Address: 11th Floor, BPTP Park Centra, Sector – 30, Gurgaon, 122001

On 14th sept 2019, i paid rs.99 to your company. Upto payment there was no indication that aadhar card is mandatory for kyc.
I understand that kyc is mandatory. But, why only aadhar card. Even banks in india accept other documents for kyc.
I do not want to provide my aadhar card to shine.com

I emailed on the same day, to request for a full refund of my rs.99, for which i have not availed the service.
Your customer service replied that there is no refund possible.

Really? Are you aware of consumer laws in india?
I have paid and i have not availed the service. No where upto time of payment was it indicated that aadhar card is neccesary for kyc. This is a deceptive trade practice. There are many other ways for kyc to be done.

I am requesting one more time for a full refund, failing which i will approach the relevant concumer court, and i will also involve the media to expose this unfair business practice being done by your company.

      Shine.com is totally a fake website... I'm one of the victim. They call on my number and told me to submit my resume to there whtsapp and they had offer me the job in indigo airline by name aviation they asked me to submit 1800 and then 4500and then 15500for medical and salary form and then they asked me deposit 28000fot my training. Guys they are totally fake. I go to the police station but no one is taking action against them but i have there mobile number and mail id from whicj they had contacted me [protected], [protected], [protected] and her acc number from there she asked me to deposit money

        A guy named jaireddy called me, stating that he is from shine.com and there is vacancy in cognizant and reliance petroleum. He asked me to pay 1800 initially where the next step i'll be linked to the company. After the payment he asked me for rs.3500. When i questioned and asked for refund he is asking me to pay rs.3200 for refund as this is his company policy. I am attaching the account number he asked me to pay for and the mail id was [protected]@gmail.com

          Hi,
          I got call from unknown person and they told me about shine.com, i did not understand what they were talking about. After some time i got message from shine.com that "you are now registered on shine.com your password is the first 6 digits of your mobile no. Login to see your matching jobs." i did not ask them to register my number on their portal. There is some privacy or not. They put our details without our permission.

          Please unregister my number and email address from site.

            Hi,
            I received a call from shine services[protected] on 13th sep 4.57 pm and enquired about my job searching preference and interests after that they assured me that they will provide job assistance and appoint a rm to profile me about the interests if i register for their service for an amount of 2400 rs and i have made the payment at 5.55 pm and asked them to call on 14th sep around 10 am. I have received the call at 10.27 am[protected] and mr. Ranjan (Personal contact : [protected]) spoke to me about my experience and job interests and asked me to pay another 4673 rs for document verification then i found something wrong is happening and inquired him why i wasn't informed about it earlier and said i won't make the payment and he disconnected the call. Again i received a call from the person who spoke to me on 13th sep from a landline number[protected] and told me that i must make the payment to proceed further when i denied he behaved rude and said "we are not doing any charity services, if you need the service and you must make the payment". Hence i asked him about the refund procedure for the money i have paid for registration for that he said it can't be refunded because the services have been active (I dont know what services they have provided in 15 hours other than calling me frequently and asking to pay the money)
            I just want the money to be refunded and am sure that they didn't provide any services to me as claimed by them

                I was having a complain against shine.com for which i register the complain on the same website. I was assured about the refunding amount of 14500 out of 17900, for which i was agreed. But the amount has not been credited till now. The date on which the guaranteed amount refund was said to be 8 the of september 2019.

                Kindly please check it out as soon as possible because i urgently require the money.

                  It is a big fraud organisation shine.com. They will trap people saying that they will give good service & good job to you with in 15 days, you just need to pay one time registration charges 2359/- as i trust on shine.com i was pay 2359/- charges (As inform by mr varun shine employee), then i was received again call and employer name sweety they said your profile was shortlisted you just need to do one small invest of rupees 6654/-for hurry job within 30 days you will received good job as my trust on shine.com i was pay charges & then again sweety (Shine employee) call me again say your profile is highlited on shine com you just need do one more invest of rupees 10737/- for career assessment test with expert couselling &education and experience verification service i am again pay charges & then after some hours one more employee call sana khan [protected] & say your profile will be shown on linked account you need to pay approx 17000/- for fruther job process & then i was refuse to pay any charge & then she was giving me warning & say your job process stop your all payment forfited by shine.com, and force me to pay charges & i again refuse then she will say " aap itni der sa mera sath time passkr rahe ho fir mat karo or job or paisa sab bhul jao.' so i just want to refund my money (2359+6654+10737)=19750/-,

                  Because of out put is till zero.

