Today i got a call from shine.com. one mam told me to purchase a package of worth 4248 rupees so that I can get a better plateform for getting a prestigious job.After this one more person name anand called me and told me to purchase a package of worth 11989 rupees so that Shine team can improve my resume and increase the chances of selection in MNCs. After that i got another call of one more person, he told to to submit 19055 rupees for verification of my documents. I just want to know if these payments are necessary to become a premium membership of shine.com. then you should inform these tarriff to any cosumer initially. Now I lost my 4248+11989=16237 rupees. I want my money back.I just fade up from your service. you guys just manipulate consumers. this is not acceptable.

On 23rd august i got a call from shine.com they asked me to purchase application highlighter with resume booster package for total rs.3363. Initially i agreed to pay because she confirmed that i will get new job opportunities.
But after paying the amount i received a call from another shine customer executives and she started to forcefully asking me to pay for another services otherwise i will not get new job opportunities and and my whole paid money will be waste. She made me pay for services which were not relevant for me and when i said to please stop anymore payments, she said that i had to complete whole process or i wont get any services. Finally i ended up paying rs. 35916 on 23/07/2019.
I immediately realised that those service are useless for me and i kept writing and calling them to refund the money but they refused.
The services they offered to me. Apart from resume booster and application highlighter are as below..

1. Job profile verification plus package 2 - amount rs 6478
2. Education verification plus package - amount rs 8495
3. Professional summar - amount rs. 10619
4. Job search guidance with job thought report - amount rs. 6961

Please helping getting refund.

I get a call from shine.com.They asked me to pay registration fee to proceed forward.I paid their registration fee.Then they said some more payments are left and after that they will not ask for more.But one after the other they asked for more and more money so I asked them to first mail that they will refund my money if I don't want to proceed further.after a total transaction of ₹53000 they are asking for more money.I quit asked for refund and they are not refunding.
Sir please help me.

This is the most fraud, fake, company ever.
They called me and asked for an initial deposit of rs3500 then rs8500 saying it would be refunded in 4 days for document verification, saying that paying has to be done immidietly or else vacancys will go. They pressure so much for paying.. Then after both the payments the conduct a fake on call hr interview, when i called up the hospital where i was applyng they said there is no such hr from the name.. On telling them that they said these are hidden vacancies and not everyone knows about them... These were a team of fake people and asked me more 18900 and said if i paid this amount only then will the previous amount be refunded or else i wont get the refund of any of the amount paid till now... I understood these people are fraud and refused to pay any further.. On complaining to shine and on asking them if the agents were their agents, they did not deny nor did they say yes, they said that we dont charge any money from candidates, but if they have already charged you, you can go ahead with them but do not make any further payment.. Basically this shine.com is associated with the fraud caller they keep saying beware of them, fake callers and all but they are very much associated with them, as they did not get back and resolve anything even though i sent them pictures of all the emails, transactions done, agents name and no., etc.. Your team manipulated me to pay for the services that they promises to get me a job, without giving clear explanation from your side and i literally got cheated by shine

And i m yet jobless because of your team and the money that i have paid to you. After waited this long... I dont want any of your services and i want to cancel my services from shine and i want all my money back that i have paid

Total money i have paid so far is 165000.

Sir muje call aaya shinecareer.com se or job regarding. Fhir esh site open karne ke bad form fill kya and ten rupees ka debit card se pament karne ko kha. But 10/-n kat ke mere account se8379/-rupees frowd kiye. So my request is my total payment is refund.
Muje debit kiye hue 2din ho gaye he. Shine se call karne walo ne kha ki aapka payment 2din se aa jayega. But unkha ab no. Switch off aa rha he. Sir please action [protected] esh no. Se call aaya tha.

they have mailed and offered a job im tempted and paid 12500 but no calls after im paid so please help for justice.the representative is asked money and they says the job is in Sydney Rio Tinto company and offered 2 Lakh per month. with my graduation i have decided to go. here im betrayed by this fake shine representative so please convey my complaint and make justice please..

Miss priya, contact number [protected] contact me with job assistance. She represented as part of shine organisation. Then she connected me to mr vikram rathod with mobile number [protected]. He explained that shine plus is a part of shine organisation. He explained the process and the services provided by the company. As part of services the service package amount is rs5612.08. He said this is a life time services. I paid the above amount through my citi bank credit card [protected] from the link http://shineplus.org.in/Service/Resume-Zapper on 14th oct, 2019.
After completing the payment process mr vikram connected me to mr ravi shrivastava whose mobile number is [protected] for explaining the job profiles. After explaining job profiles mr ravi explained the employee verification procedure package and payment of rs 7032.80. Initially i refused to pay the amount, but ensured refund the amount once the job process is complete or at any time i want to withdraw from the services. I paid rs 7032.80. Through my icici bank account[protected], ifsc code - icic0001120.

After the payment process mr ravi connected me to tcs hr whose mail id is hr. [protected]@tcs.in on 16th october. After explaining the job profile, lining up the interview dates, he asked me to avail another service package and said all the amount is refundable. But i felt something is wrong and refused to pay.
Then mr ravi agreed to refund the total paid amount rs12645, but after lot of follow up he connected me to accounts department. For refund of amount he asked to pay 18% gst amount that's is rs 2277. I refused to pay, then he started abusing me and refused to refund the amount.

