I am a NRI, holding demat account with Sharekhan from 2009

My account is under hold for submission of FATCA Form.

From last one and half year, I submitted more than 10 FATCA forms, but receiving standard reply '
'signature mismatch...

I am an ex employee of Sharekhan. I need to withdraw my PF funds. I have no response from them to guide me....

I could not reach you over the live chat or call so i am posting here. My transfer of funds from my bank account to my sharekhan equity account has failed with the status "req failed at bank" on 27-Jul-2021 12:03pm However, the funds have been deducted from my bank account. Please help in this asap.

I have send mail regarding non response from your agent at Churchgate location.Regarding other nearby agent who's office is open during working hours as I want personally to visit but location is not share to me last 1 week I try for....

I am your demat and trading account holder last 3 to 4year. But don't have any nomination at the time of opening in my demat account. I have contacted my relationship manager in this matter but no solution.

Please help me to add Nominee in my account otherwise I will switch my account to other brokers.

I have opened DMAT account with Sharekhan in 2017. While opening the account agent told me that first year it's completely free and from second year onwards you need to pay some commission only when you do trading in stocks, also it will be completely free for mutual funds. He didn't mention anything about annual maintenance charges. I have not even used my account for any trading except single share one time in 2017.Now they have claimed...

Worst service, no response from relationship manager, no help provided so need to close the account...

Very much bad services and cheaters, I have closed my account long back with all the formalities and today I am getting surprised to see AMC charges demand from Sharekhan...

Its been a year since I submitted my request to close my account. There was an issue and they told to resubmit the form physically. They locked my account and I am unable to login to it. To fill the form I need details which are available only when I log into the portal, as they locked my account I dont have details. I had applied for the Account closure with the equity being transferred to other account with all forms dully filled in the first week of June with no appropriate responses.
