I registered in shine.com after that i received some fake jobs offer through shine.com, personally i believe blindly coz shine.com are registered job providers in india and i lost 5000 rupee and it not stop yet they still sending me fake employer number. Me and my type unemployed people easily caught on traps.
I personally request you to take some legal action against that type of employer sites...

In free service of shine i was applying for jobs so after looking this activity shine.com executive called me that after paid service my profile will be highlighted and priority is been given so that recruiter see my profile on top, but i notice that instead of highlighting my profile recruiter are not even bothered about my profile. Why fake commitment is been given to me.

I have subscribed for paid service of rs. 2359/- and then after 2-3 days other executive from shine called me and asking all my working profile details and asking to pay sum of 10k rs., i denied for payment, then from that day i haven't got any calls from recruiter nothing else.

Its not good to make fool to other for availing the service then after payment no recruiter action.

I received a call regarding data analyst job yesterday from this number [protected]. She said that there is one vacancy in noida company but you have to come for the interview in janakpuri. I said okay i will come. She told me that there will be two rounds one is hr and other will be technical. Then she text me the location of the interview. Firstly i doubt that no reputed company will invite you for interview via text message. Then i searched the location on google and i found fake call complaint against shine.com and it was same location, building was same, only the office room no. Is different.
Your interview has been scheduled for tomorrow in jaina tower-1, 8th floor, office number 804, in district center west janakpuri new delhi 110058 and interview timing is 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

I have registered with shine.com. I received a call from shine simran that take our service for resume booster and chares are 3363/-. After this i received a call from sachin for another services he told you have to pay aaprox 22k, i clearly asked to mr. Sachin is there any other services which i have to take or any other payment which i have to deposit after this payment. He told that no sir, after this payment you will get the job. But after the payment i received a call that i have to take another service which is relationship manager and without this service all of their services are worthless. Even same has been told by mr. Sachin and one of his senior that without relationship manager you can't get the job. So all of above services are worthless.
I don't want any of their services.

You are are requested to kindly help me for get refund my all money i. E. 26129/-.

We have enrolled at shine on 9th sept-19 taking for jobs services and we are taking various service like :-

Application booster
Professional summary
Resume writing (Cover letter & super express)
Education verification plus package
Employee verification + work place communication skills

We have spend rs. 44000/- on these above services but as per my observation, we have not received any phone call from job consultant and jobs alert is not received as per my profile.

Kindly request to you refund my amount rs 44000 /- at earliest

I am pankaj kumar daily user of your site. I got a job offer on 3rd october 2019 in the evening from this no.- [protected]. I have applied for that on 4th october and after that they charged rs 10/- for that when i made payment through my debit card they deducted rs 4000/- from my account when i claimed for that they told me it will be refund back to your account within 24 hrs but it is more than 8 days and i didn't get any refund till now plz do something and revert me asap.
She is also not picking my fone i called her again and again.

I want to complain against your employee firstly your employees call person and then force that person to pay... I have a received a call from your company and that lady who was called me her name is nancy... She called me and told me that i have to pay 3000 something amount so i told her that m not interested in this and than she was suddenly talk me in vulgur and abusive language and after that she text me abusive and i text her that i will do complain her than she said that go and do whatever you want... Her name is nancy and her number by which she called me is [protected]... Take a immediate action against her.. Otherwise take a legal action about her this company and i will file a complain against her in police station

On 05 oct 2019, one of shine.com's executive name akansha contact me and say that for more job opportunities and 100% confirmed placement i have to pay rs. 2, 359/- to shine.com as a life time fee.
After receiving money shine.com will hi-light my resume so that requireters and company will provide me job easly. After my payment done, she transferred my call to another executive naming ms. Rajni.
Ms. Rajni make me sure that my resume have some discripencies or it not look proper ffor right job. So that she will update my resume for job and for that she received rs. 67, 607/- in differents transactions (14, 661 + 10, 000 + 18, 227 + 13, 598 + 6, 478 + 4, 673).
Next day, after payment done another executive call me and say that shine will never gives assurety for providing 100% vacancy. That only send you link for job opportunities.

I need my money back as far as possible.

His is reference to the shine booster package. I had made the first payment of 3363. Later i was connected to ms rajini from the sme team., however she demanded that i make a payement of rs ₹ 6478.00/- immediately.

She was very rude and asked me to make the immediatly. When i told her i need the time to think of the options.
However, after alot of talking she passed her phone mr rajan who is supposed to be her team manager. He gave a instant discount of rs 1000.

