I kindly bring to your notice the cheating on behalf of jobs from shine.com

I got a call ms. Pounam of shine.com saying that shine will provide job opportunity if i pay rs. 4719. I was reluctant to pay as i have seen such kind of false promises earlier. But paid after confirming any further hidden cost or resume rewrite cost (Specifically mentioned).

She has given phone no [protected] as direct line and another no [protected] which is office no.

I tried her direct no but she did not pickup the phone for last 1 week. Other no there is no incoming call facility.

Today (After 20 days of registration) somebody has picked-up the phone and demanding rs. 10, 500/- towards resume update and my profile is not activated due to this.

I requested to transfer this call to ms. Pounam but not referred the call saying call cannot be transferred to front end people. She only contacted me and i have spoken and clarified all the queries and finally agree to pay the registration amount. No body know except ms. Pounam what we have agreed upon and now asking for further money.

This is nothing but cheating people in the name of job opportunity by shine.com. It was not told addition cost before registration and it was told this is the last and final fee.

People like me cheated by the shine.com and i wondered how many people in india cheated like this.

Request you to kindly share this event to all the people and create awareness on this kind of cheated companies.

This is not the first time I got cheated. If you refer to your old records on my name or phone no [protected], you will see my earlier complaints and cheating by shine.com. The same cheating repeated now also. I thought it would be some other consultant and got into double-time cheating by shine.com. It is not good for any organization, the organization will collapse one day or other if you continue to cheat one people's weaknesses.

First Case.
Ms.Pounam who has given two contact Nos [protected] as a direct line and another no [protected] is office. I paid by her call and gave the contact details. Later somebody called from shine.com and asking money for further verification on my qualification and salary and rejected to pay. When I asked to connect Ms.Pouname the person said they are pre-sale people cannot be contacted. There ends the matter. This is the my first cheating from shine.com

Second time.
I never know I got cheated earlier by shin.com. After I paid two days back, I verified my earlier record and came to know, this is the second time I got cheated by shine.com.

If you are sincere (I do not believe the way your people spoken to me), please either reverse my amount or do the service as promised.

    I got the call from shine learning team to get the better opportunity and asked to pay few amount for the same, first payment asked to provide the job opportunity on priority basis and taken rs, 4696/- then again called me and asked to pay rs.6101 for the provisos employer verification and again taken rs.5204 for learning but noting has been done from their side yet.

      Today morning job frauder was in contact with me they told they will refund today 12pm after the time reaches they blocked me.u should have take necessary steps they said shine solution account not personal name account.without your knowledge how others can open account in name of shine solutions.can u explain

      The account name is shine solutions and give mail id also shine solutions way we think we think it's shine.com if personal name we will get notified it's fraud.how one can open account using ur webportal name.they said it's firm account.we need money back.u have to take steps to stop this.

        Dear team,

        I got call from mr sanjeev arora on 08/08/2019 saying he is calling from shine.com to inquire about my job application sent to bajaj allianz. First he offered me a job in malya hopsital and i said that i am looking for job in health insurance sector and i have seen vacancy in bajaj allianz on shine; so he said that okay there is vacancy at manager level in bajaj allianz and he is going to arrange the interview with them. To proceed with this he asked me to pay some money as registration charge immediately which is refundable.

        Once i made the payment, he has fixed my interview with hr through conf call on next day at 12pm on 09/08/2019, my interview happened with bajaj allianz hr sumaiya fatima, the interview went well and she said i have got selected to the senior level offering some good package. After i got selected for verification purpose he asked me to deposit some amount which is refundable by the company once done. I made the payment for the second time. He then asked me to provide my id proof (Adhaar & pan card), current companies joining letter along with a passport size photo for the verification purpose. I agreed for the same at that moment and after some time thought that the offered package is less for the senior position, so called up mr sanjeev arora and asked for the package hike, for which he asked me pay additional money for negotiation purpose for the senior level which is again refundable. I did send all the documents on the next day on 10/08/2019. I got my offer letter from bajaj allianz from the mail id [protected]@gmail.com keeping cc to [protected]@gmail.com on the same day in the afternoon. The offer letter was in pdf format protected with a password and to get that password i need to pay 2% of my package amount (Rs 25600/-) as security deposit again as my joining date is after 60days after serving notice period at my current company and i need to visit the company located in rajaji nagar on tuesday (13/08/2019) with this offer letter for the direct interaction.

        To pay another rs 25600/- i denied this time, noticing their email domain as gmail not from shine.com or bajajallianz and there was no another level of direct/video call interview happened which was part of final recruitment. I called mr sanjeev arora to seek the clarification on that, for which he gave unconvincing justification like as the pdf size is big that cannot be sent with the companies email domain and after receiving offer letter i may not make payment or i may drop joining the company later. I asked him to allow me to visit the company first and have direct interaction with hr there or else ask the hr to send me one line email from bajajallianz domain and then i will pay the money but not before that as i am not convinced. They denied directly and told me that i cannot go there without offer letter. They tried convincing me to pay the money but i stood on denial.

