Shine.com Customer Care's response
Dear Sir,

Greetings from Shine learning.

Reference to your mail, we would strongly advise you to ignore it as these are not endorsed and authenticated by shine.

There have been some fraudulent practices being carried out with the name of all leading job portals including shine.

Therefore jobs seekers are advised not to indulge in any monetary engagement with such sources in the name of guaranteed interviews with employers.

Please note that Shine.com is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for any such communication via email, sms or phone call by a frivolous source claiming to have got the contact details of the concerned person through or representing Shine.com.

Time to time, we advertise this on our own newspaper Hindustan Times. We are trying our best to minimize effect of such practices and keep our clients informed.

Also, many senior authorities have been initiated by our company to control these activities. You can initiate the below actions before relevant authorities for your claims:- A) File a complaint with your bank to get a chargeback and ask them to blacklist the merchant who made this transaction.

Thank you for your cooperation.

For further assistance please email us at [protected]@shine.com.

Regards
Shine Team

Shine.com is cheating the customer and after paying that amount they are not giving a service or not any like. Even they share your data to some fake company who will try to cheat customer continuously.

I request to all, don't believe in shine.com people and call if they say to pay something then definitely they are fake and they want to cut your pocket.

    So, avoid them.

                          Hi There,

I received a call from careerbooming who claimed to get my details from shine.com. I believed them to submit an amount of Rs.2714 for scheduling my interview. But further they asked me to pay more in the name of backgrounds check and all for which I asked my money back. From the company a person mailed me back that the money will be back in 60-90 days. But its been more than that and I did not get my money or even a response from the company yet. Now I can find from auto-mailer even that careerbooming.com domain name only doesn't exist. Also they provided me with a ph number [protected] which they never pick up and only I keep on blank calling. Could you please help me get my money back. Please find below the receipt and in case other screenshots needed I can provide the same.

A recruiter from shine.com called me and asked for rs 2000 for job interview booking. Later after paying rs2000, they asked me to pay another rs7500 for document verification. Later after paying rs 7500 they asked me to pay another rs15600 for interview syllabus.

These continuous money withdrawal actions seemed fishy, kindly help me with getting my money back from them.

The peope named shweta, akash sharma and sidharth malhotra were the one interacting with me.
