I'm persuing bca final sem. I got a call yesterday morning by 10:47am from this number +[protected] by a staff from shine.com saying me that my cv got shortlisted for an interview for the company tech mahindra, and its only a round i. E telephone the hr of that company would directly contact me and ask questions. And if i'm selected the salary will be from 32k... And also he said that he will provide me those portions such that the interview would be more easy. And there is 80-90% of sure about the job.. But only if i pay 3000 to shine.com via net banking.. And once i denied he started abusing me..in an ill mannered very rude.. Also he said me that he wouldn't allow me to get placed in any of mnc companies...

    I m looking forward to file a complaint on 420 ipc section
    Should i add shine.com too while filing a complaint or tht zill management is only responsible

Also, We advertise this on our own newspaper Hindustan Times. Please file a complaint with your bank to get a charge back and ask them to blacklist the merchant who made this transaction.

      Shine representative mr. Sonu rawal has called me on 28th feb 2019 called me with the [protected] number regarding paid services in shine.com. He explained to me that i will sure get a job with a good hike i. E., min 40% and will get immediate interview calls once i pay ₹ 3, 000. I paid immediately because i am looking for a good opportunity. But the next day i got a call from shine representative, mr. Raj kishore called me with the [protected] number and said "we verified your information and cv, basis on this you have to pay another ₹10, 000 for getting all the services". I was surprised and asked "i already paid the amount and why i have to pay extra". Then he said it is like a initial payment and to activate all the services you have to pay ₹ 10, 000". I have told them why you have not given the same information before paying the ₹ 3, 000. Then he blamed me as a money minded person, shouted on me and forcing me to pay ₹ 10, 000. He saying continuously that i am a money minded person that is the reason i am not paying the remaining amount of ₹10, 000 for my career opportunities. I asked them to refund the ₹3, 000 since i have not used any service and not convinced the way they are treating with me. He is continuously blaming me that i am a money minded person so i cut the call by saying that hindustan times limited is fraud since they are saying from beginning to attract customers that they are the group of hindustan times limited and they are in the media for 90+ years. After few minutes again mr. Raj kishore called me, and said"how dare you to call hindustan times limited is a fraud company". I have taken that as a threatening call from shine.com and behavioral issue in the management since he is saying that he is the head of shine.com. And not allowed me to speak to their superiors. He verbally abused me as a psychopath because i have not made the payment and asking all the questions. He agreed that their team has not given proper information on the additional pay before i paid the initial amount ₹3, 000. Then as a compensation i asked for the refund and not willing to continue the services. He refused. They are saying that i am not a customer of them since i have not made ₹10, 000 for the further payment.

      I have recorded all the above conversation in my phone call. If required i can provide the same.

      I am raising this compliant on 4 things:
      1. Verbal abuse on customer.
      2. False information to customer.
      3. Forcing the customer on paying more money even he is not willing to pay.
      4. Threatening the customer.

      Customer support is not even responding even after raised the request 10 days back. Worst service to the customer. Simply put an automated mail and leave the customers on their own. Just for money sake you are running the company not to support the customer.

        One girl from shine.com miss ruhi sharma she calle me regarding job in hospital in lucknow and she first ask for registration fee 1500 i gave it and next day she ask for training fee 15500 and when i am unable to paid because of server issue she harres me that company will take action against you. When i told her that server is down then she ask me for otp that her company will complete transaction she repeatedly call me every 5 min for payment.

          ‭+[protected]‬ from this number i had got a call regarding job in bangalore he took as registration fees of 1750 and got a fake interview call then told as got selected for job then for further process of documents varifaction he is telling charge of 4000 so as shine.com don’t charge for any process so i came to know that this is fraud call and he wants to take money from me. This is totally fraud did for me. I request action should be taken for this.

