I got a call from shine services for job services. Initially they have asked me to pay an amount of 4227/- for services. I have asked them before paying that any other payment required after this. They said no need pay anything else. So I have paid the amount. The next day one more guy named Shiva from shine team called me and asked me to pay 5899/- for resume and some other services. I have asked him to drop a mail with the details. He denied it. Here also I have asked him that do I have to pay anything after this. He said no need to pay sir it is the last payment. So i have paid. After this he asked me to pay 10344/-. I asked him that you have said this is the last payment that you have to pay when I'm doing the last payment. He said no sir you have pay this otherwise your resume will not be processed if you don't pay this. I have asked same thing like do I have to pay anything after this. He said no need to pay anything again. I have paid and after the payment he again asked me to pay 16519/-. I was in shock and shouted at him and said I will not pay this. He said that your resume will not be processed if you don't pay this. I want my money back because they have not informed initially about all this payment although I have asked repeatedly many times to them. Money is not coming freely to anyone. I'm doing lot of hard work to earn that money. Please help me in getting my money back.

    Today i gone for job interview bhandup near by bhandup station west bmc building 4 floor 404 room no. I had interview then she asking me for pay 950 rs for training fess. This money is refundable after 1 mth when u get salary. But i directly say no to her then she said atleast u can pay 100 rs for our confirmation & remaining money u can pay tomorrow. Tomorrow trainer also coming so i pay 100 rs but she didn't give me receipt. & before interview she call me a serval times & when i had the interview & call her & i ask her what is ur company name she cut my call & again i call her she didn't pick my call also. This is my first & worst experience about this. Guys we r searching for job for money not to pay fraud people. Jo aaj mere saath huva vo aap k saat nhi hona chahiye hai.

      Initially i have got a call from shine.com and they informed me to pay rs 4227 for life time job service and after 2 days i have got another call from abhimanyu mobile number: [protected] from shine and he said to continue service from shine i have to pay rs 6000
      Extra.
      I said i cant pay any more they he said i will not be getting any service from shine going forward.
      Please help me to get my initial amount i have paid rs 4227

        I had a really bad experience dealing with shine team. It was an complete ordeal. Employees working at shine behave very bad with customers and i was duped of my money as they are not offering what they promised and treated me very badly

        1. I was contacted by shine and was offered "improved visibility package".in which i was told that experts will be working along with me to sharpen my resume after which it will be floated/highlighted and i was asked to send the present resume. Which i did. To my surprise without any discussion my resume was already sent to 1000+ consultants (When i purchased the same package from naukri, their people worked with me on the resume and when i was satisfied it was then only floated. Such a big miss. The have sent my resume to all! Without asking me (Which you promised) and without updating it as per industry needs
        2. Shine learning company has hired completely unprofessional people in their sales team. I was sold the package and my call was then transferred to 'rajni sharma"in the sales team. She sent me a new package and told me to purchase it. When i denied she became"irate"!!! She started scolding me really for not purchasing the package. A customer who has paid rs 5000/ is being scolded for not purchasing another offer. I felt upset over it as i am looking for a job now.

          I got a call from swati sharma, is she employed. Then call was diverted to suresh nigam, i was not ready to register today due to poor network, but he insisted. Furthermore he promised interview on 11th feb and urgency to fulfill all formalities.

          I did all and i paid all the fees by hdfc credit card..

          I was to get all details by mail by evening, nothing came as of now at 10.15 pm.

          Send messages over phone. But no reply..

          I have few questions to ask

          Is naukriadmin is your part of your portal?
          Secondly, have you empowered your employees to rope in people casually for senior position.

          Thirdly, i guess, if this has been a fraudulent case, then is your website is protected with adequate security.

          I tried to call up your customer service no since evening and there has been no call so far even after leaving a message...

          I need honest answer and need my money back..

            Ever since i updated shine.com, i am getting calls frequently for getting into paid membership.

            I am fed up and blocking numbers as its gets when i am at work or meeting.
            I have informed 1000 times i do not want to be a paid membership.

            Today a girl from shine.com called me and humiliated me stating "if you dont want to be a paid member, why you created your profile? Why dont you delete it because you keep saying not interested. She was not ready to listen me and talked unprofessionally. Her number was -[protected] true caller name was showing - thane service office.
            She said she knows how to block my profile in shine.com.

