So they called me and told me that i have been selected in so and so company for a job but i need to pay. First time i paid 1500 rupees. And then second time i had to pay 6161 rupees.
I got a call from some event company for an interview. And then shine.com employees called me again to ask for 15k.
Luckily, it clicked me and i started arguing with them that i don't wanna go ahead. And they need to refund my lost money back.
They told me they shall refund me in so and so time.
Of course, they are fraud. I have not got my refund back.

P. S - this fraud company has taken money from others too and never returned back. Please make such companies shut down permanently.

Please i want to connected to customer care people too solve my problem because i'm in a problem. I can call them but some times they very busy on another calls and some times they can't picc my calls and they also don't answering me again of my calls please let me explain what type of situation is this please help me in this situation by contacting me with them.

I got a call from one of your executive tushar couple of weeks back and since then he is continuously following up with me, i was informed i have to pay some 3300 for registration and that is all i have to do to avail your services.
I did that and then mr. Shivam agarwal from your noida office called me from[protected] &[protected] called me, he said i have to pay 5000 more to avail the services, i told him this was not informed...

I got a call from mr. Anurag from shine.com at 2.00 pm on july 31st 2019, stating that i have been selected and shortlisted by high river general hospital, canada, but to go further into the interview process i will have to do a registration payment of 10500 rs to shine.com. He asked me to download shine.com jobs app on my mobile phone. Then he told me to pay the amount immediately to proceed with the interview. I did the first payment of 10500 rs,
Then he asked me if i have written ielts, i said no i havent so he told you can make a payment of 12860 rs, we will proceed with the ielts application form and upload and go ahead give you the admit card for ielts, i made this payment as well, because he promised me he would do that immediately.
Then again on the same day he asked me to pay 25674 rs, for license exam,
Which again i paid, as again he sent me an email giving all the receipts from shine.com and then finally he said one last payment for canadian internal verification of my documents of rs 18200, which was paid twice by mistake through paytm. A total of rs 87000 was paid. He claimed that 36400 rs would be refunded after the verification process.
He asked to mail all my documents, i mailed him, when i read the emails, i kind of got a doubt about this guy.
On august 1st i got a prm alloted by name dr kabir, and he told me that i will going in for a telephonic interview by hr of the hospital.
August 2nd i got a call from dr kabir and he connected me to mr. Sunil from high river general hospital. Telephonic round went well, but the guy mr sunil was talking very vaguely about dental field, and he dint even understand what i spoke and couldnt speak properly in english, he then told me he would mail the details to dr kabir, then i got a mail from shine.com stating that i would have to pay 45650 rs immediately which would be refunded.
Mr anurag, called me back to ask if i would be able to do so, i clearly denied, i told him that i wont be able to pay any such amount and i want my refund of 36000 rs, which he said he will not be able to refund this amount as the final payment of 45650 rs is not paid.
Please help me get my amount. This is very bad the way shine.com is conning people.

I got a call on 01/08/19 after noon at 11am mr. Shine.com — shine.com. The caller immeditely asked me pay 4696 rupees for registeration which ipaid then again i got call from abhimanyu asked my details, my native place, my working details. Then he started to pay for verification charges of certificates, job experiences and other activities. Coming under pressure i paid all the amount ie

What to do in this condition. I want to my money back.

Dear rajat,

This is the not the way to respond since i have made 17k payment how should you close my file. Finally you agreed to schedule the interview but now you are asking again 2499/- even a very small consultany is doing fair and arranging for interviews. Shine had cheated me even after spending so much of money. You should refund my money within 24 hours. If not legal action will be initiated against you.

What service you had rendered have you scheduled a single interview. Then how can you say you had activated the services you had activated only money lending services from me in instalments now you are saying you had already activated my profile and there is no refundable policy. What policy you are having cheating is your policy. This is not fare being a good company. Whatever it may be make the refund otherwise i will tell the truth to all the social media they should decide.

My face book name was mentioned in it as gitanand pokkuluri.
Further mr deepak of shine.com was assuring me for the last 3 days about the refund of rs. 18000/.
He assured me on 31st that the refund would definitely be done.

Since yesterday evening my phone calls to his number were unanswered raising doubt that i was cheated.

My original name is pokkuluri subbarao. My e mail. Gvt, [protected]@gmail.com.

One mr deepak of shine.com collected rs 2000 +6000+10, 000 in the name of offering job on july 24, 25 and 27.

I recd. The e mails and also demanding the money which i paid three times as mentioned above.

I requested them to refund my amount. They are repeatedly saying they are doing it but failed to do. They took my bank a/c no. Also.

Pl arrage the refund of my money.

Its a fraud company message the company = why are you selling the students data. Its, not the right way to earn money. Please fears from the god. Because o[censored], such students lost the promises and not faith on the right and reliable company. I[censored] want to work then find the proper and working place where you should earn some respect and also money.
Human has only one life so please lives it happily ownself and lives to the others. Are your parents aware your work type that how are you fooling the students if yes then they also the part of this fraud company that's why your types of people never move forward in your life. Please find a good way to earn money not the people make them to fool.

I got a call on 31/7/19 after noon at 2.47pm mr. mayur— shine.com. He asked whether you are looking for a job on shine.com. Since i said yes, he said that they have selected my profile for some vacancies so i have to fill online form and Rs.10. So i said ok and accordingly he said to login me from shinecandidate.in then i done the same and proceeded for payment of Rs. 10. While making payment of Rs.10 Twice my transaction from Axis debit card showed failure.
In the next 10 minutes i got a message of debit of Rs 4980/-.on PUR/AIRTELMONEY/MUMBAI after a second again. 1500 debit on PUR/AIRTELMONEY/MUMBAI .Totally i have been cheated of Rs 4980 plus Rs 1500. Totally Rs 6480

I request you to investigate in this matter and return my hard earned money otherwise he will continuing fraud.

