Hi...

As per instruction of your representative Mr. Bhawani Charan, I sent an email with attachment of a cancelled signed cheque to your representative on his email -id (bhawani.[protected]@branch.sharekhan.com) to update my bank account details but till today there is no update or reply from your side...Now he did not response to my phone call...

    FATCA form - signature mismatch

    Dear Sir,

    ​Please register this as complaint.

    I am a NRI, holding demat account with Sharekhan from 2009

    Name : N.SUDHAKAR BABU

    Customer ID : W75913

    My account is under hold for submission of FATCA Form.

    From last one and half year, I submitted more than 10 FATCA forms, but receiving standard reply '

      I could not reach you over the live chat or call so i am posting here. My transfer of funds from my bank account to my sharekhan equity account has failed with the status "req failed at bank" on 27-Jul-2021 12:03pm However, the funds have been deducted from my bank account. Please help in this asap.

        I have send mail regarding non response from your agent at Churchgate location.Regarding other nearby agent who's office is open during working hours as I want personally to visit but location is not share to me last 1 week I try for.

              Even after furnishing all the details for opening the trading account I have not heard from Share Khan .One Mr Rajshekar from koramangala took the details on 14 th juy . before that Ashwath had taken the details . No resonse from them

                  Hi,

                  With extreme disappointment I am writing this mail that I am getting continuously harassed by your employees while trying to update my Nominee details. For last 1 year I am requesting my RM to process my Nominee details but getting various excuses from his end. Initially I was believing the reasons like lockdown and all that but now it is getting beyond tolerable limit. On 11th July in person I submitted the hard copy form with other ID proof document but till now no one processed it and giving me new excuses like Nominee email id is missing and that is mandatory.

                  Request you to stop harassing me like this otherwise I have to transfer my holdings to other Brokerages, I have total 3 Brokerage account.

                      I have opened DMAT account with Sharekhan in 2017. While opening the account agent told me that first year it's completely free and from second year onwards you need to pay some commission only when you do trading in stocks, also it will be completely free for mutual funds. He didn't mention anything about annual maintenance charges. I have not even used my account for any trading except single share one time in 2017.Now they have claimed AMC charges of INR 1947.48/- May'21 DP Bill. My account was not being in use and was dormant or temporarily blocked. Also, while opening the account, the agent came to my office and asked to do some signatures on document, which doesn't include details of annual maintenance charges. Please waive off my AMC charges and close the account.

                              Its been a year since I submitted my request to close my account. There was an issue and they told to resubmit the form physically. They locked my account and I am unable to login to it. To fill the form I need details which are available only when I log into the portal, as they locked my account I dont have details. I mentioned this issue an year ago, till now there is no resolution of it, I am constantly calling their customer care but no one picked my call. Their customer service is worst, they dont care about customer issue. Since 1 year they are not even trying to reply or resolve my issue. Their competitors are far better in providing service.

                                  I had applied for the Account closure with the equity being transferred to other account with all forms dully filled in the first week of June with no appropriate responses. On June 18th the branch got in touch with me and thru email asking me to close the amount pending for Rs.2604.43, which I did the next day by online transfer. I was awaiting the next formalities for closing but was surprised on 28th June to receive another communication that additional 471.43 has to be paid, for which I had mentioned that earlier amount has been paid already and hence I cannot pay anything more. I had to sell off the equity which I had and unfortunately the amount of 471.43 has been deducted from the equity which was sold and balance transferred to me. I am as yet following up for closure which has not been done and plus I am asking for my 461.43 to be refunded. I have all the communications with me in email including the amount which was requested on 18th June.