            I received a call from rajender singh on the paid service for life time access and resume highlight for 6 months. And also told that my profile is very much suitable for the current open position for mncs they have referral advantage. I believed and paid sum of rs.3571. After 30mins i received a call from a person atul who was discussing about resume service and linkedin updates. I was told that if i don't pay inr15000 thousand i wont get a call for the service i have paid for. I told that i don't have 15000 for payments, please support with the service as promised. He answered arrogantly that i wont receive a call and later i should not blame shine for that. I understood that i was fooled by saying inappropriate details. I want to take this to legal about the fraudulent activities. They are cheating the job seekers with false information and taking advantage of their situation.

            After sharing the requested details 3 days back, did not even receive a call to clarify the statements made. This is like cheating after taking the money. I have been asked to pay inr 3571 which I find to be higher than the normal charges. I have not taken any service after payments, I don't think there should be any challenge in refunding my payment.

              Dear sir/ma'am, yesterday i got a call from an employee of shine.com named nitin chaudhary ([protected]). Who claimed to creditmy refund of rs.90000 on the same day by evening just befor that i have to pay amount of rs.5800 which were interbanking charges. I refused him a lot but he was asking to trust me and send the reciept on his email ([protected]@gmail.com). I did so but now his number is switched off and i did not recieve any refund. I want you to take strict action on such company's employees and also if possible please concieve my refund on my account.

                Dear team last week i received one call form one person and he introduced him self as shine executive and he said shine is created one career service and that will ensure ur cv quality as well as my name will display in top list later further i asked for abroad job opportunity and they said they do offer that and another guy called me on next day his name is puran singh and he sent some link and in that they asked me to pay 5800 but i denied but some how he convinced me and i paid through my debit card and later he said i will get one executive who will particularly handle my account same thing i received call and he explained me about process and later he also sent one link in that it was mentioned i supposed pay 9600 and he argued with me like supposed to pay today only or else my further process will get stuck so i asked some documents and he sent that also but still i have doubt with this process so please help me out weather this is genuine or not i attached all documents which he sent to me

                Dear Team,

                I am surprised the way Shine learning team has miscommunicated and taken me money

                First Mr Kartik calls up and discussed my profile, after which he confirmed that I need to pay 3992 for profile boosting and job assistance, which I did.

                Later I received call from Mr Shivam who said that Rs 3992 was only for Registration and I need to pay Rs 8337 for Job assistance services to start. I was surprised that how come a Hindustan Times group company process and people are working. I took Kartik on Concall with Shivam where Kartik confirmed that he didn't knew that more money and steps are pending. Me Shivam convinced me of Professional services in Job assistance and profile and I was asked to pay while he was on call on other line so that things could start immediately. Anyhow Shivam convinced me that this is last payment and I will be given good services, so I paid.
                Just as I confirmed on call to Shivam that I have paid, he said that please check I have sent another link for payment of 17700/- which is towards Job and Interview Assistance, I was shocked how come within a few minutes Shivam can change his words.

                When I got angry he asked me to speak to his team leader Pooja who anyhow started the same words which Shivam had done to convince me for paying 8337/-.

                According to her 8337 is for Verification and online assessment and if I don't pay 17700 then my 3992+8337/- will go in vain as that is for registration, online assessment and Verification and they have no refund policy. She said they work on CRM and next step requirements can't be know until a step gets finished, really ??

                Don't you have a process knowledge or training given ?

                Really a learning experience for me .

                  On first day i had word with the representative named mr shariq.in the call we both agreed to pay 4248/- inr. With this payment he committed to get a expert call to me and provide a companies link where i can directly apply in the company. And for this i do not pay any extra charges. But when the expert call me. He said that i have to pay 15000/- inr or my 6 sigma certificate, resume creation, and linkdin profile. I clearly ask him how much money i have to pay you. He said 15000/- and you will get smile on my face after 7 days when you get your job. He did't mention that there will be again extra charges after paying 15 k to shin.com. I already told him that mr shariq says that after paying 4248/- i did'nt have to pay any extra charges.. So same thing i dont want to see this. He says pay 15k and then yo can see result within 7 days. But when i pay, he again send me 22000/- invoice for six sigma certification. And when i refuse he says. He will create onl resume in 15k. So i said stop this. He says go file a case on him if i can. So i only want a solution and my paymnt because its 2-3 hours just from now from this whole conversation. Pls help me out for solving this.

