Resolved, amount credited in demat acct. I have inform to sharekhan guy who open my demat acct and help me with this. Offline custoner support is better than online.

    I am having account with sharekhan since 2005. I am from trichy but the account is in chennai, i would like to change the branch from chennai to trichy

      Some 2 years ago, i had opened demat account by the help of marketing person. Since, i was not interested, i was trading.

      But this month, when i'm taking interest in trading, i planned to open demat account with zerodha. But suddendly, i thought why not use sharekhan since i have already account on it. So, to start, i added rs 500 in sharekhan equity account. But suddenly the balance disappear.

      Then, i realize they are some hidden charges and they have looted my balance. I should better use zerodha at rs 200 yearly charges.
      Even, my sharekhan account has basic demat account which have nil charges yet they looted my rs 500. No support during lockdown.

        Dear sir/madam
        Client name :dharmendra kumar jha

        I have transferred rs.5, 000/- from my bank of baroda account (Net banking) to sharekhan demat account held with hdfc bank on 15.05.2020
        Money debited from my bank account but not credited in sharekhan account. I have emailed so many times but received system generated email with assurance we will look into it, but have not found any action on it.

        Transaction reference of the said transaction is barbp[protected] and the copy of the same is attached for your rereference.

        Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

          I transferred 10000 from my bank to sharekhan, however status shows Request failed at bank.
          Please let me know when i will get credit of my 10000 to my bank.

            I am having demat account with sharekhan and customer id - 1604632 and raised a query related yes bank. Share sold from my side and respective amount credited in my account in the month of march 2020 and after that sharekhan purchased a yes bank shares for a sold shares without our notice and they are crediting the shares in my account on may'20. I have raised a query in the month of march'20 and still not resolved yet.

              Hello,
              I transferred 4000 inr in my equity account today
              I placed order for ongc shares of 30 shares at 78.40
              And again sold them all at 78
              Now my balance should show less 12 inr only and i also received message saying equity bill 14.64 so my balance should be 3985
              But it's 3535 inr now
              It's happened previously also i can't see where they deducted so much i am small investor and such hidden charges really discourage me to do any investments.

                Dear Sir,

                1. With reference to the attached e-mail.

                2. I have requested many times to close my demate account as now I am not doing any trading. In past the company has advised me to visit the local sharekhan branch. But I had infomred that I can not visit the branch as now I am shifted out of India, in Italy.

                3. Seeing the statement enclosed in the trailing mail. I noticed the charges for a sum of Rs 944 is outstanding against me. (Rs 472 for Mar and Rs 472 for Apr 2020).

                4. Once again I will request your good office to waive off the imposed charges and close my account immidiately. In case of some documentation required from my side. I can do it online but not in physically presenting to any sharekhan branch.

                5. I will not be responsible for any further charges. For any clarification / verification you can contact me on my mobile number +[protected]. Same number is also available on whats' app.

                6. I wrote mails on email id : [protected]@sharekhan.com and [protected]@sharekhan.com but it jumped and not deliverd i think so. I also tried to call the customer care on +[protected] but even after 15 minutes of hold could not suceed to get connected.

                7. I shall be grateful for your cooperation in the matter.

                    1. I made a transfer using nre account (Federal bank) on[protected]Please check attachment for confirmation)
                    2. I was told i could only make transfer from registered bank account (Which was citi bank account previously. It is a closed account now from the past 1 year)
                    3. The only option i was left with was receive funds back into my account, for which i gave consensus.
                    4. Received confirmation from sharekhan team that reversal was processed
                    5. When i could not find the reversal reflecting in the account, i checked with the bank and they said it might be because by account was a nre account.
                    6. So i sent an email with this clarity and shared nro account details so that you could transfer the funds there.
                    7. I sent the nro account statement today so that you could be assured that there were no funds received there too.

                    The recent update is that they cannot trace my funds! If they could not how did the confirm they initiated refund in the first place.

                    I have been following up from the past 1 month for some clarity. A a nri investor it has become a nightmare for me to followup. Please help.

                      It is very bad to see such kind of attitude from sharekhan for just a single account opening you need more than 1 month and till not my account is open wow ... I don't know why I am going to open account in you company who provide such a bad service... Who don't know how to prove service to customer.

                        money didn't receive in my account

                        I transferred rs.7000/-, my sharekhan account from my sbi account. Eventhough the money has been debited from my sbi account, the sharekhan account doesnt reflect it yet. Even after repeated complainst to customer service, there has been no response from sharekhan. This is absolutely poor customer service. I am not sure if this is another way of making money by these companies....

                          sharekhan delivery handling charges

                          I have sharekhan account #993167, on 09apr2020, i soldsome shares under ledger i'd: sjvnr20200691, which includes all the brokerage charges for the shares purchased, but same day they deducted another inr 253.75 under transaction number dhjnr20200692 saying delivery handing charges for transactions donr on 09apr2020. How they will be extra charge like this, i m a small investor, hidden charges like this are discouraging to do any trading...

                          I can see every month my money is debited from linked bank account but not credited to sharekhan account. Mailed to customer care several times to stop all sips as i dont want to continue with this poor service provider but still money is getting deducted every month. Feeling frustrated and disgusted and will never recommend anyone to open account with them.

                            These people are cheaters. I had transferred rs. 21, 000 via upi to my sharekhan account almost 12 days ago but till date it has not been credited to my account. I have been continuously sending mails on [protected]@sharekhan and [protected]@sharekhan, but these cheaters are least bothered to check and reply. The worst thing is that they have provided me with stupid rms who offer to give me margin instead of crediting my own funds. They say it is a fault from rbi and we cannot do anything.
                            Please never open an account with these #. Iifl is much much better. If needed i can show my call logs, voice recordings as well as mail trails that i had with these cheaters.

                            Someone please help

                                On 27.3.2020 i had transferred rs.11000 from my account in indusind bank to sharekhan using latter's app. Reference no. Is pg/ 8789982 /sharekhan /to sharekhan. This amount is neither credited in my account in sharekhan nor it is reverted to my bank account in indusind bank. I have come to know that such transactions are made through citibank.                                   My customer id is 2252496. There are two issues:

                                  1) i had transferred through imps rs. 60500 on 19.03.2020 but amount credited on 25.03.2020. Due to this, again i had to transfer the fund to avoid adjustment in my equity holding due to non-payment. Complaint to sharekhan but no resolution till date.

                                  2) i had requested on 27.03.2020 for withdrawal of fund rs. 60000 to my bank account which is not yet credited to my bank account.

                                  Very bad experience with sharekhan. More than my problem, people should be aware of this cheater company and avoid to open account with them. They dont respond even through mail when something wrong happen.

                                  I have transferred fund 20000/- on 24/03/2020 from my Bank of India account [protected] through upi mode available in fund transfer link on your trading website. But this amount I still not received in my sharekhan account despite amount has been deducted from my bank account and no reversal of credit received so far into my bank account
                                  Despite my several communcations no one from sharekhan team was able to resolve my issue, hope my fund has been stolen by any staff from my dp account 1484661

                                    Have recently done two transaction from my icici bank account phone pe upi worth rs 20000 (Transaction1:-10000 & transaction2:- 10000) and it got debited from my bank account but not reflect in sharekhan demat account it says "req. Failed at bank" but when i talk to my bank person they said the amount is reached to you so could you please let me know how can i get my money back?
