A person from shine.com called me and told me about the job offer for a private company and asked me money of about rs.2050 for registration. After i sent money, another person told he is the hr of that private company and told me that he offers me that job. Again the 1st person called me and asked for payment of 6500rs. I paid everything. Then he asked me for rs.9500. I felt something is wrong and i sent him rs.3000 initially, then i told him i dont want that job offer. He told me for cancelling there is charge of rs.1500, i paid that too. Then cgst charge of rs.2349. Next as i paid it late he charged me about rs.1050. Then he charged for rti rs.2100. Then he asked me to pay 3500rs. And then rs.3350. Now he is asking me to pay rs.4500 for interbanking charge. I asked for money back many times, he is just asking me money again and again. Please do take action

    I received a call from shine.com for a job in mnc company which was larsen and toubro and they said to submit 2500 amount of money in their account as a security amount for a calling interview i submitted that.. They said it is refundable but now they are not picking up my calls and also not answering my mails. Kindly return my money back or i have to take action in police station

      Sales person gives wrong commitments and wrong information to sale the subscription package for candidate database and services.
      There is big differences in the Service they offer while sale and what they actually give.
      Sales Executive has clearly said and assured me that I can cancel my subscription if I am not satisfied with the quality of database.
      now I tried to call customer care and the sales person for cancellation my service they are now not responding.
      Even then no any customer service from customer care department. After Paying ₹ 60, 000 and instead of hoping some good support from Shine.com I become helpless and feeling cheated.

        Hr manvi mehta/ hr ekta working in future care (Careers advisor - changed name) asked me to pay amount rs 2500/- as registration charges for banking job and said it is refundable. I made the payment and they conducted the telephonic round in which i was selected. After that they asked me to pay more amount for security fee, training fee etc which i also paid. Total amount paid rs 72000/-. At last they failed to provide the job in bank and said that they will refund the amount however they didn't. Now they have stopped responding my calls and emails. All the numbers are switched off now. They are doing fraud with the people. Shine.com is not checking the company details or genuinity, before allowing them to post on their portal. I want my money back. Please help me in this. Their email is [protected]@gmail.com

          I got call from shine.com by some mr. Dilip yesterday.. He assured me for jobs in mncs. He further told me to pay money 3000 on the link that he has sent me on my mobile number.. But i refused to pay it on the link. I paid money online on the shine official website. Delip didnot tell me the complete procedure of registration. Next day some other person named abhishek called me and sent me some performa for further money. Delip never told me that they will further ask money. Now he didnot picked my phone and also told me that the money which has been already paid will not be refunded. The abhishek asking me my documents ie my degree, previous company details, salary slip etc etc.. Why i should pay more money only for my profile update.. And what will be the purpose of money which i have been paid earlier. Neither my account has shown any services activating.

          I too lost Rs. 1000 when I applied for Rs. 999 recruiter package on Shine. It was a 30 day package which they say requires kyc but I only got the order confirmation 2 weeks later.

            Not get any call from them, services are false, waiting from the last 3 months but not get any call from them.

            They promise me to give a job in my prefered location but not get call as well as the job opening by them.

            I lost my money, i asked them to return my money but the didnt return my money.

              I am receiving fraud alerts wherein they claiming to hire in tcs and gave a fake link of offer letter and asking to pay via paytm a certain amount. I called the number and screenshot is also attached for reference, person on the other line is asking to pay only not giving any info of hiring. When i asked if this is legitimate he started abusing. The offer letter is not even right. It has misleading info and a qr code to scan and pay. So shine is certainly a phethatic company.

                  First a lady call me, then she told me to pay 1500 rupee and then online test or took online interview. The interview took a another person, the lady told he was the hr of their company. Then sir bhavesh malhotra gave a letter of intent, then i was little believed, then he told to pay 4500. Then, after one day he told to pay 7500 for security reason for training. Then a lady call and told ur process on the way, so you have to open account, and told to pay 10000, this was last amount, you have to pay. Then after 5 days, bhavesh malhotra again sent a pdf where address mentioned as he said but pdf was password locked, so again he told to pay 12500 for insurance and courier charge.                     It is to bring to your notice that i don't feel satisfied with the services provided by shine.com against the payment i have made by me.