                  Government must take action on this type of recruitment agencies.

                  mr deepak arm of shine company contact me & one more your employee contact me for refund but both are doing fraud again ur employee again charge one more charge for gst charge by shine .& give promise to me your amount will be refund with in 24 hours, i was done payment on 9 of sep, he was promise for 24 hours, i know 10th of sep banking holiday, yesterday i was try manny call by no one pick call & today ur employee block me from whats app & not pick my call, so whats matter you all are fraud guys.

                  now refund my money with in 24 hours another wise i am take hard action file ur complaint on police station

                  refund value -19750+ 3555/- =23, 305/-

                    Shine.com executive called me for registering for getting good job opportunities or interview calls for 4227 rs

                    Then next day followed by started taking amount like any certification verification resume update etc …

                    Already paid 4277 + 6910+ 12153 = 23290 and
                    Now again they ask for 17000 to complete my profile
                    I said i will not able to do that payment. Shine people blackmailed me to pay rest of the amount until and unless profile will not be completed. I said then return back my money.
                    Iam not sure this payment will not stop here and
                    Shine team says terms and policy will not allow return policy once paid

                    Some action should be taken to return my amount...

                      There was a problem to me, today i have a call from your website and they said me to register in that shine link and to pay 49rs. To offer a interview process for bandhan bank and also i paid 49rs but they took instead of 49rs they took 4949rs and they are not refunded me till now.. This is a shine.com or what the hell is this.. I need my money back..

                        I have paid two times charges as per telephonic assurance received from their end. But neither they are responding and their official is asking more money to pay. There are some officials name i m revealing mr d ojha mob no. [protected], [protected]. I have made fir also and they have to face the further consequences. Same way earlier i have deposited as per discussion with mr. Subhash bhatt, mr ashish mishra. All their names are mentioned in my fir. Now i need my money back otherwise drastic step i will take. I m attaching the last payment proof for ready reference. Totally and all of them are fraud and utmost cheater.

                                I have received a call from mr. Mohit on 02.09.19 for availing the resume booster and application highlighter service of shine.com. He has told charges of rs. 3363 to be paid for the service and i agreed for the same and made the payment vide transaction id in [protected]_240804_161233. I received a call again after 15 mins from mr
                                Sunny sharma. To my dismay he asked me to pay an amount rs. 10737 in order to avail services. When i refused he told that you will lose the amount paid by you if you don't pay rs. 10737. I was never told at first instance that i have to pay any further amount.
                                Hence i request you to refund the amount of rs. 3363 paid by me at earliest.

                                I have already replied through mail to process my request for refund hence there is no use of discussing the issue further. You can better clarify through your executive Mr. Sunny Sharma as he has made clear that there is no use of taking the resume booster plan without taking his plan(please check recorded conversation). Hence refund the amount and close the complain.

                                  In the month of July 2019, I received the call from shine.com. The girl name was rhea. She said that my profile is selected for the accountant post in axis bank for the same they ask me to pay 2500 rs. for registration and reference I'd. I did it. Then I got a telephonic interview and they said that second round will be conducted soon. After that they again demand payment for document verification rs. 5200. And they said that the amount will be refunded on the meeting with the axis bank employee. Again I paid it. After that they sent me the mail with the joining letter but it was encrypted so they again ask for rs. 10200. And some how I did it but after few days they demanded for rs. 12500. This time I denied and request them to pay my money back but they said that I have to wait for 45 days. And now they are saying to wait for 90 days.

                                    Shine team pressured to purchase several courses for job opportunity. On 26 july purchase courses to get job interviews in 10 days but still not get any interview. Shine first say to purchase 3500 job booster, then tell use to purchase resume writing then tell us to purchase several unwanted and unnecessary courses which is not related to your job. They tell us they have job interview opportunity in hand you should purchase otherwise we can't process your application. Like this i spend 1, 45, 000 but still not get any job from shine.com and ht media. All is fake and false committment i have all bills and call recording. I want my money refund otherwise i will go in consumer court.

                                        I have got the call from Team Shine[protected] for Canada job opportunity and they have your resume will be created and you will get this service for life time.Based upon I have paid 6817Rs. Again then I got the call for Resume preparation he has given me information and asked for 15K to pay for that he has send me the link.When I deny he called another guy stated that he is senior and he was talking to me rudly then I came to know this was fraud happened to me.Please help me in this and refund my amount 6817/- and take serious action on it.