            Is this the way you train your representatives???

            Is it necessary to be a paid member to be in shine.com? None of the other sites ask for the same and nor anyone shouted like this. Height o[censored]nprofessional ism.

            I will let the entire world know about your behavior through media/twitter and so on.

              Company ask me to pay 21500 rs fr my job process by small amounts... By 3 to 4 times... Bt at 1st day call they said me within 24 hrs they will return... Money if process is canceled... Bt i did not receive still.. The person name s mr. Rohan senior hr at shine... Now if i try to get update he s not answering me... He ask money for hdfc bank account executive job position...                 Hi there, i purchased a vskills course from shine.com for the six sigma green belt certification. The sales person told me that in addition to course i will be given a service of resume display. After payment last week, however there has been no response from shine. I had contacted initially vskills.com thinking that they have not created user id and password. However they confirmed that they have not received any communication from shine.com. Shine is not responding even after sharing the performa invoice or payment confirmation.

                  I got call from shine regarding job services. Initially they have asked me to pay amount 4331/- for services. I have asked him that any other payment will be required but they have told me that no other payment required to pay. I have paid 4331/-. After that they have ask me to pay rs. 6045.24/- & rs 10446.71/-.
                  I have paid this amount also. Now they are asking me to pay 16667/- which i have refused to pay.
                  I want my money back because company has not informed initially about all this payment although i have asked repeatedly many times to them.. Please take legal action against shine.

Company was rejected my profile due to Job Agreement process. As per your firm instruction if not provide employment amount will be refunded to customer account with in 15 days.                       First i received a call and may i 2000 for registration amount also i paid 2000 rs and once day ago i received my reference id or nuber and my telephonic interview arrange tha i join interview and he says yours selection is conform but once more he says abhi he paid a 4800 rupees ok then second time i paid a 4800 rs. And important bat he says first amounts and second amount is refundable amount. And then i have no no no no job and no no recieve my refund. So sir please think about me may i very upsate and sir please help me. And my problem is solved and my payment is refund in my hand or account. Please sir quickly my problem is solved it. Plz plz plz.

                        The person who called me is Karan Sharma and told he will get a job and he told to pay 3000rs first which is refundable and I payed and the interview round is done and I was selected then he told u have to pay 5000 so I told I do want refund the money back and he said ok I shared my account details know he is not picking the call
                        If he will not refund the money means I know what to do this shine.com many students have been registered right even I am a student what I can do..within 2 days the money should be Refunded

                          I had a call from shine.com [protected] one lady talk.. Are you looking for a job and said about the job in singapore. She said to pay rs.5795/- registration fee and verification charge rs.6372/- paid and again she said to pay rs.5074/-this is for education background checking and am asked apart from this any other required to pay. She said"no". And again she said to pay rs.9399/-. This time, i said no and asked to give my money back and suddenly she said there is no refund policy in shine.com.

Mohan rao as i am job aspirant and i regularly surf between the websites like shine, naukri, glassdoor etc, while i was surfing between the websites i came across a job relating to the banking operations in the website shine.com and (https://www.shine.com/myshine/job-search/future-info-solution-openings?rect=693... and this is the link i go through and contacted a person called shristi -[protected] and aditya -[protected] and they conducted telephonic interview and i felt that it is original and unfortunately i paid money to them please consider my complaint and resolve it as soon as possible

                                I got call from shine management... The person who talked to me is vaibhav ([protected]).
                                He said that my profile is shortlisted in wipro technologies and arranged one telephonic interview.. For that he asked me to pay (1050+3850+7500). Then he told that i'm selected in wipro & sent the confirmation letter.. For that he asked me to pay 16200. And he told to contact his prm (Papu kumar)-[protected].. He asked me for preferred location.. To get that he told me to pay 17400.. After that final amount 12200 to get hr details. He didn't give me hr details.. And his phone is switched off... Kindly refund my amount 58200

