Yesterday i received a message from shine.com regarding job opportunity i go through the link and updated my details. Today morning i received a call from shine.com and they asked to pay rs.2655 for registration process then only will arrange the interview. I paid and send resume to shine, com executive. Today evening i received another call ant they asked me to pay rs.4673 for education verification purpose and informed me this is the the final stage of registration i paid the same. Late they asked rs.6961 for consultation fee and this is the final stage i denied to pay they assured that they will arrange a job with 7 lakhs per anum. I paid the same. Again they asked to pay rs.11494/- /i denied and want refund of my previous payment, /but they denied that the amount was non refundable. I am shocked. They didnt informed this terms and conditions before payment, kindly arrange to refund the amount i paid total amount of rs.14289. I didnt enjoy any services from shine.com i dint want it too

I received the call this morning saying that its from shine.com. He said that if i pay 3k then he will be assuring 100% job. He further said that if i agree to pay 3k, he will be sharing some 10-15 technical and hr questions along with answers and i only have to prepare those. I was apprehensive and i started recording his call to know further. I questioned him how are you guaranteeing a job without interviewing me. He says shine.com is offering paid services. Also he abruptly cuts the call later.
Is shine.com responsible for paid services?

My self Deeptiranjan. I got you mail id from mouthshut portal.

I have faced same kind of problem, First they approached for resume display service worth of 2655. After opting for that service, they told me that subject matter expertise will call. That fellow called me and said some other service require so paid 4673, then he said another service require so I paid 6478. Then another service required 10619. Again asked for 16978. But i didn't paid that. So they said your service will not be active if you not pay rest amount etc etc.

If you can help me getting back those money I will be greatfull to you.

I would like to inform you that i received a call on 20th jan'2020 to register myself with shine.com for a job. I did it by paying an amount of rs.7817 and later on one of your executive called me and asked me to pay an amount of rs.15824 for another module and later on again they called me and asked me to pay an amount of rs.22416 and rs.53000. I request you to refund the amount as they have called me again and asked me to pay an amount of rs.38000 which is not at all possible for me. As i do not have money to give and as per shine.com they cannot provide me the service if the last amount is not paid. At present i am jobless supporting my son and my wife. Shine should inform there customers first about there charges to the customer but they are cheating their customers by asking them to pay for their modules. Which is a wrong practice which should be stopped immediately.

I was promised 2services, resume highlight and resume booster during all initial communication by the sales team. I negotiated a better price and was informed that a discount of 40% was being provided as a special price. This was after i quoted them a rate given to by a competitor. Once after the payment was made, i was told that my request for discount was rejected by some other team and hence i will now be provided with only 1 service. It’s a clear case of cheating where more services were promised at the same cost but actual services are not provided. I demand my full money back or reinstatement of the promised services.

This is for your info that one shine employee mr nitin called me for the paid services for getting a job placement and every time he said that this is the last payment. Please see these invoices and amount i have paid

A toatl of 25000 and after that he told me to pay again 13500 for verification which i denied as he all the times befooled me and extracted money. Now today i called shine there one person shivam told me nitin is in meeting and he will call me in 5 minutes which never happened and i recieved one message on my mobile that your service has been closed. Can you tell me for what fraud i paid 25000 rupees without any thing from shine side. Please help me to get refund of my hard earned money. Shine representative nitin called me and asked to deposit 4212 for job placement which i did by my credit card then he called me to deposit 6912 for some other product related to this then called me to deposit 13500 for some other job related products which he said is mandatory to move ahead with your application. Every time he said that this is the last deposit needed and today he called me to give 13500 more for verification of my documents which they have not yet asked to upload but in advance they direct me to pay. This time i denied to pay more money and asked them to refund my 25000 rupees which they denied. Every time he said this is last payment. Please help me for refund of money as all money taken in advance without any work done by them they are rejecting to refund

My daughter deblina biswas had applied for cabin crew in shine.com, they have given their hr named ms. nisha's number who is working in indeed.com. they have shortlisted and asked for money (rs.1800/- and rs.6500/-) two times, which they have told refundable. due to some unavoidable reason she could not completed the process. all screenshot is attached

Aryan vaid who is the sr. Advisor doesn’t have patient to explain my query i had few questions for which he was loosing his patience and told me that he has never found any one so irritating like me.. I am giving my hard earned money for the paid service so i am liable to ask questions and he has such a poor english that he can not communicate his email too. He has an adi audacity to talk to me who is a avp level. I guess i made a mistake contacting shine. I am trying to get in touch with zairus master so that he is also updated with the people he has kept and all incomplete update shared by the team. Truly unacceptable and a shameful offence. I also represent a service industry any client who is not satisfied i revert that person several times in a polite way and i represent my brand..

Aryan should be taught how to talk and communicate.

Shine.com is involved in cheating the public in the name of assuring to give job. Mr. Rajesh rana is a main culprit in thi shine.com associated by vinod and lovely. The ceo mr. Zyrus mystry is well known about this cheating activity and when informed he is not replying. When the ceo of shine.com is silent, what does it mean?. They have misguided me and cheated rs.42, 000/- and when i am asking for refund they are asking for swapping the services....

A person call me with refer of shine.com and say that i will provide a job and gave me some fake link and says that i will join the link and tey will proviode a job and notifications. Bu they deduct payment into my account 22180 rs. Please procced my complaint and give me my amount. When i call hime he used abusing words and after that he switch the call his no. Is [protected] i have no any pictures about this crime and after that i suufeereed many problem in my family. I[censored] have take action against this and refund my amount.