                      I had been sold shine services with subject line order number with wrong commitment on 25th feb 2019. I paid rs 4248 by net banking transfer. On 26th feb shine team again asked for rs 6000 + amount more to process for verification before proceed for service. This is total misguiding. At the time of service offering no such talk was made than why asked for more money. I do not want to go with this service. Pls refund my money back.
                      While called on the number mentioned in email i have been given cc number [protected] but this number was almost not reachable.

                        Hi team,

                        I had my wife shell out 4500/- by one of your customer care agent, suggesting this is a registration charge to get into shine's database.

                        On top of this a further charge of 7500/- was requested by this agent named rajeev and his colleague, as a security deposit. This, we were told, will be refunded once my wife secure's a job. At this juncture, my wife backed out, and requested for refund of the already paid 4500/-.

                        Rajeev said he can't make the payment straight away, and can take anywhere between 5-45 days for the money to reflect. He further asked card details to my wife for a quick repayment, including cvv number. We have not shared this detail with your agent, and have asked them to do a neft transfer. Can i please request you to expedite this refund, and help us get it back.

                        It also seems that Shine.com database is hacked. Yesterday after the above said incident, I posted my own details and immediately today got a call from an agent making the same offer to me. Suggesting that they have paid opportunities, and would like me to progress it by making an initial payment of 4500/-. And to make it even worse, they get entire details from Shine database, that we have maintained in the resume. Contact number, job details, job we are seeking, etc. Shine .com needs to identify how this leak is happening and payback customer whose data is leaked to these miscreants in the first place and have paid money to them thinking it to be authentic.

                            This company deducted money from my debt card. It was 2000 rupees deducted from my card. When i said cancel this service again deducted 1450 rupees total deducted money was 3450. Firstly they told me registration fees. I can pay it then again said me 8500 training fees. I want my money back i told to this company that cancel my account but again deducted 1450 rupees. This is fraudulent company.

                            Please note that Shine.com is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for any such communication via email, SMS or phone call by a frivolous source claiming to have got the contact details of the concerned person through or representing Shine.com.Therefore jobs seekers are advised not to indulge in any monetary engagement with such sources in the name of guaranteed interviews with employers or refund.

                            This kind of no such activity has been done at our end, in association with such fraudster. We have been receiving such complaints from some customers/general public who have become victims of such fraudulent and cheating activities at the hands of many criminal elements.

                            Also, many senior authorities have been initiated by our company to control these activities. You can initiate the below actions before relevant authorities for your claims:- A) File a complaint with your bank to get a chargeback and ask them to blacklist the merchant who made this transaction.

                              Almost one year ago company call me and said that u have been selected for cipla interview but u have to pay for registration. I agreed completely and submit 2360 through payu app (Company acc). Then they send me call letter and demand for 3500 which i deposited through paytym and they called me for cipla registration and i deposited 4500 through paytm and at the end my total amount was 14000. They said me mam we confirm ur train tickets but no, nothing was make by company. They made me fool dumb. I complaint against then through consumer court. Today they call me to refund. They ask me to open their site (www.placementshine.com). ask me to click their refund policy and to fill the amount and i fill 14000. After processing company deduct my 14000 more throgh payu app. I m completely helpless, hopeless. They again make me stupid but i dont let them go with my money and now i take legal action

                                The company had called me and had asked me to pay an amount of money for an interview. But after paying the money i haven't got any letter or confirmation from the company.
                                After complaining it shine had said that it wilk refund me the money but they haven't even done that. I am being harassed for the last 1month.
                                They are not even picking up the calls & shine.com is not taking any step towards it.