        All this made me suspect the shine.com team. All the money was collected assuring refund after i get selected and the join bajaj allianz or even if i did not get selected.

        Now i am worried whether am i going to get all my money refunded or not? And what if they misuse my id proofs & photo?!!!

        Please find the names & number used to collect money from me,
        Names people interacted: mr sanjeev arora, priya arora hr manager, sumaiya fatima senior hr bajaj allianz.

          Today i got a call from shine.com from the no [protected] and tell me that my resumes is short listed for airport job and if i'm interested send my govt id, photo and cv to the mail id they given (Screenshot is attached). And i send all these through the mail. They called me again and again. And then tell me that i have to pay 2000/- rupees. And now immediately they will arrange a telephonic interview with hr head. And was continuously asking me if i'm ready or not. I told them to call me aftet 30 minutes. Because i already understood they where fake and was forcing me to attend the call and never block their number. I blocked that number and they call me again from an another number [protected]. I didn't attend the call and after some minutes they started to send me threatening messages from an another number [protected] and about spoiling my life and carrier that they have now my phone no and govt proof that they will spread them.
          Please do something, i trusted this site and there are people who are threatening someone's safety. I need a proper solution that they have now my photo and govt (Adhar card) id proof. Find some solution immediately.

            Please refer attached image, and how come you can assure us that they do not belong from shine.com. moreover onwards, how can we avail these services from shine.com when we are getting this kind of response, in the attached email nowhere mentioned that the message was void or spam.

            when you can not do any help; in that case, what kind of service you are giving and more than 97% case where people mentioned these reports that shine.com was just a fake portal and at the end this kind of response improved that these shine.com is not providing services, just doing business to earn money while playing others emotions.

            I request you, please do something so that we can trust you at least help 40% in monetary form. Kindly help in this genuine problem.

            if you received our payment, so refund our money, we don't any services with your team.

            It was the pathetic services I have ever seen in my life. Since from last 6 days, this is the valuable services you are providing to us.

            And yes, firstly confirmed with your team, shine.com is providing paid services or not, as I called to customer care and one of your employees said to me " we are not providing a paid service" you people just saying "we received your payment so what does mean, who will responsible for such a fake commitment or this much a pathetic services you are providing us.

            you are giving a false commitment, after so much of suffering from the shine.com we don't want any services, until unless we want to refund our money as soon as possible. if you want we will continue using your portal, so you have to build trust.

            when your team is not providing any kind of services to us, refund our money back what's the problem behind in this issue.

            Overall 90 % of cases of shine.com are fake, there are many portals like naukri.com, times and much more I never listened to any false commitment or fake news that customer complaining about the shine.com, not every case are belong to fraud, I thought some fraud you people also doing, same as you did with us. if everyone is blaming to shine.com so there must be some reason behind.

            kindly request you to give us our money back or I have to file a complaint against your services. I don't want to take any action with your team, so please bear with us because we are fed up with this kind of services.

              My name is Pritismita Das, this for job post in Shine. Com. I have paid 99rs as on 30th July. On 31st July I have submitted my documents. After that they should provide user ID abd and password for job post. Today its 8th August end of the day, there is no further udate on my user details for posting the job on Shine. Com. They don't pick the call or responding over email. They might be cheating many people like me, by taking money in the name of Job posting and not providing the user details. Find details in pointwise-
              1) I have submitted money and documents as on 30th and 31st July
              2) Have been asking for user ID and password since 31st July, you have sent email on 1st August, where there was no mention of business documents requirements from Shine. Com
              3) No response from 1st August, till 6th August, until I have given call on 6th August, only then they have informed me that they need further businesses document.
              4) No one informed or came in email asking for business documents, until 6th August?
              5) Then after submitting again business documents, on 6th Aug, it was confirmed that by evening 6th, I will receive my user ID and password
              6) It is 8th evening end of the day, still they have not sent the details.
              7) I have called up just now, they are not picking calls.

              I request strict action and penalties against Shine. Com, as I'm sure like me there are thousands of people who might be suffering and they are looting money from.

                2 days ago i recieved a call from shine regarding job opportunity. Initially they asked to pay 2500 for registration of account and for making myself eligible to attend the interview. As i was desparety looking for a job she paid 2.5k to the bank account provided by them after that they did one telephonic interview and told me that i have cleared that round and asked me for another 5500rs for the verification of my account and joining process so i told that i can't pay more and i want my 2.5k back but they are refusing me to give my money back.

                  So they called me and told me that i have been selected in so and so company for a job but i need to pay. First time i paid 1500 rupees. And then second time i had to pay 6161 rupees.
                  I got a call from some event company for an interview. And then shine.com employees called me again to ask for 15k.
                  Luckily, it clicked me and i started arguing with them that i don't wanna go ahead. And they need to refund my lost money back.
                  They told me they shall refund me in so and so time.
                  Of course, they are fraud. I have not got my refund back.

                  P. S - this fraud company has taken money from others too and never returned back. Please make such companies shut down permanently.

