The balance in sharekhan account is less then actual amount and tell me the reason for deducting my money.

      Dear Team,

      I want to raise an issue against Sharekhan team as I have transferred my Sharekhan Demat Account (Client id[protected] to Zerodha Demat Account. Apart l from I closed my Sharekhan Account as well.

      Since last 1 week I am requesting the Sharekhan Customer service team to send the Date of Purchased and their Purchased amount for all my shares that I have transferred to Zerodha Demat Account from 2014 to 2018 but they are sending me the quantity for those shares only.

      Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

            Penalty is charged due to insufficient margin even after availing EMF facility for which I'm already paying interest to Sharekhan. Moreover no prior intimation has been provided plus Sharekhan Broker already informed me that no extra charges and no penalty will be applied while using EMF facility except the interest applied that too on the excess amount which you will utilise from Sharekhan.

              Dear sir, I wish to transfer few share from my account(sharekhan) to my wifes account(sharekhan). I have opened my account in 2011 and being in a transferable job, I am not able to locate my DIS slip. However my Branch representatives are not very forthcoming in assisting me. I am seriously thinking of selling my complete portfolio and exiting to other better Deemat service providers.

                I am struggling to get my bank details updated for more than 2 months and unable to trade or redeem... So many emails, grievances are ended in vain... I wanted to close sharekhan and atleast move to small brokerage services who are capable to change basic details for their customers

                  My husband had an account with sharekhan and i m 2nd holder. After the death of my husband i shifted to Vadodara, Gujarat and contacted branch here to help me transfer the shares. I am following up with both branches Jamshedpur, Jharkhand and Vadodara, Gujarat but my shares are yet not transferred to my new account. I have submitted all documents and paid all dues. Kindly help me transfer shares to my account.

                    Customer Id 1677517 My bank which is linked with my trading account is merged with PNB bank and now its name IFSC code and Micr code is changed from last 10 days I am trying to reach customer care but response from their side I have deposited documents and form with my nearest branch of sharekhan but after10 days they said that they don't have any updates on this .I need immediate action on this.

                        I had done a NEFT on 11/01/2021 at 7:44 pm.
                        The amount has been debited from my bank account. But the amount as not been credited in my Demat Account. I have attached the screenshot for futher persuance.

                          I've sent my closure form correctly with my signature. It's rejected as signature mismatch. How? They sent me a form on which my signature is. But my signature is same. Do I need to sign like photo copy or what. After so many mails, they replied to contact branch. But it was informed to send the form again. Why do I need to send again. Accept the form I sent close it ASAP

                            My demat and trading account with Sharekhan is 20333437 and 1464653. I have joined a firm in risk division and basis their compliance i have to close all my trading and demat accounts. I have been in touch with the RM of Sharekhan since 25th September 2020 regarding this. i do not have any shares in sharekhan demat and have 4 IFCI lock in bonds only.Since the bonds are under lock in they refused to close my account. i then spoke to deposirtory of IFCI and they gave me time till 31st December to exit the bonds.

                            However since then i have been in touch with your RM almost every day to get my address updated and get a new DIS issued to my address to help me exit the bonds. However it is very disheartening to say that the customer service is very bad at Sharekhan. they take almost 20 days to revert on anything. 5 to 6 days are gone in just understanding the process for simple processes like address updation and DIS issuance. now i am tired because even after checking and verifying my documents and having couriered all the documents to your office and following up every day saying its urgent the ops at the last moment is saying that they are rejecting my application. This process can go on for a year and had it been any other time i would not have complained.

                            But even after telling the RM and sending mails to customer care saying my job is at stake they refused to help me and do anything.

                            Request to please transfer my lock in bonds to my employer's preferred broker and close the account. I can't follow up with the customer care or RM any more.

                              I refer to my friends for demat account in sharekhan but account opening process on online way (SHAREKHAN) it's very worst i thing because I was applying before one month to till date I not received any replay, some Documents are not upload on mobile app (Sharekhan sales)

                                I had transferred INR 2K to my ShareKhan account today through PhonePe UPI. Amount got deducted from my bank account however it didnt get credited to my Sharekhan account. The status is shown as "Req: failed at Bank"

                                  I added 25, 000/- Rupees from Karnataka bank via PhonePe on 23-Dec-2020.
                                  It is giving success message at phonepe end. And I contacted the same to bank and even they told it has reached the merchant ie. Sharekhan. But sharekhan refuses and says status as "Req. failed at bank".
                                  Amount debited from my bank but still not added to Sharekhan Equity account yet. Nor ready to raise refund.
                                  Please see to this ASAP.

                                    I placed request for cash withdrawal
                                    in the morning post which I kept on following with my RM Sunny Soni till late night as I was in very urgent need of funds but that felloe gentlemen did not bother to revert at all and funds nit received in my account despite of his confirmation in the morning and my EMI got returned due to which I will have to pay late fee/Penal interest and emi return charges.
                                    Pl inform who us responsible for it? Why should not I approach to consumer forum for delay in releasing the payment? Why your staff never revert back and it also happened in the past and I had to escalate the issue for change in RM but I only got assurance that it won't happen again but still no improvement.

                                      I am unable to login. Error msg is thrown in as user id / pswd is incorrect though my user id and password entered are 100% correct.

                                      After several attempts, I tried to change password. Got OTP and entered new password and confirmed. But it is not proceeding further. Tried several times. Pls help

                                        Sharekhan team,

                                        This is absolutely disappointing that as withdrawal facility is closed by Sharekhan in their system though RM of Dehradun was requested to open this facility and he asked me that I may request him for withdrawal of money as and when I require.

                                        Now everyday is a new challenge and a new surprise. I still don’t have understand Why Sharekhan has stop my online withdrawal facility? I haven’t got any satisfactory help from your team. It is still existed in the system and without the knowledge of customer and without the permission of customer, why this facility was closed.

                                        I have decided to close my account from Sharekhan, if my grievances are not resolved.
