Dear sir

I was register in shine.com for job opportunity after one day somebody calling for registration i was register in 2356 paid after that again some executive call me and tell me about career growth i can pay total 73000 after some time i want refund and tell him i am not comfortable to use this service please refund my amount they told me we don’t have any refund policy. So please help me to refund this amount today i call you again this no. They are asking some pending amount not to give any suggestions how to refund this amount. Please help.

I have paid total 37705 rupees by telling that shine will provide 100% job within 15 days and after paying 37705 rs, they started asking money again and again by telling some nonsense course and all. I refused to take that course so they are not ready to pay back nor getting any job for me.
Totally fraud company, serious action to be taken and provide justice please.

I have got a call from shine team executive mr. Sudhanshu gaurav and he told me that your profile is shortlisted for jobs in canada and uk. The recruiters showed interest in your profile so kindly register with shine learning and we will get you job within 15 days of time. Like this he told me in first call,. Continued that, he it ll be a paid service of very small amount to enroll with shine learning for once. And its 13227rs.
I actually believed that shine is such a good company and i may get a job. And i paid 13227rs amount, then my cp number is generated, used id and password is set.

Then shine team member mr. Gaurav told, now he will forward my profile further, you are now a valued register customer for shine, shine will provide you the best job within 15days..

Soon after 15mins i got a welcome call and informed about my registration. And that person (S. [protected]@shine.com) told, me he will be my point of contact for further process, he took some other documents like exp letter, education certificate etc n all. And later he told i need to pay a small amount for some background verification, resume writing etc and sent a link of 21431rs.

I told i can't pay that, why again i need to pay. He told some reasons like to do all further work, backend team has suggested this to get job soon and all...

After 30 min of discussion., i paid 21431 rs also. Then he told it will be the final payment, now your dashboard is ready with shine learning with all the details, and withing 15days our team will process your profile and gets you a job.

After a after some time, i got call from same person again and started telling that everything is good, your profile is on its way, there is a small issue on managing career, so you need to get an official certificate, so you have to do project management course for that you have to pay 20000 rupees and it i'll help you to get select soon.
I strictly disagreed that and told i can't pay again and again.

Then he told it is the final payment. Everything is completed.in 15days you will get job.

What the hell it is... Is shine is like this??? Simply taking money???
Is shine is also one of the fraud company???

Already i have paid 37705 rs,
Now again they are asking money for some unnecessary things.

I'm a b. Tech and m. B. A. Degree holder with 12 years of experience.

I'm reporting the same complaint with all call recordings, transaction details and fake fraud mails to consumer court.

I hope indian consumer compaint will help me to refund my all the money back completely.

I am muralidar n. From coimbatore tamilnadu. I got a call from [protected] on 14/09/2019 saturday and was offered a job in hdfc bank back office work in coimbatore. I was told to deposit an amount of rs.2000/- as registration fees in an account named manish kumar in account no [protected] maintained with hdfc bank. I used g-pay to deposit the amount which i shared as screenshot in this email. After some time i received a mail from [protected]@outlook.com stating some reference id which i have shared as a screenshot. On same day i received a call from same number named manish kumar and he forwarded the call to hr, but no such telephone recorded voice came my call was just in hold. He said that i will have a phone call interview. Then i had a phone call interview after half an hour. He represented himself as hr of shine.com and asked me some questions. But same as previous call my call was in hold. Monday i received a call from same number manish kumar. On 13/09/2019 monday he told me that i have been selected and asked me to deposit an amount of rs.6500/- as document verification fees.in the same above account. I deposited the amount using g-pay, i also shared screenshot of it. They asked for 1 hour time for verification of the documents verification. After 1 hour, i received a mail from [protected]@outlook.com, in which they attached a protected pdf file named "job confirmation letter". Then i asked them for the password of pdf file. I again received a call from same number asking me to deposit rs.11, 300/- to generate password. Then i dropped the job offer and refused to deposit any money further. Then they asked me to pay another rs. 5760/- to refund all amount that is rs 2000+rs 6500+ rs 5700= rs14200. I refused to pay any money further and i tried to call them back but no response from them. Request you to please help me to get my refund. Rs 8500 is really a huge money for my standard.

Hi, I got call from Ms. Pooja who called from Shine learning on 26th September 2019. Offered me a course in SHRM and asked me for a payment of (16949 + gst). I happened to know that there are fraudulent calls that many people recieved in the name of Shine Learning. Please let me know how one can ensure whether the call is genuine or not.

8 days prior i got a call from your side that my profile is good for floor manager in tata motors chandigarh. With faith on your words of mr. Jitender i paid 22400 rupees and in accordance to the offer letter provided to tata motor asap and soft copy from mail of shine.com yesterday on 25 sept'19 is my meeting day. When i contacted him from the last three days he just make me fool by saying i will provide location of tata motors asap chandigarh. And now they cant receive my call his mobile no is switch off ([protected]) dear concern i have losted my all savings money. Dear sir please refund my money i am really thankful for this

Hi,
They had called me on 25th at 6.45 pm and told you are selected for ibm process. And they took 3k to generate id. And someone took interview. Then they called and said you are selected. You should pay 5.1k. I refused to pay and i payed 2.5k. And then i rejected the offer. Now mobile is switched off.. Please help me to get my money refunded.