                    Initially i made a payment of around 3000 something, after that i received a phone call from th executive asking me to pay more for advanced services. The executive also talked to me very rudely and said that if i want my profile to be attractive i have to make payment of 10737, which i eventually paid.
                    After that again i received a call from their executive demanding more money of around 20000.
                    It has been a routine from the shine.com that everytime i receive a call its always about asking for more payments, but to my utter disappointment the services being provided are not at all upto the mark as i feel no advancement has been done to boost up my profile.

                    I want a refund of all my payments at the earliest.

                    I would have given less then 1 star because Shine.com only ask for money.
                    This portal does not have genuine jobs for candidates and even they sale this portal to recruiters by giving false information.
                    Shine.com is completely with fake profiles and ts sales person gives wrong commitments and wrong information to sale the subscription package in market.
                    There is big differences in the Service they offer while sale and what they actually give. Even then no any customer service from customer care department. After Paying ₹ 60, 000 and instead of hoping some good support from Shine.com I become helpless and feeling cheated.

                      I got a call from [protected] (Mr. Phanindra) and he asked me to pay 8000 for international job opportunity, i told i cannot afford that much amount of money then scolding like put call you bloody indian.
                      A sales person who need to do sales with public is talking like that and i called shine.com customer care no then ms. Maneesha answered my cal and she told you drop a mail and proceed legally because i cannot tell you who called you.

                        I GOT A CALL SAYING WE ARE FROM SHINE. COM.Your resume is been shortlisted by many companies .u have to pay 3550 rs now i[censored] want to continue in the interview process.i paid through phone pay.after that the call was transfered to many people saying the accounts dept the manager and so.
                        after i paid 3550 they asked for 7000 more for some verification purpose and said this is the final stage.we assure you 100% job.you can join within a month with good salary package.anyhow i denied to pay the amount and asked them to give me 2-3 days to arrange the money.but they said no you have to pay some amount to proceed further and i paid 1500 rs more.total amount 5050 rs they took from me through a fraud.
                        please help me out in this.i belong to a poor family.for me this is a huge amount to pay.

                          I got a call from shine, that your cv is been selected in 4 company u need to be online and feel one form online and that will charged you 10rs only,
                          So later that lady give me instruction and i did all the things and over there it was mention 10rs.
                          Than after that i applied otp which was generated.
                          And 10100 is charged on credit card got this msg from bank. On the site of payment it was showing that due to technical error 404 payment is decline.

                          Please help us to recover our 10100 rs need help.
                          This is big time fraud

                          I spoke some manager called gurav bajaj.

                          It is big fraud on name of giving jobs to people. Please look into this trap and resolve it asap

                            Today i received a call from shine for paid services and their executive told me the benefits of it and i made the payment of Rs 2655. But later i received a call from another executive mr. Sachin and he wasted my half an hour just to tell me that i need to pay another 10000 rs for better services. I told him I cannot afford this.But still he kept arguing and insisting me for the payment. And told me if you don't pay more you'll not get any benefits. I m so shocked and disturbed by the behavior. I have paid my hard earned money and i don't want any services for shine. Now I don't trust them. So please refund my complete amount.
                            I am attaching the screenshot of payment details. So please refund on priority.

                              Shine people called me regarding shine resume highlighter facility. I agreed and paid 2400 after that i got call telling you need to pay for verification which costed 4200 i agreed he promised me that there is further amount to be paid but after sometime person called me telling there are two verification amount one is 4200 and another 7400 which i denied to paid but he was very rude and told me i will not get any facility from shine and refund too.

                                Dear Sir,

                                This is to draw your kind attention towards the practice shine staff is doing. As I am not getting the proper response of your support executive Munesh Kumar ([protected]), I think that, it is better to update this to senior most of shine so that proper action can be taken in this regards.