Trusting the company i made the second payment of 5172. Now they are asking another payment.

My query is why should i pay for some service that i am not interested in?

Requesting you to kindly give me back my money of inr 8535.
When i had asked for senior people in the team, they kept my call on hold and not responded.

I have paid to shine.com around 100k on various offers stating that i'll be getting job offer within a month. But till now i didn't received any call/job offers till now. I'm going to raise this issue in consumer court. Also, i have all proofs on paying money to shine.com.

Also when i contacted them they are asking us to pay more money from their side to get job offers.

On 5th oct i have got a call from a lady called name miss sruthi, said that calling from shine.com, delhi. She asked me to pay 1750 rs for confirming job in a leading mnc company. I didn know that its spam. Its completely trap, she fooled me not only by taking the money, instead she took my photo copy (Colored), resume, educational details through email ([protected]@gmail.com). I blindly provided the same. But later realized that its all fraud business when they called me today and interviewed me. The interviewer doesn't had any kind of knowledge. I hope she will not misuse my details in any activity, if also so, i will not be responsible for the further misuse of my details. It will be not with my knowledge. I paid the 1750/ amount to the ravi ranjan account

After register my complaint i got a call from your side (Shine money refunded team) mr rajeev ([protected]) they said sir we will refund your money. But you need to pay 10 % of your payble amount (22400). Than i will pay (2250) 10 % of my payble amount. After that mr rajeev not receive my call. Dear concern please do needful. I had got a call from shine.com (On 23rd july) regarding my job search. They said that they would provide me with good career opportunities if i register for their paid service. At every step, they assured me a guaranteed interview with a good mnc. First, they took rs. 2251/- as registration charges. I got a second on which i was told i would have to pay more money as my past work experience isn't relevant. Hence, i paid rs. 8219/- and then they said i would need more certification to get the job so i paid additional rs.12742/-
On the next day (24th july) i got a call that there was a requirement for additional certifications of rs. 17698/-. So i said i won't pay any amount unless ritesh pratap (The employee of shine.com) assures me this will be the last payment i would have to pay. He emailed me as such and i paid the fees. On the next day (25th july) i got a call for money i would have to pay or i was told my previous investments would be wasted and i won't get any services. So i paid a total of rs. 23019/-. I was told this will be the last payment i would have to do. On 26th july, i got a call for an additional rs. 31, 858/- which i flat out denied paying upon which i was told they will stop working on my profile and there will be no guarantee of an interview. Out of fear of this happening i paid rs.10, 000/- on 27th july 2019
In total, they have taken rs. 73929.44/- from me and this was my very hard-earned. I recently got a job on my own but when i paid these amounts i was not working and these savings were to pay for my expenses and emi. All i have received from shine.com is a pathetic response to all my, pleas. I have recordings of some of these calls as well. Please help me get justice.

I am sailaja i registered in shine.com and got a mail from them and i called they ask me to pay rs.2500/- for starting process so i paid and they forward it to telephonic round with the manager in muthoor finance he interview me and he said you are selected and send all document to him. I send it and again he call me to pay rs.7200/- for certificates verification it is compulsory we need to pay to government like that he told i paid. Totally i paid rs.9700/- to shine.com after that they switchoff there mobile. I talk with mr. Gautham his number is [protected] and hr number is [protected]. Now i am totally blank i tried to talk with higher persons also but they are not giving proper response.
So please help me to get the amount from them

The person called karan sharma called me& said that i was shortlisted in tech mahindra he asked me for interview questions 3k then after interview session he asked me 5k for documentation verification and then to get job joining id he asked me for 10 k, so he scamed me 17050 rs,
Try to get action on this complaint as soon as possible

Dear shine pls, your prestigious platform is ruined by some people. Like this, pls many students have been registered in ur site, pls don't play games with life of students and their career try to take action on this complaint it's kind request

Shine.com called regarding job availibility and told me that 100% job assurance after payment of 117000/- for diferent services thay are telling me that no job guarantee they told me by taking the different diferent company name from mr atul and maheep and taken money for the different i had paid the amount after confirmation from them for the job now they are telling me that no job and interview gauranteed please help me to get my money back

It is message for highly concerns of shine.com, 3 days back i have registered my details on your site portal and in last three days i have received 7-8 calls they asked me for deposit 3300 after that they will process for my telephonic interview.
Anyway they are two probabilities
1. Your portal is not secured
2. You are willfully cheat peoples and sells our data.
