I have uploaded my resume on shine.com on 3rd of June then I got a call from Miss Sapna Sharma (Employee Id-6351)that you have to pay 1925/* as a registration fee, I did that then she transferred a call to her senior Mr. Sachin (Employee id-7199)he told me that, I recommend you for L and T finance Ltd, you will receive a call from HR for telephonic round for that you have to pay 6500/* after that, he again asked me to pay 11500/* as a full and final payment and after that he again asked me to pay 18500/* as he told that it will be refundable immediate after telephonic round on 4th of June. But yet I didn't receive any payment.I lost my 37000/*, kindly help me out.I have all the recording and I also have the mails that I received from there side. If we uploaded our resume on shine.com then it's your responsibility that such type of frauds should not be happened using your name.

      I applied for jobs in abroad at shine. I got a call from shine representative named Mr.Ranjan Kumar, he told me about the process which involved in the recruitment. I asked for a job in Canada, , , then he said my profile is greeting much better chance to get a job within a month, , then he asked me to pay 4000 Rs as a registration fee, then i paid for it, , then he asked me to pay around 7500 Rs for verification process and i paid for it, then he asked another 13 600rs for further process involved in the recruitment, , I paid for it.
      Then he asked Rs24000 to escalate my profile further. I said that i cannot afford to pay, , since then he don't speak me properly, even he disconnect my calls while speaking. Then i asked to stop all the process and refund my amount but he said that i can only have the option to pay further 24000rs to escalate and i won't get my refund, , , , I don't know they never do anything for me, , but they said i can't get refund, , , I just made the payment because of a good reputation about Hindustan times, , , that's why i made the payment to his another concern, , while speaking with me they mention so many times Hindustan times repeatedly, , , but once they know that i am not interested anymore, , , they don't have any interest speak with me, , , how can a person pay rs 50000 in a single day to get a future service which purely unknown, , , I don't want to continue further these guys, , , I just want my refund. I just attached the photos of the proforma invoices and receipts

        I got a call from shine.com executive this morning, they asked if i require job and i said i am not interested right now and not looking for a job as i already got one. Few minutes after i got a call from another executive and he started shouting and complaining that people like you waste our time and why did you update profile and many things more and said you have wasted aroung 8 gb of our data by registering and much more things.

          On dated 15.3.19 i received a call from shine's executive bearing mobile no [protected] regarding my recent job search then he asked to pay a small amount of rs 6000+ for registration process and as i was keen to pursue this i did as he asked me but later on he started demanding more money in the name of fee and at each level he assured me that the amount to be paid will be the last payment and if i am not satisfied with the service i would get all my money refunded and if i stop at any point the amount paid earlier would go waste and i would neither get the services nor will my money be refunded thereby he kind of trapped me in a loop where i was bound to pay more and more and at the end i ended up paying 1, 70, 000/-. When i asked for refund they instead asked me to give them a chance and avail there services as they don't posses any refund policies till day since then almost 2 months have already passed but i did not receive either the services nor refund. Here i want to ask if you don't posses any refunds policies how could your executives promise there customers a refund if not satisfied. I want my hard earned money back or i will approach police, media, social media and everything necessary

            Hi, i have been victimized in a fraud. I got a call from a lady named akash who said she is from shine.com. She told me that i was shortlisted by four companies for the interview and that i have to pay 2500 security deposit to apply for the interview. She told me that shine is not a consultancy company to whom i will to pay again and again. So, this was one time payment only. I agreed to the deal. She said a mail will come to me from the hr for the payment. She provided me a number of paytm and i paid 7500 via paytm. Then, she transferred the calltk regarding the documentation and he again told me to pay 1560p. I, then understood that this is fraudulent. I denied to the deal.

            I request you to please help me.

              I have applied for airlines job and for that i have paid the fees which was refundable but till now i have not got it yet and also agreement cheque also they are not receving the calls their customer care center was not responding to any calls.I am waiting for my money since last two months and till now also i have not received my cheque and my processing fees.

                As per their executive they had told regarding the payment and after payment details will be provided. Payment was done on 29th may but till today i have not received any mail or any communication from shine.com. I trying several calls and email also but no one is responding and picking phone and no guidance for further procedures after payment done.

                  I want to deactivate the account which was by mistake opened with email i'd [protected]@gmail.com
                  I don't receive any relevant calls or emails except for fake calls asking for money in the name of job. Even the number on the profile is wrong and i dont know how was that edited. I get bunch of emails which are not relevant to profile and is of no use
                  I'm unable to delete the profile. Please do the needful.

