Dear Madam/ Sir,

On 28/08/2018 i received the call from shine.com executive DHEERAJ OJHA
( email : d.[protected]@shine.com ; phone no: [protected]) and informed me about job service where they will conduct me interview with well know companies, and it cost 3000 INR. once i paid the 3000 INR, he request me to talk to his Sr. Executive SHIVA ( phone no : [protected]) and he will start the process saying with out informing me the total charges. once shiva started the process he asked me to pay 4944 INR once i proceeded with mentioned amount he again asked me to pay 5796 INR saying its a last charge, once again i proceeded with the mentioned amount.
and again he asked me to pay 10000 INR. when i denied to pay 10000 and asked him to stop the process and refund the money, he saying he can't refund the amount and asked me to pay 10000 INR or i will loss my total money paid.

the above executives of shine.com has not mentioned the total amount even after i request them to tell me the total amount before starting the process.

total of Rs.13740 i have payed and now i don't want to proceed further and request you to please stop the process and refund the total amount of 13740 /- on urgent basis.

I have paid to shine.com for new jobs searching purpose and they charged an amount of rs.20632/- on various reasons, but still i have not got any job and any offers from shine.com.

First they have started for rs.3000/- servicing and paid on 21.09.2018, on 24.09.18 rs.7458, on 26.09.18 rs.7399+2775

Sir,
I have complaint against shine.com. On 21.01.2018 i had a call from shine department and he told me that he is refunding my 2000 rs which was submitted by me for job but they couldn't provide me job and i had complained about it 1 year ago. So that he told me that amount is refunding in my bank account so i gave him my bank details. After that they asked me to submit 500 rs for refund charges and which are also refundable. So i had submitted it again they asked me for 900 rs as inter bank charges and again 1100 rs for rbi transaction charges and again 1500 rs for gst charges. I was such a fool, so i had submitted all amount. And every time they said it was last amount or this is final amount. And whole amount is refundable. When i asked them to refund my money then they agagin asked me for 1800 rs for imps charges. But i didn't submit this amount. And they are calling me regular and asked me for the charges.
I had cheated or lost my 6000/- against shine.com.

Got a call from shine. For job opportunities asked me to pay rs. 4600. I have initiated the payment but due to network problem payment was declined. After that the so called hr started scolding and harassing me for not making payment. Then called her again and taught her manners and behavior in the best way i can. Such websites should be shutdown who ask money for giving job.

On 7th of january i registered on shine.com to look up for jobs, and that very morning i received a call from one of the executive of it who asked me for 550 rs which was going to be refunded back in 48 hours for a job in surya electronics. No doubt i got the call letter from the company but the money that was supposed to be returned is still pending, and now, the girl (Executive named aisha [protected], surya. [protected]@gmail.com) there is refusing to take my calls.

From they have taken 4500+9500+20000+25000 regarding registration+verification+security deposit+visa deposit. Their names are surbi, arjun, preethi and priya. Please refund my money back. So, freinds don't believe these type of recruiter's.

Sirji, my name is jp. I have received a call from shine.com named arpita das saying that, are you searching for job. I said yes. If you pay fees of rs.2709/- 15/12/2017 (Which is refundable) will provide job placement. I have paid and received a call from piyus kohli of shine.com saying that i will looking your profile. And they have taken amount for the purpose like, resume, verification, letter, job application, job verification, joining offering letter, gate pass, bond, refund file charges etc. Like that i have paid total amount rs.13, 07, 495/- from 15/12/2017 to 19/09/2018 online money to various account. When i said i don't have money they told me that madam take hand loan will refund you this amount. And i have done also. Now when i am calling them, there mobile is switch off and they not reply for mail also.

Shine.com is a fake job site, posting jobs which are not advertised by the firm,
they conduct fake interviews, coax customers to fill in forms online, and try and get an OTP from the customer sent to their phone, .
they say they have jobs in UAE, Canada, Singapore, and mention that the job pay is 40 lakhs per month,

The shine.com website called me and said me that "you are selected for job in axis bank and you have to pay 1500/- for verification". Then after this they provide me verification letter on my email and then they again asked me for 4520/- amount... And i paid... But today on 17 january 2019 they again called me that for your joining letter confirmation you have to pay 7500/- and rest 7500/- will be paid by their company i. E shine.com.
I request you all please help me... Refund my amount 😢😭😭😭😭

This is to bring to your notice that I, Somrita Ghosh have registered myself with platform for seeking good job opportunities by paying Rs. 4696 to which I was then connected to Dheeraj Ojha, who asked me about my past work description, salary structure, notice period etc. He then told me that an executive will call me and inform me regarding how my CV would be enhanced for recruiters to get noticed. He then called me and started explaining me about things that I could hardly understand and kept on charging me forcibly for different CV enhancement links to make payments. I even denied several times but he kept on coercing me to make payments and every time and for every other transaction toon link the value got increased. It was when during the last proforma I noticed, that the amount to be paid was huge n I denied payment because it was around Rs 24779 that was when I requested them to block my account and refund my money to which they denied on the basis that you have no refund policy. How on earth can Shine.com forcefully make someone pay to which your client cannot afford and then claim no refund policy first and secondly without any prior payment or cost structure clarifications or information for CV enhancements to the client or job seeker, can they implement proforma Invoice one after another without even asking whether that person would be able to pay that amount or not. So since I have myself paid an amount of Rs. 40000 (approx), I requested them to refund the said amount within to which they denied.I want full refund of the amount paid as soon as possible. Because this whole process was misleading from the very beginning without clearly describing the amount to be paid at the very beginning. Otherwise I would have rejected payment at the very beginning.

My name is tarakranjan gupta and today i made a call to shine and showed interest for the paid services. I was told by mr abhimanyu that there is a annual fee of rs 4699. He explained me the features of the paid services and steps of the process. After that my request was transferred to mr abhimanyu who told me that there are further steps to initiate the process. I was asked to pay verification fees of rs 6800. He kept on telling me the next steps of the services but in the entire conversation none of the executive told me the that every next step is payment based and there is a no choice to opt out.

I m gopal krishan. I got call from rohit sharma from shine.com as he told me. As per him my cv got shortlisted in hul (Hindustan unilever) baddi himachal for sr. Engineer post in production deptt. Then he charged 2985/- for registration with shine.com. Then he transferred my call to female hr personal so called working in shine.com. First she asked me to make transaction of 7000/- for job applying. Then after sometime she again demanded for 10500/- for document verification process. That i paid. But that was not end. After sometimes she again asked me to deposit 25000/- for security purposes as per hul company norms. That also i paid. Then she told me to deposit 18000/- for other purpose. I have full transaction record as well. Then she forwarded my call to so called hul sr hr manager. He told me that he will definitely hire me but for that we have to open your icici bank account in hul. For that you have to pay 25000/- in the account. But denied for doing the same. Then she told me that all the things are done and confirmed for your job. But i think they had already taken huge amount (61000/-) from me. I want justice and want to refund my money. Only thing i got in my mail is verification forms from ip address [protected]@consultants.com. Plz refund my money asap.

Updated by GOPAL17feb Dear sir/madam, my complaint has not been resolved yet. By using the name of shine. Com, [protected]@consultants.com had taken huge amount from me to provide me job in Hindustan Unilever but after paying 63485/- they again demanded 25000/- for opening account in ICICI bank with HUL. I have already lodged complaint in cyber crime cell against the scammers. Plz help me out in refunding my money.
