Passenger of Ticket no 5174068 travelling from Bangalore to belagavi. I not got pick up vehicle at predifined location and time, once I called customer care, a lady talked very badly and informed me that I will not get pick up vehicle, come to Anadrao circle, else cancel the ticket...
This is not how to deal with customer..
I got real angry..BCS I not got pick up vehicle as well as I put effort to book another vehicle..
I will not once again in my life book ticket from Seabird...and I will inform all my friends and family and every person in my contact that don't book ticket from seabird...don't have any manners..and very bad service

    This bus was travelling from bangalore to kundapura while travelling driver is drinking while driving the bus in one hand in glass in the another hand even the conductor is also drinking with the driver not the passenger so that and he made us wake up other passengers and we are shooting to the driver and driver is not ready to stop the vehicle he is scolding a # and # i will take to the destination and after a big fight he is giving to the another driver that another driver is not able to drive the vehicle.
    The worst but still today i have seen please don't even book seabird bus for any passenger arena customer and customer care also supporting driver and conductor please make sure till you shut down this seabird bus we should be complaining and make this as a big issue

    Hi,

    I have booked bus which is departing at 23:58 from Yaswanthpur bangalore. On day of journey (23/May/2019) they called me and updating your bus changed, that is fine but they arking me report at 11 to 11:30 . we are booking bus as per our convenience. they are changing the bus and timing whenever they want and troubling us.

      This is very bad experience from the seabird travels!!!
      I need my payment back!
      The driver n the staff forced to sleep with a drunk n without ticket!!! In a single bed!!! What's wrong with you people!!
      If you cannot run a organisation please stop it in a good way! I have booked a single bed but this can't be accepted!!

        Busno: ka51b3091 bus

        Serviceno: athani-bgm-hbl-blr - (Ac sleeper) date of journey 7 april seat no 17 lb and 18lb ac not working. And when called to customer care bangalore office person talking rudely.

        My dear seabird team, passenger has all the right to ask for his paid money. How without ac in sealed person can servive???. Atleast learn accept your mistake.

          There is omating on my seat and cleaner cant help about this so i request u to atleast clean your buses before picking passengers' other wise i post it on social media. Its your responsibility to take action on them.

            Kind attention sir/madam, I would like to inform the Driver didn't drop at our dropping point which was mentioned while booking tickets. Hence I would like give a complaint regarding his and cleaner worst behaviour with passengers.             i had booked a ticket from hubli to bangalore on 10.03.2019 and my dropping point was kathriguppe at 7.45AM on 11.03.2019 but the driver dropped us at Anand Rao Circle and he said this is the last point. i asked him to drop me at my dropping point and he didinot respond properly and his behavior was worst with passengers. i need a solution for this issue at the earliest.

              1. Worst attitude of driver i m confused wheather i book a private bus or 3rd class public bus 2. Uncomfortable seats very conjested

                Waste of going with seabird tourist.. Their tickets are overpriced and quality of service is poor. First of all they delay the bus and then they combined the buses in the name of bus breakdown and do not consider providing priority seating for elderly people. If asked the reason they say we are not responsible for online booking made. Such poor management.

                  Hi, i was travelling from panji to blore on 25th feb 2019, bus number 3091
                  Iam suggesting people to not travel with seabird bus it’s completely like scrape type in bus there were many crockroges and ac was not working people can’t able to breathe and able sleep.
                  I dint sleep full night because of crockroges and ac and the driver was very rash driving in speed break he just crossing in full speed.
                  Finally i got very frustrated once i traveled from orange bus, the bus condition and timings was awesome i prefer people to travel on any other buses expect seabird.

                    Hello sir/mam
                    I've booked a ticket from Bangalore to Mangalore boarding on 19th in Volvo multi axle through goibibo. My ticket was downgraded to non AC and preponed the journey by 2 hours. I tried contacting the office in Bangalore. And the response was so very bad. And the person whoever spoke was so rude. Very disappointing. The fault is on your side at least try to be polite. If I am facing any non response to this msg I will have to file a legal complaint.

                      I have booked the seabird tourist bus from Bangalore to Hubli on 15th Feb 2019 and my pickup was from Marathalli and in the evening before 2.5 hours sceduled pickup they sent a SMS saying pickup van will not be sent and you have to come to Anandrao circle for boarding the bus. When I called their customer care they are rashly speaking and fought with me and cancelled the ticket without informing me.
                      When I reached the boarding point Anandrao circle at 11.15pm to board the bus that time they are telling your ticket has been already cancelled and i was stuck in the middle of the night with my wife without any bus. Please take strict action against them to behave properly with customers and this is not first time this happened...this happened many times.

                        Bus no. 1461 on 13.02.2019 route from bangalore to gokarna left anandrao circle at 11.00 pm and reached gokarna at 11.15 am on 14.02.2019 instead of 8.00 am. There is no technical fault and it is due to inefficiency of driver and carelessness. He was allowing un authorised passengers and luggages which makes uncomforts to authorised passengers. Management should take immediate actions on staff for comfort journey to passengers for timely arrival.

