Hello seabird,

I have cancelled my ticket 1hr less than to 24 hr, my departure time is 9.30pm 11/08/2018. But i have cancelled my ticket on 10/08/2018 8.45pm, in this case my full amount has been deducted as cancellation fee.
Kindly please refund my amount as per cancellation rules or else i will rise this issue in consumer court.br...

2100 amount deducted from my axis bank account not reversed

21st july 2018 i booked seabird seats, money got deducted from my axis bank account but ticket not booked.
Seabird travels told it will reverse within 7 days but still not reversed. Transaction description inb/[protected]/payu.in/seabird. Account number mahadevi adarsha ([protected]). Still not got reversal of rs.2100. Kindly do the needful as the earliest...

seabird safety concern and backup provision for bus breakdown

I had taken the below booked bus and at 11.20pm the bus broke down ~20km before kolhapur with the most stupid reason that any driver for long distance bus can give – no diesel.

no time management

I traveled with seabird from hubli to bangalore 2 times. My first travel was sunday night from hubli, according to there arrival time in redbus application was 6 am. But the bus reached bangalore at 8 am. I thought it might be because o[censored]nexpected traffic. I again booked a journey from hubli to bangalore on 26th june 2018 which was a weekday. worst travel experience.. no ac.. no customer service

Hi..
Never in my life m gonna book ticket in seabird buses.. This is my last..
They having more than worst service.. I booked a ticket from b'lore to chennai but the ac got broke down after one hour of travel but the bus staffs dint even bother to do alternative arrangement. Its a shame to seabird management and also shame to volvo buses where nothing work perfectly..
Its my humble request to all tourist, never ever book...

worst service. seabird should be ban.

It's very fraudulent to travel with seabird. No one should go with seabird. It was like local bus picking passengers on the way and collecting money with out reservations. The government or any responsible organisation should take immediate action and ban this agency, or else at least warn them to improve their service and be loyal to the passenger....

bus cleanliness

Me and my husband used the 11.00pm seabird service for our travel from coimbatore to bangalore on 7.02.2017. The bus was very unclean. The seats were shabby, bthe curtains were dusty and the window sills had chewed chewing gums stuck on it.. The blankets were stinking so much that we couldn't use it for the entire journey.. Please do some action on the above scenario for better customer service....

fake booking at goa office

We went to the seabird office at panjim, goa and they told us to go to the bus stop assuring us that our booking was confirmed. When we reached the bus stop, the bus conductor said he did not have our booking. After minutes of arguing we went back to the office and the people who acted nice at first and assured us of our booking were now laughing because they had successfully fooled us. It was the worst customer service i have experienced....
