poor management

Waste of going with seabird tourist.. Their tickets are overpriced and quality of service is poor. First of all they delay the bus and then they combined the buses in the name of bus breakdown and do not consider providing priority seating for elderly people. If asked the reason they say we are not responsible for online booking made. Such poor management....

I've booked a ticket from Bangalore to Mangalore boarding on 19th in Volvo multi axle through goibibo. My ticket was downgraded to non AC and preponed the journey by 2 hours. cancelled the ticket after misbehaving with customer

I have booked the seabird tourist bus from Bangalore to Hubli on 15th Feb 2019 and my pickup was from Marathalli and in the evening before 2.5 hours sceduled pickup they sent a SMS saying pickup van will not be sent and you have to come to Anandrao circle for boarding the bus. When I called their customer care they are rashly speaking and fought with me and cancelled the ticket without informing me.

non maintenance of time norms

Bus no. 1461 on 13.02.2019 route from bangalore to gokarna left anandrao circle at 11.00 pm and reached gokarna at 11.15 am on 14.02.2019 instead of 8.00 am. There is no technical fault and it is due to inefficiency of driver and carelessness. He was allowing un authorised passengers and luggages which makes uncomforts to authorised passengers. boarding in seater coach bus but ticket booking was for sleeper coach.

The following ticket was booked for a sleeper coach, but the bus boarded was a non ac seater coach which was at a much lower price. I want to claim refund since i had paid the price of sleeper coach seat.

poor service

I booked ticket from banglore to hubli through sea bird travels.
It was a worst journey., by 3:30 am near chitradurga bus stops, asking driver 1st told tier punchier, later told boy went to bring some screw (Bolt's) and by 5:00 am telling that jammer problem and not ready to provide contact no. Of office... And later we forced to give him and contacting them, they have arranged bus by 7 am of 30 seats earlier it was 32...

regarding bus service

I have booked bus from Belgium to Bangalore on 24-11-18 with AC and bus number was given 140. When we reach to pick up point the bus was non AC and when we called Belgium office the officer language was rude and he told this is the bus for your journey a d if you don't want to go, get down from our bus. complaint regarding bus journey

Sea bird tourist bus is not sea bird it's sea cockroach, you will find cockroaches moving around the bus. One of worst journey that i'm experiencing, the window is broken and it's raining heavily as well, water is all pilling over the seat. I'm not even not able to sit on the seat and sleeping is next to impossible in this bus. And soon the passenger can expect bed bugs as well.
Worst bus do not travel in this bus, severe action needs...

actually leakage and customer safety is 0%

On 16/09/18 9.15pm i traveled from belgaum to bangalore in ac multi axel volvo. Bus condition was worst.ac was in leakage condition, continuesly water droplets on seat. And bus battery suddenly sparked in between journey midnight. Horrible experience. There was no safety precautions maintained. No prior check of bus is in good condition or not.
There was no alternative arrangements for bus nor there was solutions for leakage of ac....

I travelled by sea bird tourists ac semi sleeper bus from belgaum to bangalore on 9th september vide operator pnr no. Ts[protected]ffvl/4733334.
As per the dropping points showed during booking as also the ticket, it was devegowda petrol bunk at bangalore. However the driver and cleaner got me down at anandrao circle without giving an explanation.
Really agonised with the service and the way some orher customer was treated...