I received a call one day from some person from shine.com. She convinced me to buy application highlighter package. She insisted on 6 months package and i confirmed 3 months. I paid the amount and then received 2-3 calls to set up meeting with some senior people from shine. Meeting was scheduled on 1:30 pm, however nobody called me. I wasted my 1 hr in office due to that.

Next day i received a call from that senior person. She told me to buy another package for verification of my documents and college degree.
These people will keep on calling you and trap you into buying more and more services.
I am asking them for refund and they are just calling em again and again for more services.
Please boycott this website. They are just looting the innocent people who are looking for a job. And best thing is after paying money who is giving you an guarantee of a job?

A person from shine called me and said there is a job and for registration i should pay 3000 and later a person took the so called hr round said he is from ibm company and later again they asked me 5000 later on to confirm the job they asked me 10000. How some one from such reputed company do such things. Cheating people with frauds is so unfair. I need the money back.

With reference to the trailing email, i write to inform that i have been cheated by your executives as they told me to pay Rs 4601 (receipt as per trail email) to increase my resume visibility on your portal which i have paid on 09.01.2020 vide Proforma Invocie ID: IN20200109_291214.
Now i received call from Mr Abhishek, SME Mob. No. [protected] who is saying to pay again Rs 6910 /- for some verification of documents. When i refused him to pay again as i was told to pay only Rs 4601 for one time and there was no other payment, then he told me that what you have already paid will be forfeited and your resume will not get the visibility. Further his way of talking was also very rude & inappropriate.
In view of above, i request you to kindly refund my Rs 4601 and i do not want any resume visibility from your side.

I get a call from shine recruiter akash [protected]. They ask me about 2000 rupees transfer regarding finding jobs. Then they charged 7500 rupees for documentation. After that they charged 12500 rupees for welcome letter. Whole this amount was refundable. Now they are asking 25000 rupees for get pass for interview in fortis. After this when we denied for money transfer they denied for refund. Please help us regarding refund

First i had call from shine learning mr vikas telling about the profile highlighting took ₹2, 949/- and told to send resume. Next day they contact and connected to atul he had explained and told me to pay ₹ 14, 947/- for resume and stuff. He told it's the last payment, but after payment he told you have to pay one more ₹20, 176/-. I denied to pay but he blame you continue you are ruining your career. Still i have a recording that it's a final payment of the module. I paid on that day. But on next day he connected to mr sachin and told to pay ₹30, 000/-. He started convincing but this time i didn't pay nothing. All are telling i u do not pay your service stops and are waste o[censored]se.
Please don't get trapped they will not tell services before hand and blame you always

Good day. I have got a call on 24-Dec-2019 morning from a shine executive asking to buy a charged job service which i have bought last night. When I was on call with the executive, he said that I will be getting a call from his senior for further proceedings. At that time, he didn't tell that I may have to pay extra for any other service. Where as yesterday morning I got a call from a senior executive member from shine and he said that i need to pay for another 5 services for which I have payed for 4 of them and I am not happy with the late communication. So I am withdrawing my payment and I need refund of the entire amount I have paid. This kind of incidences may get bad reputation to an organisation and I need quick action on this matter.

I have raised a complaint on 26-Dec-2019.After raising the complaint, One of the customer executive called me and asked for my the transaction details along with my card details for refund. He said that he initiated the refund but didnt get any funds to my account. On that day(27-Dec-2019), My account got debited with RS 3, 418.10 +2, 564.05 apart from service charges transactions(49+49+49). Kindly check the same as earliest. Here, on shine there is no verification regarding any job. A job was posted here from the name of haldiram snacks ltd. A girl named reshma saifi talked to me regarding a job in baddi chandigarh. After a telephonic interview, she asked to submit 2k amount and told that this money will be reimbursed in my first salary. I paid the money. On 3 jan they send me a offer letter stating all the formalities and again asked for 6k amount. As i was known this time so i didn't paid any amount. @shine.com at least have some filter who is posting a job here in ur website or app. Someone is using name of haldiram snacks. Have at least a check either ask ur compliance or concerned department to check properly.

After having a lengthy conversation with Mr. Pankaj from Shine.com, he convinced me to pay INR 3728 to avail the APPLICATION BOOSTER Package saying I will not have to pay even a single penny thereafter to get calls from recruiters. But that it was a FAKE statement .

The moment I paid this amount, Relationship Manager Mr. Abhimanyu asked me to pay INR 6478 for employment verification assuring me again that I will not have to pay even a single penny thereafter . This was again another FAKE statement.

Soon after Paying this amount, Mr. Abhimanyu asked me to pay another INR 8495 for Educational Verification which i refused to pay further because of no clarity, cheating & fake commitments on their services and its charges.

Every time before the payments I was asking these two untrustworthy & Unprofessional People [ Mr. Abhimanyu and Mr. Pankaj ] from Shine.com about the final payment details and they assured me saying I wont have to pay a single penny more to get the services. Since this is a sort of cheating which I have to face through these people, I lost the complete trust with SHINE.COM and I badly want to withdraw the opted services now .

Further more, Mr. Abhimanyu talked unprofessionally when I asked for a refund of the amount INR [ 3728 + 6478 = 10, 206 ] .

As Shine.com proved that they are unable to provide me a trust worthy Service and as I have not started availing any of the said SERVICES, I request complete amount refund from SHINE.COM .
I would like to move legally in CONSUMER COURT for cheating & trapping candidates for hiding the actual charges and forcing to pay the same .

All these conversations happened on 30th Dec 2019 and at the End of the Day, I understood that i am cheated and SHINE.COM is completely UNRELIABLE in any case .

Their service team still calling me for paying balance amount even i refused several times. They are now telling me no refund policy and the only remaining option is to pay balance amount & avail their service. Please help me to get the refund of INR 10, 206.00 to me from shine.com.
