Sir they called me that they have shortlisted my resume from shine.com for delhi public school, palampur, hp as biology teacher. They charged me 2550 for registration in their company 6500 for document verification. They conducted a phone interview by their hr and confirmed me selected for face to face interview in dps. Then they asked me pay 12500 for opening salary account for me when i said i have my account in bank they insisted me to open account through their company just because it is their procedure. I paid 12500 and also send them pan card, aadhar card, documents photos as they asked for verification and account opening. They said everything i paid them is refundable. Then they finalized 4 sept for interview in school but before they asked me to 16500 for an interview training where they will supposed to provide me answers of interview questions. But i doubted they are just charging money but will never send me to school for interview and joining which they are assuring. When i refused to pay 16500 as i don't want any training they are saying its compulsory and company procedure. I asked them to pay if they will confirm my interview from school hr as i wish to visit school for the enquiry but they are saying that school has hidden vacancies which are filled through them and school will not give me any information regarding recruitment through the company. When i doubted and asked for refund they are asking more money to pay the company as they say company has paid to dps for me if want refund i have to pay that after that i'll get total refund. Sir it seems a total fraud i don't know they have paid or not for me in dps. Sir i made my profile on shine.com for genuine recruiters but they cheated me. Please help me out. I'm sharing their contacts and email. If you want i can send you the screenshots of payments that i made to them and also will forward their mails. Please take an action.

Today i got a call from shine.com and he claimed that shine has international opportunities and i have already transferred money rs 3047/- they have also emailed us a receipt.
How can i get it refunded?

Initially the person convinces us to pay only rs.3047/-.

He lets us know that shine is the only portal who charges for jobs. He also then tells us that all other portals like naukri, monster also are chargeable.

Immediately after this payment, someone else calls and asks to pay rs. 15, 000/- in half an hour. He insists us to pay immediately.

Later again the first person calls and convinces us to pay rs. 15000/-.

The emails, receipts, email ids are all in place with shine.com as domain.
So we tend to believe them.

What is the process to get the money refunded?

I have registered my cv in shine.com and one of employee was called me on 27 aug 19 to gave brief about paid services. He told me only 3363 amount to be paid and service will started in 2 to 3 days. Next evening i got a call from one of another employee and he give me some benefit of shine.com. Next he told me to pay some amount for educational background services and pre-certificate varification services. Next he charged me the amount around 8 thousand approx. Next he suggest me to pay more for international service rs. 22k. I told him that i dont have money know. Is this final payment. He told me yes, this is final. Again he send me mail for asking me to pay rs. 33k for next services which i stop to making payment. I asked for stop all services and please return my money. I dont want to take your services. But he refused. Requesting you please help and get my money refund from shine.com rs. 55k approx.

On aug 5 i was looking out for jobs. So i have registeredin shine.com. After registering in shine.com i got a call from this number
[protected] name is karan from delhi. He said my resume shortlisted in hcl company and to proceed he has asked me 2400 rupees i have paid. Again they have ask to pay 5800 for document verification i have paid after one day. Again they have as topi 12000 fixed deposit for laptops and security. And after one day they have ask 8000 and i have denied and told to refund my amount. They also agreed to refund my amount and told bi august 2019 e n d will do. But no they are not answering my and the phone is switched off. Please help me

I got a call on 24-08-19 from shine.co about a inteview and they asked me to pay 3000 first which is non refundable and the document verification refundable amount 5000 and then 12000 of bond amount which is refundable
and refundable amount of again 8000 and joining date on 28-08-19
and now the person is not picking up the call

I am pranjali on 7 th august in morning i got call from shine.com for job regarding. So i have done with registration of 1250/-. After that they told me to pay 4500/- for certificate verification. So i said no to them. After that i told them i don't want to continue the service plz re-found my amount. As mention in the mail registration charges are refoundable. They told me for re-found u need minimum account balance of 10000. On 8 th august 9, 253/- and 11, 200/- are transferred in shine.com account because of failure of server. Now they are again telling me to u need account balance of 15000/- to re-found the amount. So this is fraud done bye shine.com. Kindly return my amount as early as possible.