I got a call from on 27/7/19 after noon at 2.05 pm mr. Niket — shine.com (Gurugram). He asked whether you are looking for a job on shine.com. Since i said yes, he said we can get your profile noticeable in rs 10/-. He directed me to log in and for paying. Twice my transaction from icici debit card (Visa card no [protected] expiry — 06/22) showed failure.
In the next 10 minutes i got a message of debit of rs 20, 000/-. I was online and on a call with him throughout he said there is a server error and will be rectified soon. I was kept on hold and i tried with axis bank debit card (Master card no [protected] expiry-05/23) again there were failed transactions and debit of rs 62000.
I was furious and asked him to refund. He said there is a server problem and will refund and then gradually disconnected. Totally i have been cheated of rs 30400 plus rs 62000. Totally rs 92400. I had filed an online cyber complaint via email to charkop police station yesterday night his name is niket and a very smooth operator. Kindly sack him from the job immediately and put him behind bars.

I was looking for a change therefore i opt to shine.com but later when i received a call from number [protected] they asked me to pay inr 2714.00
For registration after that a consultant (Dev malhotra) having contact no [protected] was appointed to me he asked to pay for 15500 for document verification and
Then 12154 for appointed personal prm for me who helped me during interview process.

Even after these they are asking for 12500 (In the name of id created directly on company portal with which they can contact me).

Still there are no calls or emails from companies i haven't pay the last amt. 12500 therefore whenever i complain that i have paid 30000 still no call from companies.
When i didn't paid last amount then threat me that pay the last amount otherwise your profile is rejected or terminated.
Who asks this much amount from candidate? I was so needy of job still i paid this huge amount. It will be great if you can please help in getting refund.

Then i told him to refund my money and i have made police complaint against him then he said that do whatever now u will not get money refund and dropped the phone. After that he did not called me.

I request you to investigate in this matter and return my hard earned money otherwise he will go ahead with fraud of big amount with other person. Kindly do the needful.

I am shivanee vyas i registered my self in shine jobs. Today first i got a call from urside to pay 1845rs for registration. I really need the job and the massage and call is from shine.com so believed i did that after that then my call transfered to some senior he said that my profile transferred to the company for job but i have to pay rs 3880. Then i doubted and said sir i didn't have that much money please refund my previous transfered money they said no the money is refundable after your interview or if you didn't pay this amount your previous money is hold. So that amount i paid after that i told him that this one is the last amount he said yes, then i said ok and paid that amount also. After that he transfered my call to some another person for activation the account. And said send your documents for the further process... I believed them and i send my documents too. After some research i realize that i made a mistake i have to confirm after research i found that the company not charged any amount. Plz its my humble request u to refund my money. This is a big fraud happening with job seekers in india. On may 2019 i took a paid service 4696 inr through online. The next hour, i got a call from shine executive to take another service for verification of my profile which cost 6478 inr.in this manner to complete total profile, they theft officially of total 98096 inr in the name of different services. They made my credit card empty balance. They didn't accept to pay in instalments. Their acting is very creative and innovative to make anyone take the fraud services. They said that jobs are ready available which matches my profile. The only thing is to complete the payments of different services and take the interview calls. They convinced and make different payments in one day for 98096 inr. Even now i getting call for different services to just close it by recieving a simple documentation. They now closing the services by giving visual resume, professional summary and portfolio copies which can be done at any cyber cafe or document center which may cost maximum 1000 inr. But they charge me for 67866 inr out of total 98096inr. The above three documents were prepared using ms-office. For sample i attached professional summary which charged 8999inr. Also they giving me whatsapp job alerts i. E., links of naukri.com job notifications. For every 15days i'm getting the calls only to close those services by accepting through my portal.in the meanwhile, i got hundreds of similar fraud calls with the name of other portal services after login to shine paid service. I inform to shine executive, they said that your profile is in open status. After closing the services the problem will be solved.
Like this, i have been tortured mentally and financially due to shine paid services.

I am a retired engineer from vashi navi mumbai and shine.com went on approaching me for providing me job at various companies in and around mumbai and they told me to upload my resume. I did the same and later they said that inorder to highlight it, i need to pay some amount. I did pay rs 4227/- thro' net and there after there were no calls at all.
Just two days back some one again called me and said the same story that they will help me in getting me a job.
I told them that i have already paid the amount and for this the guy said that there is no entry and i haven't paid any thing for this job services etc..
Since yesterday their seniors kept on calling me and said i need to highlight my resume and get my resume verified and so they were not able to help me. So i need to pay some more amount about rs.8500/- more to carry further etc.. Etc...
I told them that i don't trust them and promised to pay double the amount say rs 17k from my first salary - provided i get the job from them.
I told them to return my money as they haven't given me any service since the last one and half months.
They denied and said that they don't have any refund policy etc.

Before one month ago i received call fromfuture care delhi from shine.com.
About job in kotak mahindra bank as a operation manager. They said u'r profile is selected for operation manager in kotak mahindra bank as a operation manager. They said plz pay ragistration fees 2650 and after that u'r interview scheduled. I pay their fees. To their google pay account.
After 1 week i received call from himanshu he said he is from kotak mahindra bank relationship manager. And he take my telephonic interview. And said u r okk from my side nd said to pay 8000 rs for security amount. I tell i also pay to vinita verma (Future care) to 2650 rs. Nd i have no information to this amount 8000. He say this is refundable amount after paying this amount am illigable to face to face interview. After that a job letter has sent to me and again demanding rs 36000 fir training fees. So th
Plz action for that frauds. They charged money only.
Plz solve this i[censored] can otherwise i take help of consumer court.