                          Hi Had booked tickets on[protected]

                          Travel date[protected] from BLR-PNQ and
                          return ticket[protected] from PNQ-BLR

                          And i had received booking confirmation mail also, the next day[protected] i have received cancellation mail for both tickets,
                          When i called Seabird helpline they said i have cancelled myself.
                          Why would i do that? this trip is very important to me. if i cancelled, why would i call and ask the reason?

                          They just bluffing something on me, they cancelled tickets.
                          and don't have common sense to talk with customer.

                            The following ticket was booked for a sleeper coach, but the bus boarded was a non ac seater coach which was at a much lower price. I want to claim refund since i had paid the price of sleeper coach seat.

                              It was a worst journey., by 3:30 am near chitradurga bus stops, asking driver 1st told tier punchier, later told boy went to bring some screw (Bolt's) and by 5:00 am telling that jammer problem and not ready to provide contact no. Of office... And later we forced to give him and contacting them, they have arranged bus by 7 am of 30 seats earlier it was 32...

                              I himself didn't find any seat for me and for another one co-passenger... We seated on floor.

                              In this sense why we need to book tickets and travel in such worst service travel's.

                              At last, all these inconvenience i need refund of mine ticket amount.

                              I hope from your side, you will make good of it.

                                I have booked bus from Belgium to Bangalore on 24-11-18 with AC and bus number was given 140. When we reach to pick up point the bus was non AC and when we called Belgium office the officer language was rude and he told this is the bus for your journey a d if you don't want to go, get down from our bus. As a passenger this kind of service I have never seen and the non AC via was provided. Kindly resolve the issue and refund my amount immediately or else I will take OT to consumer forum regarding your useless service.

                                Along with me few more passengers were there and they also got same response.

                                  Me and my friend booked ticket for shirdi to bangalore in pune office and we got a message from seabird travels about confirmation of booking tickets for shirdi to bangalore but while we were traveling we got call from the travels in pune office his name is santosh that your ticket as been cancelled you need to pay the amount again through giving paytm number of his to pay the amount and we requested him to give some time but he didn't give us time and ordered us to pay the amount again otherwise you may lose your seats so forcefully pune office worker as taken the amount from us again by giving his paytm number so we are planning to file case against this fraud company sea bird travels and worker in pune office his name santosh an people please don't book any tickets from this travels they are fraud and they give you seats for less price after that they ask you money again so they are big fraud people sea bird travels.

                                  Against pnr4911092 two tickets to sirsi were booked for ac sleeper. Bus arrived was non ac. Even on requesting for blanket no blanket was given and instead the seabird representative misbehaved. Worst service ever.

                                    We are forgetting that we are human beings.

                                    My brother (Who is blind) and nephew was travelling from belgaum to bangalore on 27th october '18, pnr no tgphlbmogvt in sea bird bus.

                                    Its agonize experience (And how can someone behave like this). My brother wanted to go for loo. When my brother approached driver to stop bus for loo, he denied and spoke valgaur language. He insulted my brother for asking to stop. My brother kept requesting urged and begged later but driver didn't bother to listen and kept insulting, in due time my brother pissed in pant.

                                    This was very shameful situation which arrived in my brothers life by the driver. He is very disturbed by people around act so weird and disrespect others urgency

                                    Ill not be quite, will raise this concern in media and file difarmation case against drive and company for embarrassing my brother front of society

                                      Hi team,
                                      I was booking ticket on 16 september 2018 from bangalore to pune and my boarding point was marathali near ]kalamander. At the last moment i got a call from [protected] and that guy was speaking such sarcasting way that today our van is not going to marathali kalamandir to pick you and they advised me to come anand rao circle after long conversation they were not convinced and stick to that point you have to come to anand rao circle which was not possible by me to travel there and finally they told me to cancel the ticket.

                                      As per there word i called to redbus customer care and them to cancel but they told me post confirmation from bus operator (Seabird travel) we will would do the needful. After 2 days they asked me to share the alternative ticket if you have not travel on seabird as a proof as per there requirements i have provided all the details but now your operator still telling i have travel on your bus and not giving the proper confirmation to red bus to refund money.

                                      I would like to request your management to put your concern and do the needful to avoid this discrepancy.

                                      I have faced such a pathartic situation from your bus service.

                                      Looking forward please take on high priority and update me as soon as possible.

                                        I booked ticket from Bangalore to Hospet.
                                        PNR 4792254. KA 30 7894, Travel Dt. 12/10/2018. Why should driver denied to drop at Hospet?
                                        My family traviling from Bangalore to Mumbai as per schedule bus reach to Mumbai vashi at 9:30Am but bus is not reached Pune 10Am. Why you cheating peapole giving worng timing.