4days ago i got a call from the number[protected] (Avish mathew). He urged me to pay 2000 for telephonic interview the next day he asked 5000 for certificate verification. Yesterday he asked me 10000₹. And always want to resend this 10000 again by saying there is a network issue. I lost my total amount of 28000₹ plz refund the money. Please help me

It's like i have applied for indigo for air ticketing. And it came from your site only. They have ask me to pay 2500 to attend the 3 rounds of interview. And they also told me your amount will be refundable in any case either you selected or not. But after clearing first round again they were asking for 6500 to attend 2nd round but i didn't give this amount. I said i will quit from the selection process, they said your money will get to you within 2 hrs but i didn't get yet. It almost has been 2 days and also they are picking up the call. Suggest me what should i do?

I am Arjun Nayak, I was updated my in shine.com after 5days I am getting regular calls to register for job with 1500 rupess for job surety and after the payment they will make three phase of interview 1. Online test 2. Telephonic 3. Walk in interview.. I just confused with this. Is this the procedure of getting job ? Or Am I going to cheat by the consultants???

I got a call from +91-[protected] on friday i. E.16/08/2019, which was related to a job enquiry from shine. I was then given a link shinejobs. Info where i was been directed to pay rs.10 towards the placement. But, while transacting the amount, i got an sms about the deduction of rs.9, 110 from the bank. The account # [protected] is where the account got debited. Now, they are not answering the call. I want my money back.

I am r n s mounica regarding job search they started asking payment from 1500 till 2 lakhs of rupees in a day in step by step i am a girl from poor family it's a very huge amount for me i have waxed and stop the payment i asked them to close my account and refund my money at 1.5 lakh later to give 1.5 they asked for another 50000 total 2 lakh rupees this issue happened on 16th aug, '19 and 17th aug i have believe their words and went to hyderabad from morning to night i am on road they dint gave offer letter and my money back is this a right way please tell me i need help of my money back i have all the proofs with that if possible i will go through legally if it is not success my telling the shine cheating to world it will commit a suicide i won't my money back by monday that is 19th of aug'19

I searched on quora.com to know are they fake and found most of them replys that they are fake. Will you please verify it.

I got a call ms. Pounam of shine.com saying that shine will provide job opportunity if i pay rs. 4719. I was reluctant to pay as i have seen such kind of false promises earlier. But paid after confirming any further hidden cost or resume rewrite cost (Specifically mentioned).

She has given phone no [protected] as direct line and another no [protected] which is office no.

I tried her direct no but she did not pickup the phone for last 1 week. Other no there is no incoming call facility.

Today (After 20 days of registration) somebody has picked-up the phone and demanding rs. 10, 500/- towards resume update and my profile is not activated due to this.

I requested to transfer this call to ms. Pounam but not referred the call saying call cannot be transferred to front end people. She only contacted me and i have spoken and clarified all the queries and finally agree to pay the registration amount. No body know except ms. Pounam what we have agreed upon and now asking for further money.

This is nothing but cheating people in the name of job opportunity by shine.com. It was not told addition cost before registration and it was told this is the last and final fee.

People like me cheated by the shine.com and i wondered how many people in india cheated like this.

Request you to kindly share this event to all the people and create awareness on this kind of cheated companies.

Hello team

I got the call from shine learning team to get the better opportunity and asked to pay few amount for the same, first payment asked to provide the job opportunity on priority basis and taken rs, 4696/- then again called me and asked to pay rs.6101 for the provisos employer verification and again taken rs.5204 for learning but noting has been done from their side yet.

I got call from mr sanjeev arora on 08/08/2019 saying he is calling from shine.com to inquire about my job application sent to bajaj allianz. First he offered me a job in malya hopsital and i said that i am looking for job in health insurance sector and i have seen vacancy in bajaj allianz on shine; so he said that okay there is vacancy at manager level in bajaj allianz and he is going to arrange the interview with them. To proceed with this he asked me to pay some money as registration charge immediately which is refundable.

