I have transferred Rs 21000 from my SBI bank account (Using payment gateway) To sharekhan demat account. And it has been deducted twice from my Bank account. (Ie- 21000 + 21000)
Money is debited twice from my SBI bank account but not credited to my Sharekhan account.
I took followup with my bank they said money has been Transferred from our end.
Its not reflecting in my Sharekhan account nor the money is reversed to bank again.
It seem to be stuck in Gateway process.
Please do take my complain into consideration.

      Dear Concern,

      I have been your customer since long but i thing now you have no value of old customer. my SIP deduction date is 03rd of every month but you have requested the amount from bank before 03 days without informing me. Due to this i have to bank charges because that time i was not have sufficient balance in accounts. For this kind of services i will request you close my account and will make sure no one of mine whom i know may not open demat accounts in Sharekhan.

        Sir, in 2nd Oct, 2021 i paid 5000/- as a booking amt. to purchase "total equity solution" I made an advance booking and selected the option "other payment mode".
        Urvashi madam deals that case.
        then i opened account in sharekhan in online vis phone call from Swati Mandal-Kolkata. She told me about the free class that sharekhan do in every month. so i decided to not purchase the total equity solution course and want the refund of my Rs 5000/-. i want learn the free class in S
        sharekhan. and i want to trade with that 5000/-. afterthat I'll ddcide further. Please refund my harx earned money. i already submitted the cancelled bank cheque and a email defining my reason to not to purchase.

          Dear sharekhan. For the last two years my resident account with sharekhan has been blocked as my status changed to nri and being honest account holder did the mistake of notifying your team. Since then the account has been freezer and we are unable to perform any transaction not close it nor convert it to nri account. We have been running in circles from one branch to other with no proper resolution in sight. Can someone please have a look into this and provide a resolution. Customer id is W157355.               We are having 2 Demat Account with Share Khan, Bhuj Branch since last 5 years & our portfolio is also very decent.

              We are having account in the name of Mrs. Vyapti Vijay Joshi ( Cust ID – 1873226 & DP ID –[protected]& Mr. Vijay G Joshi ( Cust ID – 2478157 & DP ID –[protected] bhuj branch Gujarat.

              It has been known that many old customers have been invited for this seminar and we have received reply that seminar was for the New Customers only.

              Being old customer we were expecting a call or mail for this valued seminar but we have not received any communication resulting we have missed it...

              This mail is given as a complaint for taking care while inviting persons for attending seminars looking to their transactions, Portfolio etc..

                        My sharekhan id is S4476F and I start future option trading in this month and noticed that you charged very high brokerage for future and option trading in my account but when I checked the rate on google the rate show different. so request you to please reimburse extra charged brokerage and do the needful. i attached brokerage rates shown on google.

                                I have given a request for transfer of demat account a month ago.
                                Still, they didn't allow transfer.
                                They are raising small issues in order to prevent us from closing the account.
                                For eg: I had Rs 49 excess in my account. They rejected my closure request saying that I cannot have excess more than Rs 1.
                                After that again, I transferred the excess amount and submitted the request again. They said I have to submit hard copies.
                                I submitted hard copies twice.
                                Now thay say that counter signature across correction is missing.
                                Throughout my communication with them, I asked them several times, is there anything I need to submit additionally so that they don't reject my request. Now they are raising small issues.

                                    I have been following up with sharekhan to close my account (DP[protected] for more than 2 years now. I am not getting any resolution from their customer care about how to transfer delisted shares from my account. I do not have access to my previous residential address. Also my account is completely locked out and sharekhan is expecting me to pay AMC charges. I do not understand as how do I pay charges (which are not even justified since they have suspended my account for more than 2 years now and there is stock/MF in my account), if they keep my account locked. This is very frustrating experience. Neither I can pay remaining balance due to AMC nor sharekhan is helping me close my account. All I want is to close this account with no balance due and get out of this nightmare.
