My sharekhan id is S4476F and I start future option trading in this month and noticed that you charged very high brokerage for future and option trading in my account but when I checked the rate on google the rate show different. so request you to please reimburse extra charged brokerage and do the needful. i attached brokerage rates shown on google.

        [protected] को मैने State Bank of India से Sherkhan के Account मे 40000 रुपये transfer किए थे । अभी तक Sherkhan के अकाउंट में पैसे नही आये है । मैने Adviser को बहोत बार फोन किया । मेसेज भी किए । लेकिन वो कोई जवाब नही दे रहे है । मेरा बहोत नुकसान हो रहा है । मै और पैसे sherkhan के Account डालना चाहता हूँ । मगर पैसे transfer नही हो रहे है और Adviser भी जवाब नही दे रहे है I मै अकाउंट बंद करने की सोच रहा हूँ । कृपया जल्दी मेरे problem को solve कीजिए I

        Who is my advisor? I credit 40000 Rupees in Sher Khans account on[protected]. But amount in not submit in Sher Khans account. where is my 40000 rupees ? Reply quickly. Otherwise I complent to SEBI.

          I have given a request for transfer of demat account a month ago.
          Still, they didn't allow transfer.
          They are raising small issues in order to prevent us from closing the account.
          For eg: I had Rs 49 excess in my account. They rejected my closure request saying that I cannot have excess more than Rs 1.
          After that again, I transferred the excess amount and submitted the request again. They said I have to submit hard copies.
          I submitted hard copies twice.
          Now thay say that counter signature across correction is missing.
          Throughout my communication with them, I asked them several times, is there anything I need to submit additionally so that they don't reject my request. Now they are raising small issues.

              I have been following up with sharekhan to close my account (DP[protected] for more than 2 years now. I am not getting any resolution from their customer care about how to transfer delisted shares from my account. I do not have access to my previous residential address. Also my account is completely locked out and sharekhan is expecting me to pay AMC charges. I do not understand as how do I pay charges (which are not even justified since they have suspended my account for more than 2 years now and there is stock/MF in my account), if they keep my account locked. This is very frustrating experience. Neither I can pay remaining balance due to AMC nor sharekhan is helping me close my account. All I want is to close this account with no balance due and get out of this nightmare.

                I am Satish Chalke ( Customer Id - 971759). My demat account became dormant since it was inactive for more than a year. I submitted all the details required to unlock the account to the regional office here in Nasik. My DP profile has been updated with new email Id, bank account and phone number but the KYC details appears to be old. I tried calling customer care several times but not received a single answer. Also I am unable to get any help from the RM as well. Please resolve this issue at the earliest

                  Dear Sir, I am Keval customer ID 1963124 would like to play in future and derivative options through Sharekhan, but the brokerage charges are too high .I am getting Rs 20 per trade option in other brokerage firm, I would like to know weather Sharekhan would provide me the same brokerage as I would like to stick to Sharekhan for trading purpose rather than switching to something else.

                    I sale some share units 10 days before but can't receive amount and I am regularly trying to contact your executive threw call but not get any response. Very poor communication showing by your service.

                        Background:-I had purchased some share in my account and added 25, 000/- from bank. Which are not showing in my account
                        Previously my account had a unrealized p& l of 32000/-, today it was showing -58, 000/- Balance and share puchased was not showing in my DP.
                        Overnight. Balance was reduced by 75, 000/-

                          I transferred 10, 000 from my Kotak bank account to sharekhan account. The money was deducted from my bank but it is not showing in my sharekhan demat account. My demat account dp client id is 85177883.

                          Please help me solve this matter immediately.

                            I am writing on behalf of my mother who holds a demat account with Sharekhan.
                            Straight Away starting with my experiences, it is worst ever with any customer relationship manager. The services are pathetic. Mr Gajender who is currently heading Jodhpur Branch as the original branch manager is on leave.
                            He is threatening the customers, in this case it's me, over phone calls if at all he answers them.
                            I personally called him up 3-4 times on landline number and they are not resolving the issue. I wanted the Jodhpur team to update my kyc and sell out the available stocks and close the account. The account was dormant till last year. This year I activated the account, paid all the maintenance charges for 5 years and updated the kyc. After that I have done 5-6 transactions with updated mobile and kyc. Now due to some system issue, it is not updating details online and showing to contact the local branch. I am not able to do any transactions in my demat account. The details of demat account are attached as screenshots. All the kyc details have been updated online and verified. My father physically went to the local Jodhpur Branch and gave all the required details.
                            When my old father contacted the local branch, the response of the team was pathetic, disappointing and threatening. None of the team is ready to help and they are telling only Mr Gajendra can help. He is such a hell of a rude and impolite threatening person.
                            Request the team to take strict action against the Jodhpur team and educate them how to talk to the customers who are paying money on which the team is earning salary.
                            This is a real harresment of the customers by the Jodhpur Branch.
                            Branch code is 026.
                            I hope some strict actions should be taken against the ill mannered, rude and impolite team members who are threatening the customers on phone calls. This is a case of denial of services, blocking customer money, mental harresment and threatning to the customers.

                              Sir i bought zee entertainment share bought on date 15/09/2021(10 share ) and on date 22/09/2021 (10 share ) total 20share but in my PSR only show 10 quantity due to short delivery not credit in demat and also amount deduct in account till time not resolve please look issue and solve it

                                1)The resports names and on screen data and data getting printed on paper or in pdf does not matches.
                                2)Even very tough to deal with customee care team as they are not equipped and
                                3)No succession panned hence lot frustration while dealing with Sharekhan.
                                4)Never shares escalation matrix.
                                5) very less efficiency in responding
                                6) rude attitude and procrastination

                                  I have sold 25 lakhs of shares on 20th September with clear instructions to send to my bank account.

                                  The employee said he wanted me to remind him.on Friday which is t plus 3 days.

                                  I reminded on Friday and till today 25th September 2021 I have not received funds

                                  I would like same interest and penalty as would have been payable by me if I had defaulted or else I will raise to sebi

                                    I sent Sharekhan Account(Cust ID: 928061) closure form to ShareKhan Head Offfice on 17/09/2021 by Post, same thing I sent mail to customer care with India post TrackID, closure form delivered to Head office on 21/09/2021. Before receiving the closure form, they rejected the request claiming that docs got missed in 19/09/2021.

                                    Questions:
                                    1. If request got rejected why no mail intimation?
                                    2. Whether they are reading mails meant to customer care or not? If yes, how can they close request without receiving request form?
                                    3. there is no grievance mechanism to address, why?
                                    4. App gives the details of relationship manager something and customer care tells something, why?
                                    5. Why they are not accepting request any branch, but claiming you can go to any branch?
                                    6. No proper details in reply except request ID, why?
                                    7. Branch persons are helping with, how file complaint/request?
                                    8. some Customer care personal/relationship manager, not listing to the query and very rude.

                                      I had sold my 50 shares of Linde India on 20/Sept and today is the 2nd day an today i am told that i will get the payment only tomorrow. Why?
                                      Then why have T+ 2 as per SEBI

                                        Amount of SIP deducted from my HDFC Bank account on 13sep'21 but same not credited to my UTI flexicap mutual fund SIP. Nor money returned I have lost interest and money not reversed. Poor fund management.
