I booked ticket from banglore to hubli through sea bird travels.
It was a worst journey., by 3:30 am near chitradurga bus stops, asking driver 1st told tier punchier, later told boy went to bring some screw (Bolt's) and by 5:00 am telling that jammer problem and not ready to provide contact no. Of office... And later we forced to give him and contacting them, they have arranged bus by 7 am of 30 seats earlier it was 32...
I himself didn't find any seat for me and for another one co-passenger... We seated on floor.
In this sense why we need to book tickets and travel in such worst service travel's.
At last, all these inconvenience i need refund of mine ticket amount.
I hope from your side, you will make good of it.

I have booked bus which is departing at 23:58 from Yaswanthpur bangalore. On day of journey (23/May/2019) they called me and updating your bus changed, that is fine but they arking me report at 11 to 11:30 . we are booking bus as per our convenience. they are changing the bus and timing whenever they want and troubling us.