                                  This is deepika.. I got call from your management his name is vaibhav ([protected]). He the told that my resume vlis shortlisted in wipro and asked my documents to mail to resume. [protected]@job4u.com.. I mailed they conducted one telephonic interview. He asked me to pay (1050+3850+7500) for job opportunity. After he said to contact to his prm papu kumar ([protected]). He sent me the confirmation email for that he asked me to pay 16200 and for location & allowance17400. Every time he is saying this the last and again asking me to pay.. And finally he said to pay full & final amount of 12200. After that he said he will say that the hr details to contact wipro technologies but his phone is switched off.. Now please help me in this situation to get back my money of total 58200

                                    I am manash chowdhury, i was registered my self in shine.com jobs on 28.01.2019. First i got a call from desk executive to pay rs.4248/- for registration of job on the move (Proforma invoice id - in20190128_170696). I did that after that this executive transferred my call to some senior executive, senior executive told me that my profile may selected for tata, l&t and others reputed company at your native place if i will certfied by six sigma green belt certification courses then i believed the same ask him is there no others payment mode, he says nothing and he forces to pay the amount then i paid an amount of rs. 14573/- (Proforma invoice id - in20190128_170755) after paid this amount he again force me to pay another amount of rs. 17936/- (Proforma invoice id - in20190128_170767) for six sigma yellow belt certification that effects my resume for up to mark. I think after paid more than 20k if all processed cancelled by him then it will total loss, then i assured him that no others payment can be done by me and you are the solely responsible for my job recruitment otherwise any fraudant situation may occur then i go for complaint against you, i told him that this one is the last amount he said yes, then i said ok and paid that amount also. After that he again charged an amount of rs.40, 000/- for activation the account and referred the job details. I denied for that and told him sir this was not the right way to work. I told him plz refund my money back which i was paid he said the amount is not refunded. Then i request him to help me to conducting the six sigma courses which payment was already given, but no response from him, when i called him he just forces me to pay the rs. 40000/-. I have already paid rs. 36, 757/- to shine.com but no postive response getting from his end, i decided to get my money back and close the all service which shine.com will be provided.

                                    Sir plz tell me which company takes money for conducting interview. I know that consulting companies charge some amount for registration. But that experience of mine was not good. My all reference id are given below:
                                    1. Job on the move (Proforma invoice id - in20190128_170696) - rs. 4248/-
                                    2. Six sigma green belt training course (Proforma invoice id - in20190128_170755) - rs. 14573/-
                                    3. Six sigma yellow belt training course (Proforma invoice id - in20190128_170767) - rs. 17936/-
                                    Total amount of rs. 36, 757/-
                                    On today one of representative of shine.com called me and told me that if you are willing to refund the amount then login to naukriadmin.com and go to cart and pay an amount of rs. 10, 000/- as account closure charges amount and if i will not pay this amount then no refund to be proceed from shine.com.

                                    Dear sir, it is my humble request you kindly give me a solution to refund my money back and i dont want any job from shine.com side.

When I told him that mentioned the all details regarding refund on revert my complaint email then he ignored the same. Sir, would you like to tell me How can I believe him. Kindly go through the process and refund my money back at the earliest. I am waiting for your reply.

                                    It is regret to state that I am again received one call on today from an executive represents as shine.com and demands money for job providation, Sir, would you like to tell me why should I give money to get a job? Is that my qualifications certificate are valueless, For their this type of demanding money, I am strictly decided that shine.com please close my profile and refund my money back at the earliest. Kindly noted, the certification courses that shine.com are provided, I am still neither any log in shine.com six sigma portal nor, any exam proceed from my end. I do not want any help or service from Shine.com. Waiting for your positive favourable reply.

                                      I have got a call from shine.com who's name is Diya([protected])who told me to pay 2500 for attepting an interview call from L and T company.i[censored]r selected or not ur money will be refundable within 1 to 2 hrs.And after i got selected directly into training sector, they told me to pay 7, 500 .At that time i got to know that its a fraud thing.Getting mails from [protected]@asia.com. Please take an action on this people.Because cheating people also leads to crime.Hope u got my point and make my money refundable.

                                        I purchased a job posting to try the services online, the customer executive Pranjal said that he'll not help as it is online purchase but next day he called to take database for which they did gave free trial. My job posting is yet not live, yesterday I called them, they said because of technical glitch they're not activating any job posting from past few days. I wanted to take more services but how I can proceed with such a pathetic service. I wish of they can activate my job posting and I can see if they're response is as bad as there database.