I want you to look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. Attaching all the related documents.

I registered in shine.com after that i received some fake jobs offer through shine.com, personally i believe blindly coz shine.com are registered job providers in india and i lost 5000 rupee and it not stop yet they still sending me fake employer number. Me and my type unemployed people easily caught on traps.
I personally request you to take some legal action against that type of employer sites...

In free service of shine i was applying for jobs so after looking this activity shine.com executive called me that after paid service my profile will be highlighted and priority is been given so that recruiter see my profile on top, but i notice that instead of highlighting my profile recruiter are not even bothered about my profile. Why fake commitment is been given to me.

I have subscribed for paid service of rs. 2359/- and then after 2-3 days other executive from shine called me and asking all my working profile details and asking to pay sum of 10k rs., i denied for payment, then from that day i haven't got any calls from recruiter nothing else.

Its not good to make fool to other for availing the service then after payment no recruiter action.

I received a call regarding data analyst job yesterday from this number [protected]. She said that there is one vacancy in noida company but you have to come for the interview in janakpuri. I said okay i will come. She told me that there will be two rounds one is hr and other will be technical. Then she text me the location of the interview. Firstly i doubt that no reputed company will invite you for interview via text message. Then i searched the location on google and i found fake call complaint against shine.com and it was same location, building was same, only the office room no. Is different.

I have registered with shine.com. I received a call from shine simran that take our service for resume booster and chares are 3363/-. After this i received a call from sachin for another services he told you have to pay aaprox 22k, i clearly asked to mr. Sachin is there any other services which i have to take or any other payment which i have to deposit after this payment. He told that no sir, after this payment you will get the job. But after the payment i received a call that i have to take another service which is relationship manager and without this service all of their services are worthless. Even same has been told by mr. Sachin and one of his senior that without relationship manager you can't get the job. So all of above services are worthless.
I don't want any of their services.

You are are requested to kindly help me for get refund my all money i. E. 26129/-.

We have enrolled at shine on 9th sept-19 taking for jobs services and we are taking various service like :-

Application booster
Professional summary
Resume writing (Cover letter & super express)
Education verification plus package
Employee verification + work place communication skills

We have spend rs. 44000/- on these above services but as per my observation, we have not received any phone call from job consultant and jobs alert is not received as per my profile.

Kindly request to you refund my amount rs 44000 /- at earliest

I am pankaj kumar daily user of your site. I got a job offer on 3rd october 2019 in the evening from this no.- [protected]. I have applied for that on 4th october and after that they charged rs 10/- for that when i made payment through my debit card they deducted rs 4000/- from my account when i claimed for that they told me it will be refund back to your account within 24 hrs but it is more than 8 days and i didn't get any refund till now plz do something and revert me asap.
She is also not picking my fone i called her again and again.

I want to complain against your employee firstly your employees call person and then force that person to pay... I have a received a call from your company and that lady who was called me her name is nancy... She called me and told me that i have to pay 3000 something amount so i told her that m not interested in this and than she was suddenly talk me in vulgur and abusive language and after that she text me abusive and i text her that i will do complain her than she said that go and do whatever you want... Her name is nancy and her number by which she called me is [protected]... Take a immediate action against her.. Otherwise take a legal action about her this company and i will file a complain against her in police station

On 05 oct 2019, one of shine.com's executive name akansha contact me and say that for more job opportunities and 100% confirmed placement i have to pay rs. 2, 359/- to shine.com as a life time fee.
After receiving money shine.com will hi-light my resume so that requireters and company will provide me job easly. After my payment done, she transferred my call to another executive naming ms. Rajni.
Ms. Rajni make me sure that my resume have some discripencies or it not look proper ffor right job. So that she will update my resume for job and for that she received rs. 67, 607/- in differents transactions (14, 661 + 10, 000 + 18, 227 + 13, 598 + 6, 478 + 4, 673).
Next day, after payment done another executive call me and say that shine will never gives assurety for providing 100% vacancy. That only send you link for job opportunities.

I need my money back as far as possible.

Sir mere pass ramashankar parasar ki call ayi wo muje fortune company noida me job dilayenge dhire dhire kai charge ke 166oo rupee le liye. Bad mein kaha ki apki profile reject ho gayi hai maine paise refund mange to muje dhamki de rahe hai bar bar aur paise mange rahe hai meri help kijiye. Main bahut tention me hun main kya karo kuch samaj nahi aa raha hai

His is reference to the shine booster package. I had made the first payment of 3363. Later i was connected to ms rajini from the sme team., however she demanded that i make a payement of rs ₹ 6478.00/- immediately.

She was very rude and asked me to make the immediatly. When i told her i need the time to think of the options.
However, after alot of talking she passed her phone mr rajan who is supposed to be her team manager. He gave a instant discount of rs 1000.

Trusting the company i made the second payment of 5172. Now they are asking another payment.

My query is why should i pay for some service that i am not interested in?

Requesting you to kindly give me back my money of inr 8535.
When i had asked for senior people in the team, they kept my call on hold and not responded.

I have paid to shine.com around 100k on various offers stating that i'll be getting job offer within a month. But till now i didn't received any call/job offers till now. I'm going to raise this issue in consumer court. Also, i have all proofs on paying money to shine.com.

Also when i contacted them they are asking us to pay more money from their side to get job offers.