                                The first Payment was initiated on 25th Nov'2018 on Sunday with your executive Poonam ([protected]) at that time she introduced herself as the executive of shine.com to avail the services of job opportunities from your data bank. I made the payment to activate & avail the services vide order no. (178012) IN20181125_153447_130737. The payment was made through the link sent by them. After that, as per her confirmation i was asked to send the email of my resume to Mr. Saurav. So I send it to s.[protected]@shine.com. After due discussions with Mr. Saurav ([protected]) he asked make some payment nearly 12K for the resume development. I denied to that as my resume has already designed by the professionals & don’t want to make changes in that. So he told me that then we cannot take any guarantee for the job opportunity. I told him that, you are making me the opportunity available not going to give me the job without any interview clearance, so if we can proceed with the same resume then it will be good. He refused to do such thing & asked me to go for the cancellation process. He told me that you will receive the call for the same. Just told them that you have got the better job so you don't want to proceed further. The refund process will get speedup due to this.

                                After that on next day I got a call from Mr. Nigam ([protected]) saying that he is from shine & wants to complete the cancellation procedure. He asked me few questions for which I gave him the answers as suggested by Mr. Saurav of Shine. He told me that the resume development charges is not mandatory you can proceed without that. I got convinced so he asked me to go for the further procedure. So he directed me to the portal www.dreamnaukari.net. I asked him that, it is not shine. But the shine logo was there on the site. He told me that they are the channel partner of shine. That’s why we can put our logo on the site. I proceeded further I made the payment of 42, 008/-. But when he asked me for the document verification charges of Rs. 14000/- I denied for it. I told him that it is to be paid by the Employer who needs to get it verified not by me. He tried to convince me that the amount is refundable. But any how I was firm on my point & requested to cancel the procedure & refund me my amount. He asked me to pay the Rs. 10, 620/- for the security amount which is refundable after 15 days. After confirmation of from you Mr. Tarun Walia, the senior of them I made that payment. On 3rd December’ 2018 they confirmed that the cancellation procedure has been completed & you will get the amount return in 7 working days. They also confirmed me the amount of refund Rs. 52, 389/- after the deduction of Rs. 239/-. The amount I had paid at the start of Rs. 4, 248/- was also included in it.

                                When I didn’t got the refund I started making strong follow-up with them they started making date commitment. I discussed the matter with Mr. Walia & Mr Nitin Tyagi repeatedly. They also promised me for the refund. When I contacted Mr. Saurav for the same he told me that, for that you need to deposit 11 K to initiate the legal refund procedure. I am surprised with that. When I talked with Mr Nigam again then he commented that, he knows the procedure. But we have already taken the security amount of Rs. 10620/- from you so no need to make any payment.

                                Till today I am getting only the date commitments even after 60 days but not the refund.

                                I think that somewhere your staff & this dreamnaukri.net people is cheating me. I request you to go through the details & see if you can help me out from this.

                                 Got the first call from Poonam ([protected]) on 25th Nov’2018 i.e. on Sunday your working off & confirmed by Janki Bisht ([protected]) that on Sunday we are not working nor making any call to customer.
                                 Poonam send me the link for payment through email for the payment on same day & the payment of Rs. 4, 248/- was done by me vide your Order ID 178012 & Invoice No. IN20181125_153447_130737.
                                 After this transaction Mrs. Poonam shared the email id of Mr. Saurav Gaurav ([protected]) & asked me to send my resume on the s.[protected]@shine.com
                                 After going through my resume Mr. Saurav asked me the amount of 12 K for resume development for which I denied as my resume was developed by professionals and asked him to proceed with the same resume. He refused to proceed on my present CV & asked me for the cancellation of the services & told me that I will get a call from our cancellation department & mention that I had got a job that’s why I am cancelling the services. As per his saying this will ease the refund process & services will get cancelled smoothly.
                                 Very next day I got a call from Mr. Nigam ([protected]) by saying that he is calling from Shine & wants to complete the cancellation procedure. During the discussions, he told me that the Resume Development is not mandatory & convinced me to proceed further with the services.
                                 Then Mr. Nigam directed me to the portal www.dreamnaukri.net which has the logo of Shine & my Order ID 178012 along-with Invoice No IN20181125_153447_130737 & amount of 4, 248/-. Enclosing the link for your reference which is in deactivated state now.

