I have opened DMAT account with Sharekhan in 2017. While opening the account agent told me that first year it's completely free and from second year onwards you need to pay some commission only when you do trading in stocks, also it will be completely free for mutual funds. He didn't mention anything about annual maintenance charges. I have not even used my account for any trading except for 2 mutual funds. Now they have charged me with 1909.98/-. My account was not being in use and was dormant or temporarily blocked. Also, while opening the account, the agent came to my office and asked to do some signatures on document, which doesn't include details of annual maintenance charges. Please waive off my AMC charges and close the account.

    I have sent an email to [protected]@sharekhan to close my demat account but they are not responding my email as well as the relationship manger is not picking up my phone.

      I want to close my account with sharekhan but they are not processing my request so do needful and close my account…
      Eapecially mr.vivek and mr akhilesh which is pitampura branch …They pretend they are busy and there are not closing my account since 2 weeks .i am very frusterated

        There is no solution to withdraw fund to bank account..Relation manager and customer service very much poor...totally frustrated.

          It is a Grievances against Sharekhan Selected Sub-Broker Kalpesh Parikh - On 23-June 2021 I was doing Live Trades on its Software Tradetiger Platform -The TradeTiger gets Hanged Frequently and on a Very Regular Basis - Several Times it gets Hanged in the Past -I had Reported this Grievances to his Employ Mukesh Panchal -But No Permanent Resolution have Happened so far -It Happened out that Between the Midst of LIVE Trade it got Hanged so I Wassup to Mukesh to Immediatedly Resolve this Issue -Several Times I Tried to call him but he never even Bothered to Address my Concerns even when he was Clearly shown Live Online on the wassup -On the other hand During the Live Trades it was very very Sensitive all the Prices got Change of My Stock -so I tried to contact him on another number when he Pick up phone Instead of Resolving My query He was so Rude that " I dont have any other Clients only you are my Client or what - Then I Tried to Reported this Incident to Kalpesh Parikh He is the Owner of this Branch - He was even 4 steps ahead of Mukesh - Since he knew that the fault was at his hand Instead of Acknowlodging the Problem - He started doing Manipulation by choosing wilfully Not to hear my Grievances at all -He was willfully and deliberately not to Listen and give suitable and Appropriate Hearing - His Intentions Will and his Behaviour was not at all Satisfactory and Convincing -His Treatment to me was Unconvincing and very Dissatisfactory -Instead of Arranging the call from I.T Department and Instead of giving an Oppurtunity to be Heard -He started wilfully and Manipulatively Avoiding the Listening and Hearing -When being a Sub-Broker /Owner of Office Kalpesh Parikh himself is like this then you can Judge and Visualise how will be his Employees -This was Disrespectfull Rude and Arrogant Behaviour from him -It was very Dissatisfactory and Mind you this has not happened for first time -Even earlier the similar Practical Experience we had felt - In Short the Feelings The Tone and the Aptitude for Replying and Resolving the Queries were Negative Instaed of Being Positive -Till Date even while writing this Complain Nobody from his side have even Bothered to Resolve my Software Issue -The Customer Service Approach and Attitude is a Big Concern Especially with Kalpesh Parikh.

            Hi,
            On 21 June 2021, I sold one share (settlement no.NSENR2021114) from my account #2838630.In ledger it charged brokerage and also 22.80 rs as delivery handling charges(settlement no.N SENR2021115).I find this extremely high as as a small investor I sold the share at low profit margin and these charges eat up most of it when already I also pay for brokerage.Why such a reputed broker like Sharekhan hides charges and fools investors?

              Hello, I have been trying to reach the sharekhan customer care team to help me with changing my mobile number associated with my account. As the mobile number was lost. I called the team and also wrote a mail from my registered email account. But no support was provided and i can’t even login to my account. It has been weeks I have been trying to get their attention. But no luck

                I am trying to contact to sharekhan customer care through mail and calls, but unable to connect with them. after being on the call for 30minutes to 1 hour also no response from their team. even no reply for mails. I am stuck in between from past 4 months, tried every way to get my query resolved but no response still.

                    I have submitted the documents 5 times as via courier as advised by the Sharekhan agent. Every time document is rejected due to extra information on the application. Agents are not aware of filling the application and guiding customers correctly. Process o[censored]pdating bank details in the depository account is very difficult in sharekhan, due to which I have lost around 10000/- dividends.
                    Not happy with the Sharekhan service. No right...

                    I checked my account statement on 26.05.2021. I was shocked to see that apart from the brokerage, Rs. 24.61 was deducted from my account as a "delivery handling fee". I felt that this amount was taken by mistake. I immediately contacted the minimum brokerage per company transaction. If the brokerage is less than Rs as per the tariff given to the customer. 24.61 per company transaction, Sharekhan takes a differential amount as a delivery handling fee. And while opening a DEMAT account, no such charges were mentioned, you are requested to remove such charges. And never even told about this way of charging in the mail, I have an old account, this type of charge has been charged twice. These are the hidden charges by the grace of this company, which the company is not doing right, they are robbing the investor.
                    Been trading since May 2011, never taken these charges before, Sherkhan 2018 has started taking it now, you are requested that you can not take the charges in this way, you remove.

                    How can a representative of such a large company forget to tell the small investor about the hidden fee. The company will continue to charge delivery handling fees.