Once i made the payment, he has fixed my interview with hr through conf call on next day at 12pm on 09/08/2019, my interview happened with bajaj allianz hr sumaiya fatima, the interview went well and she said i have got selected to the senior level offering some good package. After i got selected for verification purpose he asked me to deposit some amount which is refundable by the company once done. I made the payment for the second time. He then asked me to provide my id proof (Adhaar & pan card), current companies joining letter along with a passport size photo for the verification purpose. I agreed for the same at that moment and after some time thought that the offered package is less for the senior position, so called up mr sanjeev arora and asked for the package hike, for which he asked me pay additional money for negotiation purpose for the senior level which is again refundable. I did send all the documents on the next day on 10/08/2019. I got my offer letter from bajaj allianz from the mail id [protected]@gmail.com keeping cc to [protected]@gmail.com on the same day in the afternoon. The offer letter was in pdf format protected with a password and to get that password i need to pay 2% of my package amount (Rs 25600/-) as security deposit again as my joining date is after 60days after serving notice period at my current company and i need to visit the company located in rajaji nagar on tuesday (13/08/2019) with this offer letter for the direct interaction.

To pay another rs 25600/- i denied this time, noticing their email domain as gmail not from shine.com or bajajallianz and there was no another level of direct/video call interview happened which was part of final recruitment. I called mr sanjeev arora to seek the clarification on that, for which he gave unconvincing justification like as the pdf size is big that cannot be sent with the companies email domain and after receiving offer letter i may not make payment or i may drop joining the company later. I asked him to allow me to visit the company first and have direct interaction with hr there or else ask the hr to send me one line email from bajajallianz domain and then i will pay the money but not before that as i am not convinced. They denied directly and told me that i cannot go there without offer letter. They tried convincing me to pay the money but i stood on denial.

All this made me suspect the shine.com team. All the money was collected assuring refund after i get selected and the join bajaj allianz or even if i did not get selected.

Now i am worried whether am i going to get all my money refunded or not? And what if they misuse my id proofs & photo?!!!

Today i got a call from shine.com from the no [protected] and tell me that my resumes is short listed for airport job and if i'm interested send my govt id, photo and cv to the mail id they given (Screenshot is attached). And i send all these through the mail. They called me again and again. And then tell me that i have to pay 2000/- rupees. And now immediately they will arrange a telephonic interview with hr head. And was continuously asking me if i'm ready or not. I told them to call me aftet 30 minutes. Because i already understood they where fake and was forcing me to attend the call and never block their number. I blocked that number and they call me again from an another number [protected]. I didn't attend the call and after some minutes they started to send me threatening messages from an another number [protected] and about spoiling my life and carrier that they have now my phone no and govt proof that they will spread them.
Please do something, i trusted this site and there are people who are threatening someone's safety. I need a proper solution that they have now my photo and govt (Adhar card) id proof. Find some solution immediately.

The recruiter calls me, offering a job with the registration amount 2000, when i gave him the money, they want more money from my end 6000 more, after the giving 6000, they are telling for security purpose they want 12000 more from us

I want my money back, as i recognized that they are not fake callers

My name is Pritismita Das, this for job post in Shine. Com. I have paid 99rs as on 30th July. On 31st July I have submitted my documents. After that they should provide user ID abd and password for job post. Today its 8th August end of the day, there is no further udate on my user details for posting the job on Shine. Com. They don't pick the call or responding over email. They might be cheating many people like me, by taking money in the name of Job posting and not providing the user details. Find details in pointwise-
1) I have submitted money and documents as on 30th and 31st July
2) Have been asking for user ID and password since 31st July, you have sent email on 1st August, where there was no mention of business documents requirements from Shine. Com
3) No response from 1st August, till 6th August, until I have given call on 6th August, only then they have informed me that they need further businesses document.
4) No one informed or came in email asking for business documents, until 6th August?
5) Then after submitting again business documents, on 6th Aug, it was confirmed that by evening 6th, I will receive my user ID and password
6) It is 8th evening end of the day, still they have not sent the details.
7) I have called up just now, they are not picking calls.

I request strict action and penalties against Shine. Com, as I'm sure like me there are thousands of people who might be suffering and they are looting money from.

2 days ago i recieved a call from shine regarding job opportunity. Initially they asked to pay 2500 for registration of account and for making myself eligible to attend the interview. As i was desparety looking for a job she paid 2.5k to the bank account provided by them after that they did one telephonic interview and told me that i have cleared that round and asked me for another 5500rs for the verification of my account and joining process so i told that i can't pay more and i want my 2.5k back but they are refusing me to give my money back.