                                 When I enquired about this portal he presented himself as channel partner of Shine.Com & also briefed me the discussions I had with Mr Saurav of Shine which was exact word to word discussions of Mr. Saurav with me. He explained me other features for the portal & job opportunities so I made the additional payment of Rs. 42, 008/- .
                                 But when he asked me Rs. 14000/- as document verification charges I denied for that by saying that it is not the cost to be born by the candidate instead it is of the Employer who wants to get the docs verified by the external agency. As the things couldn’t finalize, we decided to stop the move further & process the refund.
                                 During this procedure he asked me to deposit Rs. 10, 620/- as a security deposit which is refundable after 15 days of total refund of Rs. 42, 008/- On 3rd December they confirmed me that the Refund of Rs. 52, 389/- will be credited in my account & deduction of Rs. 239/- will be done as a procedural charge. In that amount Rs. 4, 248/- was included.
                                 During all this transaction the screen of dreamnaukri.net was showing all these transactions.
                                 Mr. Nigam & his two seniors Mr. Tyagi & Mr. Walia with whom I was following for the refund started giving me dates after dates. Then I contacted Mr. Saurav for the same. He told me that I need to deposit Rs. 11 K to close this procedure & refund the amount. But Mr Nigam told me that you have already deposited the security amount so no need to deposit any amount.
                                 When even after 60 days I didn’t got my refund I sent one email to customer care of Shine.com & got a call from Munesh Kumar ([protected]) I narrated him the story & shared the link & amount paid. After my communication with him nearly 20 days I called him up again to get the updates but didn’t got the satisfactory answer. But as a result the link of Dreamnaukri.net got deactivated & the cell of Mr. Nigam goes dead silent on very next day.
                                 So again, send one email to customer care which was responded by Janki Bisht ([protected]) who confirmed me that on Sunday we are not working & the call you received by Poonam is not of our record. But the payment of Rs. 4, 248/-made through the link is received by us. He transferred my complaint to Mr. Vinod Kapoor ([protected]) with whom I shared the same thing. I also shared the same incident happened with one customer of Shine who has the same name of the person with same scenario & wants to cancel the services of Shine. Mentioning the same link for your ready reference.

                                 Didn’t got any positive response from Mr. Vinod. Just he told me that our employee Mr. Saurav is clean & doesn’t have any involvement in this. But any of these couldn’t answer my following questions which I am repeating herewith.

                                 HOW MR. NIGAM GOT MY NUMBER?
                                 HOW HE CAME TO KNOW THAT I HAD TALKED WITH MR. GAURAV OF SHINE?
                                 HOW HE CAME TO KNOW WHICH SERVICE I HAD AVAILED FROM SHINE?
                                 HOW HE CAME TO KNOW THAT I HAD INITIATED FOR THE CANCELLATION OF SERVICE?
                                 HOW HE CAME TO KNOW ABOUT THE AMOUNT?
                                 HOW MY ORDER ID, INVOICE NUMBER AMOUNT & RESUME WAS AVAILABLE ON DREAMNAUKRI.NET PORTAL WHEN I DIDN’T CONTACTED HIM BUT AVAILED THE SERVICES OF SHINE BY POONAM & SAURAV.

                                This is a very long email but hope that you will be able to find out the truth.