                    Sir, I am a small investor who is investing his hard-earned money in the stock market. Sharekhan is acting fraudulently to open accounts of small investors and loot the hard earned money of small investors. Sharekhan representatives are exploiting small investors by making false promises and misinformation.

                    The government is encouraging small investors in India to invest more in equity shares and is launching various schemes to promote small equity investment in the stock market. However, Sharekhan Limited is robbing small investors and reducing the sentiment of small investors. If this fraudulent practice was continued by Sharekhan, small investors would lose confidence in the stock market. This is a matter of serious concern for all [censors].

                    Sharekhan Limited to spread false information, use fraudulent practices to open a demat account and loot the hard earned earnings of small investors.The details given below-- Sharekhan A/c 1549032

                      I AM NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE FOR MY REQUEST TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM MY TRADING ACCOUNT TO MY BANK A/c. The standard Response is " your request can not be considered now, apply later" I have written several letters to Sharekhan and now I am tired of them. I do not want to experience any KARVEY situation as there is no response for my request for transferring my funds. What is the reason for not transferring I my funds.? If anything is to be done by me I am prepared to do that. I want my funds to be transferred to my Banking A/C. All the required bank details are with them.

                        I processed for equity, derivatives, currency, and commodity brokerage account opening online and received the confirmation message from Sharekhan as application update, Account opening complete, Welcome toSharekhan on 22/04/2021 for Pan No. AXGPR1480A Name Regina Sambandam. Subsequent to several unanswered mails the request-id: 4688760, was allotted on 3rd May 2021.

                        I still have not received the user id and Password even after a lapse of 2 weeks after accepting all my application, but continue to get unwanted spamming messages from as quoted below for reference.

                        "We thank you for writing to us.

                        To help us ensure the security of your account and avoid account related information being disclosed to third party, we request you to write to us only from your e-mail ID registered with us.
                        Please feel free to revert in case of any further clarifications in this regards.

                        We assure you best of services at all times and look forward to a long and pleasant association."

                        It is to reinstate that all the correspondence is made through registered mail id only.
                        Just activate my account and send the user id password .

                            I am Krishna Rao Chettipalli and I am long standing customer of Sharekhan Ltd and seldom seek a specific service. My requests are never attended on timeline basis and take their own sweet time to respond.

                            1) Whenever I remit funds in my trading account, credit reflects only next day, on many occasions. I had to follow up for same day credit. It is disgusting.

                            2) Recently, I requested for my CML/ CMR copy which I needed very urgently to initiate a transaction. They took 2 days to attend my request and I lost the chance of a deal.

                            To summarize, these people are callous and lethargic with regard to customer service and unreliable.

                                  I have bought some shares in sharekhan which should result in my account balance to almost zero but thats not the case so I bought some other shares as well which resulted into negative balance of ~ INR 876.35 after couple of days.
                                  Now when I checked in mobile app it was showing -ve balance so I loggedinto website of sharekhan but there it still should be positive balance of INR 32* so using this I bought 2 shares from yes bank to make sure its not negative in my account balance and it even executed my shares.

                                  later on 6th April 21 I got a MOBILE Message saying:

                                  (MOBILE Message[protected].#2120214 : Pls note that Shares worth Rs.876.35 ( YESBANK 57 ) will be sold today during market hrs to clear the pending dues (last 5 days) in your a/c. Pls check our website report/call your RM /[protected] for details Team Sharekhan

                                  MOBILE Message:
                                  [protected].#2120214
                                  : Pls note, Rs. 876.35
                                  is due since 5 days. Pls pay today by 5pm/reduce position to
                                  avoid share sale tomorrow. Ignore the msg if funds are alrdy trfd/stocks are already squared-off. Pls check
                                  our website report/call your RM /[protected] for details Team Sharekhan

                                  Note: The above message is received on 6th April but in message it shows as 5th April.

                                  So I have adjusted the amount into equity 6th April morning hoping no shares will get deducted and it even reflected immediately and I was happy nothing will get withdrawn from account everything will be fine but I received this message on 6th April evening:

                                  MOBILE Message:
                                  EQ trade confirmation for your order(s) executed in a/c #2120214 dated 06/04: YESBANK([protected]@15.65) (avg). Pls write to [protected]@sharekhan.com for queries - Team Sharekhan

                                  I was shocked. now today (7th April) when I check my shares they are withdrawn and my LOSS is 12707 INR.

                                  my average share price at the time they removed was ~52*
                                  they want 57 shares so even in that way it should be 57 * 52 which should be around INR 3000*

                                  There apps don't work properly the same account shows different account balance in mobile and website. I'll attached the images related to this.

                                  So I raise a complaint on SHAREKHAN to add my INR 12707 worth shares back to my portfolio as I have adjusted the balance on the day as per the received notification via SMS before 5 pm.

                                    Yes bank shares, our purchase of shares, paid for is still not being deposited in DMAT ACcount. Several mails are not yielding any positive results, every reply further indicates to the confusion Sharekhan is in.

                                      I had transferred an amount of 75000 rs to my Sharekhan demat account via Google pay. The amount got debited and the transaction was successful from my end but the amount didn't credited on Sharekhan demat account. Igave attached screenshot of transaction details.
