of one hour but when we reach at bus stop then staff told that bus is still late for another hour. At that we lost our patience but still we waited, when bus arrived at bus stop then the time was 2.30am. It was almost 2.5 hours waited for the bus.

                                      And one more worst experience is that the staff at bus stop not allowed at rest room for lady. As i saw there was rest room available. Gents can manage to go outside for toilet but how ladies can manage. At these staff should have common sense and courtesy. Very hopeless staff ever seen.