                                Please go through the communication very carefully. When I asked for refund to your executive he told me that you will get a call for the same but tell them that I got the better opportunity so I want to cancel the services. After that I received the call from Mr. Nigam in continuation of my discussions with your executive. My question is that how that fraud person came to know that I want to cancel the services, How he has my payment details along with my registration number of shine which should be strictly confidential. He knows every details I had discussed with your executive. I had already provided the details to your office which clearly shows the link of your executives with these fraud people. Also one point to be noted that one of your senior told me that they are not making any calls on sunday ..but I got the first call from shine on sunday.

                                All these facts has already been updated to your seniors. But they are not ready to accept the facts that my data has been compromised by their own executives Poonam & Saurav & they provided the same to fraud people to earn the money. I also updated for two such customer's of shine who opted to cancel the services & got cheated by the same staff member. The details are provided to the concern..

                                Your office doesn't have any explanation for the data lik..even your executives Janki Bisht, Vivek has used very rubbish explanations & language to protect these cheater executives. Even I when I updated your office for the fraud at that time the link showing your shine logo, office details & all my transaction details & my shine id was active. But your Maunishkumar didn't took timely action & reported the same to your legal department for the further action. Instead he communicated to that fraud person which results in deactivation of the link & phone number. Non of your seniors was aware of that. When I made my follow up strong they told me that link is deactivated.

                                So many evidences were given to your executives but they only covered it. Now you are making the excuses that we are not responsible for that...

                                Instead you should launch an FIR against your such executives & should stand with your customer & save them from getting cheated from your employees in such a way.

                                Hope that you will go deep in this matter & make justice to your customer.

                                  I wanted to pay just for new job searched but they forced me to pay a lot of money fr # courses saying "iske siwa aapka kaam nahi hoga". "aap pay to kar dijiye 10 din me aap mujhe thanks bolenge accha job milne par". I have all the receipts and proofs. Now its been more than 2 months i and i haven't a single call from the recruiters, shine learning team doesn't reply to mails or the calls until they are pressurized or called several times. I want my money back from these #.

                                    With regard to job as per my profile and convinced me to pay the service charges for job offers.
                                    They were talking very nicely on phone but lately they again told me to pay further amount for other services which i refused and told them to look for offers as per my profile which they had agreed.

                                    Till now they have neither given an opportunity nor informed for any jobs.
                                    Now when i said them to refund the amount paid for services, they are
                                    Refusing saying there is no policy of refund.

                                    How come they are cheating with my hard earned money.

                                      I am suryakranthi lam. I registered my self in shine jobs in shine.com. After my graduation am in search of job and there i found indigo aviation jobs in shine. So i sent my resume to the hr named tamsi khan and she works for indigo airlines.
                                      The next day i got message to my contact number that my resume has been shortlisted. Hence i replied to the hr and she said i have to pay 2500/- inorder to proceed further and they will refund it once i attended the interview place and provided me a paytm link to pay the amount.
                                      While registering in the link provided by her ooubtabout that website which is not developed fully and am unable to pay the money through it.

                                      I informed the same and she assured me that everything is secure and the server might be busy meanwhile i ll pay the money from myside send me ur account details.

                                      So i trusted her and paid 2500/- to her. Then she gave a link for 1st round to write exam.
                                      Within no time i have searched for that company and i came to know that is a fake aviation jobs and advised not to pay. By this i called her and said i am not proceeding further. Then h r assured me many a times yet am not convinced. So she agreed for that and said my money will be refunded within 15 days.

                                      I have waited but no response from her.
                                      Again i called and messaged and mailed her in detail my intension and situation.

                                      Than she said it will take 28-30 days.

                                      From then she switched off her mobile..

                                        Hi mi name is babji and i have recieved an sms from tx-rshine telling about airline job recruitment and they called to my number and asked me to send 2500 money for the registration purpose o[censored]r documents then i will paid the amount by online transaction then they send me invoice of my payment and send me an aptitude online test link and i have scored 7/20 in the test then they told me u recieve a call tomorrow for ur telyphonic interview and i dont recieved any call and now iam calling to that number but they cant accept my call and dont respond to my messeges also please sir/madem i want my money back thats my hard earned money plsss i dont want any job in airlines just refund my money please