                                Sone person named Ashirvad had called asking for the money. Afrer submitting the money, it was Mr. Tussar who was insisting to pay more money.
                                Mr.Rajeev had promised to seek to the matter but there is no progress & I haven't received my refund yet since last month.

                                I haven't yet received my refund amount. They had sent me the mail regarding that the refund will be initiated but there was no steps taken on the behalf of shine.com.

                                  Hello, i got a call from shine.com. They promised to give me a cashier job in hdfc bank. I have paid a huge amount of money in the phone pay no [protected] which is in the name of priyanka sharma. Till now i have not got the job or any offer letter. Plz help me get my money back. I am cheated very badly. I got my reference id as uti200587. They are saying they have sent me a courier containg my offer letter. But no courier is received till now.                                     Date of incident: 01st march 2019.

                                    Shine representative mr. Sonu rawal has called me on 28th feb 2019 called me with the [protected] number regarding paid services in shine.com. He explained to me that i will sure get a job with a good hike i. E., min 40% and will get immediate interview calls once i pay ₹ 3, 000. I paid immediately because i am looking for a good opportunity. But the next day i got a call from shine representative, mr. Raj kishore called me with the [protected] number and said "we verified your information and cv, basis on this you have to pay another ₹10, 000 for getting all the services". I was surprised and asked "i already paid the amount and why i have to pay extra". Then he said it is like a initial payment and to activate all the services you have to pay ₹ 10, 000". I have told them why you have not given the same information before paying the ₹ 3, 000. Then he blamed me as a money minded person, shouted on me and forcing me to pay ₹ 10, 000. He saying continuously that i am a money minded person that is the reason i am not paying the remaining amount of ₹10, 000 for my career opportunities. I asked them to refund the ₹3, 000 since i have not used any service and not convinced the way they are treating with me. He is continuously blaming me that i am a money minded person so i cut the call by saying that hindustan times limited is fraud since they are saying from beginning to attract customers that they are the group of hindustan times limited and they are in the media for 90+ years. After few minutes again mr. Raj kishore called me, and said"how dare you to call hindustan times limited is a fraud company". I have taken that as a threatening call from shine.com and behavioral issue in the management since he is saying that he is the head of shine.com. And not allowed me to speak to their superiors. He verbally abused me as a psychopath because i have not made the payment and asking all the questions. He agreed that their team has not given proper information on the additional pay before i paid the initial amount ₹3, 000. Then as a compensation i asked for the refund and not willing to continue the services. He refused. They are saying that i am not a customer of them since i have not made ₹10, 000 for the further payment.

                                    I have recorded all the above conversation in my phone call. If required i can provide the same.

                                    I am raising this compliant on 4 things:
                                    1. Verbal abuse on customer.
                                    2. False information to customer.
                                    3. Forcing the customer on paying more money even he is not willing to pay.

                                      Shine representative selling services through wrong information and customer care also not supportive
                                      Representative only focusing for receiveing amount from customers instead of focusing on customers relationships and satisfaction
                                      Due to false information ustilization of service is not upto mark
                                      I have received call from shine representative and asking for money for services but once payment done they are again and again asking for more money and saying that file would not process with out it every time saying this was last payment and another payment for different services
                                      I have raised the issue for multiple time but representative providing false information
                                      After making various payment i stopped for another
                                      But day after day receiving call some one was saying make the payment otherwise file would not process and some one saying file would process
                                      I have multiple time followed for complete dashboard but they were only focusing for money not customers satisfaction
                                      In summary they sold unnecessary services and there was no way to do anything

                                        I have received a call for a teaching job claiming to have scheduled an interview for dav school but he has messaged me the interview location which is sure max.
                                        The messaged looks highly unprofessional.
                                        Is it real or a scam?
