Shine.com Customer Care's response
Dear Sir,

Greetings from shine learning.

Many unethical people take advantage of the brand and run scams/frauds misrepresenting Shine. We have been receiving such complaints from some customers/general public who have become victims of such fraudulent and cheating activities at the hands of many criminal elements.

The details does not belongs to shine learning as these days a lot of fake recruiters are calling the candidates using the name of reputed job portals and extract heavy money from them. Shine.com is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for any such communication via email, SMS or phone call by a frivolous source claiming to have got the contact details of the concerned person through or representing Shine.com.Therefore jobs seekers are advised not to indulge in any monetary engagement with such sources in the name of guaranteed interviews with employers or refund as we do not have any refund policy https://learning.shine.com/tnc. We advertise this on our own newspaper Hindustan Times. Please file a complaint with your bank to get a charge back and ask them to blacklist the merchant who made this transaction.

Request you to please do not share your debit or credit card details with anyone. Please go through the disclaimer on our website: https://www.shine.com/myshine/disclaimer/

Regards,
Team Shine

I want my amount back at any cost or else i shall write horrible reviews from all people and spoil your shine website.

I am from ahmadabad and i have bought services on shine.com but i have lost my 25000 rupees, these types of websites are fraud, they will offer you jobs, and if you will agree you will trap in their web, they will tell you to pay for their resume services initially and then they will sell you a lot of irrelevant products. I had done the same mistake and i was trapped and my 25000 were gone, on first call they brainwash your mind and you will trap in their plan, after by you pay to their account and they will not recieve your call they will switch off mobile. Please don't get trapped otherwise you will trapped. The mastermind is vinod kumar who is sales head. I have been asked to write email to zairus. [protected]@hindustantimes.com and anup. [protected]@hindustantimes.com, to get refund. Don't know if these are relevant people. Someone share the email id of the ceo of hindustantimes, i would want not only refund but also apology of this fraud happening, else i no option but go to police. I need my money badly as i am sole earning member of family and no job i don't know what to do

                Dear sir/madam,
I have been cheated by shine.com. I got a call on 13.02.2019 from shine.com for registration on shine.com with amount of Rs. 4248.00 with this they are committed me to giving 30 days of job alerts and help in conducting the interviews in good companies accordingly I have paid this amount to shine.com.
But after paying this amount again I have recieved a call by demanding again Rs. 10698.00 with this they offering me some other services, again I believe on his words and paid the same.
But after paying that amount again they are forced me to pay Rs. 12744.00 by saying without paying this amount your subscription is not getting complete hence I again paid demanding amounts and I felt my self cheated at that time.
Now they are again demanding Rs. 40000.00 for further processing of my services by saying if I am not paying than whole amount will be waste.

                Please find attached payment invoices.

Please help in return my money from shine.com.

I didn't know that its spam. Its completely trap, he fooled me not only by taking the money, instead he took my photo copy (colored) and Pay slip of the present company and My resume. I blindly provided the same. But later realized that its all fraud business. I hope he will not misuse my details in any activity, if also so, I will not be responsible for the further misuse of my details.

When I did not receive any job offer /interview details after this, I requested for a refund of my money.
Mr.Nitin Tyagi, is avoiding calls/ not responding to my calls. On repeated calls to his number, +91-[protected], another person picked up his call ;introducing himself as Suresh, Manager Shine.com, spoke to me ( +91-[protected]).
He demanded for an additional amount of 17, 550/-, in order to get me refund of my earlier paid money of Rs 74, 753/-. Having lost trust on Naukri, Shine.com for not standing by his promises made, I refused to pay any additional money & only requested him to refund my money back.He first spoke very rudely later promised that my money will be refunded to my Bank account from which the earlier payments were made within 24 hours.I have not received any refund even after 48 Hrs.

I am deeply moved & totally upset with the type of fraudulent & cheating practices by persons representing Shine.com management.
I would request you to kindly investigate on the issue & punish the fraudster. NAUKRI, SHINE.COM are good name in social media, if such person are allowed to represent Shine.com, operate using malpractices, get away with it, he will go on cheating many more unemployed.

Nitin Tyagi, ( +91-[protected]) is repeatedly avoiding to respond to the numerous calls made, since last three days, I am left with no other option than to approach Cyber crime ( Cyber Crime Cell Report a Crime ) to book a Complaint.I also would take it further till the whole of India is alerted sufficiently, so that others don’t fall victims to such fake job offers.

I got a call from shine.com for an interview for hdfc bank.when i went there they selected me and asked 720 rs for training and they let me leave only after paying 100 rs .when i went again for refund then they just wanted my paytm no. Then i fought from them for the money and got my money back and i asked for their visiting card from them. And then i left but after that one of them came to get back the card and when i denied she just snatched and tore the card from my hand.

But later on nothing has been happend and no update about my product since 2nd of february. Daily basis chasing everyone on email and even on call. They defaultly says we will arrange a call back in half an hour. But nothing has happened so far. I personally and seriously relay on you people about my carrer, but i lost hope from you people because of the services you have done so far. Kindly requesting your team and each one of them please look into my profile and update me the status asap.

This one is for genuine shine.com, however i am not sure they have good work ethics. I saw an opportunity on linkedin and applied it and it lead me to a form needing details from shine. (I thought possible cross site posting) however, i saw check box for registration at shine.com i unchecked it coz i was been warned about the unwanted spam mail sms and even calls.

I thought they will respect the check box option and will not register my details on their site however, to my surprise withing 15 mins i received a call (Thanks for true caller identified as spam call from shine.com) and few sms. I checked my mail and it was flooded with 7 -10 mails asking me to complete registration and promoting their premium service.

I asked their customer support to delete my details. However haven't heard from them.

Well guys i will recommend to stay away even from the genuine one. They are more trouble then the benefit (If any) we may get from them

I got a call from shine services for job services. Initially they have asked me to pay an amount of 4227/- for services. I have asked them before paying that any other payment required after this. They said no need pay anything else. So I have paid the amount. The next day one more guy named Shiva from shine team called me and asked me to pay 5899/- for resume and some other services. I have asked him to drop a mail with the details. He denied it. Here also I have asked him that do I have to pay anything after this. He said no need to pay sir it is the last payment. So i have paid. After this he asked me to pay 10344/-. I asked him that you have said this is the last payment that you have to pay when I'm doing the last payment. He said no sir you have pay this otherwise your resume will not be processed if you don't pay this. I have asked same thing like do I have to pay anything after this. He said no need to pay anything again. I have paid and after the payment he again asked me to pay 16519/-. I was in shock and shouted at him and said I will not pay this. He said that your resume will not be processed if you don't pay this. I want my money back because they have not informed initially about all this payment although I have asked repeatedly many times to them. Money is not coming freely to anyone. I'm doing lot of hard work to earn that money. Please help me in getting my money back.