                    I am seeking new job for myself and i came to know about shine learning. Today i was approached by a tele caller from shine learning and she asked me to register myself with the agency. She gave me the details of the agency and then i was asked to deposit 4k as registration fees for premium category on shine learning. Then after some time another person called up and he made some queries about my experience. He told me that he and his team has been asigned to take up my case for new job. After some time the same person again asked me to deposit 10.8k for cv writing and he was in great hurry. Are these payments necessary? If not then who ate these people and why was i asked to deposit these amounts.

                      I have a major concern in regard to the purchase of services as compelled by your sales staff ms. Anu and mr. Rana. During registration i was told there is a job opportunity in a very esteemed corporate who have liked my profile. So i need to pay registration fees, only after that they will share the details with me. After payment of registration fees of inr 4683, i was guided by ms. Anu to share my resume with mr. Rana. I shared the same through a cover letter which clearly mentioned that as per my telecon with your executive ms. Anu, regarding a job opening in a major corporate for the senior managerial position in delhi ncr. I would like to apply for the same, and below mentioned is a brief over my profile. Mr. Rana did not corrected me with any facts that ms. Anu has pitched me on wrong note. Instead mr. Rana also has played emotionally by saying that this is just a token of investment for securing a grand job opportunity.

                      I was not told appropriately about the services before making the payment, and this hidden facts based selling is mis selling in every way possible, and the same was pitched in the name of ht media.
                      I have already raised a concern with the team to kindly help me with the procedure for raising a refund request of same but i have not got any resolution, moreover the case is being handled by executives instead of their seniors.

                        I have receieved a call from mr. Rajiv and they said that i am speaking from shine.com and your email address is "so and so" your registered mobile number is "so and so". They he said, you are currently working as a purchase manager from 8+ years right? I said yes. He then asked my current salary and how much do you wish to get the hike. I said 30%. He then immediately said that you will get the hike with 30% - 45%. You just have to register in the link that i will provide you via email and have to pay rs. 3999 to shine.com.

                        When i said that can you send me these details via email having domain "shine.com"? Then he said yes, i will send the email via domain "carriershine.com". Then i also said please correct the spelling. He said carrier. Then i realized that this is surely a fake call.

                        Hence, i request all not to respond immediately on their calls and email without noticing all these minor details. You can immediately judge them by speaking long with them. They will surely make mistakes and you should be able to track it. They are generally not so literate. Because only illiterates can make such rubbish call.

                            I have registered my profile in shine.com but there are no. Of calls, messages and emails from shine.com regarding irrelevant offers which i have not registered for. I have tried to contact them regarding my issue but there is no response from them.
                            There is no privacy of data and also the site doesn't show any option to edit the profile.
                            I don't want to continue with my account, please close or delete my account from it.

                              Hi,
                              I had approached the team for application highlighter in which the team had committed that they will provide 2 job application daily as per the profile and as per the preferred location.
                              Before taking the service mr. Kuldeep from shine.com had committed that the job that will be provided will the job that are not openly available on the portal and we will share the job details and you can apply and basis of this i had enrolled the services, also mr. Kuldeep had committed that once the registration is done the team will call and take the necessary details and start with the service however after registration they started asking for payment of rs.6500 for profile validation to get the respective openings and i clearly denied for taking the service.
                              Now as per the application highlighter service and commitment they are denying for the services.
                              I need refund of my amount as per the paid services.

                                Shine.com collected rs.4000 and odd amount from us for featured profile and resume booster services. We also believed in shine.com and pain the same and later they asked us to pay rs.6000/- amd odd amount to share my sister's resume to 1000+ consultants but we denied to pay that amount. Two days back somebody named diva sharma called us and told that she is from shine and told that she will refund the amount of rs.4000/- and odd. She shared a link through sms and asked us to pay rs.10/- so that they will refund the amount to that card/ account. Using this, they cheated us rs.8000/- and odd amount and rs.7999/- from both my hdfc bank account and credit card. We strongly recommend not to trust shine.com privacy policy and data security policy since my sister's day including phone number and the amount we paid to shine got leaked and they cheated us rs.16000/- and odd amount. Shine.com should take the responsibility of paying our money back which we lost to the fraudters. Otherwise, we are going to file cyber crime case o[censored]nprotected information security on the shine.com company.

                                Therefore jobs seekers we advised not to indulge in any monetary engagement with such sources in the name of guaranteed interviews with employers or refund.

                                Our complaint is not about sharing the contact details however we would like to clarify how the money paid to shine.com got leaked to some other third party. We doubt shine.com's privacy and security and it has been leaked from there only.
                                As all said I too got the phonecall regarding that my resume selected for airlines ground staff, they asked me to pay for 2k for the 1st round, and I got a mail with some link provided in it for 1st round interview they asked me how many marks I got in that exam and asked me to pay for 7700 for document verification... I think it's fake

                                  I am parineeta. Someone called me in the name of shine.com n offered me job at hdfc bank at my home location. They daily called and asked money from me. Gradually they increased the amount and it is nearly 2.5 lakhs i have paid to them.. They asked the money in the name of priyanka sharma, the numbers they called me from are : [protected], [protected]. Plz refund my money.

