Hi sir,
I registered myself on job site shine.com
I received so many calls for job assistance. One day i received a call from shine they connect me to a person who said open site naukri admin.com and he said i have to pay for putting my bio data on reputated job site n he taken amount 4-5 times as final payment finally he took 53000 as i find that i m trapped i said i don't want to continue he assured that he will refund money. Next day i called to that person he said once again to pay 10000.
Please help me.

They are specifying a confirmed job offer with as security deposit in the company. I have a friend in the same company who says it is fake and moreover from my recent industrial experience no company ever asks for money for a job interview.

I was recently enrolled to active resume visibility and consultancy services with a fees of approx 4600rs. After which i received another call from profile coordinator who asked me to pay additionally some 12000 rs to active the subscribed services.
I specifically asked ankit, the first point contact who miscommunicated that there wont be any further charges. But profile coordinator is calling me and harassing me to pay this additional amount. I already feel cheated with this kind of response. I need compensation for the harassment done and miscommunication by your team.

Actually I am looking for gulf job opportunites. The 1st person Mr. Ashish Rana called from shine & told we will create a profile for middle East country at 6136/-. Then his senior Mr. Atul Kumar called me & said we will provide you 2 -3 job opportunities every week for premium service and likelihood of getting job there will increase so I purchased 2 more services of 21239/- and 15852/- as instructed and told by him and he ensure me that there will no more any hidden charge or services which we will offer or you need to pay. But Now his senior Mr Nikhil called said you need to pay more money as that service is not activated. And may there is some mistake you need to pay more.

Please refund my money. I am in high debt now. They implant false seed of hope . It's been hardly two days there asking more money.

Hi,
I got a call from shine. Com and they asked me to register for the job service. I paid Rs 4227/-.Then they transfered my call to the expert team and Ranjan spoke to me. He said there are 2 parts of validation that I need to complete and that's it. Then he kept asking for money without telling me each verification had 2 parts. When I asked to speak to his boss he said that I have to pay that money and it will be the last payment. I paid that also which till then amounted to 98894/-. I thought it was over. Then Ranjan created my dash board and then is asking for 25k more and is saying if I don't pay it then I will not get any services. This is absolutely unethical. I should have been informed in the first place what
the package will be have and will have to pay this amount not by lying and harassing at every step. I would have not gone for it. I do not have a job currently as I met with an accident and lost my job. Shine. Com has ripped me off. Can't belive such a known company could do this. Just because it is a Hindustan times company you can't fool people. I want my money back.

Here by would like to register a complaint for fake calls received from similar numbers for last 15 days asking for registration money for Job portal. Sequence of events are as follows:
On 5th Jan 2019 I registered my resume on SHINE.COM for Job search.
On 6th Jan 2019 I received a call from +91 [protected] which appeared on my true caller as Shine.Com number. This people ask me to pay registration fees of Rs. 4000 so that can send me information for interview. Once I loged in on Shine.com, This person using phone no +91 [protected] (Suresh Nigam) again called me to login to another site “Naukariadmin.com” and said it is sister company of Shine.com
Since the number was showing Shine.com as registered owner I made a payment of 4000 + 10400 as a complete process fees for placement site.
Next day there was another call from different person saying that he is from Shine.com and said you have not made any payment online to Shine.com. So I told him that I have already made payment and shown him receipt. Then he said it is fake site of shine.com and they are not responsible.
From that day I am trying to call +91 [protected] and one lady called “Riya” pickingup phone and saying her boss is on leave and he will sort-out the issue.
Today on 24th Jan 2019 at 18.200 hrs same person +91 [protected] – Suresh Nigam called and said since you have registered complaint against Shine.com we will give you money back and asking to pay cancelation charges of 10, 000 again. After getting this call I lost my control and told him that I am filing complaint against you for cheating me for fake website.

Dear Madam/ Sir,

On 28/08/2018 i received the call from shine.com executive DHEERAJ OJHA
( email : d.[protected]@shine.com ; phone no: [protected]) and informed me about job service where they will conduct me interview with well know companies, and it cost 3000 INR. once i paid the 3000 INR, he request me to talk to his Sr. Executive SHIVA ( phone no : [protected]) and he will start the process saying with out informing me the total charges. once shiva started the process he asked me to pay 4944 INR once i proceeded with mentioned amount he again asked me to pay 5796 INR saying its a last charge, once again i proceeded with the mentioned amount.
and again he asked me to pay 10000 INR. when i denied to pay 10000 and asked him to stop the process and refund the money, he saying he can't refund the amount and asked me to pay 10000 INR or i will loss my total money paid.

the above executives of shine.com has not mentioned the total amount even after i request them to tell me the total amount before starting the process.

total of Rs.13740 i have payed and now i don't want to proceed further and request you to please stop the process and refund the total amount of 13740 /- on urgent basis.

Sir,
I have complaint against shine.com. On 21.01.2018 i had a call from shine department and he told me that he is refunding my 2000 rs which was submitted by me for job but they couldn't provide me job and i had complained about it 1 year ago. So that he told me that amount is refunding in my bank account so i gave him my bank details. After that they asked me to submit 500 rs for refund charges and which are also refundable. So i had submitted it again they asked me for 900 rs as inter bank charges and again 1100 rs for rbi transaction charges and again 1500 rs for gst charges. I was such a fool, so i had submitted all amount. And every time they said it was last amount or this is final amount. And whole amount is refundable. When i asked them to refund my money then they agagin asked me for 1800 rs for imps charges. But i didn't submit this amount. And they are calling me regular and asked me for the charges.
I had cheated or lost my 6000/- against shine.com.

Got a call from shine. For job opportunities asked me to pay rs. 4600. I have initiated the payment but due to network problem payment was declined. After that the so called hr started scolding and harassing me for not making payment. Then called her again and taught her manners and behavior in the best way i can. Such websites should be shutdown who ask money for giving job.

On 7th of january i registered on shine.com to look up for jobs, and that very morning i received a call from one of the executive of it who asked me for 550 rs which was going to be refunded back in 48 hours for a job in surya electronics. No doubt i got the call letter from the company but the money that was supposed to be returned is still pending, and now, the girl (Executive named aisha [protected], surya. From they have taken 4500+9500+20000+25000 regarding registration+verification+security deposit+visa deposit. Their names are surbi, arjun, preethi and priya. Please refund my money back. If you pay fees of rs.2709/- 15/12/2017 (Which is refundable) will provide job placement. I have paid and received a call from piyus kohli of shine.com saying that i will looking your profile. And they have taken amount for the purpose like, resume, verification, letter, job application, job verification, joining offering letter, gate pass, bond, refund file charges etc. Like that i have paid total amount rs.13, 07, 495/- from 15/12/2017 to 19/09/2018 online money to various account. When i said i don't have money they told me that madam take hand loan will refund you this amount. And i have done also. Now when i am calling them, there mobile is switch off and they not reply for mail also.
Person whom i use to talk name: piyus kohli, suresh mehra, deepak, amit, subodh mehta, sameer sinha, etc. Mobile no. [protected]/ [protected]/[protected]/[protected]. Email id: deepakshine. [protected]@gmail.com, rahul. [protected]@gmail.com, shine. [protected]@consultant.com.
Please help me & refund my amount i have to repay the same.

Shine.com is a fake job site, posting jobs which are not advertised by the firm,
they conduct fake interviews, coax customers to fill in forms online, and try and get an OTP from the customer sent to their phone, .
they say they have jobs in UAE, Canada, Singapore, and mention that the job pay is 40 lakhs per month,