                      I got a call from mr. Anurag from shine.com at 2.00 pm on july 31st 2019, stating that i have been selected and shortlisted by high river general hospital, canada, but to go further into the interview process i will have to do a registration payment of 10500 rs to shine.com. He asked me to download shine.com jobs app on my mobile phone. Then he told me to pay the amount immediately to proceed with the interview. I did the first payment of 10500 rs,
                      Then he asked me if i have written ielts, i said no i havent so he told you can make a payment of 12860 rs, we will proceed with the ielts application form and upload and go ahead give you the admit card for ielts, i made this payment as well, because he promised me he would do that immediately.
                      Then again on the same day he asked me to pay 25674 rs, for license exam,
                      Which again i paid, as again he sent me an email giving all the receipts from shine.com and then finally he said one last payment for canadian internal verification of my documents of rs 18200, which was paid twice by mistake through paytm. A total of rs 87000 was paid. He claimed that 36400 rs would be refunded after the verification process.
                      He asked to mail all my documents, i mailed him, when i read the emails, i kind of got a doubt about this guy.
                      On august 1st i got a prm alloted by name dr kabir, and he told me that i will going in for a telephonic interview by hr of the hospital.
                      August 2nd i got a call from dr kabir and he connected me to mr. Sunil from high river general hospital. Telephonic round went well, but the guy mr sunil was talking very vaguely about dental field, and he dint even understand what i spoke and couldnt speak properly in english, he then told me he would mail the details to dr kabir, then i got a mail from shine.com stating that i would have to pay 45650 rs immediately which would be refunded.
                      Mr anurag, called me back to ask if i would be able to do so, i clearly denied, i told him that i wont be able to pay any such amount and i want my refund of 36000 rs, which he said he will not be able to refund this amount as the final payment of 45650 rs is not paid.
                      Please help me get my amount. This is very bad the way shine.com is conning people.

                          This is the not the way to respond since i have made 17k payment how should you close my file. Finally you agreed to schedule the interview but now you are asking again 2499/- even a very small consultany is doing fair and arranging for interviews. Shine had cheated me even after spending so much of money. You should refund my money within 24 hours. If not legal action will be initiated against you.

Then how can you say you had activated the services you had activated only money lending services from me in instalments now you are saying you had already activated my profile and there is no refundable policy.                               One mr deepak of shine.com collected rs 2000 +6000+10, 000 in the name of offering job on july 24, 25 and 27.

                              I recd. The e mails and also demanding the money which i paid three times as mentioned above.

                              I requested them to refund my amount. They are repeatedly saying they are doing it but failed to do. They took my bank a/c no. Also.

                                  I got a call on 31/7/19 after noon at 2.47pm mr. mayur— shine.com. He asked whether you are looking for a job on shine.com. Since i said yes, he said that they have selected my profile for some vacancies so i have to fill online form and Rs.10. So i said ok and accordingly he said to login me from shinecandidate.in then i done the same and proceeded for payment of Rs. 10. While making payment of Rs.10 Twice my transaction from Axis debit card showed failure.
                                  In the next 10 minutes i got a message of debit of Rs 4980/-.on PUR/AIRTELMONEY/MUMBAI after a second again. 1500 debit on PUR/AIRTELMONEY/MUMBAI .Totally i have been cheated of Rs 4980 plus Rs 1500. Totally Rs 6480

                                  I request you to investigate in this matter and return my hard earned money otherwise he will continuing fraud.

                                      I got a call from on 27/7/19 after noon at 2.05 pm mr. Niket — shine.com (Gurugram). He asked whether you are looking for a job on shine.com. Since i said yes, he said we can get your profile noticeable in rs 10/-. He directed me to log in and for paying. Twice my transaction from icici debit card (Visa card no [protected] expiry — 06/22) showed failure.
                                      In the next 10 minutes i got a message of debit of rs 20, 000/-. I was online and on a call with him throughout he said there is a server error and will be rectified soon. I was kept on hold and i tried with axis bank debit card (Master card no [protected] expiry-05/23) again there were failed transactions and debit of rs 62000.
                                      I was furious and asked him to refund. He said there is a server problem and will refund and then gradually disconnected. Totally i have been cheated of rs 30400 plus rs 62000. Totally rs 92400. His contact details are:[protected], [protected], [protected]. I am making an official police complaint. I had filed an online cyber complaint via email to charkop police station yesterday night his name is niket and a very smooth operator. Kindly sack him from the job immediately and put him behind bars.

We reiterate that shine.com is a platform which is used by consultants, companies, candidates and recruiters to find match for an opening.

                                      Shine.com as a responsible organization and a “Fraud Alert” is posted on our web portal along with tips to help candidates deal with suspicious Job offers, Links or Mails. Jobseekers are always advised, not to indulge in any monetary engagement with such sources in the name of guaranteed interviews with employers.

                                      It seems that you have been become one of the fraud victims & we would like to help you in best possible way to find out the fraudsters. You are requested to initiate below actions before relevant authorities for your claims (if any);

                                      I have indeed filed a complaint with both the ICICI&axis Banks and Cybercrime Division and Kandivli Police Station and submitted all relevant Documents to both the Banks. Awaiting action.thanks