The employee who all work in shine.com they make fake promises to give you job and make you convince to pay them. The employee is continuously saying that he will make sure that i will get job after this payment so, i payed the money but the promises they made was fake. They did fraud and earn money who are desperately in need of jobs. So please don't pay any money. And when i ask for my money back they said we don't have any policy to refund.

I have applied for the job in shine.com and they called me inform about the vacancy in axis bank and they conducted the telephonic interview and they asked for rs.2600 as initial amount, rs.16, 850 as processing fee and rs.21, 850 as document verification amount and they said that these are refundable.

I am jitender singh tanwar i have received a call form shine.com regarding registration in shine.com. My 1 question is that what is the amount and if any hidden charges then i am not interested but she says that no any hidden charges. You just pay only one time payment is 4696/-but again again they take the charges 6266/- and 10619/-, 16519/- total amount is 38100/- (Date 7th may 2019) which is unethical. I have not used the service of shine also form 7th may to till date so kindly do the process my refund.

This type activities should be banned.

With faith on your words of vanshika mam i paid 6-7k rupees and in accordance to the offer letter provided to me by bhavesh malhotra from mail of shine.com tomorrow on 25 sept'19 is my training but when i contacted him from the last five days he just make me fool by saying i will provide location for training of icici bank
After some time he just stopped talking with me nd just kept on ignoring my calls
Am i made fool from shine.com
Was i wrong that i agreed to pay the amount.
Why i am guided wrong

I got a call from +[protected] dis num they are introdusing as a shine members they are offering job for money i asked its a pain service they told yes bt its refundable i have cut da call so its fake r its genuein lst month some one calles they use one of da reputed job services i belived there word i paid 6000 in aftr paying 6k the ask 10k extra for some paper works it seems then i realized i cmplain there num to that sevices they conformed its a fraud from that incedant im so care ful about that fraud calls so today they are using shine com so im compaling solve my prblm

On 19th september someone called me from this number [protected] regarding job from shine.com. Sent me registration link. I completed all sign up formality then he said that pay 10 rupees. When i paid 10 rs using my debit card suddenly deducted 4580 rupees extra. When i called that person he said its system fault and my money wl refunding within 2-3 hrs but till 20 th sept 7 pm my money not refund also that number is now out of coverage.

I got call from this company and they guaranteed me job in HDFC Bank but for that i have to pay some money which they will be refunding me back.After paying 731200rs the executive is still asking for money neither i got the job nor my money is refunded back by Mr. Sourab ur company employee. Im from moderate family plzz help me to get my money back.Or else i will die as i took loan from market to pay to you and now i don't have any job and no money in my hand.
So plzz help me to get out of this trouble and kindly return me my money back

Yesterday i received a call by Mr. Shekhar from shine.com regarding job opportunities, he said you have to pay for highlighting services and after that we will provide you few companies for interview for alternate days within fifteen day definitely you will get a job. Now as per Mr. Shekhar today i have paid Rs. 2359 but after payment he is said some different story.

One more representative Mr. Amit Singh also called me and said your resume is not in right pattern we have to modify your profile for sending in companies and verify your documents for easy process to the top MNC's, for that you have to pay Rs. 12000 to 13000 more.

After that i talk to Mr. Shekhar then he said after highlighting service payment you have to apply for the job with your resume and than we will update your profile and few other formalities before applying to any companies, then i ask why you have not told me this thing before made the payment then he has change the topic and also not accepting what we discussed yesterday.

After that i have asked for recording clip what he told me yesterday but he said i don't know how much time it will take. Also denying to give the request no. for recording clip and also said we will not refund your money in any condition.

My concern is shine.com representative Mr. Shekhar misguides me totally for register with shine.com now i don't want to take any service from shine.com and requesting for refund my paid money.

Hi sir, i am avijit ghoshal from kolkata. I had got call from atul singh who is representative of shine com, he assured me that guaranteed job on behalf of money rs 76000. It happened on month of april. After not getting any interview call or guaranteed job, i had mailed complaints mail against them. But till now not getting any solution. I have already their voice call, mail, message for proof against them. Please help me out. I am helpless.

I have a victim of tis company fraud. They have taken more than a lack rupees from me and have not provided me with any job and when i asked them for refund they are asking for more and more money.
I come from a very moderate family and i have given all my savings to this people and i am not able to get my money from them.
I request you to please help me with this as fast as possible.

I have registered as a premium member in last 27 aug 2019. shine team ensure me that he will provide me relevant job as per my profile where today is 16 sept 2019. but till now they are not provided any relevant job opportunity in my mail. calling 10 times to their executives but they only told me have to wait. even they are not returning my money which is invest. shine.com is fake site and please take legal action on this. i have all invoice receipt and also provided to their team. but they are not taking seriously. please help me to refund my money.