                                  I paid to them via phone pe app. As they refused to tell their bank account number to them.. plz do share your mail id so that I can send you all the evidence.and my bank statement
                                  I applied for the job of principal in Canada. And they offered me they said that there will be only registration charges and when I paid they asked to pay for verification charges and now I need for the refund and compensation

                                    Dear team,

                                    I am surprised the way shine learning team has miscommunicated and taken me money

                                    First mr kartik calls up and discussed my profile, after which he confirmed that i need to pay 3992 for profile boosting and job assistance, which i did.

                                    Later i received call from mr shivam who said that rs 3992 was only for registration and i need to pay rs 8337 for job assistance services to start. I was surprised that how come a hindustan times group company process and people are working. I took kartik on concall with shivam where kartik confirmed that he didn't knew that more money and steps are pending. Me shivam convinced me of professional services in job assistance and profile and i was asked to pay while he was on call on other line so that things could start immediately. Anyhow shivam convinced me that this is last payment and i will be given good services, so i paid.
                                    Just as i confirmed on call to shivam that i have paid, he said that please check i have sent another link for payment of 17700/- which is towards job and interview assistance, i was shocked how come within a few minutes shivam can change his words.

                                    When i got angry he asked me to speak to his team leader pooja who anyhow started the same words which shivam had done to convince me for paying 8337/-.

                                    According to her 8337 is for verification and online assessment and if i don't pay 17700 then my 3992+8337/- will go in vain as that is for registration, online assessment and verification and they have no refund policy. She said they work on crm and next step requirements can't be know until a step gets finished, really??

                                    Don't you have a process knowledge or training given?

                                    Really a learning experience for me.

                                    Very pathetic approach by shine team, towards a fraud done by their sales team. Every time I call back they say we will get back.

                                      I got a call from shine and initially they told only around 4700 but gradually they started asking more and more. They have fixed one hour call and slowly started sending payment link for different services. I have paid around 68000 still they are asking another around 40000 to start service. I think they are fraud. Please help me to get my money back..

                                      I had been discussed and forced to buy the below courses/services on the date: 24th May 2019.

                                      I have mentioned the word "forced" as i was not at all happy with the service shine provide to me.

                                      I was supposed to buy only the resume service - where i can avail the interview call, but after that i did receive couple of calls and i was forced to buy the services.

                                      I did bought the services but i was not clear on the below what you people sold to me as it was not clearly communicated.

                                      I need the clarification, it will be good if you can clarify below:

                                      1. "Master in Leadership" : This is a certification course and it shows that it is an online course. Where from I will get certification and who is the governing body of that certification.

                                      if it is internal Shine Certification then probably i will not be interested to acquire the course.

                                      Duration of this course is one year - as mentioned in shine website. Is there any assistance to acquire the certification?

                                      2. "Portfolio Writing" : Portfolio writing contains both Visual writing and Cover letter, then why you sold the additional service named "Visual Resume for Experienced Professionals - 8-15 years". - Need Justification. So i need money back of this service.

                                      3. "Certificate in Team Management" : This course is already covered in "Master in Leadership" - course, then why you have charged extra money for this. Need clarification. So i need money back of this service.

                                      4. My Job Thought Report Certification Course :No service needed. - This is not at all required for experienced people. I have already 14 years exp. So i need money back of this service

                                      5. "Education Verification Service" - Online : No service needed, already i worked in many reputed organization. It’s already verified. No service needed. So i need money back of this service.

                                      6. Job Interview Preparation Program - Online - Status is showing closed, why? Already paid for this service. Need clarification.

                                      7. Resume Booster : Status is showing closed, why? Already paid for this service. Need clarification.

                                      8. Profile Experience Verification : It is employment verification with my previous organization, this is already done many times and i worked in many reputed organization. It’s already verified. No service needed. So i need money back of this service

                                      Please refund my money where you have charged twice for same services and no service needed as mentioned above.

                                        I am prajakta gajbhiye. For job i just gave my resume for number of portal's. After some day i get call from shine.com (http://shine.com/). she say your resume is selected for 3 company one o[censored] choose i selected tcs for java developer after then she say for registration you will pay rs1560. I deposit after then one vikram sir call me for telephonic interview he say u want to pay rs 6500for documents verification sir again i deposit. After some day vikram sir say you pay 10, 000rs for saving account deposit when you pay this 23 may u have interview in tcs you get back that amount sir i gain deposit.. After some day they want more money from me.. I say i don't have money plz cancel my application and refund me that vikram sir not respond properly and i lost my 18000..
                                        Sir please inquiry my application it's a request and refund me..
                                        I have also all that number who call me.
